Background and Objectives: This study identified beauty designers and skin specialists' complaints of subjective symptoms in bones and sinews over necks, shoulders, arms, fingers, knees, waists, and legs, and the whole area in which six physical areas are combined, and related factors, It was intended to prevent disorder in bones and sinews of beauty designers and contribute to health promotion. Methods: For the purpose, it targeted 203 beauty designers who work at beauty and skin shops in Gwangju, and they were interviewed using questionnaire with short answer questions. Results: When complaints of subjective symptoms(Pain, anesthesia, and stiffness) over bones and sinews were examined, 12.3% complainted pain in neck, 30.5% in shoulders, 11.3% in arms, 11.3% in back, 15.8% in fingers, and 12.3% in knees. And the prevalence rate of the whole area was 44.9%. As a result of multivariate logistic regression analysis, it was found that the subjective symptom complaint odds ratio of the group who graduated from universities had 0.39 times lower (95% confidence interval 0.20-0.73) than that of the group who graduated from high schools or below. For those who had smoking exerience, It was 5.23 times higher than that of non-smokers. Depending on occupational stress score, it increased 1.05 (95% confidence interval 1.01-27.15) times. Conclusion: It was demonstrated that subjective symptoms complaints over bones and sinews of beauty designers were greatly affected by health behaviors and occupational characteristics such as smoking and stress, therefore, it was thought that to reduce the complaints, excessive working hours should be prevented and a certain period of rest should be assured.
Rapid Prototyping으로 제작한 3D Medical Model의 오차 측정에 관한 연구 - 임상적용 가능성 및 사례

Presented in this paper are the experimental results that measure rapid prototyping (RP) errors in 3D medical models. We identified various factors that can cause dimensional errors when producing RP models, specifically in maxillofacial areas. For the experiment, we used a human dry skull. A number of linear measurements based on landmarks were first obtained on the skull. This was followed by CT scanning, 3D model reconstruction, and RP model fabrication. The landmarks were measured again on both the reconstructed models and the physical RP models, and these were compared with those on dry skull. We focused on major sources of errors, such as CT scanning, conversion from CT data to STL models, and RP model fabrication. The results show that the overall error from skull to RP is 0.64±0.36㎜(0.71±0.66%) in absolute value. This indicates that the RP technology can be acceptable in the real clinical applications. A clinical case that has applied RP models successfully for treatment planning and surgical rehearsal is presented. Although the use of RP models is rare in the medical area yet, we believe RP is promising in that it has a great potential in developing new tools which can aid diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical rehearsal, education, and so on.

본 논문에서는 조명으로 사용되는 LED(Light Emitting Diode)를 이용하여 가시광 통신 시스템으로 통신이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 효율적인 통신을 위한 변조 방식에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 가시광 통신은 LED 조명의 특징인 고속 스위칭을 이용하여 가시광 통신 시스템에 적용한다. 기존의 가시광 통신 시스템은 주로 OOK(On-Off-Keying) 변조를 이용한다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 변조 기법을 적용하여 가시광통신 시스템에 효과적으로 사용 될 수 있는 변조기법을 LabView를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 선별하였다. 실험결과 FSK(Freguency Shift Keying) 변조가 가장 가시광 통신 시스템에 적합한 통신임을 입증할 수 있었다. In this paper, we study the modulation scheme for efficient communication, as well as the visible light communication system using LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting. Visible light communication using LED lighting features high-speed switching system was applied. Conventional visible light communication systems mainly use OOK (On-Off-Keying) modulation. However, in this paper, various modulation techniques were sifted through the modulation schemes to see which technique can be used most effectively in the visible light communication system simulation using LabView. The experimental results demonstrated that the FSK(Freguency Shift Keying) technique is the most suitable for visible light communication systems.

Cu₂ZnSnS₄ (CZTS) thin films were fabricated by successive electrodeposition of layers of precursor elements followed by sulfurization of an electrodeposited Cu-Zn-Sn precursor. In order to improve quality of the CZTS films, we tried to optimize the deposition condition of absorber layers. In particular, I have conducted optimization experiments by changing the Cu-layer deposition time. The CZTS absorber layers were synthesized by different Cu-layer conditions ranging from 10 to 16 minutes. The sulfurization of Cu/Sn/Zn stacked metallic precursor thin films has been conducted in a graphite box using rapid thermal annealing (RTA). The structural, morphological, compositional, and optical properties of CZTS thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray Flourescenece Spectrometry (XRF). Especially, the CZTS TFSCs exhibits the best power conversion efficiency of 4.62% with Voc of 570 mV, sc of 18.15 mA/㎠ and FF of 45%. As the time of deposition of the Cu-layer to increasing, the properties were confirmed to be systematically changed. And we have been discussed in detail below.

Recently, three-dimensional (3D) light harvesting structures are highly attracted because of their high light harvesting capacity and charge collection efficiencies. In this study, we have fabricated Cu₂ZnSn(SxSe1-x)₄ based 3D thin film solar cells on PR patterned Molybdenum (Mo) substrates using photolithography technique. Specifically, Mo patterns were deposited on PR patterned Mo substrates by sputtering and the thin Cu-Zn-Sn stacked layer was deposited over this Mo patterns by sputtering technique. The stacked Zn-Sn-Cu precursor thin films were sulfo-selenized to form CZTSSe pattern. Finally, CZTSSe absorbers were coated with thin CdS layer using chemical bath deposition and ZnO window layer was deposited over CZTSSe/CdS using DC sputtering technique. Fabricated 3-D solar cells were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) to study their structural, compositional and morphological properties, respectively. The 3% efficiency is achieved for this kind of solar cell. Further efforts will be carried out to improve the performance of solar cell through various optimizations.
Selenization 온도가 Cu<SUB>2</SUB>ZnSnSe<SUB>4</SUB> 박막의 특성에 미치는 영향

The kesterite Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) thin film solar cells were synthesized by selenization of sputtered Cu/Sn/Zn metallic precursors on Mo coated soda lime glass substrate in Ar atmosphere. Cu/Sn/Zn metallic precursors were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering process with 30 W power at room temperature. As-deposited metallic precursors were placed in a graphite box with Se pellets and selenized using rapid thermal processing furnace at various temperature (480°C~560°C) without using a toxic H2Se gas. Effects of Selenization temperature on the morphological, crystallinity, electrical properties and cell efficiency were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), J-V measurement system and solar simulator. Further details about effects of selenization temperature on CZTSe thin films will be discussed.

변형제를 이용한 탄화 시료의 분자체를 특성 효과에 관한 연구

석탄을 원료로 하는 탄화 시료로 분자체 특성을 지닌 탄소 흡착제를 제조하였다. 변형제를 사용하여 탄소 분자체를 만들었으며, 변형제 농도 변화에 따른 분자체 특성에 관해 연구하였다. 그리고 탄소 분자체의 성능을 측정키 위해 산소와 질소가스를 사용하였으며, Cahn microbalance(D-200)를 사용하여 탄소 흡착제의 흡착 속도를 측정하였다. 이 실험치를 흡착 속도식에 대입하여 탄소 분자체에 따른 가스의 확산도를 구하였으며, 분자체 성능에 대한 변형제 분자량과 농도의 영향을 나타내었다. Carbon adsorbents, having the properties of molecular sieve, were prepared based on coal materials. A couple of modifiers were used to prepare carbon molecular sieve. The effects of modifier concentrations on the characteristics of carbon molecular sieve were investigated. In order to verify the characteristics of carbon molecular sieve, the adsorption rates of oxygen and nitrogen gases on the carbon molecular sieve were measured using Cahn microbalance (model # : D-200). The experimental data were fitted to an adsorption rate equation and gas diffusivities were calculated. The effects of modifier molecular weight and concentration on the characteristics of carbon molecular sieve were shown.
