This study was designed to investigate the changes trends of types, materials and vessels in the modern flower arrangements. The data were obtained from sampled 842 oriental style works from 1971 to 1990 years. Flower arrangement types were decreased 12% in the ratios of the straight, slant and drooping types in 1989-1990, compared to those of 1971, but free type was increased 15% at the same period. The line method, among expression technics of flower arrangements was 56.1%, but the tendency was gradually decreased. Numbers of materials used in oriental flower arrangements were increased 17 in 1971, 20 in 1983-1984 and 22 in 1989-1990, respectively. Combination ratio was increased in order of cut flowers, ornamental foliages, woody plant and others. Number of material sort per flower arrangement was increased 2.6-4.0 in 1989-1990, compared to those of 1971. Utilization frequencys of flower arrangements were increased in chrysanthemum and rose. Utilization of plant material per flower arrangement was increased in order of cut flowers, ornamental foliages, woody plants and orthers, but ornamental foliage was particularly increased in summer, and woody plant was used greater in autumm and winter. Sort and form of flower vessels were more various and numerous in 1989-1990, than those to in 1971.
OpenMP Parallel Programming Using Dual-Core Embedded System

Multi-cores have recently been applied to smartphones, as well as PCs; the performance of electronic devices is improving. However, there is no improvement in performance, if the existing sequential program is executed on multi-core processors. Parallel programming is necessary to use multi-core processors well. Already some companies are doing projects to parallel their own programs that are executed in the PC environment, for example, Adobe Systems Inc., Autodesk Inc., and Epic Games Inc. However, very few embedded field studies, focus on parallel programming. In this paper, we study a parallel programming model, OpenMP, and parallel programs that can be benchmarked to multi-core processors of embedded boards using OpenMP. We execute parallel programs on a dual-core embedded system. We analyze the performance of sequential programs and parallel programs by SERPOP analysis. Finally, we reduce the execution time of programs by a mean of 111%.

This study was conducted on thepatients with hypertension and diabetes as well onpurpose to ascertain how obesity would affect blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), blood lipid level, and circadian bloodpressure rhythm. 42 of malepatients who were hypertensive and newly diagnosed with diabetes before this study were subjects for this study. The subjects' were classified as the obesity group whose BMI was 25㎏/㎡ and the non-obesity group whose value was less than 25㎏/㎡. Difference of blood sugar, blood lipid level, and circadian bloodpressure rhythm between two groups were used to analyze the effects of obesity in diabetes mellitus. Statistical techniques for data analysis were Mann-Whitney U test and the 5% level of significance was utilized as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. 1. On the blood sugar test, there were significant difference between two groups in PPG and HbA1c(p<.05). 2. The subjects in obesity group showed significantly more high level of TC, LDL-C, and TG than the subjects in non-obesity group(p<.05). 3. During the daytime, both the mean of systolic bloodpressure and diastolic bloodpressure were significantly higher in the obesity group than the non-obesity group(p<.05).
후두암 발생과정에 미치는 Acid DNase의 작용에 관한 연구

Acid deoxyribonclease (DNase) has been reported to be associated with carcinogenesis processes in human cancer tissues. In order to investigate a role of acid DNase in carcinogenesis of laryngeal tissue, the enzyme was isolated and purified from the larngeal cnncer tissue, and the substrated specificity and mode of action of the enyme were studied. Also studied was inhibitory effect of polyrbonucleotides on the acid DNase to understand the regulation of the enxyme in the cancer tissue. Activity of acid DNase was markedly increased in the laryngeal cancer tissue, suggesting the use of the enzyme for a biochemical marker of the laryngeal cancer. The acid DNase both in laryngeal cancer and control tissues were isolated by a DEAE-cellulose column chromatography into a single peak, the activity of the enzyme being greater in the cancer tissue than in the control tissue. This indicates that the acid DNase in the cancer tissue is activated, but may not be different from that in the control tissue. The acid DNase in the laryngeal cancer tissue was highly active toward double stranded (ds) DNA over single stranded (ss) DNA. A considerable activity toward ss DNA (5% of that of ds DNA) was, however, observed, indicating that the enzyme in the cancer tissue does not exhibit absolute specificity toward ds DNA. Analyses of the ds DNA digest by the action of the acid DNase from the laryngeal cancer tissue demonstrated that the majority of the products was ologodeoxyribonucleotides with nucleotide length of 5 to 25. This indicated that the acid DNase was an endonuclease in nature. The acid DNase from the laryngeal tissue was inhibited by RNA and polyribonucleotides, the degree of inhibition being highest with poly G and the lowest with poly C of the polyribonucletotides studied. The results obtained in the present study indicated that the acid DNase activity was markedly incresed in the laryngeal tissue, the enzyme was highly active toward ds DNA over ss DNA. The acid DNase was found to be endonuclease in nature and the enzyme was inhibited by RNA and polyribonucleotides, suggesting that the acid DNase in the laryngeal tissue might play a crucial role in the process involved in carcinogenesis of the laryngeal tissue and that the process could be regulated by polyribonucleotides and RNA.
Inverse Continuous Wavelets Filter Banc System

This paper is contributed to the inverse continuous wavelets filter banc system. The inverse continuous wavelets transform permitsto reconstruct a signal if the admissibility condition is satisfactory. Then we can obtain the new time-scale plan which is composed by a real amplitude and the scale information of a signal. This plan can be considered as an analysis filter banc system. On the other hands the original signal can be reconstructed by the simple summation of the plan. This process can be considered as a synthesis filter banc system. In this work we have been tried to establish the inverse continuous wavelets filter nab system and applied toremove noise in Ultrasonic signal.

Instantaneous frequency of doppler signals is used to get the information of the relative velocity and the miss distance between a missile and a corresponding target. In this paper, we have performed time-frequency analysis and instantaneous frequency estimation with Short Time Fourier Transform(STFT), Wigner Ville Distribution(WVD) and Continuous Wavelet Transform(CWT) about the doppler signals generated by moving targets. Performance evaluation was performed using simulated doppler signals generated by a single moving target and two moving targets. From the results of the time-frequency analysis, we found that WVD method was the most efficient instantaneous frequency estimator among the three methods. But in case of two moving targets, WVD method got cross talks and CWT method got oscillation when two doppler frequencies were close to each other.
