Holland 진로집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 진로성숙도와 진로의사결정에 미치는 효과 = Effects of Holland Career Group Counselling Program on Career Maturity and Career Decision-Making of College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of Holland career group counselling program on career maturity and career decision-making of college students. The subjects consisted of 24 male and female college freshmen and sophomores, 12 selected as an experimental group and a control group, respectively. Then, pre- and post-experimental designs were conducted. For data analysis, the Independent sample t-test was performed by using an increase between the pre- and the post-experimental design. The results were as follows. First, for the experimental group that took part in Holland career group counselling program, there was a more significant increase in five fields, career decisiveness, involvement, independence, compromise and propensity, as well as total career maturity, compared with the control group. Second, the experimental group that participated in the Holland career group counselling program showed no significance in all career decision-making styles, career intuition and dependence, whereas it showed a significant increase in rational styles. Third, the experimental group showed a more significant increase in career decision-making abilities, in comparison with the control group. In view of the results, accordingly, this study discussed a proposal for implications and further studies of Holland career group counselling program.
