인터넷 게임 방송 진행자의 언어 건전성 연구

본 연구는 인터넷 게임 방송 진행자(BJ)의 방송 언어 실태와 문제점을 알아보기 위해, BJ들의 방송 언어 건 전성을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 게임 방송 진행자(BJ)의 방송 언어 건전성은 언어의 비공손성 측면에서 지적되는 부분이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 비표준성, 폭력성 면에서 문제 가 되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반말을 제외한 경우, 비표준성 측면에서 지적되는 부분이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 인터넷 게임 방송 진행자(BJ)의 방송 언어 건전성의 각 유형 간에 유의미한 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 언어의 비공손성 측면에서 문제 가 많은 경우 비표준성 부분에서는 오히려 문제가 적게 나타났고, 비공손성 부분 에서 문제가 많은 경우 폭력성 부분에서는 비교적 문제가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 게임 방송 진행자(BJ)의 순위(상위권과 하위권)에 따라 방송언어의 건전성을 살펴본 결과 하위권의 건전성 위배 지수가 상위권보다 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 게임 유형별로는 대규모 다중 사용자 온라인 롤플레잉 게임(MMORPG), 롤 플레잉 게임(RPG), 실시간 전략 게임(RTS)과 슈팅 게임(FPS, TPS)이 샌드박스 와 기타 게임(레이싱, 카드 수집 등)들 보다 방송 언어의 건전성 위배 지수가 높 은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 이 연구는 학술적, 실무적인 함의를 심층 토론하였다. This study content-analyzed the language of Internet personal game broadcasting in order to examine to what extent the language of broadcasting Jockeys(BJ) is healthy. The results of the study are summarized as follows. Firstly, the broadcasting language of BJs is problematic in terms of language politeness most often, followed by the language standardization, and language violence. Secondly, the more the politeness of language are pointed, the less language standardization are pointed. Also, the more problems in politeness of language are shown, the less problems in language violence are observed. Moreover, the more language standardization are violated, the less language violence are seen. Thirdly, low-ranked BJs are more problematic than high-ranked BJs in terms of the broadcasting language. Finally, massively multi-player online role-playing games, role-playing games, real-time strategy games and shooting games show more problems than sandbox and other games (e.g., racing and card collection) in the broadcasting language soundness index.

지역복지 행정조직의 문제와 법제 개선 -지역중심 통합서비스의 관점에서-

In welfare affairs, the local government should have more authority and play a leading role. This article examines the local welfare policy objectives, the local welfare delivery system and the local welfare administrative organizations and discusses how to improve the legal system to achieve these policy goals in Korea. Recently, the government introduced policies to provide integrated welfare services and established local welfare governance through the Eup-Myeon-Dong Welfare Hub and Hope Welfare Support Team. As the local welfare administrative organizations, Hope Welfare Support Teams and Eup⋅Myeon⋅ Dong community service centers provide various services such as Integrated Case Management and local protection businesses. The Community Social Security Council, a public-private partnership organization, takes a main role as the local welfare network. The local governments are also involved in local resource development through fundraising activities. In order to provide local integrated services through these administrative organizations, it is necessary to improve the legal system as follows : First, the powers and roles of local welfare administrative organizations should be strengthened. It is necessary to enact ordinances on local welfare actively and to legislate national financial support for welfare affairs. Second, the welfare coordination agency should be specified in the law. Lastly, the role of the community service center, the hope welfare support team and the private sector should be distinguished to overcome the overload of the welfare work of community service center. 지역복지에 있어서는 현장성과 직접성이 요구되기 때문에 지방자치단체의 주도적인 역할이 필요하고, 복지사무의 조정과 지역복지 행정조직간 역할분담이 요구된다. 이 글은 최근 우리나라의 지역복지정책 및 지역복지 행정조직을 살펴보고, 이러한 정책목표를 달성하기 위한 법제 개선안에 대해 논하였다. 최근 우리나라 지역복지정책은 ‘희망복지지원단’, ‘읍⋅면⋅동 복지허브화 사업’ 등을 통해‘지역 중심의 통합적 서비스’를 제공하고 ‘지역복지 거버넌스’를 구축하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 기초자치단체인 시⋅군⋅구는 이러한 정책목표 하에 지역복지 행정업무에서 중심적 역할을 수행하고 있다. 지역복지 행정조직을 살펴보면, 시⋅군⋅구 희망복지지원단과 읍⋅면⋅동주민센터가 통합사례관리, 지역보호사업 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 역할을 하고 있으며 자원발 업무까지 수행하고 있다. 또한 민관협력기구인 지역사회보장협의체가 지역복지 네크워크 기능을 담당하고 있다. 이러한 지역복지 행정조직을 통해 지역중심 통합서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 다음과 같은점에서 법제 개선이 필요하다. 첫째, 지역복지 행정조직의 권한과 역할이 강화되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 복지사무에 관한 자치입법권 행사(조례제정)를 활성화하고, 자치사무라 할지라도복지국가원리와 사회보장책임에 근거하여 지역복지사무에 대한 국가의 재정적 책임을 규범적으로 구체화할 필요가 있다. 또한 기초자치단체의 권한과 공무원의 역량방안을 법제화하고 지역사회보장계획 수립에 있어서도 광역과 기초 간 기능을 분배해야 한다. 둘째, 복지사무의 조정과 역할 분담이 필요하다. 공공 복지사업의 중복을 피하기 위해서는 복지사업 조정기구를법률에 명시해야 한다. 또한 지역중심 복지정책을 추진하는 과정에서 발생한 행정조직 내 복지업무의 과부하를 해소하기 위해서는 인력확충 외에도 시⋅군⋅구와 읍⋅면⋅동 간 및 공공조직과 민간조직 간의 업무 범위를 제도적으로 구분하여 중복을 피해야 한다.

장애인과 보호자와의 관계 유형에 따른 장애인의 구강건강상태 관련성

장애인과 보호자와의 관계 유형에 따른 장애인의 구강건강상태의 관련성을 알아보고자 장애인 보호자에게 장애인 과 보호자의 응집력과 의사소통과정을 자기기입식으로 설문 조사하였고, 장애인의 구강건강상태는 DMFT index, 제1대구 치 건강도, Pocket depth로 평가표를 작성하여 총 78부를 분석하였다. 통계프로그램은 SPSS win. 24.0을 이용하였으며 유의 수준은 .05에서 검증하였다. 장애인과 보호자와의 관계 유형에 따른 장애인과 보호자의 응집력(p<.01), 의사소통과정(p<.01) 에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 장애인의 구강건강상태에서는 DMFT index(p<.01), 제1대구치 건강도(p<.01), Pocket depth(p<.01)에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 따라서 장애인에게 어머니는 응집력, 의사소통과정, 구강건강상태 등 대부분의 항 목에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 장애인과의 응집력, 의사소통과정 등에서 낮은 영향을 미친 활동보조 인력과 장애인의 구강건강상태에 낮은 영향을 미친 배우자에게는 장애인과 보호자의 관계 중요성을 제시함으로써 장애인 구강건강관리법 및 관심도를 높일 수 있는 정책적 지원 및 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to examine the relations of oral health relevance to disabilities according to the relationship types between them and their guardian. The guardians were surveyed using self-writing questionnaires regarding the cohesion and communication process, and the oral health of disabled was analyzed by evaluation table. Total 78 copies were analyzed. SPSS win. 24.0 statistical program was used and the significance level was verified at .05. There was significance in the communication process(p<.01) according to the type of relationship with the disabled and their guardians. In oral health of the disabled according to the type of relationship with their guardians, there was significance in DMFT index(p<.01), first molar soundness(p<.01) and Pocket depth(p<.01).Therefore, the mother had a positive effect for the disabled on most items such as cohesion, communication process, and oral health. However, it is expected that policy support and research to increase the interests in oral health care management are needed for personal assistants, who showed a low impact on the cohesion, and communication process with disabled persons, and spouses, who showed a low influence on oral health of persons with disabilities.

기초 언어자원을 활용한 군집화된 의미 레이블의 품질 향상

지도학습 기반의 단어 의미 모호성 해소 연구에서는 사전이나 시소러스 등을 활용하여 희소 데이터 문제를 효과적으로 처리하고 있다. 이 중에서, 군집화된 의미 레이블을 시퀀스 레이블링 기반 모델에 사용하는 방법이 높은 성능과 빠른 처리속도를 보였다. 본 연구에서는, 시소러스 등의 언어자원보다 비교적 쉽게 구할 수 있는 기초 언어자원을 사용해 군집화된 의미 레이블의 품질을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 어휘의 의미 분류를 군집 초기화에 사용하고, 원시문장 말뭉치를 사용해 벡터의 품질을 향상시켰다. 이 개선된 의미 레이블을 BERT 기반 단어 의미 모호성 해소 모델에 적용하여 성능을 평가했다. 실험 결과, 제안 방법을 사용한 모델은 F1 70.6%의 성능을 보여 제안 방법을 사용하지 않은 기존 모델의 F1 69.1% 보다 높은 성능을 보였다. 따라서, 기초 언어자원을 추가로 사용하여 군집화된 의미 레이블의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있음을 보였다.

This study was experimentally performed to show the growth characteristics of one specified plant with various liquids, which can be purchased easily. To do that, this study measured the number of leaves attached to the plant sample and the height of liquids everyday during almost 15 days on summer season in the laboratory room. From the experiments, we revealed that the remained number of leaves can be related with the liquid height.

반구형 플라스틱 구조체 성형을 위한 프리폼 몰드 사출성형공정 최적화

Traditional cell culture(2-dimensional) is the method that provide a nutrient and environment on a flat surface to cultivate cells into a single layer. Since the cell characteristics of 2D culture method is different from the characteristics of the cells cultured in the body, attempts to cultivate the cells in an environment similar to the body environment are actively proceeding in the industry, academy, and research institutes. In this study, we will develop a technology to fabricate micro-structures capable of culturing cells on surfaces with various curvatures, surface shapes, and characteristics. In order to fabricate the hemispheric plastic structure(thickness 50 ㎛), plastic preform mold (hereinafter as "preform mold") corresponding to the hemisphere was first prepared by injection molding in order to fabricate a two - layer structure to be combined with a flat plastic film. Then, thermoplastic polymer dissolved in an organic solvent was solidified on a preform mold. As a preliminary study, we proposed injection molding conditions that can minimize X/Y/Z axis deflection value. The effects of the following conditions on the preform mold were analyzed through injection molding CAE, [(1) coolant inlet temperature, (2) injection time, (3) packing pressure, (4) volume-pressure (V/P). As a result, the injection molding process conditions (cooling water inlet temperature, injection time, holding pressure condition (V / P conversion point and holding pressure size)) which can minimize the deformation amount of the preform mold were derived through CAE without applying the experimental design method. Also, the derived injection molding process conditions were applied during actual injection molding and the degree of deformation of the formed preform mold was compared with the analysis results. It is expected that plastic film having various shapes in addition to hemispherical shape using the preform mold produced through this study will be useful for the molding preform molding technology and cast molding technology.
