        현대 영상작품 속에 활용된`여백`의 표현방식에 관한 연구

        현재 여백에 대한 연구는 주로 미술학, 건축학 논저에서 찾아볼 수 있으며, 영상 학술 연구 중에서는 비교적 적은편이다. 그러나 여백은 의미를 표현하는 수단으로서 영상 작품에 독특한 예술적 매력을 부여하며, 영화 예술에 있어 여백 형식의 발전은 능동적인 미학적 영향을 미친다. 영상작품 속 여백사상에 대한 깊이 있는 연구를 위해 본문에서는 먼저 `여백`의 정의에 대해서 논의하고 여백이 생겨난 역사와 사회적기원을 거슬러 올라가서 여백과 도교(道敎)학설의 관계와 중국화 속에서의 응용을 살펴볼 것이다. 다음은 도교에서 말하는 `여백` 사상을 결합하여 영상예술속에서의 여백의 기능과 예술적 표현, 그리고 사람들의 사상승화에 미친 영향 등을 분석할 것이다. 여백은 하나의 의미표현 수단으로서 미적 가치를 실현함과 동시에 대중의 영화예술 지각능력을 강화한다. 그러하기에 여백이라는 유구한 미학 사상은 새로운 시대, 새로운 영역에서 지속적인 생기를 발산하게 될 것이다. At present, the research of the method of `Blank-Leaving` can be easily found in works of arts and architecture, while it can be hardly discovered in the academic research of film and television. However, as a means of expression, `Blank-Leaving` gives a unique artistic charm to film and television works, and its development has a positive aesthetic effect to film arts. In order to go into details of the thought of `Blank-Leaving` in movies, this paper firstly discusses the definition of `Blank-Leaving`, the history and social origin of `Blank-Leaving` as well as its relationship with Taoism and its application in traditional Chinese painting. Secondly, this article analyzes its function and artistic expression in the film and television and the ideas sublimation it brings to people by means of combining the thought of `Blank-Leaving` in Taoism. Finally, this work put forward the method of innovation and perfection of `Blank-Leaving` in film and television works. This paper shows that, as a means of expression, `Blank-Leaving` has not only realized the value of beauty, but also strengthened the public awareness of film arts.

        Studies of the microbial metabolism of flavonoids extracted from the leaves of Diospyros kaki by intestinal bacteria

        Flavonoid glycosides are metabolized byintestinal bacteria, giving rise to a wide range of phenolicacids that may exert systemic effects in the body. Themicrobial metabolism of flavonoids extracted from theleaves of Diospyros kaki (FLDK) by intestinal bacteria wasinvestigated in vitro. High-performance liquid chromatography/linear trap quadrupole orbitrap mass spectrometrywas performed to analyze the metabolites of flavonoidsin vivo using Xcalibur2.1 software. The results showed thatthe levels of flavonoid glycosides and flavonoid aglyconesdecreased rapidly in the process of microbial metabolismby intestinal bacteria in vitro, and the metabolic rate maybe related to the concentration of intestinal bacteria in theculture solution. In vivo metabolites of FLDK weredetected in rat plasma and urine after oral administration ofFLDK. Eight flavonoids were identified in the urine, andthree were identified in the plasma; however, flavonoidaglycones were not found in the plasma.

        Two Transition Metal Complexes: Magnetic Properties and Treatment Effect via Focused High-Intensity Ultrasound on Alzheimer’s Disease

        Two novel coordination polymers (where Cu for the complex 1 and the Co for the complex 2) with distinct transition metal ions containing 4-(3,5-dicarboxylphenyl)-2- methylpyridine (H2L), the pyridyl-dicarboxylic acid ligand, have been produced under the solvothermal reaction conditions, and the two compounds’ performances and architectures were also characterized. The chemical formulae determined of two complexes are respectively [Cu(L)(H2O)]·H2O (1) and [Co3(L)2Cl2(H2O)2]·2H2O (2). Complex 1 exhibits a 2D network with a (3,6)-connected kgd topology based on the dinuclear [Cu2O2] units. In complex 2, the linear trinuclear [Co3(μ-Ocarboxylate)2(COO)2Cl2] units with mixed carboxylate and μ-Cl triple bridges are cross-linked by the L ligands into a 3D framework with a (3,6)-connected rtl topology. The complexes’ magnetic performances reflected that between consecutive metal ions, there exists the antiferromagnetic coupling. Their treatment activities on Alzheimer's disease (AD) via focused high-intensity ultrasound were evaluated. Firstly, the Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide staining was implemented for the assessment of the apoptotic neurons percentage after compounds treatment. Next, the Aβ accumulation in the neurons was also detected via employing the western blotting assay.

        HPLC Determination of Malondialdehyde in ECV304 Cell Culture Medium for Measuring the Antioxidant Effect of Vitexin-4"-O-glucoside

        To investigate the antioxidant effect of vitexin-4"-O-glucoside, a flavone glycoside, isolated from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. var. major, we developed a simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to determine levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in ECV304 cell culture medium after induction by tert-butyl-hydroperoxide (TBHP). The preparation of analyzed samples involved a one-step derivatization with thiobarbituric acid (TBA). HPLC analysis was performed on a $Synergi^{TM}$ Hydro-RP, a polar end-capped $C_{18}$ column ($250{\times}4.6\;mm$, $4\;{\mu}m$), using an acetonitrile-ammonium acetate aqueous solution (10 mM, pH 6.8) as the mobile phase under linear gradient conditions with UV detection at 532 nm. The calibration curve was linear over $0.0125-1.25\;{\mu}M$ MDA (r=0.9951). Relative standard deviations (RSDs) of intra-day and inter-day precision were less than 6.1% and 5.0%, respectively. The mean recovery was $96.9\;{\pm}\;1.6%$. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) of MDA was $0.0125\;{\mu}M$. This chromatographic method was successfully applied to investigating the in vitro antioxidant effect of vitexin-4"-O-glucoside. Vitexin-4"-O-glucoside (120 M) protected ECV304 cells from peroxidation induced by TBHP.

        Loss of MicroRNA-137 Impairs the Homeostasis of Potassium in Neurons via KCC2

        Neuropsychiatric disorders are the leading cause of mental and intellectual disabilities worldwide. Current therapies against neuropsychiatric disorders are very limited, and very little is known about the onset and development of these diseases, and their most effective treatments. MIR137 has been previously identified as a risk gene for the etiology of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. Here we generated a forebrain-specific MIR137 knockout mouse model, and provided evidence that loss of miR-137 resulted in impaired homeostasis of potassium in mouse hippocampal neurons. KCC2, a potassium-chloride co-transporter, was a direct downstream target of miR-137. The KCC2 specific antagonist VU0240551 could balance the current of potassium in miR-137 knockout neurons, and knockdown of KCC2 could ameliorate anxiety-like behavior in MIR137 cKO mice. These data suggest that KCC2 antagonists or knockdown might be beneficial to neuropsychiatric disorders due to the deficiency of miR-137.

        A phase II trial of cytoreductive surgery combined with niraparib maintenance in platinum-sensitive, secondary recurrent ovarian cancer: SGOG SOC-3 study

        Background: In China, secondary cytoreductive surgery (SCR) has been widely used in ovarian cancer (OC) over the past two decades. Although Gynecologic Oncology Group-0213 trial did not show its overall survival benefit in first relapsed patients, the questions on patient selection and effect of subsequent targeting therapy are still open. The preliminary data from our pre-SOC1 phase II study showed that selected patients with second relapse who never received SCR at recurrence may still benefit from surgery. Moreover, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) maintenance now has been a standard care for platinum sensitive relapsed OC. To our knowledge, no published or ongoing trial is trying to answer the question if patient can benefit from a potentially complete resection combined with PARPi maintenance in OC patients with secondary recurrence. Methods: SOC-3 is a multi-center, open, randomized, controlled, phase II trial of SCR followed by chemotherapy and niraparib maintenance vs chemotherapy and niraparib maintenance in patients with platinum-sensitive second relapsed OC who never received SCR at recurrence. To guarantee surgical quality, if the sites had no experience of participating in any OC-related surgical trials, the number of recurrent lesions evaluated by central-reviewed positron emission tomography–computed tomography image shouldn't be more than 3. Eligible patients are randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either SCR followed by 6 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy and niraparib maintenance or 6 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy and niraparib maintenance alone. Patients who undergo at least 4 cycles of chemotherapy and must be, in the opinion of the investigator, without disease progression, will be assigned niraparib maintenance. Major inclusion criteria are secondary relapsed OC with a platinum-free interval of no less than 6 months and a possibly complete resection. Major exclusion criteria are borderline tumors and non-epithelial ovarian malignancies, received debulking surgery at recurrence and impossible to complete resection. The sample size is 96 patients.         Trastuzumab combined with irinotecan in patients with HER2-positive metastatic colorectal cancer: A phase II single-arm study and exploratory biomarker analysis

        Purpose The human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is an established therapeutic target for various kinds of solid tumors. HER2 amplification occurs in approximately 1% to 6% of colorectal cancer. In this study, we aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab in combination with chemotherapy in HER2-positive metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Materials and Methods An open-label, phase II trial (Clinicaltrials.gov: NCT03185988) was designed to evaluate the antitumor activity of trastuzumab and chemotherapy in HER2-positive digestive cancers excluding gastric cancer in 2017. Patients from this trial with HER2-positive, KRAS/BRAF wild-type, unresectable mCRC were analyzed in this manuscript. Eligible patients were treated with trastuzumab (8 mg/kg loading dose and then 6 mg/kg every 3 weeks) and irinotecan (120 mg/m2 days 1 and 8 every 3 weeks). The primary endpoint was the objective response rate. Results Twenty-one HER2-positive mCRC patients were enrolled in this study. Seven patients (33.3%) achieved an objective res-ponse, and 11 patients (52.4%) had stable disease as their best response. The median progression-free survival (PFS) was 4.3 months (95% confidence interval, 2.7 to 5.9). Four of the 21 patients (19.0%) had grade 3 adverse events, including leukopenia, neutropenia, urinary tract infection, and diarrhea. No treatment-related death was reported. Exploratory analyses revealed that high tumor tissue HER2 copy number was associated with better therapeutic response and PFS. Alterations in the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway, HER2 gene, phosphoinositide 3-kinase/AKT pathway, and cell cycle control genes were potential drivers of trastuzumab resistance in mCRC. Conclusion Trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy is a potentially effective and well-tolerated therapeutic regimen in mCRC with a high HER2 copy number.

        Calcium signalling mediated the regulation of growth and polysaccharide accumulation by light quality in Dendrobium offi cinale protocorms

        This study selected Dendrobium offi cinale protocorms as the experimental material and used diff erent light-quality treatmentsand calcium signalling inhibitors to explore the mechanism of the biological response of calcium to light quality. The results indicate that a 1:3 red:blue (R:B) light ratio promotes the accumulation of biomass and polysaccharides in theprotocorm. Nevertheless, this eff ect can be entirely counteracted by calmodulin (CaM) inhibitors and calcium ion-chelatingagents. The possible mechanisms of this eff ect are as follows: (1) The Ca 2+ -CaM signal-regulated photosynthetic apparatusis improved by the R:B 1:3 light, increasing the CaM content and Ca 2+ -ATPase activity. Thus, R:B 1:3 light increases thedevelopment of the photosynthetic apparatus in the D. offi cinale protocorm, enhances its photosynthetic productivity, andpromotes the activities of sucrose phosphatase; accordingly, biomass and sucrose accumulation increase. (2) R:B 1:3 lightenhances Ca 2+ -CaM signalling and regulates glycometabolic processes to promote the activities of sucrose synthase, thusincreasing fructose and glucose levels and providing suffi cient synthetic precursors to promote polysaccharide production.

        Strain Rate Effects on the Mechanical Properties of an AlCoCrFeNi High-Entropy Alloy

        The efect of strain rate on the compressive properties of an AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy (HEA) was investigated. Microstructure of the AlCoCrFeNi HEA was observed using scanning transmission microscopy (SEM) and transmission electronmicroscopy. The results showed formation of a homogeneous two-phase structure. Quasi-static compression was testedunder initial engineering strain rates between 10–4 and 10–2 s−1. Engineering compression stress of exceeding 2500 MPaand ductility of around 12% was achieved. Dynamic mechanical behavior at room temperature was characterized by a splitHopkinson pressure bar under strain rates between 1350 and 4000 s−1. The AlCoCrFeNi HEA exhibited high strain ratesensitivity, especially under dynamic compression. The fuctuation of yield strength and the variation of strain rate hardening with strain rate was investigated. The various parameters of a constitutive equation for deformation of the AlCoCrFeNiHEA were obtained from the experimental data. The constitutive equations can be applied to predict the strength of alloyunder various stain rates.
