        요트 관광지 선택속성요인 및 투어횟수의 상호작용 효과가 관광만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        This research examined the interaction effect between selection attribute of toruist destination and tour frequency on satisfaction of yacht tour in participating in yacht tour sports. The subjects of this study were 272 participants in yacht tour sports by using SPSS 18.0. The usrvey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for selection attribute of yacht tourh ad been developed by Kim(2005), Roh(2010), tour frequency had been developed by Roh(2010), and satisfaction of yacht tour had been developed by Kim(2005), Kim(2006), Bek(2008), et al. The statistical methods such as correlational analysis and hierachical regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. The results were summarized as follow. First, The results showed that interaction effect of cost of attribute and tour frequency of yacht tour had not impact on satisfaction of yacht tour. Second, The results showed that interaction effect of attrction and accessibillity of attribute and tour frequency of yacht tour had impact on satisfaction of yacht toru. Third, The results showed that interaction effect of program of attribute and tour frequency of yacht tour had not impact on satisfaction of yacht tour. Forth, The results showed that interaction effect of additional facillities of attribute and tour frequency of yacht tour had impact on satisfaction of yacht tour. research examined the relations between the participation motive and exercise immersion, and leisure satisfaction of those participating in scuba diving from a structural point of view through grounded theory approach. To achieve this, the dat collected from 227 people who continued to participate in scuba diving were analyzed and as the result, the following conclusion was derived.

        APDC 모델에 따른 도서출판 현실과 미래에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현재 한국 출판산업을 점검할 수 있는 모델개발에 일차적인 연구목적을 두고 있으며, 개발된 모델을 통해 한국 출판산업의 현 상황을 점검하고 미래에 대한 예측적 관점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 목적 하에 본 연구의 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리의 도서출판환경을 적절하게 분석할 수 있는 모델은 무엇인가? 둘째, 이러한 분석 모델을 통해 현재 우리의 출판산업의 현황은 어떠한가? 셋째, 모델을 통해 본 우리의 출판산업의 미래는 어떠한가? 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지금까지 개발된 출판산업의 모델들을 비판적 관점에서 고찰하여, 우리의 실정에 적합한 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 한국 도서출판환경을 진단하고 아울러 미래에 대한 조심스런 제언을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 모델은 'APDC 모델'이라 명명되었다. 이 모델의 주요 구성요인은 저자, 출판사, 유통, 소비자, 정부정책, 사회문화경제적 환경이다. 저자는 디지털 환경 아래서 점차 개념의 변화가 발생하고 있다. 출판사는 대형화와 소형화의 양극화가 진행 중이며, 향후 CP로의 전환 가능성을 배제할 수 없는 상황이다. 유통 부문은 가상서점의 활성화, 위탁판매의 감소, 정보화 등이 진행될 것으로 보이며, 유통문제의 해결책으로 RFID의 도입 등이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 소비자는 전통적인 독자의 개념에서 탈피하여, 도서구매 패턴, 독서패턴 등의 변화가 예상된다. 정부의 정책은 가격정책 등을 통해 출판산업에 막대한 영향을 미치고 있는바, 이에 관련된 각종 관련법규를 디지털 시대에 맞게 조정해야 할 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 향후 가칭 국가도서출판위원회 등을 설치하여 출판산업의 진흥을 도모할 필요성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 사회문화경제적 환경에서는 독서운동의 본격화가 제기되었으며, 공공도서관 정책의 내실화가 필요한 것으로 지적되었다. 본 연구는 모델제시와 아울러 현실점검과 미래에 대한 전망 등 거시적 관점을 주로 다룬 관계로 보다 상세한 분석을 결하고 있는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 APDC 모델은 향후 출판산업을 분석하는데 유용한 도구로서 활용될 수 있는 것으로 사료되어 이에 대한 후속 연구를 기대해 본다. Korea society has a new media environment in 2000's. In 2005, DMB, IPTV has introduced to general audience, so user can watch digital multimedia broadcasting through cell-phone or other instrument. In this situation, it is very doubtful wether the book industry can survive or not. This is a starting point of study. Firstly, the aim of this study is build a new model of book industry and secondly examine the present and future of book industry depend on them. In this study, Roh's APDC Model will be introduced which is the frame of book industry. APDC Model is presented in figure1. In an aspect of author, there are many writers because of internet. But they are almost amateur. Digital technology changed the concept of author and blurred sender and reader. Book Industry(Publisher) is composed two groups, in other words, megers and small company. As Coser and Roh pointed such a phenomenon, the book industry divided two groups more deeply. Distribution systems in Korea are complex and in a situation of change, because of internet service. There are many problems in book logistics, but it will be solved if we develope RFID system. Now traditional readers are no longer a reader. They read a text through the internet, so they are user. The government policy has a radical power, especially in area of price. Korean book market has a retail price maintenance system, but this system has a many problems, so the government must revise the law. Media education must be emphasized in an aspect of social, culture environment. In the future, the digital technology will transform the concept of hypertext into hyper-view. Nobody knows the future of book industry at that time.

      • Treatment of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans

        1. Learning Objectives 1) Diagnosis of DFSP-pathologic and molecular diagnosis 2) Patient-oriented selection of treatment modality 2. Clinical Presentation A 57-year old woman presented with 4-year history of mass on her left proximal index finger and web space. The lesion was initially excised in 2007, but recurred in 2009, so the lesion was re-excised again. However the mass recurred in 2011. Clinically, a 1.5 x 2.0 cm red to violaceous mass was seen on the ulnar side of the proximal left proximal index finger abutting the finger web. 3. Pathologic Presentation Skin biopsy was performed and histologic findings showed infiltration of bland to moderately pleomorphic spindle cells in hypocellular, myxoid and collagenous stroma extending into subcutaneous tissue. Immunohistochemical stain for CD34 was positive. Mutation analysis of COL1A1-PDGFβ showed that the end of exon 43 in the COL1A1 gene was fused with the start of exon 2 in the PDGFβ gene. 4. Discussion Although a third wide excision was considered this treatment option, was not done due to the location and possibility of postoperative loss of digital function. Therefore, Gleevec® 400mg twice a day for 3 months followed by reduced dose, 400mg once a day for 2 months was prescribed. During treatment, the patient complained of facial edema, nausea, epigastric pain, and intermittent palpitation. After 5 months, the lesion clinically showed marked reduction in size and a follow up MRI scan confirmed marked reduction of tumor. Four months later, the lesion maintained its reduced size and showed no evidence of recurrence. To confirm the absence of the tumor cells, skin biopsy was performed again and histopathology finding showed reduced cellular density and hyaline changes. However, CD34 immunohistochemical stain was positive although the number of positive cells was less in number than the number prior to imatinib mesylate treatment. For complete removal of the remaining tumor, Mohs microsurgery was done on the suspected residual site and wound defect was closed with a full thickness skin graft. Frozen sections of the Mohs margin showed no evidence of tumor cells on the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous layer. From the removed tumor tissue, mutation analysis was done again and we still found the fusion mutation of COL1A1 gene with PDGFβ gene in tumor cells. 5. References 1) Roh MR, Bae B, Chung KY.         연구논문 : 왜 이웃의 외국인은 범죄두려움을 불러일으킬까?: 외국인근접성 인식이 범죄위험 인식에 미치는 영향

        지난 몇 십년간 한국 사회에서 진행되어 온 외국인 증가 추세에 비추어 볼 때 아직까지 외국인의 증가가 내국인들의 사회안전의식에 미치는 효과를 다룬 연구가 거의 없었다는 점은 매우 놀랍다. 다행히 최근 노성훈(2013)의 연구에서 집단위협이론의 관점에서 외국인의 증가가 범죄에 대한 두려움에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 하지만 그동안 소홀하게 다루어졌던 연구영역에 기여한 학술적 가치가 적지 않음에도 불구하고 분석모형에 있어서의 한계로 인해 외국인의 지역사회 유입이 내국인들의 범죄에 대한 두려움을 유발하는 인과관계를 충분히 설명하지 못한 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 노성훈(2013)의 연구에서 사용한 자료를 사용하여 외국인의 근접성이 범죄에 대한 위험인식에 미치는 효과에 대한 지역사회 변수와 집단 위협감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 아울러 사회적 거리감이 이러한 인과관계에 미치는 조절효과도 검증하였다. 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석을 실시한 결과 지역사회의 외국인 구성 비율에 대한 인식이 범죄피해 위험인식에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 대신에 지역사회 무질서의 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 즉 근린에 거주하는 외국인의 비율이 증가할수록 시민이 인식하는 지역사회 무질서 수준이 증가하였고 이러한 인식은 범죄피해 가능성을 높게 평가하는 유의미한 요인으로 나타났다. 반면에 집합적 효능성의 증가는 범죄위험인식을 유의미한 수준에서 낮추지만 외국인의 근접성에 의해 영향을 받지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 집단 위협감은 근린에 거주하는 외국인 비율이 높을수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났지만 집단 위협감의 차이가 범죄위험인식의 차이를 유의미한 수준에서 설명하지는 못했다. 마지막으로 외국인 근접성이 범죄위험인식에 미치는 영향에 있어서의 사회적 거리감의 조절효과는 발견되지 않았다. Given the ongoing growth in the population of foreigners in Korea during the last decades, it is quite surprising that few research has been conducted on the influence of foreigners` influx upon Koreans` perception of safety. Fortunately, a recent study conducted by Roh(2013) analyzed the impact of increased foreigners on fear of crime focusing on group threat theory. Despite the significant contribution to the academic realm that had been somewhat neglected, his study, mainly due to the limitations in the analysis model, could not sufficiently account for the causal linkage between the population of foreigners in the neighborhood and fear crime. Using the data from Roh`s study(2013), we examined the mediating effect of community factors and perceived group threat upon the association between perceived adjacency from foreigners and perceived risk of crime. In addition, the moderating effect of perceived social distance upon the causal linkage was investigated. The results from structural equation modeling analysis showed that there was no direct impact of perceived adjacency from forefingers upon perceived risk of crime. Instead, perceived community disorder was found to serve as a complete mediator. Respondents who recognized more foreigners in their neighborhoods were more likely to perceive a higher level of disorder, which increased perceived risk of crime. In contrast, collective efficacy decreased perceived risk of crime at a significant level without being influenced by foreigners` population in the neighborhood. Perceived group threat was positively associated by the perceived size of foreigners but was not related to perceived risk of crime. Finally, no moderating effect was found by perceived social distance upon the relationship between adjacency from foreigners and perceived risk of crime.

        Roh[1] derived 2D g-Navier-Stokes equations from 3D Navier-Stokes equations. In this paper, we will see the space $L^2({\Omega},\;g)$, which is the weighted space of $L^2({\Omega})$, as natural generalized space of $L^2({\Omega})$ which is mathematical setting for Navier-Stokes equations. Our future purpose is to use the space $L^2({\Omega},\;g)$ as mathematical setting for the g-Navier-Stokes equations. In addition, we will see Helmoltz-Leray projection on $L^2_{per}({\Omega},\;g)$) and compare with the one on $L^2_{per}({\Omega})$.

        Decrease in Carbamylation of Rubisco by High CO, Concentration is Due to Decrease of Rubisco Activase in Kidney Bean

        Decrease in rubisco activation at high CO_2 concentration was caused by decrease in carbamylation of rubisco (Roh et al., 1996). However, it is unclear whether decrease in carbamylation rate at high CO_2 concentration is due to decrease in activity itself or content of rubisco activase. To clarify this ambiguity, investigation was performed to determine effects of CO_2 concentration on rubisco activase with kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) leaves grown at normal CO_2 (350 ppm) and high CO_2 (650 ppm) concentration. The analysis of Western blotting showed that the 50 and 14.5 kD polypeptides were identified immunochemically as the large and small subunits of rubisco in the preparation, respectively. For the 14.5 kD small subunit, the degree of intensity at high CO_2 concentration was similar to that at normal CO_2 concentration. For the 50 kD large sububit, however, the intensity of a band at high CO_2 concentration was significantly higher than that at normal CO_2 concentration, indicating that only the large subunit is affected by high CO_2 concentration. The analysis of Western immunoblotting showed two major polypeptides at 46 and 42 kD which were identified as rubisco activase subunits. The intensities of two bands were shown to be higher at normal CO_2 than high CO_2 concentration. These data indicate that decrease of carbamylation resulting from increase of CO_2 concentration was caused by rubisco activase. Finally, by employing ATP hydrolysis assay and ELISA, we also observed a significant decrease in both activity and content of rubisco activase as CO_2 concentration was raised from normal to high Co_2 concentration. These results suggest that decrease in rubisco carbamylation at high CO_2 concentration is caused by activity itself and/or content of rubisco activase.

      • ON ANTI FUZZY TRANSLATION BH-IDEALS IN BH-ALGEBRAS

        1966년 일본인 수학자 Imai교수와 Iseki교수는 새로운 대수적 구조인 BCK-대수를 소개하였고, 같은 해에 Iseki교수는 BCK-대수를 일반화 한 BCI-대수를 만들어 발표하였다. 1965년 Zadeh교수는 퍼지집합을 소개하였고 퍼지집합은 공학, 의학, 화학, 수학 등에 적용되어 왔으며, 근래에는 우리 생활과 직접적인 연관을 가지는 대단한 응용력을 보여주고 있다. 그동안 BCK?BCI-대수는 여러가지 형태로 연구되어 왔으며 특히 아이디얼이론과 필터이론은 이 분야의 연구에서 아주 중요한 역활을 한다. 한편, ground field의 확장은 대단히 어려운 문제이지만 의미있는 일인데 1998년 Jun, Roh 그리고 Kim교수는 BCK?BCI-대수를 일반화한 BH-대수를 소개하고 여러가지 성질들을 얻었다. 본 연구에서는 BH-대수에 퍼지 개념을 접목시켜 BH-대수에서의 여러가지 퍼지 아이디얼의 성질을 연구하고자한다. We consider the fuzzification of (translation) BH-ideals in BH-algebras, and investigate some related properties.

        The safety of LPG vessel storage has been simply designed and controled with blast wave barrier structure concept regardless of its quantity or hazardous situation. The limit of regal controls on LPG vessel storage need to be identified in terms of safety buffer distance from LPG explosion. The level of overpressure effect and heat radiation In the safety structure and neighbouring human activity required to be estimated to find the gap between existing controls on such storage. To this content the paper discuss the issues on the approach In the blast wave barrier and safety separation distances.

      • Phalaenopsis 'Toyland'의 生育에 미치는 溫度, 光度 및 Osmocote의 影響

        새로운 品種으로 育成된 Phalaenopsis `Toyland´를 서로 다른 溫度, 光度 및 施肥條件下에서 210日間 生育시킨 後 地上部 生育에 미치는 影響을 알아보고자 實驗을 實施한 結果, 葉長, 葉幅, 葉數의 增加는 光度보다는 溫度條件이 重要한 役割을 하였으며 23/21℃(낮/밤)보다 26/23℃에서 生育이 훨씬 良好하였다. 26/23℃의 溫度條件下에서는 光度가 增加함에 따라서 葉長과 葉幅이 減小되는 傾向이었다. 施肥는 液肥보다 遲效性의 固形肥料인 Osmocote 施肥區에서 葉長과 葉幅이 增加되었다. 結論的으로 Phalaenopsis `Toyland´는 溫室에서 栽培할 境遇 26/23℃(낮/밤)의 溫度와 7W/㎡의 光度條件下에서 10cm 直經의 花盆當 4g의 Osmocote를 施肥한 것이 地上部 生育이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. Seedings of Phalaenopsis 'Toyland' as new hybrid were grown under controlled green house condition for 210 days in order to observe their responses to different level of temperature, light intensity and feeding. Temperature was far more limiting factor than light intensity for the leaf growth of Toyland orchid, and 26/23℃ day/night temperature was more great beneficial than 23/21℃. Under 26.23℃ day/night temperature condition, leaf length and width were decreased by increasing light intensity. Osmocote application was more favourable effect than liquid fertilizer on the leaf growth of Toyland orchid. In conclusion, a combination of 26/23℃ day/night temperature, 7W/㎡ of light intensity and 4g Osmocote per 10cm pot resulted in maximun leaf growth of Phalaenopsis `Toyland´grown under conventional green house condition.
