      • Gas-Cyclone의 微粒子 捕集에 關한 硏究

        Important industrial dust collection equipments are gravity setting chambers, impingment dust collectors gascyclone dust collectors, scrubbers, electrical precipitators, air filters, sonic dust collectors. Among these equipments gas cyclone is widely used for industrial separation and desirable to collect as much of the fine particles as possible from the gas. This study obtained the optimum conditions from variable factors of gas cyclone. The obtained results are as follow. 1. The optimum feed velocity of gas cyclone is 17m/sec, but increased velocity is not effective for collection dust. 2. The optimum vortex finder length of gas cyclone is 0.7D. 3. The dust collection efficiency increases when d/D, h/D rate grow up 0.4 to 0.56 and e/D rate grow up 0.2 to 0.3

      • 流動性 燃燒爐를 이용한 石炭燃燒의 特性에 關한 硏究

        The low grade anthracite combustion was studied with respect to the burning fluidized bed. These experiments were performed in the heating at 700-1000℃ temperature. Combustion zone was experimentally confirmed by analyzing the temperature and aspect ratio change in the bed after injecting a small amount coal particles to the hot ash fluidized bed. Feed of the coal inputs at the top of bed and discharges at the bottom of the bed. Through this investigation 1. The optimum air flow rate was 20 lit/min 2. The value of aspect ratio(L/D) was 1.5 3. The combustor operating optimum temperature was about 900℃

      • 流動層에서 低質炭의 熱傳達 特性에 관한 硏究

        Heat transfer characteristics of a cylinderical fluidized bed have been determined in a 5 cm ID x50 cm height column and combustion experiments were carried out with the domestic low grade arthracite (heating value:around 3200 kcal/kg) and negligible amount of attrition of aprticles during combustion. Effect of air velocity (10 l/min -40 l/min), particle size(0.6mm-1.2mm)on heat tranfer corfficient were examined. Arthracite particle size does not almost have an effect on combustion efficiency. The heat transfer coefficients in fluidited optimum value with air velocity, however, it increased with temperature an decrease with paricle size.

      • LLDPE의 열분해에 의한 액화 특성

        Pyrolysis of liner low density polyethylene(LLDPE) was carried out to find the effects of temperature and time on the pyrolysis. The starting temperature and activation energy of LLDPE pyrolysis increased with increasing heating rate. In general, conversion and liquid yield continuously increased with pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time. This tendency is very sensitive with pyrolysis time, especially at 450℃. Pyrolysis temperature has more influence on the conversion than pyrolysis time. Each liquid product formed during pyrolysis was classified into gasoline, kerosene, light oil and wax according to the distillation temperature based on the petroleum product quality standard of Korea Petroleum Quality Inspection Institute. As a result, the amount of liquid products produced during LLDPE pyrolysis at 450℃ was in the order of light oil〉wax〉kerosene〉gasoline, and at 475℃ and 500℃, it was wax〉light oil〉kerosene〉gasoline.

      • 固液 Cyclone을 利用한 微粒子 分離效果

        The Solid-Liquid cyclone is considered impossible to drive simple power relationships to describe the effect on particles elimination efficiency of change in feed diameter, overflow diameter, vortex finder length, etc. This equipment is desirable to collect as possible from the only one stream. The Solid-Liquid cyclone is used mainly for classifying in the 5-150 micron range, but this equipment can separate the wide range particles in the industry. This study is obtained the optimum condition from the several variable or solid elimination efficiency have been investigated. The obtained results are as follow. 1. Using a 100 mm cyclone and a wide range conditions it appears that a 8 mm feed diameter gives optimum solid elimination for all particle size. 2. The elimination efficiency increases when the cyclone diameter is narrower for wide range particles.

      • 방해판이 달린 교반조에서 고-액 Slurry의 교반에 따른 동력소모 : Power Consumption in Solid-Liquid Slurries with Baffled Mixing Vessel for Agitation

        The agitation of a liquid system is primary a problem of fluid dynamics. Agitated vessel has an usually large number of choices to make as to type and location of the impeller, the proportions of the vessel, the number and proportions of the baffles. The power consumed in fully baffled mixing vessels of various sizes was measured for solid-liquid system consisting of water and standard sand. The design criteria strictly adhered to in this investigation was the requirement of 100% mixing throughout with a straight vane impeller without disk. A relationship was obtained for this two-phase system from which the power consumption requirement far variable speed against diameter and width.

      • Helical Ribbon-Screw Agitator에 關한 硏究

        The batch mixing of viscous liquid was studied of Helical ribbon-screw agitator. The quantities measured were power and mixing time. For power consumption measurements were carried out for viscous liquid agitated by Helical ribbon-screw impeller with baffle, non-baffle, and draut tube and mixing time measurement was used conductivity technique. The experimental results are as follows : 1. mixing time (Nθ)appeared non-variable value in N??<10 2. N?? is about 130/N?? and reversely slop in each agitator tank. 3. Slop of relationship between power and speed is ??P = 1.21 ?? S+b.

      • 알켄닐의 질소-아실화된 글루타민산염류의 세정력과 유화력

        Those four sorts of n-alkene-1 with lipophile in C8-C14 range of long chain alkyl with radical quality and maleic anhydride were synthesised into four sorts of 2-alkenyl succinate anhydride(ASA) with high yield of 90-95% by Dieles-Alder reaction at acid catalyst, and with these ASA, di sodium 2-alkenyl succinate(SAnS) was obtained by hydrolysis in alkali solution. From the reaction with ASA and sodium L-glutamate, sorts of water-soluble protein, in alkali solution by Shotten Bauman method, sodium 2-alkenyl succinoyl L-glutamate(SAnSG) with high yield of 93-97% was synthesised which are four kinds of new N-acylated protein surfactant. The detergency of synthesised N-acylated protein surfactant showed maximum detergency in PIT area. This is due to the occurrence of more solubilization of organic material in these intermediate microemulsion phase of products.

      • 流動層燃燒 보일러의 燃燒效率에 關한 硏究

        Fluidized-solids usage has developed since the advance of Winkler process for gasfication of coal. Burning fluized bed will be applied to the design of industrial equipment and characterized by the variation in extent of combution reactor and properties of material combution. The type of discharge mechanism utilized is dependent upon the necessity of sealing the atmosphere inside the fluidized bed and the subsequent treatment of the solids. Through this investigation we can induce results as follows : 1. The optimum recycls ration was .5∼2.0/feed. 2. The value of aspect ratio(L/D) was 1.7 while combution operation optimum temperature was about 900℃. 3. NO?? substance is increasing in properties as temperature increase.
