The nanometer complex oxide La0:7Sr0.3Mn0.6Zn0.₄O₃ was prepared by using a Sol-Gel method with citric acid as a ligand. The in uence of Zn doping of La0.7Sr0.₃MnO₃ on the structure, the morphology, the surface properties and on the catalytic activity of material was studied by using X-ray diraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), a high-resolution images and selected area electron diraction (SAED), physical adsorption and temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR) methods. The results showed that perovskite La0:7Sr0:3Mn0:6. Zn0.₄O₃ could well catalyse propene oxidation in the temperature range 190 { 280 ℃, which was reduced to 100 { 120 ℃ for catalyst La1-χSrχMnO₃ The nanometer complex oxide La0:7Sr0.3Mn0.6Zn0.₄O₃ was prepared by using a Sol-Gel method with citric acid as a ligand. The use of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is promising to bring better solutions for managing and handling the city traffic. This system combines many fields in advanced technology such as Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographic Information System (GIS) and so on. The basement of applications in ITS is the effective collections and data integration tools. The purpose of our research is to propose solutions which involve the use of GPS time series data collected from GPS devices in order to improve the quality of output traffic data. In this study, GPS data is collected from devices attached to vehicles travelling on routes in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). Then, GPS data is stored in database system to serve in many transportation applications. The proposed method combines the data usage level and data coverage to improve the quality of traffic data.
Competency Gap in the Labor Market: Evidence from Vietnam
LE, Quan Thai Thuong,DOAN, Tam Ho Dan,NGUYEN, Quyen Le Hoang Thuy To,NGUYEN, Doang Thi Phuc Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.9
The relationship between education and work is of the greatest concern to individuals and society because they are the key drivers of growth and development. In the context of Industry 4.0, labor and educators are facing the challenges of big changes in the workplace. How to prepare undergraduate students for the world of employment has become the most important mission of higher education providers. This paper explored the competency gap in the labor market in Vietnam from the perspective of employees who have been dissatisfied with the current status. First, a qualitative method with the Delphi technique was applied to confirm this consensus in an employees' competency model. Then, the satisfaction level for each competency criterion was explored by applying the advance quantitative method, namely, best non-fuzzy performance approach. Lifelong learning was ranked first, followed by creativity and innovation, foreign languages, expertise and digitalization, adaptability, and finally, organizing and managing ability. Critical thinking and problem-solving were perceived to have the biggest gap. The order of competency satisfaction is useful in explaining the mismatch between education quality and labor market demand. The findings provide valuable guidelines for education managers who seek to bridge the competency gap and improve education quality.
HER2 Status and Its Heterogeneity in Gastric Carcinoma of Vietnamese Patient
Dang Anh Thu Phan,Vu Thien Nguyen,Thi Ngoc Ha Hua,Quoc Dat Ngo,Thi Phuong Thao Doan,Sao Trung Nguyen,Anh Tu Thai,Van Thanh Nguyen 대한병리학회 2017 Journal of Pathology and Translational Medicine Vol.51 No.4
Background: Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is related to the pathogenesis and poor outcome of numerous types of carcinomas, including gastric carcinoma. Gastric cancer patients with HER2 positivity have become potential candidates for targeted therapy with trastuzumab. Methods: We investigated 208 gastric cancer specimens using immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescence in situ hybridization and dual in situ hybridization (ISH). We also investigated the concordance between IHC and ISH. The correlation between HER2 status and various clinicopathological findings was also investigated. Results: In total, 15.9% (33/208) and 24.5% (51/208) of gastric cancers showed HER2 gene amplification and protein overexpression, respectively. A high level of concordance between ISH and IHC analyses (91.3%, κ = 0.76) was found. A significant correlation between HER2 status and intestinal-type (p < .05) and differentiated carcinomas (p < .05) was also noted. The HER2 heterogeneity was high in gastric cancers; we found 68.8% phenotypic heterogeneity and 57.6% genotypic heterogeneity. Heterogeneity in HER2 protein expression and gene amplification showed a close association with diffuse histologic type and IHC 2+. Conclusions: HER2 protein overexpression and gene amplification were detected in 24.5% and 15.9% of gastric cancer specimens, respectively. Intestinal-type showed a higher level of HER2 protein overexpression and gene amplification than diffuse type. HER2 status also showed a significant relationship with well- and moderately-differentiated carcinomas. The ratio of phenotypic and genotypic heterogeneity of HER2 was high in gastric carcinomas and was associated with HER2 IHC 2+ and diffuse histologic type.

In this study, we proposed a straightforward electrospun polycaprolactone (PCL) loaded with silver nanoparticles (SNPs)membrane fabrication process, in which SNPs were directly synthesized from silver nitrate (AgNO3) in PCL–acetone mixtureby gamma irradiation. The insolubility of AgNO3in PCL solution was solved using an auxiliary dimethyl sulfoxide solvent. As a physical approach, gamma rays readily converted silver ions into SNPs without the addition of harmful reductionagents, which reduced the cytotoxicity of the synthesized material. By avoiding some processes such as purification, solventremoval, or redispersion of SNPs, this method was more time-saving compared to other related studies. SNPs formation wasconfirmed by both UV–Visible spectrum (UV–Vis) and X-ray diffraction analysis. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)revealed that the addition of SNPs significantly reduced the fiber diameter of PCL–Ag membranes compared to that of rawPCL. Uniform spherical-shaped SNPs incorporated in PCL fibers were observed under transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The tensile test showed that the electrospun PCL–Ag membranes exhibited good mechanical characteristics. Moistureeasily penetrated the porous microstructure of PCL–Ag, facilitating wound humidity regulation. Inductively coupledplasma-mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS) was employed to study the release profiles of SNPs at different time intervals. Overall, the PCL–Ag 500 ppm sample exerted excellent antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcusaureus strains and low in vitro cytotoxicity.
