폐경후 증후군 환자에서 Estradiol Patch 치료의 임상 효과 : 제 1 보

We evaluated clinical efficacy and acceptability of transdermal estradiol patch treatment (beta estro, 1 mg/patch) in 30 patients with hot flushes and/or postmenopausal syndrome. 26 of 29 patients with hot flushes and 1 patient with postmenopausal syndrome were found to experience the improvement of symptoms. 1 of 3 patients who did not experience clinical improvement with patch treatment experienced the improvement of urinary symptoms and headaches. Among 3 of 26 patients who experienced improvement in hot flushes, 1 patient sufferes aggravation of headache and 2 patients complained generalized myalgia and dysphoria during treatment. 1 patient whose symptoms had not improved was the one who had the history of skin allergy against plasters and suffered the severe irritation symptoms at the sites of patch application and stopped the patch trement at 10th day of trial. The other 29 did not complain any side effects other than mild skin hyperemia at the site of plaster contact. 25 patients agreed that estradoil (beta estro 1 mg/patch) treatment for two weeks were "effective: in the amenlioration of their postmenpausal symptoms. The above findings showed that the trasdermal estradiol patch treatment improved severity scroes of hot flushes and symptoms of postmenopausal syndrome. Any significant side effect to stop the treament was not observed for 2 weeks of treament and the ratio (83%) of the subjective "effective" group with transdermal estradiol therapy suggessted that this modality might be an alternative of estrogen delivery for longterm treatment in patients with hot flushes and postmenopausal syndromes. 검색 성능 향상과 동적 환경을 위한 HCB 트리의 개선

이진 트라이를 이진 비트열로 압축하여 표현하는 CB 트리는 키가 늘어남에 따라 이진 비트열이 길어지게 되어 검색 시간이 증가하며 잦은 키 삽입/삭제 연산에 비효율적이다. 작은 분할 트라이들을 계층적 구조로 표현한 HCB 트리가 제안되었으나 비트열 시프트 처리를 근본적으로 해결할 수 없으며 자식 혹은 부모 트리 참조를 위해 별도의 자료 구조를 탐색해야 하는 부담이 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 분할 트리를 포화 이진 트라이 형태로 표현하고 레벨 순위에 따라 분할 트리 번호를 할당하여 검색 성능을 향상 시키는 한편 키의 삽입/삭제 시에 시프트 연산이 발생하지 않도록 하였다. 시 공간 복잡도를 사용한 성능 평가에서 검색 시에는 제안 방법과 HCB 트리 방법이 CB 트리에 비해 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 키 삽입/삭제는 제안 방법이 가장 높은 성능을 보여주었다. 공간 사용량은 제안 방법이 CB 트리 방법에 비해 71~89%의 공간만을 요구하여 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다. CB tree represents the binary trie by a compact binary sequence. However, retrieval time grows fast since the more keys stored in the trie, longer the binary sequences are. In addition it is inefficient for frequent key insertion/deletion. HCB tree is a hierarchical CB tree consisting of small binary tries. However it can not avoid shift operations and have to scan an additional table to refer child or parent trie. In order to improve retrieval performance and avoid shift operations when keys are inserted or deleted, we in this paper represent each separated trie by a full binary trie and then assign the unique identifier to it. Finally the theoretical evaluations show that both the proposed approach and HCB tree provides better than CB tree for key retrieval. The proposed approach shows the highest performance in case of key insertion/deletion and moreover requires only 71%~89% of storage as compared with CB tree.

러시아어 문체 교수법 연구 - 이론과 실전을 중심으로 -

Grammar education in Russian with complex rules and systems and various exceptions is important. However, teaching methods that treat deviations or variants from standard Russian as objects to be memorized are also problematic. Stylistic deviations or variations may violate grammatical rules, but this does not mean that they are ungrammatical. It is another expression depending on the speaker’s choice. If stylistic theory is applied to existing teaching methods, it will be a way to increase the understanding of Russian based on rich vocabulary and phrases. It is difficult to properly understand the vivid Russian language that is often used in real life only with the existing grammatical rules. In order to properly acquire the expressive power of rich Russian vocabulary, an understanding of Russian style must be accompanied. This thesis seeks a way for students to understand the vocabulary frequently used by Russians in real life more deeply through understanding Russian style, and to adapt them to actual Russian speech. This course examines the general theories of Russian style, and presents a teaching plan for acquiring vocabulary and phrases that are frequently used in daily life. 복잡한 규칙과 체계, 그리고 다양한 예외를 가진 러시아어에 대한 기존 문법 교육은 당연히 중요하다. 하지만 표준 러시아어에 대한 일탈이나 변이형을 암기해야 할 대상으로 여기는 교수법 또한 문제가 있다. 문체상의 일탈이나 변이형들은 기존에 존재하는 문법 규칙에 어긋날 수는 있지만 이러한 표현이 비문법적이라고 단정할 수 없으며, 이러한 표현 중의 일부는 비록 발화의 시점에서는 비문법적이지만 화자가 본인의 발화 의도를 더욱 선명히 하기 위해서 선택한 것이며, 이미 보편적으로 통용된다. 규범적이고 표준적인 러시아어 교수법에 문체론을 접목한다면 문법을 바탕으로기존에 이루어졌던 러시아어 학습에 생생한 러시아어 표현이라는 날개를 달아주는효과를 얻게 될 것이다. 문법적 규칙을 중요하게 다루는 교육만으로는 실생활에서자주 쓰이는 생생한 러시아어를 제대로 다 교육하기 힘들다. 따라서 탄탄한 규범적 러시아어를 바탕으로 실생활에서 자주 쓰이는 생생한 러시아어를 습득할 수 있는교수법, 즉 문체에 대한 교육을 접목한 교수법을 제안한다. 본 논문은 러시아어 학습자들이 러시아어 문체에 대한 이해를 통해 러시아인들이 실생활에서 자주 사용하는 어휘를 익히고, 이를 실제적인 러시아어 발화에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 러시아어 문체에 대한 개괄적인이론을 살피고, 일상에서 사용 빈도가 높은 어휘와 어구를 쉽게 습득할 수 있는 교수법을 제시한다.

기숙사 업무 지원을 위한 모바일 웹 서비스 설계 및 구현

모바일 기기의 보급 및 활용이 급증함에 따라 대학에서도 주요 학생 서비스들을 모바일 기기를 기반으로 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 본 논문에서는 비교적 엄격한 학생 관리가 요구되는 기숙형 고등학교 및 대학 기숙사 업무를 효율적으로 지원하고 관생들에게는 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 모바일 웹 기반의 기숙사 업무 지원 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다. 제안 시스템은 첫째, 업무 관리 측면에서는 모바일 웹 및 전통적인 웹 기반의 관리 환경을 제공하여 점호, 외박 처리 등의 업무 처리 효율성을 높였다. 둘째, 관생 서비스 측면에서 모바일 웹 기반의 환경을 제공하여 웹에 접근 할 수 있는 환경에서는 항시 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하여 서비스 수혜자의 만족도를 높였다. 제안 시스템은 250명 규모의 남자 대학생 기숙사를 대상으로 한 학기 동안 운영되었으며 관생을 통한 설문 조사를 통해 그 유용성을 확인하였다. With the rapid increase in supplying and applying of mobile devices major student services in colleges are provided in mobile device-based ones. In this paper we describe a design and implementation of a dormitory works supporting service system based on mobile web to efficiently assist dormitory business and provide student convenient services especially for dormitory type public schools and colleges requiring a strict student management. The proposed system, first, improves the effectiveness of work processing, such as roll call, sleep out handling, in the aspect of business management. Second students satisfaction level is increased as giving them access under Web by providing mobile web environment. We operated the proposed system over a college dormitory living around 250 students for a semester and evaluated its usefulness by conducting a questionnaire survey.

LCS(Low Contact Stress)인공 슬관절을 이용한 슬관절 전 치환술

The Low Contact Stress(L.C.S.) knee prosthesis was reported that it had low contact stress and low constraint force. Authors used the L.C.S. knee prosthesis in 5O patients(61 knees) during March 1991 to Septemher 1993 with mean 2 years 3 months follow-up period at Dong-A University Hospital. The Hospital for Special Surgery knee rating scale, the range of motion, and radiographic evaluation were used for final assessment. The knee score was increased from average 48.6 points pre-operatively to 82.4 points postoperatively. The range of motion was increased from average 84o pre-operatively to 122o postoperatively. The femorotibial angle was average 6.3o valgus postoperatively. We report that good results were obtained in the patients who had authroplasties with the L.C.S. prosthesis.

임신 기간 동안 리스페달 콘스타를 사용 후 출산한정신분열병 및 분열정동장애 환자 4증례

본 증례들은 임신 기간 비정형항정신병약물 장기지속형 주사제인 리스페달 콘스타를 사용하여 출산까지 이른 증례이다. 네 증례 모두에서 건강한 아이를 출산하였고, 임신기간 동안 안정되게 증상이 조절되면서 산전 산후 관리 또한 잘 이루어졌다. 본 논문의 4증례 보고가 리스페달 콘스타의 임신 시 사용의 안정성을 담보할 순 없겠지만, 새로운 약물에 대한 안정성 및 유효성 정보와 정신증 환자의 임신이라는 쉽지 않은 임상 상황에 대한 경험 공유를 위해 문헌고찰과 함께 이 증례들을 보고한다. 향후 이에 대한 보다 광범위한 자료 축적과 검증이 필요할 것으로 생각한다. Risperdal Consta is the first long-acting intramuscular formulation of an atypical antipsychotic. It is frequently used to treat schizophrenia, but its safety for use during pregnancy has not been established. We report four cases of patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder who took Risperdal Consta during pregnancy. None of the babies born from these four patients had any congenital malformation and all exhibited healthy postnatal development. This paper presents the rationale for the use of antipsychotics including Risperdal Consta during pregnancy and the related problems through a literature review. This serial case report contributes to the body of knowledge regarding the use of antipsychotics during pregnancy.
