The technology of removing phosphorous, considered as one of the most important control nutrients causing eutrophication in various water bodies, have been investigated by many researchers. Recently, phosphorous crystallization process is emerging as a new technology for phosphorous removal. In this study, waste oyster shells which can be easily obtained from the ocean, were used as a seed crystal, and their effects of several physical/chemical factors on the phosphorous removal efficiencies were examined by batch tests. Ca^(2+) and pH affected phosphorous crystallization process using waste oyster shells. As alkalinity of wastewater increased, phosphorous removal efficiencies gradually decreased. Phosphorous removal efficiencies were increased, as specific area and contact efficiency per unit area of waste oyster shells were increased. In case of high temperature, phosphorous crystallization process was rapidly advanced and phosphorous removal efficiencies were increased. Depending on X-ray diffraction analysis, it was showed that generation materials extracted from the surface of waste oyster shells with short reaction time were dominated by CaHPO₄ ·2H₂O, but progressed to Ca_(5)(OH)(PO₄)₃.

단일 기판위에 온도측정용 Pt 박막과 Pt 히터 그리고 가스 감지를 위하여 순수한 SnO_2 박막과 Pt가 첨가된 SnO_2박막을 설계하고 제작하였다. 제작된 소자는 실내환경가스인 이산화탄소, 프로판 그리고 부탄의 분류에 응용되었다. 동작 온도를 가변하기 위하여 히터의 입력 전압을 사다리꼴로 인가하면서 SnO_2 감지막의 반응특성과 실내환경가스들에 대한 분류여부를 조사하였다. 감지막 반응특성곡선에서 여러 변수들을 추출한 후 주성분분석(principal component analysis : PCA)을 통하여 가스 분류 특성을 검증하였다. Two SnO_2 based sensing films(pure SnO_2 and SnO_2/Pt) and a Pt thin film for temperature sensor on an alumina substrate were designed and fabricated for classifying the indoor environmental gases. By controlling the heating power in the shape of trapezoid, unique four sensing response curves created from both SnO_2 film and SnO_2/Pt film. Then, various parameters were extracted from sensing response curves and carried out principal component analysis(PCA). The results confirm that a sensor array with the proposed operating mode was extremely effective in classifying indoor environmental gases such as CO_2, C_3H_8, C_4H_10.

A silicon-based light addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS) to detect the pH changes was developed. The pH-LAPS structure is Si_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)/Si layers, and SiO_(2) layer and Si_(3)N_(4) thin flim which is used as a pH-sensing layer had been grown by dry oxidation and LPCVD method, respectively. We excited photocurrent in the pH-LAPS device by illuminating 10kHz alternative light upon the back of it. The phtocurrent changes according to the potential change, varied by the pH, on the interface between electrolyte and insulator. The fabricated pH-LAPS shows good sensitivity(about 56mV/pH) and lineality in the range from pH 2 to pH 11.

To investigate the relationship between premenstrual mood changes and anxiety, and mood symptoms in the perinatal period , questionaire survey was carried out. There was no significant correlation between premenstrual symptom scale value and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale value. And theme was no relationship between premenstrual symptom scale value and state anxiety inventory scale value in the perinatal period. This findings suggest that premenstrual mood changes are not directly correlated with mood changes in the perinatal period.

Falls are the most serious health problems in elderly population. They are a major cause of premature death, physical injury, immobility, psychosocial dysfunction, and nursing home placement. To reduce the alarming rate of falls and related excessive mortality and morbidity, efforts must be made to detect persons at risk of falling and to prevent or reduce the frequency of falls. To facilitate such approaches, it is essential to find the cause of falling (and under what conditions) of the elderly and the factors that are associated with risk of falling. This study was aimed at designing interventions that minimize risk of falling by ameliorating contributing factors while maintaining or improving patient's mobility.

A single phase induction motor(SPIM) with two windings, main and auxiliary, is probably the most widely used motor in the world due to their ruggedness, low maintenance and simplicity of construction There are several ways of starting single phase motors The most popular arrangements is centrifugal switch An auxiliary winding connected in series with a capacitor, is brought into the circuit during starting The closing and opening of the switch must be speed dependant The switch meets the speed requirements, but it also has many drawback random switching, arcing, many models necessary for different speeds and shaft diameters, space required inside the motors and limited lifetime to name some of them. In this paper, the starting current of single phase induction motor was detected by a small detector and determined TRIAC gate signal. The strategy of current control is based on limited main and auxiliary current angle during starting period in the closed-loop control. The experimental result show the motor's starting characteristics of the proposal starting system and are compared with centrifugal switch starting motor.
중국 연변 지역의 한국어 연구 : '조선말표준발음법'을 중심으로

본고는 중국 연변 조선족들이 사용하는 '조선말표준발음법'을 한국과 북한의 '표준발음법'과 비교하여 공통점과 차이점을 고구하여 본 것이다. 그 결과 같은 한국어에 대한 발음이므로 대개의 규정은 동일하나, '두음법칙', '받침소리의 발음', '경음화 현상', '사이소리현상이 일어날 때의 발음'에서 약간의 차이가 있다. 만약 남ㆍ북한이 통일이 된다면, 먼저 '표준발음법'을 통일하고, 그 다음 중국 연변의 이 규정까지 포함시켜 하나의 규정으로 만들어야 명실공히 '한국어의 표준 발음법'이 성립되리라고 본다.

이 논문은 초등학교에서 근무하고 있는 교사들이 실시한 초등학생들의 언어 생활에서 나타나는 표준 발음 실태에 관한 조사와 분석을 통하여, 그 현황을 파악하고 제시한 효율적인 지도 방안에 바탕을 두고 그에 관한 여러 문제를 논의하는 데 목적을 두었다. 대체적으로 수도권에 인접한 지역의 학생들은 자연스럽게 표준 발음을 구사하고 있었으나, 지방으로 내려갈수록 그에 대한 인식도나 사용률이 낮은 편이었는데, 이는 각 지역의 방언 사용과 밀접한 관련을 가진 것으로, 수도권에서 먼 지역일수록 표준 발음 교육이 어렵다는 방증이 된다. 또한 표준 발음이 잘 안 이루어지는 이유로는 '학생들의 인식 부족, 교사들의 무관심, 방언 사용, 컴퓨터 언어 사용' 등의 지적되었다. 표준 발음의 효율적인 지도 방안으로는 '일기를 활용하는 방법, 동시를 활용하는 방법, 전문가 협력 학습을 활용하는 방법, 사전을 활용하는 방법, 방송을 이용하는 방법, 신문 스크랩을 활용하는 방법, 언어학적 이론에 근거하는 방법' 등을 들었다.
