The development of robotic welding process is a very complex assignment because the system is affected by a number of process parameters which are very difficult to determine or predict in practice. The full automation welding has not yet been achieved partly because the mathematical model for the process parameters of a given welding task is not fully understood and quantified. Several mathematical models to control welding quality, Productivity, micro structure and weld properties in arc welding processed have been studied. However, it is not an easy task to apply them to the various practical situations because the relationship between the process parameters and the bead geometry is non-linear and also they are usually dependent on specific experimental result. Practically, it is difficult, but important to know how to establish a mathematical model that can predict the result of the actual welding process and how to select the optimum welding condition under a certain constraint. In this paper, an attempt has been made to develop an neural network model to predict the back-bead width as a function of key process parameters in the GMA (Gas Metal Arc) welding and to compare the developed models with the experimental results

침윤성 난소암의 경우 생식력의 보존이 중요한 도전이라고 할 수 있다. 20대 중반의 여성에서 거대 한 난황낭종이 발견되어 생식력의 보존을 위해 보존적 수술과 복합항암화학요법을 시행한 후 임신 및 출산에 성공한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
영상 감시 시스템에서의 개선된 Tearing 현상 방지 디스플레이 시스템

In display systems employing an analog monitor, the tearing artifact such that an window screen is divided into two parts showing different scenes can occur when the change of scenes in the moving pictures is very fast, but the frame buffer's refresh rate does not match the monitor's scanning frequency. In the DVR system, a recently popularized visual monitoring system, the tearing artifacts becomes more serious since the frame buffer's refresh rate is vey high due to the requirement of multi-channel display. In this paper, we propose an improved display system for windows-based DVR systems which prevents the tearing artifacts without daterioration of display speed perfromance. The efficiency of the proposed display system is verfied through experiments.

Mobile networks support the mobility of subnets as well as the mobility of subnets. Node mobility means that the internet connection is sustained while nodes move around. All internet connections are sustained while nodes connected on a subnet move around under the network mobility. We have implemented a mobile network system: MR (mobile Router) and HA (Home Agent) in the linux environment, confirming to the network mobility basic protocol IETF RFC3963. In this paper, we report the implementation experiences. Implementation details and some experimental results are summarized in this paper. With our implementation one can use internet service any time, and anywhere i.e., car, train, airplane, ship, etc.

본 연구에서는 녹차의 항산화 활성이 증진된 김 스낵을 제조하고자, 데리야끼소스와 칠리소스를 기반으로 8% 녹차 추출물을 첨가하여 김 스낵을 제조하였으며, 이들을 대상으로 총 페놀성 화합물의 함량을 조사하고, DPPH 및 ABTS+ radical-scavenging 활성과 환원력을 평가하였다. 칠리소스를 이용하여 제조된 김 스낵은 총 페놀성 화합물함량 및 항산화 활성이 데리야끼소스를 이용한 김 스낵보다 월등히 높았으며, 특히 칠리소스에 녹차 추출물을 첨가하였을 때 그 함량 및 활성이 더욱 높아졌다. 그러나 데리야끼소스를 이용하여 제조한 김 스낵의 경우 녹차 추출물을 첨가하더라도 총 페놀성 화합물 및 항산화 활성의 증가는 매우 미미한 수준이었다. 녹차 추출물이 첨가된 김 스낵의 항산화 활성 및 환원력 향상 정도는 총 페놀성 화합물의 함량 향상 정도와 비슷한 경향을 보여 녹차 추출물 첨가 데리야끼소스와 칠리소스를 기반으로 한 김 스낵의 항산화 활성 향상은 catechin류를 포함한 녹차에 함유된 항산화 화합물에 의한 효과로 판단되었다. This study was conducted to investigate the total phenolic contents and antioxidative activities of laver snacks prepared with the addition of 8% green tea hot water extract, based on teriyaki and chili sauces. The chili sauce-based laver snacks exhibited a higher total phenolic content than the teriyaki sauce-based ones. In addition, compared to the teriyaki sauce-based laver snacks, the chili sauce-based ones showed higher antioxidative activities in assays using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2 -azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radicals as well as reducing power. Especially, when green tea extract was added to the chili sauce-based laver snack, its total phenolic content and antioxidative activities were significantly increased. The addition of green tea extract to the teriyaki sauce-based laver snack resulted in a slight increase in the total phenolic content and antioxidant activities. The antioxidant activities of the laver snacks were correlated with the total phenolic contents.
HIPS 복합재의 전기적 및 마모 특성에 미치는 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 영향

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are widely used in polymer composites as filler materials to enhance various characteristics of the composites because of their remarkable mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties. In this study, we investigate the effects of MWCNTs on the electrical and wear characteristics of high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) composites, and compare the results with the effects of carbon black (CB). The HIPS composites are classified as Bare-HIPS, MWCNT-HIPS composites containing 2, 3, 4, and 5 wt% MWCNTs, and CB-HIPS containing 17 wt% CB. Electrical characteristics are evaluated by measuring the surface resistance using a 4-point probe. Wear characteristics are evaluated using the reciprocating wear test, and a chrome steel ball with a curvature of 6.3 mm is used as the counterpart. The results show that the addition of MWCNTs or CB can improve the electrical and wear characteristics of HIPS composites. In the case of MWCNT-HIPS composites, surface resistance, friction coefficient, and specific wear rate decrease as the concentrations of MWCNTs increase. Moreover, the addition of MWCNTs is more effective in improving the electrical and wear characteristics of HIPS composites compared to the addition of CB. To fabricate the HIPS composite with appropriate electrical and wear characteristics, more than 4 wt% MWCNTs is added to HIPS.
11C 표지 자동합성장치에서 루프법을 이용한 [11C](R)-PK11195의 간편한 합성법

목적: (R)-1-(2-Chlorophenyl)-N-methyl-N-1-(1-methyl-propyl)-3-isoquinoline carboxamide ((R)-PK11195)는 말초형 벤조디아제핀 수용체 (PBR)의 친화성이 높으며, 활성화된 소교세포(microglia)의 PBR에 선택적으로 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 말초형 벤조디아제핀 수용체 (PBR)의 PET용 리간드인 [11C](R)-PK11195를, 절차가 빠르고 간단한 [11C]CH3I자동합성장치 및 루프법을 도입해서 합성하였다. 대상 및 방법: 사이클로트론에서 14N(p,α)11C핵반응에 의하여 생산된 [11C]CO2를 0.2 M LiAlH4/THF (0.2 mL)로 환원한 다음 HI (1 mL)과 반응하여 [11C]CH3I를 생산하였다. 반응용매인 NaH DMF complex (0.1 mL)와 녹인 전구물질 (R)-N-desmethyl-PK11195 (1 mg)을 녹인 DMSO (0.1mL)를 섞은 혼합액을 HPLC의 루프에 미리 주입하고 [11C]CH3I를 상온에서 5분 동안 질소가스로 불어준 뒤에 semi-preparative HPLC로 [11C](R)-PK11195를 분리하였다. 결과: 전구물질과 [11C]CH3I의 [11C]메틸화 반응에서의 표지효율은 71.8±8.5% 이었다. 분리 후 얻은 [11C](R)-PK11195의 비방사능은 11.8±6.4 GBq/μmol 이었으며, 방사화학적 순도는 99.2% 이상이었다. C-11 표지 후 얻어진 (R)-PK11195의 물질의 질량 분석은 m/z 353.1 (M+1)으로 물질구조를 확인 할 수 이었다. 결론: 뇌염증에 의한 활성화 소교세포의 영상화를 위한 PET용 방사성의약품인 [11C](R)-PK11195를 반복적으로 생산해야 하는 임상 적용을 위해, 합성절차가 빠르고 간단한 [11C]CH3I 자동화 합성장치를 1차 루프 방법을 이용하여 11C을 표지 할 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통해서 [11C](R)-PK11195 표지 할 때 반응 단계를 줄이고 반응을 실온에서 할 수 있어서 표지과정을 보다 단순화할 수 있었으며, NaH의 DMF 현탁액을 사용함으로써 보다 안전하게 생산할 수 있게 되었다. Purpose: ((R)-1-(2-chlorophenyl)-N-1-[11C]methyl-N-(1-propyl)-3-isoquinoline carboxamide ((R)-PK11195) is a specific ligand for the peripheral type benzodiazepine receptor and a marker of activated microglia, used to measure inflammation in neurologic disorders. We report here that a direct and simple radiosynthesis of [11C](R)-PK11195 in mild condition using NaH suspension in DMF and one-step loop method. Materials and Methods: (R)-N-Desmethyl-PK11195 (1 mg) in DMSO (0.1 mL) and NaH suspension in DMF (0.1 mL) were injected into a semi-prep HPLC loop. [11C]methyl iodide was passed through HPLC loop at room temperature. Purification was performed using semi-preparative HPLC. Aliquots eluted at 11.3 min were collected and analyzed by analytical HPLC and mass spectrometer. Results: The labeling efficiency of [11C](R)-PK11195 was 71.8±8.5%. The specific activity was 11.8±6.4 GBq/μmol and radiochemical purity was higher than 99.2%. The mass spectrum of the product eluted at 11.3 min showed m/z peaks at 353.1 (M+1), indicating the mass and structure of (R)-PK11195. Conclusion: By the one-step loop method with the [11C]CH3I automated synthesis module, [11C](R)-PK11195 could be easily prepared in high radiochemical yield using NaH suspension in DMF.
