      • Corporate Social Responsibility for Korean firms in China

        虽然图廉价劳动力而走向中国的韩国企业逐渐增加,但因在当地殘酷及不当的劳务管理使韩国企业背上了‘老资纠纷占第一'的黑名。韩国企业纠纷格外多的原因中, 走向海外的企业集中在劳务聚集型产业是原因之一,更主要的原因是韩国企执迷于短期利益而回避对工作环境的投资,无视当地语言和文化传统, 熟于韩国式的管理技巧的原因。那么, 走向海外的韩国企业成为'健全企业市民(good corporate citizenship'的战略是什么呢? 对走向发展中国家的"先进"企业, 强制社会性責任的运动是以市民团体为中心组成的。发达国家市民团体是通过实行不买全球性企业商品的运及通过大众媒体打击企业形象的努力, 加强了全球性企业对社会的責任。但是, 沿袭发达国家市民团体的战略对促进韩国企业的社会性責任是有极限性的。其原因是 第一, 不同于可数发达国家的企业存在剝削工厂(sweatshop)问题的韩国中小企业, 大部分主要生产睫毛, 皮包, 仮发等 无品牌印象的产品, 所以損仿名誉(reputational risk)的战略不会有效果。第二, 因集中在劳动聚集型的韩国企业是以价格为基础展开激烈的生存竞争的, 所以对于执迷于短期性角度的企业业主来说, 觉得企业对社会責任的问题是"不必要的費用(unnecessary cost)"。着眼于这种韩国企业的特殊情況,本研究在于转变企业对社会責任的认识。即, 介紹通过改善因韩国制鞋产业的剝削工厂烙印而经历的困难及企业的社会性所实现的提高形象及增加利润, 使企业对社会性責任吝裔的短期目光转变成"长远看有助于企业生产"的观点。本研究的创议性在于实现走向海外的中小制造企业社会責任的方法中,志向已有市民团体通过媒体揭穿的战略,宣扬处在类似立场上的制鞋产业的肯定事例("Accentuating the Positives").迂回性的达到企业社会性責任的研究设计中.

        This paper presents virtual machining system in order to realize turning process in virtual space. A reliable virtual turning process simulation was developed based on the surface shaping system which is capable of considering geometric model, thermal error model, and vibration model. Accuracy of surface shape resulting from proposed machining simulator was verified experimentally. This paper also developed the watchdog agent that continuously assessed, diagnosed, and predicted performance of products and machines in machining. The Watchdog agent extracted feature signal using time-frequency analysis among various signals from multi-sensor and evaluated machining condition using performance confidence value.

      • 다발성 대장암 간전이 환자의 간절제를 위한 새로운 시도

        Multiple bilobar liver matastases (MBLM) are the main cause of low resectability in the colon cancer liver metastases. The authors experienced one case of initially non-resectable colon cancer liver metastases. He was curatively and safely treated with a two-stage hepatectomy using the new method of future remnant liver volume growing. A 54-year-old man was referred to our department with the sigmoid colon cancer combined with MBLM, which were checked in two small metastatic lesions in the left lobe and five large sized lesions in the right lobe in the computed tomogram (CT). A laparoscopic assisted anterior resection was primarily performed. We performed the 1^(st) stage hepatectomy 3 weeks after the colon resection. Intra-operative Ultrasonogram (US) found 9 small superficial metastatic lesions in the left lobe. All that lesions were completely removed by non-anatomical wedge resection. An occlusion ballon catheter was placed in the right portal vein through a small branch of the inferior mesenteric vein at that time. The future remnant liver volume was sufficiently increased 3 weeks after the 1^(st) hepatectomy. A right hepatectomy was safely performed 22 days after the 1^(st) hepatectomy. The patient received a regional chemotherapy (interleukin2 based immuno-chemotherapy through hepatic artery) for 4 months, then received 9 cycles of systemic chemotherapy (biweekly Oxaliplation, leucovorin, plus 5-fluorouracil) without any recurrence evidence.

      • 김치에서 분리한 Lactobacillus sp. JC-7과 Lactobacillus acidophilus 88간의 Electrofusion 최적조건 설정

        김치 발효 숙성기간을 연장하고 신선도를 오랫동안 유지 할 수 있는 김치발효 starter의 개발을 목적으로 최적숙성기에 있는 김치로부터 bacteriocin생성능이 없는 유산균을 분리하여 동정하였으며, bacteriocin생성능이 우수한 L.acidophilus 88을 융합시키기 위해 electrofusion에 대한 최적 조건을 검토하였다. 분리균주는 Lactobacillus속으로 동정되어 Lactobacillus sp. JC-7이라 명명하였다. Electrofusion에 의해 생성된 융합주를 식별하기 위해 streptomycin(2.5㎎/ml)에 내성을 나타내는 Lactobacillus sp. JC-7변이주와 kanamycin(600㎍/ml)에 내성을 나타내는 L.acidophilus 88변이주를 분리하였다. Electrofusion을 100V/㎝, 120msec(72ohms,1670 capacitance) 에서 수행했을 때 융합효율이 가장 양호하였으며 전기장의 세기와 시간이 중가할수록 융합 효율이 현저히 감소하였다. 2가 양이온은 농도가 중가할수록 대체적으로 융합효율을 감소시키는 경향을 나타내었으나 1mM MGCl_2에서는 대조군에 비해 융합효율이 약간 증가하였다. PEG매개에 의한 융합법의 융합효율을 비교한 결과, 융합효율은 chemical fusion<electrofusion<electrofusion+20% PEG순을 나타내었다. Evaluation of Optimum Conditions for the Electrofusion between Lactobacillus sp. JC-7 Isolated from Kimchi and Lactobacillus acidophilus 88. Young-Bae Jo, Hyun-Jung Choi, Hyung-Suk Baik and Hong-Ki Jun*. Department of Microbiology, Pusan National University, Pusan 609-735,Korea-A lactic acid bacterium was isolated from kimchi. The isolated strain was identified as the genus Lactobacillus thrugh its morphological characteristics and named as Lactobacillus sp. JC-7. The optimum conditions for the electrofusion between streptomycin(2.5㎎/ml)resistant mutant of Lactobacillus acidophilus 88 and kanamycin(600㎍/ml) resistant mutant Lactobacillus sp. JC-7 were evaluated. The highest number of fusants were obtained at a capacitance value of 120msec(1670㎌), a field strength of 100V/㎝,and a pulse controller setting of 72Ω. The potimum pH of elecroporation buffer was 7.5 and the concentration of divalent cation was 1mM MG^2+. Electrofusants were efficiently obtained by addition 20% polyethylene glycol to electroporation buffer. The yield of fusion was better than that of using polyethylene glycol mediated chemical induction.

      • EPOXY-炭素 纖維 複合 材料 硬化構造 硏究

        Fiber reinforced composite materials have been used in wide application field ; air and marine craft fabrication, sports googs, and the other industral structures and instruments, because of their excellent mechanical strength with their light weight. The carbon fiber-epoxy composites have been used very widly with their high modulus and their relatively low price of fabrication. Epoxy resin is one of thermosetting plastics, so, the various processes of curing sharply affect the mechanical properties of the result composite materials. In this report, the samples manufactured with various curing processes are analyzed by Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermogravimetric Analysis, Izod Impact Strength Test and so on. In the process of curing, because the viscosity of the system is very sharply rise up on the progress of curing, it must not attain completely cured state. In this study, the two step curing process is detected more effective ; first step curing executed at relative low temperature and second step of post-curing at high temperature.

        의학적 병동에서의 환경 치료적 접근

        The authors conducted five times Ward Atmosphere Scale (WAS) to evaluate the therapeutic milieu according conversion from medically oriented ward to milieu therapeutic ward. With the abstracted data, was analyzed a changing process according time variable, was compared staff's perception with patient's that of ward atmosphere. Also, to grasp the problems changing in the process of change, it was practiced participant observation, analysis of recording, individual interview with staffs. The results showed that: 1) Owing to a increase of treatment activity program, went on increasing in participation both patient and staff, but have been stagnant a improvement according time variables, have been ineffective in a introducing stage. 2) About ward atmosphere, staffs perceived relatively more negative and pessimistic than patients. 3) In conversion of treatment form, appeared a inferior understanding of staff for milieu therapy, a resistance and anxiety on conversion, and remains a transitional stage rather than a fixational stage because of inharmonious communication and insufficient cooperation for Milieu Therapy.

      • 토양환경지도 자료를 이용한 콩밭 토양의 화학성 비교

        It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

      • Lithium Carbonate의 造血能에 미치는 影響

        著者는 흰 숫쥐에 lithium carbonate를 經口的으로 4週間 投與하고 末稍血液像과 骨髓像 및 赤血球 ^59Fe 利用率에 미치는 影響을 檢討하였으며 아울러 抗癌劑인 cyclophosphamide 投與에 따르는 造血障碍를 lithium carbonate로써 矯正이 可能한지 그 與否를 檢討하기 위해 이 實驗을 企圖했으며 다음과 같은 成績을 얻었다. 즉, 體重 1kg 當 15mg의 lithium carbonate를 投與한 第 Ⅱ群에서는 第 Ⅰ群(對照群)에 比하여 末梢血液과 骨髓에서 有意한 好中球增多症이 있었다. kg當 150mg의 cyclophosphamide를 1回 投與한 第 Ⅱ群에서는 一時的인 有意한 網赤血球減少와 好中球減少가 있었으나 cyclophosphamide를 投與한 후 lithium carbonate를 4週間 投與한 第 Ⅳ群에서는 稍末血液像이 正常化되었다. 이러한 事實은 lithium carbonate가 cyclophosphamide에 依한 造血障碍을 矯正할 수 있음을 示唆하는 것이다. The hematopoietic effects of lithium carbonate was studied with the following results. In rats administered lithium carbonate orally at a dose of 15mg/kg daily for 4 weeks, a significant enhancement of absolute neutrophil count both in the peripheral blood and bone marrow was noted. However, no appreciable alterations were found in hemoglobin, reticulocyte count, platelet, total marrow nucleated cell count, absolute erythroid cell count, absolute megakaryocyte count, and erythrocyte ^59Fe incorporation rate. The rats treated with an oral administr tion of cyclophosphamide at a dose of 150mg/kg once revealed both a statistically significant transient reticulocytopenia and neutropenia, but the rats given by cyclophosphamide followed by lithium carbonate for 4 weeks demonstrated restoration of depressed peripheral blood picture, suggesting lithium carbonate being offset the hematologically suppressive effect of cyclophosphamide.
