The sources of body water are metabolically produced and ingested water. There are four sites from which water is lost to the external environment : skin, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, and kidneys. According to the theory of oriental medicine, the balance of body water is controlled by kidneys, lungs, Bee(脾), urinary bladder, and Sam Cho(三焦), the function of skin is controlled by lungs(肺主皮毛) The aim of the present study was to elucidate the effects of acupuncture in the meridian point Sam Cho Soo(B22), Bee Soo(B20), and Pye Soo(B13) on the renin-angiotensin aldosterone system and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP). The results obtained were as follows: 1. Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide was decreased significantly after acupuncture in the meridian point Pye Soo(B13) 2. Plasma renin activity was decreased significantly after acupuncture in the meridian point Sam Cho Soo(B22). 3. Plasma renin activity was increased significantly after acupuncture in the meridian point Bee Soo(B20) 4. Plasma aldosterone concentration was decreased significantly after acupuncture in the meridian point Sam Cho Soo(B22) and Bee Soo(B20) 5. Plasma cortisol concentration was decreased significantly after acupuncture in the meridian point Bee Soo(B20). 6. Plasma ACTY concentration was decreased significantly after acupuncture in the meridian points Bee Soo(B20) and Pye Soo(B13) These results suggest that meridian points Sam Cho Soo(B22), Bee Soo(B22), and Pye Soo(B13) have regulatory function for the body water metabolism. The effects of acupuncture in the meridian points the Sam Cho Soo(B22) and Bee Soo(B20) were related with the changes of plasma levels of renin activity and aldosterone concentration, but the effects of acupuncture in the Pye Soo(B13) was related with the decreases of plasma levels of ANP and aldosterone.

DJ-1/park7 modulates vasorelaxation and blood pressure via epigenetic modification of endothelial nitric oxide synthase

<P><B>Aims</B></P><P>DJ-1/park7, a multifunctional protein, may play essential roles in the vascular system. However, the function of DJ-1/park7 in vascular contractility has remained unclear. The present study was designed to investigate whether the DJ-1/park7 is involved in the regulation of vascular contractility and systolic blood pressure (SBP).</P><P><B>Methods and results</B></P><P>Norepinephrine (NE) elevated contraction in endothelium-intact vessels in a dose-dependent manner, to a greater extent in DJ-1/park7 knockout (DJ-1/park7<SUP>−/−</SUP>) mice than in wild-type (DJ-1/park7<SUP>+/+</SUP>) mice. Acetylcholine inhibited NE-evoked contraction in endothelium-intact vessels, and this was markedly impaired in DJ-1/park7<SUP>−/−</SUP> mice compared with DJ-1/park7<SUP>+/+</SUP>. Nitric oxide (NO) production (82.1 ± 2.8% of control) and endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) expression (61.7 ± 8.9%) were lower, but H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> production (126.4 ± 8.6%) was higher, in endothelial cells from DJ-1/park7<SUP>−/−</SUP> mice than in those from DJ-1/park7<SUP>+/+</SUP> controls; these effects were reversed by DJ-1/park7-overexpressing endothelial cells from DJ-1/park7<SUP>−/−</SUP> mice. Histone deacetylase (HDAC)-1 recruitment and H3 histone acetylation at the eNOS promoter were elevated and diminished, respectively, in DJ-1/park7<SUP>−/−</SUP> mice compared with DJ-1/park7<SUP>+/+</SUP> controls. Moreover, SBP was significantly elevated in DJ-1/park7<SUP>−/−</SUP> mice compared with DJ-1/park7<SUP>+/+</SUP> controls, but this elevation was inhibited in mice treated with valproic acid, an inhibitor of Class I HDACs including HDAC-1.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>These results demonstrate that DJ-1/park7 protein may be implicated in the regulation of vascular contractility and blood pressure, probably by the impairment of NO production through H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>-mediated epigenetic inhibition of eNOS expression.</P>

시의 언어와 민족의 언어

본고는 김수영 시의 민족 의식에 대해 고찰한다. 김수영이 민족주의와 거리를 두었다는 평가는, 백낙청의 비평으로부터 시작한다. 그러나 이러한 평가는 김수영에 대한 오해이다. 이러한 진술을 이어 장정일은 김수영을 세계시민주의자 로 전도시키고 있다. 그러나 김수영의 민족주의 비판은 관제민족주의이지 민족주의 일반이 아니다. 김철은 이중언어세대인 김수영에게서 식민지적 혼종성 을 읽고 그런 혼종성이 국민화 프 로젝트를 비판하게 만들었다고 보고 있으나, 김수영이 바판한 것은 위로부터의 국민화 프로젝투 이지 밑으로부터의 민중적 지향 의 민족성이 아니다. 이중언어세대인 김수영에게 일본어는 망령으로서 그 내면을 사로잡은 상태였다. 김수영은 그러한 자신을 숨기지 않고 그대로 보여주므로써 삶에 밀착한 언어로서의 시를 실천했고, 그 태도가 포스트식민주의적 사후 효과를 낳았다. 이것은 우리 민족의 현실태를 있는 그대로 보여주면서 그 현실을 극복하려는 태도였다. 하이데거의 영향을 받은 김수영의 민족록은 삶의 원천을 드러내는 민족의 유비인 고향 에 대해 침묵 으로써 말한다. 하이데거에 따르면 민족 은 그 원천을 알고 있는 자의 능력으로 비밀에 붙여져야 하는 대상이었고, 김수영에게 그것은 침묵의 언어 이자 미메시스의 언어 이다. 이 미메시스의 언어는 정치적 혁명을 수용한 그의 내적 혁명으로 실천된다. 김수영의 고립과 고독은 현실에 대한 격한 긍정을 가능하게 했고, 적과 동지, 최고 정신의 시인과 육체 노동의 식무 를 한데 결합하는 혁명을 이루어낸다. 또한 벤야민을 통해 직역으로서의 순수 언어 를 드러내는 방법론을 수용했다. 그것이 그의 세계의 번역으로서 미메시스이다. 따라서 김수영의 혁명은 적과 동지를 한데 묶고, 그들을 낱낱이 호명하는 능력의 실현이었다. This paper examines Kim Soo-young s poetry s national consciousness. The evaluation that Kim Soo-young distanced from nationalism begins with Baek Nak-cheong s criticism. However, this evaluation is a perversion derived from the lack of reading about Kim Soo-young. Following these statements, Jang Jung-il is turning Kim Soo-young into a global citizen . However, Kim Soo-young s criticism of nationalism is controlled nationalism, not nationalism in general. Kim Cheol read colonial hybridity from Kim Soo-young, a bilingual generation, and believes that such hybridity made him criticize the nationalization project, but what Kim Soo-young criticized is a nationalization project from above, not a popular orientation from below. To Kim Soo-young, the Japanese language was captured as a ghost, and Kim Soo-young showed himself as it was. He practiced poetry as a language closely related to life, and the poetry produced the post-colonial effect of ‘post-colonialism’. Influenced by Heidegger, Kim Soo-young s national theory speaks of hometown as an analogy of the nation that reveals the source of life as silence . According to Heidegger, the nation was an object that had to be kept secret by the ability of those who knew its source, and for Kim Soo-young, it is a language of silence and a language of mimesis . This mimesis language is put into practice as his inner revolution embracing the political revolution. Kim Soo-young s isolation and solitude enabled a strong affirmation of reality, forming a union of enemies and comrades, the best spirit and the maid . He also accepted the methodology of revealing ‘pure language as a literal translation’ through Benjamin, and practiced mimesis as a translation of the world. Therefore, Kim Soo-young s revolution is the realization of the ability to unite enemies and comrades, to look at and call them individually. In Kim Soo-young s literature, the language of people were also bound to appear as a combination of Japan as a ghost and Japanese

비매너 주차 단속시스템

주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 비매너 주차로 인한 충돌을 사전에 예방하기 위한 단속시스템이다. 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 장애인, 전기차 전용 주차구역에 일반차량 주차, 2개 차선을 물고 주차하는 차량이 있다. 위와 같은 차량을 딥러닝 객체인식 기능을 통해 비매너 주차를 감지하여 알려준다. 비매너 주차 상황이 찍힌 사진이나 영상을 학습데이터로 사용하여 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 학습데이터를 제작하고 그 상황을 인식하여 비매너 주차 유무를 판단한다. 주차장의 환경을 좀 더 쾌적하게 함으로써 주차장 이용자간 충돌을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. It is a enforcement system to prevent collisions caused by unmanageable parking that may occur in parking lots. There are handicapped people who can get up in parking lots, general vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking areas, and vehicles parked in two lanes. The vehicle above is detected and notified through the deep learning object recognition function. By using a picture or video of an unmanageable parking situation as learning data, the learning data is produced so that the situation can be recognized, and the situation is recognized to determine the presence or absence of unmanageable parking. The purpose is to reduce collisions between parking lot users by making the environment of the parking lot more comfortable.

박남수 시의 이미지즘과 사회성 고찰

This paper is aimed at examining the characteristics and limit of imagist poetry by analyzing Park Nam-Soo's works. Because Imagism eliminates an ideological or social aspects from it's aesthetics, it is difficult to find a social sense in imagist poetry. But After Park himself had given his early imagist poetry an social meaning, many critics misinterpreted his imagist poetry. We can call Park's utterance a retrospective modification. It is clear that Park's early poetry is imagist works without social meaning. Park extended his poetic horizon by passing the limit of early imagist poetry in which images are static and plain. He used narrative elements in the middle imagist poetry. Accordingly the absolute image in early poems gave place to the metaphoric image in middle poems. In the later poetry, the suppressed sociality by the principle of imagist aesthetics has revived. Park had written an epic in which a brilliant Korean hero, Euljimunduck, drove back the chinese enemy. It means that imagism is the opposite of sociality.

지역사회의 동물복지문화 증진을 위한 도그파크 계획 모형

Korea's pet-related society has been fast growing without the base and preparations of socio-cultural animal welfare. For the most part, Korea's current public parks, in particular, have a space structure in which a lot of friction between the general public who are not fond of dogs and dog owners in public places has been happening unavoidably. A lot of countries that are taking a lead role in animal welfare have built dog parte that the general public and dogs can enjoy together. This research starts with the realization that the concept of 'dog park' needs to be introduced in Korea as more and more Koreans own dogs and other pets. This research aims to provide guidance for dog park planning by drawing a dog park planning model and to promote basics for co-existence of dogs and people in a park and set in place animal welfare early and raise the level of awareness. Total 7 types of dog put 56 planning items including dog zone, dog playground, and agility, and a selective matrix by which it is possible to select essential recommendatory optional items by each type of dog park were drawn in this research. Overall there were the highest needs in separated area for dogs in park. A dog park planning model is designed as follows. 1) To select a dog park type that was introduced. 2) To set up facilities applicable in common and planning items desired in advance by each type. 3) To zone dog park areas by the priority order of planning items that were introduced and to position necessary facilities. 4) To plan program that should be were introduced. A dog park was expected to take some positive roles such as providing opportunities to socialize dogs, activating social communities, more effective park management by participating local community members and so on.

확장된 계획행동이론을 통한 무주 태권도공원 방문객의 방문의도 분석

The purpose of this study was to predict travelers` behavioral intention to visit the Muju Taekwondo Park, based on extended Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Tourists` motivation was newly included in determining their behavioral intention to visit the park along with existing three components of traditional Theory of Planned Behavior(attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control). To this end, a total of 241 Taekwondo masters was selected using a conveniently sampling method and responded to a survey questionnaire. The 206 usable questionnaires were utilized to the final data analyses. Statistical Package of PASW 15.0 was used for data analyses including descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, attitudes toward visiting the park had a significant impact on visiting the park Secondly, subjective norms had a significant influence on visiting the park. Thirdly, perceived behavioral control significantly affected behavioral intention to visit the park. Lastly, motivation was a significant predictor of subjects` visiting the park. Additionally, practical implications of the findings and suggestions were discussed.

해상형 국립공원 탐방수요의 요인분해

국내관광은 국제관광의 변동성이 주는 충격을 완화하려 관광산업의 안정성을 담보하는 역할을 수행함에도 불구하고 국내관광부문은 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 점은 우리나라의 해외관광객은 2010년-2017년에 연평균 11.3%라는 높은 증가를 보인데 비해 우리나라 국립공원의 탐방객은 연평균 1.5% 성장이라는 초라한 실적을 드러내고 있다는 데서 알 수 있다. 더욱 산악형 국립공원에 대해서는 비교적 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있는데 비해 해상형 국립공원에 대해서는 상대적으로 연구와 관심이 빈약한 편이다. 이에 본고는 변이할당분석과 BCG분석을 이용하여 해상형 국립공원 탐방객의 변동요인을 식별한다. 먼저 변이할당분석을 적용하여 4개 해상형 국립공원 탐방객의 변동을 국립공원 전체에 대한 탐방수요가 개별 국립공원탐방수요에 미치는 국립공원효과, 국립공원 전체에 대한 매력과 해상형 국립공원에 대한 매력의 차이가 개별 국립공원 탐방수요에 미치는 해상형 국립공원효과, 그리고 개별 국립공원과 해상형 국립공원의 탐방수요가 미치는 소위 경쟁력효과와 같은 3개 요인으로 분해한다. 또한 변이할당분석을 정태적 분석과 동태적 분석으로 구분하여 정태적 분석과 동태적 분석의 3개효과가 부호와 크기에서 상당한 차이를 노정한다는 것도 밝힌다. 구체적으로 우리나라 4개 해상형 국립공원의 탐방객 변동을 요인별로 분해하여, 정태적 분석에서는 국가효과와 구성효과가 양의 값으로 4개 해상형 국립공원 탐방객을 증가시키나, 동태적 분석에서는 구성효과의 경우 2013년부터, 국가효과의 경우 2014년부터 음의 부호를 갖는다는 것을 밝힌다. 탐방객이 증가한 오동도, 다도해해상국립공원, 태안해안국립공원은 물론 탐방객이 감소한 변산반도국립공원에서도 개별 국립공원의 경쟁력을 의미하는 지역효과가 가장 큰 영향을 미친다는 것도 보인다. BCG 매트릭스를 적용하여 오동도와 다도해해상국립공원은 star 영역으로 상승한 후star 위상을 유지하며, 변산반도국립공원은 star에서 cash cow와 child로 위상이 변화하여 탐방객 증가가 평균 이상을 유지하고 있는데 비해 태안해안국립공원은 child에서 dog로 추락함을 보인다. 이러한 분석을 통해 4개의 해상형 국립공원 모두에서 지역효과가 탐방객 변동에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다는 것과, 오동도와 다도해해상국립공원의 경쟁력은 우수하나 변산반도 국립공원의 경쟁력은 정체상태에 있으며, 태안해안국립공원의 경쟁력은 하락하고 있음을 밝힌다. BCG분석에서는 오동도와 다도해해상국립공원이 탐방객에서 경쟁력이 있다는 것과 태안해안국립공원에서 가장 큰 경쟁력 향상이 이루어져야 한다는 것도 밝힌다. Tourism is widely considered one of the world's largest and rapidly growing industries. Domestic tourism, however, remains an under-researched theme in many countries involving Korea partly due to the difficulty to track domestic tourism and with governments and policy-makers placing emphasis on the attractive higher expenditures of foreign visitors. It is stated that a vibrant domestic tourism sector can cushion the industry from fluctuations of the international tourism market and bring stability and predictability in the industry. Nature-based tourism to national parks gives us broad benefits such as improved physical and mental health, stress reduction and increased social cohesion. Employment is one of tourism’s main development advantages and its role in promoting economic opportunities for communities adjacent to national parks has long been appreciated. But tourism performance in Korean national parks continues to dwindle and stagger. This paper introduces a shift-share decomposition to break down the tourism to the marine national parks into three components: one measuring national effect, and two other components due to changes in compositional effect and regional effect respectively. While the static shift-share analysis shows that the growth in marine national parks’tourism seems to be due to positive national park effect as well as marine national park effect, the dynamic regional effect appears to have a negative effect on visitors. This paper also employs the positioning analysis on national parks using Boston Consulting Group matrix over the period 2011-2016. The BCG analysis shows that Odongdo and Dadohaehaesang succeed in rising to a star area, Byeonsanbando ranges over a cash cow to a child, but Taeanhaean degrades from a child to a dog area.

지봉(芝峯) 이수광(李?光) 한시문학(漢詩文學)의 사실(寫實)과 한아(閑雅) 풍격(風格)

芝峯 李?光은 조선 중기 穆陵盛世를 대표하는 문인들 중의 한 사람이다. 그는 이 시기에 盛唐의 풍격을 높이 거론하며 시풍의 전환에 큰 역할을 수행했고, 또한 자신의 시작품으로 당풍의 문학성을 구현해 내었다. 이수광이 지향한 證故實의 학문 태도는 그의 시작품 창작에도 크게 작용해 경물의 寫實지향으로 나타났다. 그는 눈앞에 펼쳐지는 경물을 있는 그대로 작품에 담아내고자 했고, 시작품의 회화성을 중시하면서 `詩中有畵`의 논의를 작품으로 실천해 보였다. 寫實지향의 시적 태도는 그가 만나는 情景을 가급적 구체적으로 그려 눈으로 보는 듯이 절실하게 느낄 수 있는 작품을 창작하게 하였다. 이수광의 『芝峯集』에는 관료 문인으로서 충군애민의 의식을 담아낸 시작품이 적지 않게 수록되어 있다. 그는 <宮詞>에서 군왕을 그리워하는 궁녀의 애달픈 한을 노래하기보다, 爲民의 善政에 고심하고 노력하는 훌륭한 군주의 면모를 표현해 내 충군과 애민의 의식을 작품화하기도 했다. 이수광의 寫實정신은 實景의 묘사와 함께 實政의 祈願으로 그의 시작품에 나타났던 것이다. 寫實과 애민을 지향한 이수광의 시의식은 그의 작품 세계를 구성하는 하나의 큰 축이라 하겠다. 이수광의 한시 작품이 나타낸 대표적인 풍격은 閑淡과 雅麗라 할 수 있다. 閑淡의 풍격은 비교적 일상의 삶이나 자연과 산수를 읊조릴 때, 雅麗의 풍격은 여성적 정서를 담은 艶體나 환상적인 遊仙의 시편 등에서 더 잘 나타나는 편이다. 이러한 이수광 시문학의 풍격은 그의 盛唐 추숭 문학론과도 관련이 깊다. 이수광은 그의 문학론으로 唐詩를 말하면서 자연스러움과 함축의 표현을 매우 강조하였다. 이수광은 『芝峯集』에 비교적 많은 수의 艶情詩를 남겨 놓았다. 艶情을 소재로 한 작품이다 보니 그 전체적 분위기가 우아하고 곱게 펼쳐진다. 그의 시작품에서 雅麗, 婉麗, 溫雅 등의 풍격을 지적한 평가는 주로 이러한 여성적 정감을 다룬 艶情의 시에 많이 나타난다. 閑淡과 雅麗를 표현해 낸 이수광 시문학의 전체적 풍격은 그것을 한데 아울러 閑雅라 규정을 해 볼 수 있을 것이다. Jibong(芝峯) Yi, Soo-gwang(李?光) was one of famous writers during middle period of Josun(朝鮮) dynasty. He argued the literary theory about the best T`ang (盛唐) style on the Chinese classic poems. Also he wrote several works the T`ang style(唐風) and made a role of transition as the T`ang style. He intended to the proof-investigation on his study. So he wrote his poems such as expressing reality. His works showed the real scenery as if someone had seen the landscape seriously. Jibongjib(『芝峯集』) which is a book of Yi, Soo-gwang(李?光)`s literary works records many poems including the thought of loyalty and love-people. His sprit of reality made his poems showing the righteous politics as well as describing real scenery. The representative style of Yi, Soo-gwang(李?光)`s poem is Clean-elegance (閑雅). The comfortable and clean style was expressed the poems of daily life and nature. The pretty and elegance style was expressed the poems of woman`s life and fantastic fairyland. Such literary style are related deeply with his literary theory insisting the best T`ang(盛唐) style. Yi, Soo-gwang(李?光) remained many poems about love in his collection of works Jibongjib(『芝峯集』). The poems about love show such mood as pretty and elegance generally. Yi, Soo-gwang(李?光) poem`s general style is comfortable- clean and pretty-elegance, so we can call it Clean-elegance(閑雅) style totally.

전후 비극적 전망의 시적 성취-박인환론

김수영으로부터 비롯한 `겉멋`과 `피상성`이라는 부정적인 선입견 때문에 박인환 시는 시대에 대한 치열한 성찰이라는 측면이 평가절하되어 왔다. 그러나 박인환의 시를 꼼꼼하게 읽어보면 이런 판단이 얼마나 성급한 것인가 하는 점을 알 수 있다. 박인환의 전후 세계 인식은 철저하고 성실한 측면이 강하며 그의 시는 그런 인식을 잘 형상화한 것으로 보인다. 박인환은 해방 공간에서 명확한 현실 인식에 바탕을 두고 낙관적인 전망을 보여주는 시를 창작하였다. 그의 이런 시도 현실추수적인 경향에 의해 창작된 것으로 평가절하 되어왔다. 그러나 그의 시가 사상적으로 일관성이 있으며 표현의 적절성도 획득하고 있다는 점을 고려할 때 그의 해방공간의 시는 새롭게 평가될 필요가 있다. 박인환의 해방 공간의 시가 인민민주주의 민족문학론과 친연성이 있으며, 시적 성취도 역시 당대 다른 시들의 수준을 고려할 때 비교우위에 놓여있다. 1950년대 시 역시 해방공간의 낙관적 전망의 상실과 전쟁의 체험을 통해 형성된 비극적인 전망을 가장 절실하게 문학적으로 형성한 것임을 보여주었다. 그리고 그런 전망을 가장 잘 보여주는 초월적 이미지를 분석함으로써 박인환 시의 특성을 추출하였다. 초월적 권능을 상실한 초월적 존재, 파편적 세계관, 진보적 이념에 대한 비판, 폭풍의 이미지 등이 그것이다. 또한 이런 특성의 핵심으로 필연성이 사라진 전후 세계의 논리를 보여주는 `거저(그저)`라는 어휘에 주목하여 그 의미를 검토하였다. The negative preconception which originated from Kim Soo-Young who attached `foppery` and `superficiality` tag to Park In-Whan resulted in the devaluation of his intense self-reflection on his times. But with a careful reading on his poems, we can get to know that how hasty decision it is. Park In-Whan created poems showing a optimistic prospect based on a clear recognition of reality in the period of Liberation. His poems in those time were also underestimated as the creation just following the social trend. But considering the consistent thought and the use of adequate expression in his poems, we need to revalue his poems in the period of Liberation. Especially, in that he is suspected of being involved in the southern Korean Labor party according to the document of U.S military administration, more detailed approach is required. Park In-Whan`s poems in 1950`s also showed that the loss of positive prospect in the period of Liberation and the tragic prospect formed by the experience of 6.25 war were ingrained in the form of literature in real earnest. And the analysis of the transcendental images showing such prospect in his poems made it possible to extract the characteristics of his poems. Those are as follows: the transcendental being without transcendental power, the fragmentary world view, the criticisms on liberal idea and the image of storm. This paper also examined the meaning of `거저(aimlessly)`, as the key of the characteristics above ,which shows the logic of world after war without necessity. Park In-Whan`s world view after war is thorough and honest and his recognition as such seems to be successfully figured in his poems. Such a poetic achievement cannot be acquired without thorough reflection on the world- historical tragedy. Park In-Whan was the only poet in 1950`s who drew honestly with rhetorics suitable to himself the insight which is gained by confronting the gory face of `black god` or `the black angel of history`
