유아의 공격성과 유아교육기관 적응 간의 관계에서 부모의 거부적 양육태도 및 교사-유아 갈등관계의 매개효과 = The mediating effects of parental rejective parenting and teacher-child conflictual relation on young children’s aggression and adjustment to early childhood education institution

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of parental rejective parenting and teacher-child conflictual relation on young children’s aggression and adjustment to early childhood education institution. Two-hundred sixty two 3 to 5 year old children and their parents and 22 teachers participated in the study. Preschool Social Behavior Scale-Teacher Form, Preschool Adjustment Questionnaire, Student-Teacher Relationship Scale and Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire were used to collect data. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analyses revealed the followings. Young children’s aggression were positively associated with mother’s rejecting parenting and teacher-child conflictual relationship and negatively associated with adjustment to early childhood education institution. Father’s rejective parenting was not significantly associated with teacher-child conflictual relationship and adjustment to early childhood education institution. Teacher-child conflictual relationship was significantly negatively associated with adjustment to early childhood education institution. Teacher-child conflictual relation fully mediated the relationship between young children’s aggression and adjustment to early childhood education institution.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 공격성과 유아교육기관 적응 간의 관계에서 부모의 거부적 양육태도 및 교사-유아 갈등관계의 매개 효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 연구대상은 U시와 T시에 소재하는 유아교육기관에 재원중인 만 3, 4, 5세 유아 262명과 대상 유아의 어머니 262명, 아버지 262명 및 대상 유아의 담임교사 22명이다. 최종 질문지 262쌍(총 786부; 어머니용 262부, 아버지용 262부, 유아용 262부)을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아의 공격성은 부의 거부적 양육태도와는 유의미하지 않았으며, 모의 거부적 양육태도와 교사-유아 갈등관계와는 정적상관을, 유아교육기관 적응과는 부적 상관을 나타내었다. 부의 거부적 양육태도는 모의 거부적 양육태도와 정적상관이 있었으며, 교사-유아 갈등관계 및 유아교육기관 적응과는 유의미하지 않았다. 모의 거부적 양육태도는 교사-유아 갈등관계와 정적상관을, 유아교육기관 적응과는 부적상관을 나타내었다. 교사-유아 갈등관계는 유아교육기관 적응과 부적 상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 위에서 살펴본 바와 같이 부모의 거부적 양육태도는 유아의 공격성과 상관이 낮아 매개효과 분석에서 제외되었다. 유아교육기관 적응에 미치는 유아의 공격성의 영향은 교사-유아 갈등관계에 의해 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다.
