        누적외상성질환 위험 요인의 정량적 평가 및 관리를 위한 점검표 개발 : 자동차 조립 작업을 중심으로

        Objectives : This study was designed to develop and standardize a checklist for ergonomic risk factors, and to provide ergonomic guidelines for managing cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) in automobile assembly lines, Methods : The Checklist for Ergonomic Risk Factors(CERF-1) was developed based on the results of previous studies, and then modified after performing pilot study. Information on the symptoms possibly related with CTDs was obtained using a self-reported questionnaire from 465 automobile assembly workers. Their job conditions were examined to assess risk factors through both direct observation and video analysis. Results : Rate of detecting risky job through CERF-1 was 85.6%, and was similar to that (88.8%) by Occupational Safety and Health Adminstration(OSHA) checklist but higher than that (63.7%) by American National Standards Institute(ANSI) Z-365. Relationship of the exposure scores derived from CERF-1 with levels of symptom was greater (r=0.49) than OSHA(r=0.28) and ANSI Z-365 (r=0.22). Considering the relationship, jobs scoring higher than 16 could be classified as the Risk Job, and lower than 16 as then Low Risk Job. Sensitivity and specificity of the Risk Job were 92.5% and 31.5 %, respectively. Odds ratio (OR) after age adjus-tment was 5.69 (95% confidence interval 3.15-10.29) for the Risk Job, and these ORs were significantly different from those of the Low Risk Job. The exposure scores were quite valid, in that the scores at the main survey were significantly correlated with those at the follow-up survey, as suggested by test-retest(r=0.88) and inter-rate reliability(r=0.80) Conclusions:The CERF-1, developed in this study, will be an efficient tool for evaluation of risk jobs for CTDs in automobile assembly lines, and can be used easily by health care providers.

        Suppressor of bri1-120 mutant allele revealed interrelated and independent actions of brassinosteroid and light signaling

        Brassinosteroids (BRs) are plant hormones that affect diverse aspects of plant development. Various BR-biosynthetic or BR-signaling mutants contribute to BR functions and signaling events in many plant species. The BR receptor brassinosteroid-Insensitive 1 (BRI1) plays critical roles in BR signaling. We previously identified a weak bri1 mutant allele, bri1-120, that has a mutation site in the extracellular domain of BRI1. Here, genetic suppressor screening revealed that a PHYB gene mutation led to suppression of ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS)-mutagenized bri1-120. The morphology of bri1-120phyB-1 indicated that compact and rounded phenotypes of bri1-120 were suppressed. However, BR sensitivity of the bri1-120phyB-1 was only recovered in hypocotyl elongation, and overexpression of PHYB in bri1-120 did not enhance bri1-120 phenotypes. To further investigate the relationship between BR and light signalings, we examined the seed germination pattern and hypocotyl growth of bri1-120phyB-1 as compared to that of each single mutant under various light conditions. Seed germination in bri1-120phyB-1 was higher than in both the single mutants. Hypocotyl length in bri1-120phyB-1 was intermediate between that of bri1-120 and phyB-1, whereas sensitivity to red light in bri1-120phyB-1 remained the same as in phyB-1. These results suggest that BR and light signalings affect diverse cellular responses both together and independently, depending on the specific cellular processes.

        This paper proposed to compare and analyze the data throughput of ALOHA and Slotted-ALOHA method which were used to the communication of satellites in an early stage and apply to the data throughput of a transponder in an RFID system. The ALOHA method is the operation priority to a transponder but the Slotted ALOHA method is the operation priority to an reader in an RFID system. Because ALOHA method transmits the data to an reader as a authority of a transponder at random time when generating collisions, therefore, it seems reasonable to conclude that ALOHA method is inefficient for the data throughput and the efficiency of collision interval than Slotted-ALOHA method that synchronizes and controls the transponder in an reader.

        Brassinosteroid reduces ABA accumulation leading to the inhibition of ABA-induced stomatal closure

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Proper regulation of stomatal movement in response to various environmental stresses or developmental status is critical for the adaptation of many plant species to land. In plants, abscisic acid (ABA)-induced stomatal closure is a well-adapted method of regulating water status. In addition to ABA, we previously showed that plant-specific steroidal hormone, brassinosteroid (BR), also induces stomatal closure; however, BR modulates ABA-induced stomatal closure negatively at high concentrations. In this study, we further investigated the cross-talk between ABA and BR in relation to stomatal movement. In contrast to previous reports that ABA-induced stomatal closure was inhibited by brassinolide (BL), the most active BR, we showed that BL-induced stomatal closure was enhanced by ABA, indicating that the sequence of ABA or BL treatments led to different results. We found that this phenomenon occurred because the guard cells still had the capacity to be closed further by ABA, as the degree of stomatal closure by BL was always less than that by ABA. We also found that BL-induced stomatal closure required Open Stomata 1 (OST1) activity and the induced expression of <I>OST1</I> was indifferent to the sequence of ABA and/or BL treatments. In addition, we examined the underlying mechanism by which inhibition of ABA-induced stomatal closure by BL occurred. We revealed that the downregulation of ABA-biosynthetic genes by BL resulted in a lower accumulation of ABA. These results suggested that the regulation of stomatal movement is finely controlled by the combined effects of plant hormones, ABA and BR.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> ABA strengthened BL-induced stomatal closure. </LI> <LI> Expression of <I>OST1</I> was induced by BL, and BL-induced stomatal closure required OST1. </LI> <LI> Inhibition of ABA-induced stomatal closure by BR was due to reduced ABA accumulation. </LI> </UL> </P>

        In this paper, it has a proposal of the RFID(RFID : Radio Frequency Identification) system for high-speed recognition between the tag attached a mobile object moving high-speed and the static reader. It used 13.56㎒ frequency at ISM band, and designed a reader in order to recognize a mobile object moving high-speed. It will be expected that RFID system enables a smooth railway signal control applying in railway system through the cyclic loop antenna.

        徽派建筑元素在酒店客房新中式家具中的應用硏究 - 以實現中國傳統人文与現代設計融合爲目的 -

        With the rapid development of China’s economy and more disposable funds in people’s hands since 21st century, the contents and ways of people’s travel have been gradually changed. Different cultural experiences have become people’s consumption hotspot. Hotels in the theme of culture experience thus emerged. In Chinese traditional consciousness, Jiangnan has the beautiful scene that people always yearn for. Among the beautiful forms of Jiangnan, Hui-style architecture is the most prominent one. Because of its unique color matching and appearance form, Hui-style architecture has become a treasure in the designer’s hands. Therefore, hotel design based on Hui-style architectural design elements has become the priority design scheme for hotels in Jiangnan region. So the design demand such as the interior design and furniture design that comes along appears to be outstanding. Investigation indicates that most furnitures in hotels with Hui-style architectural design are purchased directly from the market, and the design style is mainly dominated by traditional Chinese style and New Chinese style. As furniture is not related to hotel design style, users are generally not impressed by furniture design in hotel use experience. Even though some high-end hotels purchase furniture in a customized way, their design styles are still not compatible due to insufficient capital investment and other reasons, along with insufficient understanding of traditional culture that impacts cultural experience of users. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out design research on this kind of hotel furniture. In this paper, New Chinese style hotel furniture design method based on Hui-style architectural design elements are summarized by analyzing Hui-style architectural elements. Based on it, design research on the main furniture of hotel rooms is carried out, which verifies feasibility of the New Chinese style hotel furniture design method based on Huizhou architectural design elements.

        Molecule-based electrorheological material assembled using β-cyclodextrin as substrate

        Molecule-based electrorheological (ER) materials as a novel type of ER materials, the inclusion compound [H2(β-CD-A)-PTA] between p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTA, guest) and H2(β-CD-A) (host) that is dicarboxylic acid of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) , and the rare earth (RE) complexes [(β-CD-A)-PTA]3RE2 (RE=La, Gd, Y)of H2(β-CD-A)-PTA, were synthesized. The ER performance and dielectric property of the materials were studied. Our results show that the molecule-based ER materials assembled using β-cyclodextrin as a substrate,especially the inclusion compound and its rare earth (RE) complexes exhibit clear ER effect. The inclusion PTA can markedly enhance the ER performance of H2(β-CD-A) material. The ER activity of the yttrium complex is the highest among these materials. The characteristic of the molecule in molecule-based ER materials is an important factor in influencing ER property.
