Purpose: Constricted ear, which is named by Tanzer includes lop ear, cup ear, and sort of prominent ear. It has been classified into three groups by Tanzer. Especially the group I and IIA have been corrected by banner flap, Musgrave's technique, tumbling concha-cartilage flap, reversed banner flap and others. However, these techniques were too invasive for correcting mild degree of deformity. Therefore, we corrected the ear with mattress suture which is simple and less invasive. Method: The operations were done for 5 patients from March 2005 to April 2008. All the cases were unilateral ears with constriction including helix and scaphoid fossa without differences in length between both ears. Though a posterior auricular skin incision, the folded cartilage is exposed and two parallel incisions on superior crus were made. After mattress suturing in cartilage, the superior crus of antihelix was formed and its force enables the folded portion to be in a normal anatomic position. Result: All the 5 patients got satisfactory results. There were no complications like hematoma or skin necrosis, and no recurrence during follow-up period(the average period was 11 months). And we couldn't recognize the difference between height of both auricles. Conclusion: Mattress suture is simple, less invasive, and suitable in correcting mild deformity of constricted ear with better result, so here we suggest the method.

The study was carried out to investigate water activity, physicochemical properties and color degree of burley tobacco stored in shelf with different moisture content for 56 days. The study was consist of two experimental designs, that is, moisture content in burley tobacco was kept to 13 to 15 %, 17 to 19 %, and 21 to 23 % under ambient temperature of $20^{\circ}C$ with relative humidity of 24 %, and another group of in burley tobacco was only kept in ambient temperature of $3^{\circ}C$ with relative humidity of 50 % for 56 days with same water content of former treatment. Normal leaves were kept for 56 days under 21 to 23% of moisture content with increased water activity and TSNA(tobacco-specific nitrosamine content. It was considered that favorable leaves conditions are due to favorable microbial growth resulting in increased TSNA content. The total nitrogen content has not changed in two experimental groups for 56 days, otherwise the nitrate form nitrogen and total alkaloid contents were only increased by 21 to 23 % of water content. Degree of pH change was slightly decreased in both storage and water treatment. It was more decreased in 21 to 23% of moisture content than that of other moisture content. In stored leaf tobacco, higher moisture content caused lower brightness, yellow degree, and carbonization quotient.
Electrolyte/$Si_3N_4/SiO_2/Si$ 구조의 LAPS 제작 및 pH 응답특성

pH변화를 정밀하게 측정하기 위하여 빠른 응답특성과 높은 감도를 갖는 전기화학적 전위차를 이용한 LAPS(Light-Addressable Potentiometric Sensor) 소자 및 시스템을 제작하여 그 기초 특성을 조사하였다. 먼저 pH 변화에 따른 LAPS의 정전기적 인 변화특성 및 소자의 변수를 LAPS 등가회로 모델을 이용한 모의실험을 통해 검증하고 이러한 모의 실험을 바탕으로 하여 LAPS 소자 및 시스템을 제작하였다. 제작된 LAPS 시스템은 pH 2-11 사이에서 56 mV/pH의 선형적인 감도를 보였다. 구성된 LAPS 시스템의 다양한 응용성을 도모하기 위한 시도로서 먼저, 일반적인 urea 센서가 가지는 긴 응답시간의 단점을 극복하기 위해 nitrocellulose membrane 에 urease가 고정화된 막을 LAPS에 부착하여 측정한 결과 urease 농도 $50{\mu}g/ml,500{\mu}g/ml$에 대하여 각각 0.29mV/sec, 0.816 mV/sec의 매우빠른 응답특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 환경적 측면에서 중요한 우라닐 이온의 감지를 위하여 우라늄 인식 매체를 LAPS의 감지부에 부착하고 수용액 속에 녹아 있는 우라늄 이온을 측정한 결과 $10^{-11}\~10^{-4}M$의 넓은 농도 범위에서 25mV/decade 감도를 보였다 The LAPS device of fast response and high sensitivity, based on electrochemical potential difference, and its system were fabricated for the precise measurement of pH changes and its characteristic were investigated. The electrostatic variation characteristics of LAPS according to the pH changes and parameters in the device were verified through a simulation using LAPS equivalent circuit model. The LAPS device and its system were fabricated on the basis of the result of simulation. The fabricated LAPS system showed linear sensitivity (about 56 mV/pH within the range of pH 2 to pH 11. In order to overcome the defect of general urea sensor (especially slow response time), urease immobilized nitrocellulose membrane was attached on the LAPS and resulted in the very fast response time, 0.29 mV/sec, 0.86 mV/sec at urea concentration of $50{\mu}g/ml,\; 500{\mu}g/ml$, respectively. And also in order to measure the uranyl ion, the uranyl ion selective sensing membrane with calix[6]arene derivative was used and its sensitivity was 25mV/concentration decade in the wide uranyl ion concentration range of $10^{-11}M\;to\;10^{-4}M$.
클라우드 환경에서의 Log4J 취약점 영향 분석을 통한 Log4J 취약점 스캐닝 시스템 연구

현재 클라우드 서비스는 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 특히 서버 구축에 필요한 인프라(물리적 스토리지, 물리적 서버 등)를 가상화된 서비스 형태로 제공하는 IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service)와 IaaS로 제공되어 인프라 위에 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 개발할 수 있는 PaaS(Platform as a Service)가 주로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 클라우드 서비스를 이용하는 사용자가 구축한 가상화 환경의 다양한 서비스에서 Log4j 관련 취약점이 발생되어 많은 피해가 발생하고 있으며, 현재까지 심각한 위협으로 여겨지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스를 활용한 사용자 정의 서비스를 구축 시, Log4j 취약점의 영향을 분석하여 향후 유사한 취약점으로부터 대응할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 한다.
