        CG실험에 의한 실내마감재의 평가 예측 모델 작성

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the features of the finishing material according to their type and color. The purpose of this in order is to improve the pleasantness of the interior, by using the proper finishing materials, in planning the interior, and to apply it to framing the prediction model for practical use in interior design, This stud was conducted by evaluating experiment manufactured with the CG(Computer Graphics). The process of the study is as follows, 1) The finishing materials used in the interior based on the previous study was classified. The color range of the selected finishing materials was examined. 2) The evaluation experiment using the CG was conducted on the basis of the selected finishing materials. 3) With that result, the evaluation properties was analyzed according to evaluating variables(that is, the finishing material, hue, value, and chroma) for the interior image. 4) Finally, the prediction model of the interior finishing materials was framed with the image type. Through the Factor Analysis of 19 Adjectives, 8 representative image types such as 「Open·Bright」, 「Gorgeous·Strong」, 「Quiet·Natural」, 「Smooth·Elaborate」, 「Coarse·Rough」, 「Elegant·Refined, 「Warm」」 and 「Cool」 were extracted. The prediction model was framed for the 8 representative image types. The 「Open·Bright」, 「Quiet·Natural」, 「Cool」images are as follows, 1) When you want to produce the 「Open·Bright」image, it is ideal to use wallpaper as finishing material and Y or B in hues. The higher the value and middle chroma you use. The bigger 「Open·Bright」 the efficiency you achieve. 2) When you want to produce the 「Quiet·Natural」 image, it is good to use woods for finishing materials, You can get a better image with the YR or R in hues, with higher value and lower chroma. 3) When you want to produce the 「Cool」image, it is better to use stones for finishing materials. Cool colors and the hue of B, PB, BG are recommended. The lower value and chroma are effective as well.

      • SEAWEED EXTRACTS AS A POTENTIAL TOOL FOR THE ATTENUATION OF OXIDATIVE DAMAGE IN OBESITY‐RELATED PATHOLOGIES

        <P>Recent studies suggest that seaweed extracts are a significant source of bioactive compounds comparable to the dietary phytochemicals such as onion and tea extracts. The exploration of natural antioxidants that attenuate oxidative damage is important for developing strategies to treat obesity‐related pathologies. The objective of this study was to screen the effects of seaweed extracts of 49 species on adipocyte differentiation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production during the adipogenesis in 3T3‐L1 adipocytes, and to investigate their total phenol contents and 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities. Our results show that high total phenol contents were observed in the extracts of <I>Ecklonia cava</I> (see Table?1 for taxonomic authors) (681.1 ± 16.0 μg gallic acid equivalents [GAE] · g<SUP>−1</SUP>), <I>Dictyopteris undulata</I> (641.3 ± 70.7 μg GAE · g<SUP>−1</SUP>), and <I>Laurencia intermedia</I> (560.9 ± 48.1 μg GAE · g<SUP>−1</SUP>). In addition, DPPH radical scavenging activities were markedly higher in <I>Sargassum macrocarpum</I> (60.2%), <I>Polysiphonia morrowii</I> (55.0%), and <I>Ishige okamurae</I> (52.9%) than those of other seaweed extracts (<I>P </I><<I> </I>0.05). Moreover, treatment with several seaweed extracts including <I>D. undulata</I>, <I>Sargassum micracanthum</I>, <I>Chondrus ocellatus</I>, <I>Gelidium amansii</I>, <I>Gracilaria verrucosa</I>, and <I>Grateloupia lanceolata</I> significantly inhibited adipocyte differentiation and ROS production during differentiation of 3T3‐L1 preadipocytes. Furthermore, the production of ROS was positively correlated with lipid accumulation (<I>R</I><SUP>2</SUP> = 0.8149). According to these preliminary results, some of the seaweed extracts can inhibit ROS generation, which may protect against oxidative stress that is linked to obesity.       • 폴리에스테르 섬유 감량시스템용 프로세서 타이트레이터 개발

        폴리에스테르 섬유 감량시스템의 제어를 위해서는 처리조 내에서 감량되는 섬유가 목표 감량치에 도달했는지를 판단해 주는 장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가성소다용액의 초농도 및 섬유 감량 정도의 정확한 측정과 감량 종료시간의 산출 및 이에 따른 종료신호를 발생할 수 있는 폴리에스테르 섬유 감량기 전용의 자동적정장치를 개발하였다. To control caustic soda treatment system for the polyester fabric reduction, we need the device to determine that the fabric has been arrived target reduction value. In this study, we develope an automatic process titrator for the caustic soda treatment system. Major functions of the target titrating system are accurate measurements of the caustic soda concentration and then producing the end point signal for caustic soda treatment system.

      • 완전 방실차단을 동반한 급성 심근염

        급성 심근염환자에서 발행한 완전 방실차단을 영구 심장박동 조율기로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Myocarditis, an inflammatory process involving the myocardal wall, may be caused by most infectious agents. Irrespective of its etiology, it presents commonly with evidence of heart failure, hypotension, and various electrocardiographic abnormalities. Patient with myocarditis may be asymptomatic or may have a rapidly progressive fatal disease. Medical management of patients with myocarditis includes specific therapy for underlying infection and control of the complication of myocarditis such as congestive heart failure and arrhythmia. Recently we had experienced myocarditis with complete atrioventricular block in 37-year-old man. Although he had shown complete recovery of heart failure, he had shown complete atrioventricular block, so we inserted permanent pacemaker. We report it with review of the literature.

        사회복지조직의 실제채용기준을 반영할 수 있는 채용공고에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 서울·대전지역을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 사회복지조직의 공개 채용공고가 실제채용기준을 얼마나 반영하고 있는지 파악하여 채용공고의 변화가능성을 탐색하기 위함이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2008년 한국사회복지사협회의 채용공고 중 210건의 조직을 표집하여 기초분석을 통해 정보내용을 파악하였고, 서울과 대전의 23개 조직의 기관장을 대상으로 1:1면접을 통해 사례연구를 진행하였다. 분석결과, 실제채용기준은 자원봉사와 실습을 통한 현장경험, 사회복지사 1급 자격증, 지원자와 조직의 비전 일치, 사회복지 마인드, 대인관계 등으로 드러났다. 그러나 이는 채용공고에 제시되지 않거나 질적인 차이를 보였다. The purpose of this study is to understand how an open employment notice has reflected the actual criterions of the recruitment, and to discover a potential for any changes. To achieve this purpose, a systematic random sample of 210 open employment notices was selected from Korea Association of Social Workers in 2008, and a descriptive analysis was conducted. The qualitative research was carried out for the case study with 23 interviewees from social welfare organizations in Seoul and Daejeon. Consequently, the actual criterions of the recruitment included the following elements: social work field practicum and volunteer work, the level one social welfare license, degree of harmony with the vision of the organization, dept of social welfare-oriented mind, and human networks. However, these criterions may not be presented in open employment notices or show that there are qualitative differences between open employment notices and the actual employment criterions.

      • 특수학급 교육과정의 편성과 운영

        본 연구는 제7차 특수학급(급) 교육과정이 특수학급 현장에서 보다 효율적으로 적용될 수 있도록 돕는 차원에서 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영과 실행방안을 모색하는데 그 주안점을 두었다. 이를 위한 제7차 특수학교 교육과정(급) 편성ㆍ운영지침 및 시ㆍ도 교육청 지침 등의 분석을 통해 특수학급 교육과정의 성격을 탐색하였고, 특수학급 교육과정의 편성ㆍ운영에 대한 실태와 요구를 조사하여 운영방안 모색을 위한 시사점을 추출하였다. 그리고 이 시사점을 바탕으로 효율적인 특수학급 교육과정 편성 및 운영방안을 제시하였고, 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 필요한 여건조성 및 지원들에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 제7차 특수학급 교육과정(급)편성ㆍ운영 지침 시ㆍ도교육청 지침 분석 제7차 특수학교 교육과정은 국가수준의 교육과정으로서, 특수교육을 필요로 하는 모든 장애학생을 대상으로 하는 열린 교육과정임을 강조하여 순회교육 대상학생, 일반학급, 학습도움실 및 특수학급 등에 배치된 장애학생에 대한 교육과정 편제와 시간배당 기준만을 간략히 명시하고 있을 뿐 구체적인 교육과정 편성과 운영에 대한 사항은 시ㆍ도 교육청에 위임하고 있다. 그런데 16개 시ㆍ도 교육청에서 작성ㆍ제시한 특수학급 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영지침을 분석한 결과, 대부분의 지침들이 국가수준에서 명시하고 있는 내용을 그대로 답습하고 있거나 약간의 보완정도에 그치고 있어 특수학급 현장에서 교육과정을 편성하고 운영하는 데에 있어서는 실질적인 지침의 역할을 하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 특수학급에서 교육과정이 효율적으로 편성ㆍ운영되기 위해서는 교육과정 편성과 운영에 대한 절차 및 운영모형이 제시될 필요가 있다. 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영실태와 교사의 요구 분석 본 연구에서는 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영방안의 기초로서 현장에서의 특수학급 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영 및 교육과정 수정의 실태와 교사의 요구에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 전체 조사대상 가운데 최근 장애학생의 통합에 따른 교육과정 수정에 관한 연수를 받은 경험이 있다고 응답한 숫자는 35.2%에 지나지 않고 있어, 교육과정 수정에 대한 폭넓은 정보와 지식을 제공할 필요가 있다고 본다. 그리고 통합교육을 실시하고 있는 영역은 도구교과 이외라는 응답이 72.7%로 나타나고 있어, 아직 대부분의 특수학급이 시간제를 중심으로 운영되고 있음을 엿볼 수가 있다. 특수학급의 시간운영에 있어서는 62.1%가 통합학급 시간표에 맞추어 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학생의 입급이나 시간표 작성 및 생활지도에 문제가 있을때 특수학급 교사와 통합학급 교사가 가장 많이 협의하는 것으로 나타나 대부분의 학습상 문제는 교사 스스로가 해결하고 있는 것으로 유추해 볼 수 있다. 특수학급의 교육과정은 일반학교의 국민공통 기본교육과정과 특수교육의 기본교육과정을 절충한다는 의견이 45.5%로 가장 많으나 교육과정과 관계없이 프로그램 학습으로 운영한다는 의견도 19.4%에 이르고 있다. 그리고 실제 통합상황에서 이루어지고 있는 교육과정 수정은 주로 교수방법에 대한 수정(66.7%)과 교수ㆍ학습진단의 재편성(45.5%)에서 이루어지고 있으며, 교수내용에 대한 수정은 40.9%에 그쳐 장애학생이 수업에서 소외될 가능성이 큰 것으로 해석된다. 또한 평가에 있어서도 특수학급 교사와 통합교사 교사가 협의하여 평가하기(16.7%)보다는 담당하는 교과별로 각자가 평가(48.5%)하는 것으로 나타나고 있어 교사간의 협력이 더욱 필요하다고 본다. 그리고 교육과정 수정에 있어 가장 어려운 점은 정보 및 자료부족(59.1%)을 들고 있어 이에 대한 보다 많은 지식과 정보가 학급 현장에 제공되어야 할 것으로 본다. 그리고 특수학급 학생의 일반학급 통합을 위한 선행요건으로서 일반학급 학생의 장애학생에 대한 이해(86.1%), 교사간 협력(83.3%), 학교 관리자의 이해(76.4%), 학생 수 감축(75%) 등을 들고 있다. 특수학급 교육과정의 효율적인 편성ㆍ운영방안 제시 본 연구에서는 선행연구 및 설문조사에 기초하여 특수학급 교육과정 편성의 다섯 가지 기본 원칙을 정하였는데, 첫째는 다양한 운영유형을 염두에 두어야 한다는 것, 둘째는 장애학생의 통합교육이 보다 강조되어야 한다는 것, 셋째는 특수학급 교육은 교과교육 이외에도 치료교육 및 직업교육 등 관련 서비스가 뒷받침되어야 한다는 것, 넷째는 특수학급 대상학생의 적절한 교육을 보장하기 위해서 개별화 교육이 전제되어야 한다는 것, 다섯째는 특수학급 교육과정의 편성 및 운영에 있어 일반교사와 특수교육교사간의 협력적인 관계가 중요하다는 것이다. 특수학급 운영유형별 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영방안으로 전일제 특수학급과 시간제 및 특별지도실 특수학급의 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영절차를 예와 함계 제시하였다. 또한 특수학급 교사와 통합학급 교사의 협조형태에 따라 협력교수로 운영하는 방법과 특수학급 교사가 통합학급의 수업을 보조하는 형태, 그리고 특수학급 교사가 통합수업에 들어가지 않고 교수ㆍ학급지도안만 제시하는 형태로 나누어 각각의 교수ㆍ학습지도안의 예를 제시하였는데, 이것은 장애학생의 특성 및 교과의 특성에 따라 각기 적용될 수 있다고 본다. 특수학급 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영을 위한 여건조성 및 지원 현장에서 특수학급 교육과정이 효율적으로 편성ㆍ운영되기 위해서는 여건조성 및 지원이 필요한데, 특히 교사간 협력을 위한 행정적인 지원, 일반교사와 특수교육교사의 역할, 장애학생의 사회적 통합을 위한 지원, 부모참여, 장애에 대한 인식개선을 위한 지속적인 노력, 그리고 특수학급 교사에 대한 일반학교 교육과정에 대한 연수, 일반학급 교사에 대한 장애학생 이해를 위한 연수가 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다고 보았다. 이상과 같이 본 연구는 특수학급 교육과정의 효율적인 편성ㆍ운영방안을 제시하기 위한 것으로서, 교육과정 수정의 다양한 모형을 제시하기보다는 절차와 사례를 제시하는 수준에 그쳤다. 따라서 다양한 요구를 가진 장애학생들에게 적용하기 위한 수준별ㆍ교과영역별 교수자료 및 교유과정 수정을 위한 모형개발에 대한 후속연구가 요청된다. This study focused on searching the methods of curriculum organization and implementation in order that the 7th special school curriculum may be applied to special classes efficiently. So as to do this, through analyzing organization and implementation guidelines of the 7th special school curriculum and the guideline which is made by the Metropolitan/Provincial Office of Education(MPOE), the characters of special class curriculum was explored. And through the survey about present states and teacher's needs to special class curriculum organization and implementation, we clarified the meaning of the implementation designs. And on the basis of the meaning, we presented the methods of efficient special class curriculum organization and implementation. Also, We explored the condition and supports contents which are needed to back up them. Analysis of the Guidelines of 7th Special School Curriculum OrganizationㆍImplementation and the Metropolitan/Provincial Office of Education(MPOE) As the 7th special school curriculum is the national level curriculum, the major feature is that it emphasis the opened curriculum for all the students who need the special education. But the national level curriculum presented curriculum organization and time allotment in simple guidelines for the disable students who anr placed itinerant education, regular-education classroom, learning assistance room, special classes and etc, in the most of cases, the national level curriculum entrust the concrete, guidelines about curriculum organization and implemantation to the MPOE. By the way, in results of analuyzed the special school curriculum guidelines of MPOE, It was appeared that many MPOE suggested a similar recommendation such as that of national level curriculum organization and implementation in special classes. Therefore, it should be recommended that the MPOE have to give their own unique prodedure and guide of organization and implementation to special classes. Analysis of the teacher's needs and presents states of curriculum organizationㆍimplementation In the results, we can know the fact that most special classes were managed in part-time in special classes in that the area which inclusive education was conducted with exception of subject appeared 72.7%, 62.1% of answeres showed that time management was implemented according to inclusive class's time schedule. And when there were a preblem for disabled students to enter to the class or to plan the time schedule and to guide about student's problem, we can infer that they resolved most of Problem to learning for themselves. because it was appeared in the most frequent cooperation between special education teachers and regular education teachers. In the curriculum of special classes, the opinions were the most frequent responds The opinion that the curriculum of special classes should be blended the national level common crriculum with basic curriculum was 45.5% which is the most frequent responds in responds. But the opinion that the curriculum should be managed through program learning regardless of curriculum also reached to 19.4%. And for the most part, adaptation of curriculum which is made in actual inclusive education situation is adaptation of teaching method(66.7%) and re-organization of teaching-learning group(45.5%). Contrast to this results, adaptation of teaching contents was only 40.9%, So, from the result, we can understand that disabled students are rejected in classes. Also, in assessments, the teachers who are special and regular teachers did assessment according to subject areas respectively(48.5%), not that through the meeting(16.7%) between special education teachers and regular education teachers. this results suggested that both side of teachers be needed the cooperation. And in responds of teachers, they answerede that the most difficult things were deficient of information and resource materials(59.1%). So, more information and knowledge on curriculum adaptation have to be given in class field. And in results of survey research, the condition of precedent which is for special class student to integrate regular class are appeared the understanding of regular class's student on students with disabilities(86.1%), the collaboration between regular class teachers and special education teachers(83.3%), understanding of school manager(76.4%), decreasing of the number of student per class(75%). Suggesting efficient organizationㆍimplementation methods of curriculum in special classes In this study researcher, we suggests the basic principles on the basis of antecedent study and survey; (1)various management types have to be provided, (2)the inclusion of students with disabilities have to be highlighted, (3)the relative services including the therapy education and the vocation education etc. as well as subject education have to be give in the education of special classes, (4)the indicidualized education have to be conditioned to assure adequate education of student with disabilities, (5)in regarding organizationㆍimplementation of curriculum for special classes, the cooperative relation between regular and special education teacher is important. In the curriculum organizationㆍimplementation methods according to management type of special classes, we suggested the procedures of curriculum organizationㆍimplementation of self-contained special classes, part-time special classes, resource room with examples. Also according to the collaboration types between special and regular education teachers, this study presented three kinds of the methods, first one is to manage in cooperative teaching, second, special education teacher assist the lesson of inclusive class, third, special education teacher presents only the teaching-learning plan without attending inclusive classes. and the example of teaching-learning plan were presented according to each type. It can be applied to the characters of student with disabilities and subjecta, respectively. Supporting the condition and environment for curriculum organization and implementation in special classes In order to perform an effective organization and implementation of special school curricula, it is necessary to build up optimal conditions and supports for special education, such as administrative support for cooperation between teachers, sharing the roles of regular class teachers and special class teachers, support for social inclusion of handicapped students into regular classes, active participation of parents, continuous effort to change the attitude toward handicapped students, and in-service training for special class teachers to get more konwledge about the regular class curriculum as well as in-service training for regular class teachers to get more knowledge about the special class curriculum. As an effective organization and implementation of special school curricula, this study suggests only procedures and instances of curricular modification rather than a variety of models. Therefore, fololw-uo studies are required to develop various models for the curricular modification as well as teaching materials by level and by subject applicable to physically/mentally challenged students with various needs.

        패션감성의 측정도구 개발에 관한 연구(제2보)

        The purpose of this study was to develop the measurement of fashion sensibility and to verify the validity and utility. The survey has been done 91 photos selected in fashion magazines with 25 semantic differential bi-polar scale. The obtained data were analyzed by MDS, Discriminant analysis and Regression analysis. The major findings of this research were as follows. 1. According to the sensibility positioning, fashion image was classified by 4 group and agreed with constructing factors of fashion. 2. As result of the discrimination analysis, distinguishable fashion sensibility among design elements of clothing was related to refined, pleasant, feel like buying sensibility. 3. As result of the regression analysis, Preference was related to looking good, refined, and sweet, Buying needs related to likable, looking good and natural, Riches related to elegant, neat and refined, Pleasure related to looking good, elegant and bright. 4. The fashion design properties were different regarding Preference, Buying needs, Riches and Pleasure. Preference and Buying needs were related to H-line, similarity color combination, cotton and linen, Riches related to brilliance texture, ruffle and flounces, Pleasure related to fit and sexy design of clothing.
