舊韓末開港期朝鮮海關에 관한 硏究 : 顧聘 外國人 海關員의 任免과 勤務狀況을 中心으로 Focused on Employment and Service Activity of Foreign Customs Staffs Invited

1883년에 창설된 조선해관에는 1905년 11월 일제가 조선해관을 완전히 장악할 때까지 100여명에 달하는 외국인 해관원이 고빙되어 해관을 운영했다. 이들 중에서 청국해관에서 파견된 해관원도 있으나, 실제 조선현지에서 채용한 인물도 적지 않다. 이제까지 학계의 연구는 관세청장격인 총세무사와 지방 세관장급인 세무사(Commissioner) 소수를 제외하면 실상이 알려진 인물은 거의 없었다. 조선해관에 고빙된 100여명에 달하는 외국인 해관원들이 조선해관 창설이후 22년간 해관운영을 맡아온 운영주체로, 당시 조선재정으로는 과다한 고임금을 받고 있으면서 이들은 과연 조선해관운영에서 자신 직분과 책임을 얼마나 다했는가 하는 문제는 검토가 되어야 할 부분이다. 초기 조선해관연구에서 아직까지도 밝히지 못한 해관관련 규정과 규칙, 각해관의 인사조직, 관세의 징수실태 및 운용, 해관업무와 통관시스템, 그리고 고빙 외국인 해관원들의 역할 등 개항기 해관사와 관련하여 전반적이고 체계적인 연구를 필요로 하고 있다. 본고는 조선해관의 실질적 운영주체인 고빙 외국인 해관원들이 어떻게 조선해관에 와서 어떻게 근무하다가 떠났는가를 중심으로 고찰하여 구한말 개항기 조선해관에서 근무한 이들의 실상을 평가한다. In the while, it is widely known that Korean Customs System was organized by Mollendorff, a German, who had been served in China Maritime Customs. King Kojong invited him in December, 1882 in order to improve Korean political innovation recommended by the Viceroy Li Hung-chang in China. After that, about 100 custom office staffs were invited by Korean Government for establishment of Maritime Customs. They were actually managers and operators of Korean Maritime Customs for 22 years (1883-1905). But they are unknown to us yet how to work and contribute for Korea, excepting Moellendorff, 4 Chief Commissioners(now Director General of the Customs) and some commissioners(now Director General of the local Customs) stationed at open ports in Korea at that time. Many high rank staffs came from China Maritime Customs by the order of Robert Hart, Inspectorate General of China Maritime Customs, but Korean Maritime Customs employed low rank staffs by private employment agreement in Korea. Therefore, we are able to trace relative informations of them who came from China with the Service List officially issued by China Maritime Customs, but it is impossible to find out the service records of low rank class in this records. Even though they received high salary from Korean Maritime Customs, especially high rank class. they supplied various Korean economical informations to their own country, also to China and Japan. Such unfair behavior made one reason that Korea was under the control of Japanese economy from 1905. In this paper, the writer tried to verify that how many foreign custom office staffs were employed by Korea, and where they serviced at local custom office in 8 Korean open ports. In 1902, there were 60 foreign custom office staffs in Korean Maritime Customs such as European 11. Japanese 12 and Chinese 6 in Inchon Custom House ; European 4, Japanese 8 and Chinese 1 in Busan ; European 1, Japanese 2 and Chinese 1 in Wonsan ; European 1 and Japanese 2 in Chinmanpo ; Japanese 1 and Chinese 1 in Kunsan ; European 1, Japanese 2 and Chinese 1 in Mokpo ; European 1 and Japanese 2 in Masanpo ; Japanese 2 in Sungjin. This was 67.4% of total employers. However, they had been really managed and controlled Korean Maritime Customs from 1883 to 1905.

전격성 경과를 취한 만성 호산구성 폐렴 환자 1예

Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia(CEP) is a rare disease of unknown etiology characterized by chronic infiltration of the lung with eosinophils. It presents with profound systemic symptoms comprising fever, night sweats, weight loss, dyspnea and blood eosinophilia with nonsegmental air-space consolidation confined to the outer third of the lung, the "photographic negative of pulmonary edema". Histopathologic features of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia are intraalveolar and interstitial infiltrations with eosinophils, histiocytes, giant cells, scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells. Glucocorticoid therapy cause prompt resolution of symptoms as well as disappearans of blood eosinophils, elevated serum Ig E levels and the roentgenographic lesions. Infrequent radiographic findings include nodular infiltrates, consolidations, cavitations, atelectasis and pleural effusions. Deaths from CEP although rare, have been reported, but the majorities of CEP have benign courses and do not need a therapy with ventilator. We report a case of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, which had a sudden course associated with diffuse pneumonic consolidations on the both lung and bilateral pleural effusion.

동북아 고대 해상무역제도에 관한 고찰 : 장보고의 통상네트워크와 관련하여

본 연구는 통상사적 측면과 무역상무론적 관점에서 9세기 동북아 해상교역환경과 장보고의 해상무역의 실체를 규명함으로써 오늘날 동북아지역간의 통상협력을 통한 발전방향을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 9세기 통일신라, 중국의 당나라 및 일본을 중심으로 한 동북아지역의 해상교역제도의 일반환경과 발전요소를 분석하고, 장보고 해상무역의 특성 및 교역관행 그리고 물적·인적 네트워크를 통한 동북아 통상네트워크 기반을 분석하고 있다. 특히 동북아지역 통상네트워크의 구축을 기반으로 하고 있는 장보고 해상교역의 특성으로 우선 지리적으로는 고대 동북아지역을 중심으로 한 통일신라의 청해진과 중국 당대의 산동성 법화원 그리고 일본의 하까다지점을 연결하는 해상교역네트워크를 구축한 점이고 둘째, 해상교역관행으로 주로 중계무역형태와 선불제도관행, 통상정책적 제반활동을 수행한 점과 셋째, 해상교역의 주요 수단으로 신라의 항해술과 당대의 발달된 조선술을 기초로 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 점은 해상교역을 통하여 새로운 시장과 제품, 신사고라는 국제교역의 동기를 바탕으로 하여, 오늘날에도 여전히 국제무역의 주요 요인으로서 향후 동북아지역의 새로운 통상환경의 기반을 더욱 촉진할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this paper is to survey the ancient marine trade in Northeast Asian Area and present the directions for developing through the economical cooperations among Korea, China and Japan in Northeast Asian district. In order to achieve of above purposes, this paper investigated the environments of marine trade and the practices of Changbogo's marine trade focus on Silla, Tang in China and Japan in the 9th century. The features of Changbogo's marine trade are as follows: First, geographically, Changbogo constructed marine trade network linking in Silla, Tang, Japan, in the center of ancient Northeast Asian areas Second, Types of marine trade is largely today's intermediary trade Third, His marine trade depended on the technical improvement of navigation and shipbuilding. These things are also central factors of today's international trade and they are necessary to open up a new market through the marine trade.

The purpose of this study is to suggest institutional reformation of public office facilities by analysis the status of services on welfare for the aged and disabled. For this study, we have researched and analyzed on two different aspects. The aspects are space composition of public office facilities, welfare systems and service support within region. And we can get the following important points as conclusion; ① We need to consider on not only access for public office facilities site hut also the connection on business such as block plan on zone and connection between quarters. Architectural plan has to be considered. ② Most of the public office facilities use human service resources as a supporting system for shortage of convenient facilities. Variety of welfare services are required. ③ We need to secure various programs and space for local peculiarities and social demand.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

어머니의 사회적 유능성, 자녀 또래관계 개입행동과 유아의 또래 유능성과의 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations among the maternal social competence, involvement behaviors on the children's peer relations and the children's peer competence and to find out the path of the maternal social competence and involvement behaviors on the children's peer competence affect the children's peer competence and the relative influence. The subjects of this study were 219 children of two kindergartens and three children's houses located in Seoul and Kyoungki-province and their mothers. To make things clear, three kinds of questionnaires were applied. Interpersonnal Competence Questionnaire(ICQ), developed by Buhrmester etc, was used to measure mother's social competence. Parental Involvement Checklist(PIC) was used to measure mother's involvement behaviors on children's peer relation. And Children's Peer Competence Scale, developed by Ju Hee Park etc, was used to measure childrens' peer competence. To analyze the data, the prequency and percentage were produced through the statistics package SAS. The data were analyzed by means, standard deviation, and correlation analysis. And path analysis is also undertaken to find out the path which affects children's peer competence and the relative influence. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Firstly, positive variables affecting the son's peer competence are maternal social competence, involvement behaviors on children's peer relations(supervision, advice and support, adjustment and mediation, the total score of involvement behaviors on children's peer relations). Positive variables affecting the daughter's peer competence is the maternal involvement behaviors on the children's peer relations(monitoring, consultation and support, arrangement and mediation, the total score of the maternal involvement behaviors on children's peer relations). Secondly, the maternal social competence hadn’t an influence on the children's peer competence directly, but it had an influence through the involvement behaviors on children's peer relations indirectly. That is, the maternal involvement behaviors on children's peer relations mediates between the children's peer competence and the maternal social competence. There was mediator function in the maternal involvement behaviors on the son's peer relations(monitoring, consultation and support, arrangement and mediation, the total score of the maternal involvement behaviors on children's peer relations). The other side, there was mediator function in consultation and support, the total score of the maternal involvement behaviors on children's peer relations of the maternal involvement behaviors on the daughter's peer relations.

The purpose of this experiment is an experimental study on recycling of waste concrete and suggest a possibility of the Recycled Aggregate Concrete after establishing some kinds of experimental properties of concrete. Therefore, this study compared and investigated properties of natural aggregate concrete and recycled aggregate concrete by replacing the ratio of recycled aggregates under the absorptions, compressive strengths and chemical resistances. As the result, the compressive strength and the chemical resistance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete is lower than the natural aggregate concrete. If was concluded that the properties of the recycled aggregates and lower than natural aggregates.

Rail noise and vibration is one of the major problem for the residents living nearby railway tracks. The rail noise may inflict a considerable damage to physiological, spiritual, mental and discomfort to neighboring peoples. Therefore, residents living nearby railway were appeal many troubles. Nevertheless, in our country, adequate guidelines for the rail noise are not yet established because of the lack of basic data and insufficient research works. In this point, this study attempts to surveys the influence of rail noise in urban area using questionnaire. This study also present a basic data in establishing effective plans for rail noise in the future.
