This paper presents a computer model of the secondary arc associated with single phase auto-reclosing(SPAR) to use in system simulation studies. The computer model is based on the mathematical model described by A.T.Johns, et,al[3], and is implemented by the EMTDC which is similar to the Electro Magnetic Transient Program(EMTP). Simulation results using the computer model compare with a previous simulation and field test results.

This paper presents an enhanced algorithm for dynamic aggregation of coherent generating units. The parameters of the synchronous machine represented as classic model are computed by the parallel weighting method instead of the curve fitting method that requires much computation efforts. The aggregation of the controller such as excitation system and governor-turbine system, is accomplished by the Chebyshev approximation. The Chebyshev approximation is numerically stable than Pade approximation and effecient. The Chebyshev approximation can deal with the aggregation of the same type controllers and combination of hydro and steam untit.
박물관 브랜드 마케팅 및 공간 프로모션 전략 -숙명여자대학교 내 정영양자수박물관 C·E·M 공간디자인을 중심으로-

본 연구는 정영양자수박물관의 콘텐츠를 활용한 통합 브랜드를 개발함에 있어 브랜드·디자인 ·마케팅을 융합한 시점에서 바라보고 그래픽아이덴티티, 제품아이덴티티, 공간아이덴티티 통합브랜드를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 박물관 방문자들과 20-30대 여성을 대상으로, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 ‘C·E·M’을 物, 事, 人, 場가 융합된 문화로 한정한다. 그 결과, ‘C·E·M’은 디자인과 마케팅 전략을 융합하여 로고 및 사인물의 그래픽디자인부터 제품디자인, 공간디자인에 이르기까지 일관성과 객관성, 스토리성을 도출한다. 끝으로 본 연구는 브랜드가 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 더 체계화된 G·I, P·I, S·I의 통합 브랜드 매뉴얼을 만든 것에 의의가 있다. 아울러 향후 이와 관련된 통합브랜드 디자인 개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다

본 연구는 최근 감성중심의 디자인 환경에서 화두되고 있는 ‘오감’을 활용하여 브랜드 프로모션 공간을 연출하는 일련의 프로세스를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 범위는 2017년 3월~6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <융합연출디자인> 수업에서 진행된 수업의 결과물로서 4개 팀 중 1개 팀의 작업물이다. 연구방법은 오감에 대한 문헌 연구와 융합연출 디자인 조사 정리한 사례 연구로 한다. 그 결과 본 연구는 산업체 <마임>과 연계하여 오감을 융합하는 쇼케이스 프로젝트부터 실제 브랜드 프로모션 공간 연출에 이르기까지 건강식품에 대한 브랜드의 일관성과 감성, 스토리성을 제시하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 오감 을 활용한 공간 연출 디자인으로, 브랜드와 실질적으로 융합하여 브랜드를 프로모션함에 있어서 감성적인 접근방안을 제시 한 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 향후 본 연구는 이와 관련된 공감각, 오감을 담은 브랜드커뮤니케이션 디자인과 브랜드이미지, 브랜드 공간 연출개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper analyzed the transient phenomena due to auto-reclosing on electrical distribution system. Computer models presented in this paper consist of a distributio overhead line model, underground cable model, transformer, model, grounding model, load model, substation model, capacitor bank model, and distribution sruge-arrester model. The computer models are represented by Electromagnetic Transients Program(EMTP). Ther results from the simulation depict the validity of a computer model and the impact of custormer side during auto-reclosing at 22.9kV distribution systme. Also, parametric analysis illustrate that the various factors affct the transient thenomena caused to anto-reclosing.

Fibroblast growth factor 11 (FGF11) is a member of the intracellular FGF family, which shows different signal transmission compared with other FGF superfamily members. The molecular function of FGF11 is not clearly understood. In this study, we identified the inhibitory effect of FGF11 on hepatitis B virus (HBV) gene expression through transcriptional suppression. FGF11 decreased the mRNA and protein expression of HBV genes in liver cells. While the nuclear receptor FXRα1 increased HBV promoter transactivation, FGF11 decreased the FXRα-mediated gene induction of the HBV promoter by the FXRα agonist. Reduced endogenous levels of FXRα by siRNA and the dominant negative mutant protein (aa 1–187 without ligand binding domain) of FXRα expression indicated that HBV gene suppression by FGF11 is dependent on FXRα inhibition. In addition, FGF11 interacts with FXRα protein and reduces FXRα protein stability. These results indicate that FGF11 inhibits HBV replicative expression through the liver cell-specific transcription factor, FXRα, and suppresses HBV promoter activity. Our findings may contribute to the establishment of better regimens for the treatment of chronic HBV infections by including FGF11 to alter the bile acid mediated FXR pathway.
Development of an Intelligent Station HMI in IEC 61850 Based Substation

Because the existing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for the conventional substation cannot dynamically indicate the configuration information of the Substation Automation System (SAS). In this paper, an intelligent station HMI is proposed for IEC 61850 based substation. The program of the proposed HMI not only can automatically generate the layout of single line diagram, but can also indicate the communication network and functions of IEDs by reading SCL files. It greatly helps monitor the operation status, communication network and each IED dynamically, such as failure detection in SAS. Furthermore, this paper presents the possibility of developing new software for SAS with the full use of IEC 61850-6. Once the software is complete, there is no need to change it when the substation is upgraded or when it is migrated to other IEC 61850 based substations, which is a cost-effective solution.
