Two- and Three-Input Fuzzy PID Controller Structure of Takagi-Sugeno Type
Ritu Raj,Pushparaj Mani Pathak,Garima Bhandari,Jung-Min Yang 제어로봇시스템학회 2019 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2019 No.10
In this paper, we analyze and present a general structure of fuzzy PID controller of Takagi-Sugeno (TS) type having two and three inputs. We show that while three-input fuzzy PID controller gains have an one-to-one relation with the conventional controller gains, this relationship is not directly evident in the case of two-input fuzzy PID controllers. The tuning of input/output scaling parameters of the presented fuzzy PID controllers is addressed based on the structure of conventional PID controllers.
Large tuning of Surface Plasmon Resonance of Au-fullerene nanocomposite
Ritu Vishnoi,Satakshi Gupta,Ganesh D. Sharma,Rahul Singhal 대한금속·재료학회 2019 ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LETTERS Vol.15 No.1
Gold–fullerene C 60 nanocomposite thin fi lms prepared by thermal co-deposition were irradiated by a high energy beam of120 MeV Ag ions using Pelletron accelerator. Absorption spectra revealed a large and progressive tuning of surface plasmonresonance wavelength when the fi lms were irradiated at higher fl uences. This blue shift (~ 119 nm) can be ascribed to theevolution of fullerene into amorphous carbon upon bombardment of high energy ions at higher fl uences and causes a shiftin refractive index of the matrix. Raman spectra ascertained this transformation with the presence of two bands: D and Gband. Ion irradiation also leads to the formation of bigger size Au nanoparticles with well defi ned spherical shape at higherfl uences as confi rmed by TEM. XRD results demonstrated decrease in FWHM of diff raction peaks indicating the increasein particle size which is in agreement with the result obtained from TEM analysis.
Bochner theorem and applications of bicomplex Fourier-Stieltjes transform
RITU AGARWAL,MAHESH PURI GOSWAMI,Ravi P. Agarwal 장전수학회 2016 Advanced Studies in Contemporary Mathematics Vol.26 No.2
In this paper, we define bicomplex Fourier-Stieltjes transform which is more generalized form of bicomplex Fourier transform. Also, we derive some of its basic properties and generalize the classical Bochner theorem in the framework of bicomplex analysis. Applications of bicomplex Fourier transform in finding the solution of initial value heat equation in bicomplex algebra and algebraic reduction of complicated bicomplex linear time-invariant systems in easy form have been discussed. Illustrations have been given to find the solution of bicomplex heat equation and check the unboundedness condition of non-homogeneous bicomplex-valued wave equation.
The Diagnostic Dilemma of Neurolymphomatosis
Ritu Shree,Manoj Kumar Goyal,Manish Modi,Balan Louis Gaspar,Bishan Dass Radotra,Chirag Kamal Ahuja,Bhagwant Rai Mittal,Gaurav Prakash 대한신경과학회 2016 Journal of Clinical Neurology Vol.12 No.3
Neurolymphomatosis (NL) defned as infltration of the central nervous system or the peripheral nervous system (PNS) by malignant lymphoma cells is a rare clinical entity. However, the increasing use of fuorodeoxyglucose positron-emission tomography (FDG-PET) and magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating PNS disorders is resulting in; this condition being recognized more frequently. Here; we report fve NL patients and review the current literature. We report five patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and NL, all of whom were men aged 47–69 years. Te clinical presentation varied from symmetrical peripheral neuropathy to mononeuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy was the presenting manifestation of a systemic lymphoma in two patients (40%). Neuroimaging as well as whole-body FDG-PET helped in determining the correct diagnosis in all of the patients. NL is an unusual presentation of NHL resulting from infltration of the PNS by malignant lymphomatous cells. While evaluating peripheral neuropathy, a high degree of suspicion of NL is required since the presenting symptoms vary, conventional radiology has only modest sensitivity, and a pathological diagnosis is ofen difcult. FDG-PET helps in the early diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
DOES SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTES NON-DECEPTIVE COUNTERFEITING? EMPIRICAL EVIDENCES FROM INDIA
Ritu Raj,Saurabh Verma,Sunil Kumar Yadav 글로벌지식마케팅경영학회 2023 Global Marketing Conference Vol.2023 No.07
Social media has become popular in both business and research as many studies have explored the impact of this medium on the purchase behavior of consumers but surprisingly not in the domain of counterfeiting. Social media has become a significant part of today's lifestyle and it has created new channels for brand manufacturers and consumers to communicate. The present study tries to assess the impact of social media determinants on counterfeit purchase intention. The study explored three factors of social media namely social media platform, user-generated content, and social media word of mouth. Further, the study checks for the mediation effect of consumer attitude between social media determinants and purchase intention. The data for the present study were collected from three metropolitan cities of India namely Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. The PLS-SEM was used on 406 respondents for further analysis and validation. The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between social media platforms, user-generated content, and purchase intention. However, an insignificant relationship was found between social media word of mouth and purchase intention. Further, the study suggested that attitude mediates the relationship between social media determinants and the purchase intention of consumers towards the purchase of counterfeit products in India.
Effects of the storage environment on the quality attributes of eggs with a washing treatment
Ritu Joshi,Rahul Joshi,Mohammad Akbar Faqeerzada,박은수,배형진,이재용,이재영,김현태,조병관 충남대학교 농업과학연구소 2019 Korean Journal of Agricultural Science Vol.46 No.3
The term quality or freshness of eggs in industrial production still poses concerns regarding whether washing is necessary. Therefore, the aims of this study were to examine the effects of different storage times and temperatures and to perform a comparison between washed and unwashed eggs. A total of 1000 washed and 1000 unwashed egg samples were stored at three different temperatures (5, 10, and 25℃) for 0 - 8 weeks and were used for the data collection. On the designated day, the eggs were processed to evaluate their internal and external quality traits, such as the Haugh unit, airspace volume, eggshell strength, pH, and microbiological profile. Significant differences (p < 0.05) were observed between the washed and unwashed eggs for each quality trait. The results indicate that storage between 5 and 10℃ better preserved the quality of eggs compared with the storage at 25℃ throughout the days of the storage. Overall, this study suggests that the storage time and temperature have a vital role in maintaining the quality of eggs which were significantly affected during storage. In addition, all the quality parameters differed between the washed and unwashed samples which is further responsible for deteriorating the quality of the eggs.

Background: This paper discusses the social dimension of gastronomy, such as folk beliefs regarding avoidance and prescriptions during the stages of menstruation and pregnancy. Cooking and eating are imbued with special meanings, but how they are related to an individual’s multiple identities, such as menstruating and pregnant women, and how these idioms and ideologies affect food choice negotiated through folk beliefs are discussed. Do food prescriptions contribute to nutrition? Looking for these answers, the present study was undertaken in two blocks densely populated by Karbi tribe in Kamrup district of Assam, India. The objective of the study was to understand the values of folk beliefs scientifically. Methods: The data was collected by conducting focus group discussion among adolescent girls and pregnant women. Results: It can be concluded that the foods which are included during menstruation and pregnancy were nutrient rich and foods avoided during that period was somewhat scientific.
