본 연구는 표면 플라즈몬 공명 현상을 이용한 우라늄 (UO_2^2+) - 초분자 화학센서시스템의 기초적 개발에 대한 것으로, 크게 표면 플라즈몬 공명형 센서 시스템의 간단한 구축과 구성된 센서 시스템의 기초 특성 및 우라늄 이온 감지 특성 평가에 대한내용으로 수행되었다. 특히 우라닐 이온 감지 특성에서, 우라닐 이온의 선택적 감지물질인 수용성 calix[6] arene이 함유된 감지막을 사용하여 수용액 상태에서 우라닐 이온의 감지정도를 측정해 본 결과 calix[6] arene이 함유되지 않은 감지막에 비해 플라즈몬 공명각의 변화량이 약 5.5 배 커짐을 볼 수 있었고, 10^-7 ∼ 10^-11 M의 저농도 우라닐 이온을 함유한 수용액을 농도별로 제조하여 공명특성을 측정한 결과 decade 농도당 공명각 변화량이 0.145°로 감도가 비교적 높았으며 빠른 응답특성도 함께 볼 수 있었다. This project was basic studies for the constructing the uranium ion - supramolecular chemosensor system using SPR (surface plasmon resonance) phenomenon. We constructed a simple SPR sensor system and measured the characterization of the sensing chip and uranyl ion detecting with this system. On uranyl ion sensing In solution state, especially, the use of sensing matrix interface with very well-known receptor for uranyl ion (calix[6]arene) and polymer composite matrix amplified resonance angle shift of the constructed SPR system. This amplified signal is about 5.5 times greater than the case of using simple polymeric matrix without calix[6]arene as a sensing interface. Also the linear resonance angle shift was observed in the range of very low uranyl ion concentration from 10 to 10 M. The sensitivity (resonance angle shift per uranyl concentration decade) was relatively high as 0.145° and the response time was similar to almost measurement moment.

The crystal structure of an acetylene sorption complex of vacuum dehydrated fully Cda+ _exchanged zeolite A has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray diffraction data gathered by counter method. The structure was solved and refined in the cubic space group Pm3m at 294(1) K, a=12.202(3) A and Z=1. We crystal was prepared by dehydration at 723 K and 2.67×104 Pa for 2 days, followed by exposure to 1.60×104 Pa of acetylene gas at 298(1) K. All six Cd2+ions per unit cell are associated with 6-oxgen rings of the aluminosilicate framework. They are distributed over two distinguished threefold axes of unit cell; two of these Cd2+ ions are recessed 0.694 into the sodalite unit from (111) plane of three 0(3)'s and each approaches three framework oxides; the other four Cd2+ ions extend approximately 0.586A into the large cavity. The four Cd2+ ions are in a near tetrahedral environment, 2.220(9)A from·three framework oxide ions and 2.74(7) A from each carbon atom of an acetylene molecule(which is here counted as a monodentate ligand). Full matrix least squares refinement converged to the final error indices R1=0.093 and R2=0.105 using the 292 independent reflections for which I>3σ(I).
Molecular System Design for the Acetylcholine Fluorescent Chemosensor

We exploited a new molecular system - acetylcholine (neurotransmitter) detection system as a building block for the perfect molecular information system (sensing membrane of the chemical sensor) - using water soluble calix[n]arene-p-sulfonates which are useful even in aqueous (water/methanol) neutral solution. This achievement is due to several outstanding properties of these calix[n]arene derivatives such as low $pK_{a}$ values, cation-interactions, and high water-solubility, etc.

Two crystal structures of bromine sorption complexes of vacuum dehydrated Cd(ll)-exchanged zeolite A have been determined by single-crystal xray diffraction techniques in the cubic space group Pm3m at 21(1) ℃. Both crystals were ion exchanged in flowing streams of exchange solution In which mole ratio of Cd(NO3)2 and Cd(OOCCH3)B was 1:1 with a total concentration of 0.05 M. First crystal was dehydrated at 450℃ and 2 ×10-6 Torr for two days. Second crystal was dehydrated at 650℃ and 2 ×10-6 Torr for two days. Both crystals were then treated with 160 Torr for two days. Second crystal was dehydrated at 650℃ and 2 × 10-6 Torr for two days. Both crystals were then treated with 160 Torr of zeolitically dried bromine vapor at 24℃. Full-matrix least-squares refinements of toe first crystal(a: 12.250(1) A )· and the second crystal(a: 12.204(2) A ) have contecoed to final error indices, Rl:0.075 and Ra:0.079 with 212 reflections, and Rl : 0.089 and Ra = 0.078 with 128 reflections, respectively, for which I >3σ(I). Crystallographic analyses of both crystals show that six Cd2+ ions are located on two different threefold axes of unit cell associated with 6-ring oxygens. Each 4.5 Cd2+ ion is recessed ca.0. 441 A Into the large cavity to complex either with Brsor with Br3from the (111) plane of 0(3), whereas each 1.5 Cd2+ ions recessed ca. 0.678 A into we sodalite unit. Approximately 1.5 Br5-and 1.5 Br3-ions are sorbed per unit cell. Each Brsion interacts and stabilized by complexing with two Cd2+ ions and framework oxide ions, while each Br3ion interacts with one Cd2+ ion and framework oxide ions. Because of residual water molecules the following reactions may be occurred inside of zeolite cavity:

A potentiometric L-lysine-selective sensor is described for the direct determination of lysine. The sensor system is based on a carbon dioxide gas sensing electrode and an L-lysine decarboxylase immobilized to CNBr-activated sepharose 4B. A highly selective L-lysine sensor has been prepared with immobilizing enzyme slurry put into reaction buffer solution. The optimum conditions for the measurement were evaluated by various experiments. This sensor exhibits a linear response to L-lysine concentrations from $10^{-4}M$ to $10^{-1}M$. Response time of this lysine sensor is shorter than 30secs and the immobilized enzyme slurry is stable over one year.

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor system, has rapid response and high sensitivity, can be applicable for detecting reaction times of many biospecific interactions. A SPR sensor system was constructed to detect the antigen-antibody reactions of salmonella and hlgG (human immunoglobulin G). Sensor chips made of gold thin film were used for detecting biological bindings of antigen and antibody reactions. The antigen and antibody reactions for salmonella and hlgG were carried out with various time intervals to observed characteristics of these reactions using SPR sensor system. The resonance angle shift changes were clearly observed at the time of salmonella or h1gG antibody injection into sample cell since each antibody was self-assembled on gold chip surface of the sensor. It was found that the antibodies of salmonella and hlgG reacted with its sensor chip surface in 10 minutes and 60 minutes respectively. And the antigens of both salmonella and hlgG were bound to its antibody within 1 minute.
Electrolyte/$Si_3N_4/SiO_2/Si$ 구조의 LAPS 제작 및 pH 응답특성

The LAPS device of fast response and high sensitivity, based on electrochemical potential difference, and its system were fabricated for the precise measurement of pH changes and its characteristic were investigated. The electrostatic variation characteristics of LAPS according to the pH changes and parameters in the device were verified through a simulation using LAPS equivalent circuit model. The LAPS device and its system were fabricated on the basis of the result of simulation. The fabricated LAPS system showed linear sensitivity (about 56 mV/pH within the range of pH 2 to pH 11. In order to overcome the defect of general urea sensor (especially slow response time), urease immobilized nitrocellulose membrane was attached on the LAPS and resulted in the very fast response time, 0.29 mV/sec, 0.86 mV/sec at urea concentration of $50{\mu}g/ml,\; 500{\mu}g/ml$, respectively. And also in order to measure the uranyl ion, the uranyl ion selective sensing membrane with calix[6]arene derivative was used and its sensitivity was 25mV/concentration decade in the wide uranyl ion concentration range of $10^{-11}M\;to\;10^{-4}M$.
표면 플라즈몬 공명형 Sucrose 센서의 제작 및 특성

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor for determination of sucrose concentration using gold thin film was constructed. The properties of gold thin film are very serious factors in exciting surface plasmon resonance. So the optimum condition of gold thin-film for the SPR phenomenon was investigated. The result is that the optimum thickness is 545Å at 43.75° resonance angle and roughness is about 3A at that time. Using this SPR system, we got the characteristic of the linear resonance angle shift from 10 wt% to 40 wt% sucrose concentrations.
