        비평형제2상의 용체화거동에 미치는 응고조직의 영향

        偏析型 2元系合金의 溶體化末期에 있어서 非平衡第2相의 固溶擧動에 대해서는 아직까지 理論的으로 정립되어 있지 않았다. 本 論文에서는 主로 dendrite element의 境界에 晶出된 非平衡第2相의 유효擴散距離로써 1次arm 間隔을 考慮한 擴散 model인 尹의 近似解에 의해 이들 擧動을 調査하였다. 이를 위해 天然가스등의 輸送材料로 囑望되는 高濃度 Al-8%Mg合金을 사용하였다. 實驗結果, 理論的인 尹의 近似解의 實驗値는 近似的으로 一致되었고, 특히 溶體化末期에서는 完全히 一致됨을 알 수 있다. 結局 從來의 Flemings의 解析値보다 더욱 實驗値에 近似하였다. The solution kinetics of nonequilibrium second phase of a segregated binary alloy in the later stages of solution treatment have not yet been made theoretically clear. This paper attempted mainly to investigate this behaviour by Yoon's approximate analysis given by a simple model based upon primary arm spacing as an effective diffusion distance of the second phase which has crystallized at the boundary of dendrite element. For this purpose, we used the high magnesium Al-8% Mg alloy which is expected to be used for transport of liguified natural gas. The theoretically calculated results are in the approximate agreement with that of experiments for complete dissolution time and solution kinetics (expecially at the later stages) of β-phase. The Yoon's approximate analysis was in better agreement with the present experimental results than the Flemings conventional analysis

      • 태권도 겨루기시 산소섭취량,호흡교환율,심박수,환기량 및 혈중 젖산농도 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare changes of cardiorespiratory function, concentration of blood lactate while Taekwondo sparring. Subjects collected for this study were devided 2-types into 5 of A group(who won at national events more than three times within 1 year) and 5 of B group(who won at national events less than one within 1 year). For the process of the exercise, Taekwondo sparring, named to Exercise load used was that resting state insisted of 3 minutes, sparring time for 3 rounds(one round taking 3 mins and resting time for 1 min among rounds), and consumed to 10 min for recovery. Statistical methods used for the data analysis were paired t-test for appearing meaningful difference between groups. And error limited for group diffeence decided to p<0.05. The results were as follows: 1) There were significant differences of VO₂(ℓ/min), VO₂/W(ℓ/kg/min), and V??(ℓ/min) out of functions and concentration of blood lactate between groups after Taekwondo sparring.(p<0.05) 2) There was no significant difference of RER, HR between groups in resting time, after Taekwondo sparring, and after 10 minutes in recovering. (p>0.05) Synthethized above, The author considered taht Taekwondo sparring is to be one of the intermittent anaerobic exercise from a cardiorespiratory functional point of view. There was a meaningful difference to cardiorespiratory endurance between A and B groups, that is, A group was appeared to better than B, and two groups were intercorrelated between each bolld lactate and a cardiorespiratory function. For the fruther study, a more variety of programs advanced for scientific training related to validity can be applied to the field from the lab has required for the basic materials of the research.

        Paraquat 중독환자의 초기검사로서 sodium dithionite를 이용한 소변내 paraquat검출의 임상적 의의

        Background : Mortality from paraquat intoxication depends upon plasma paraquat concentration. To know the severity of paraquat intoxication is important for directing therapeutic modality and predicting prognosis. Sodium dithionite test for urinary paraquat provides an easy and simple method to determine the severity of paraquat intoxication in emergency department. purpose : To determine whether the result urinary paraquat test by sodium dithionite can predict outcome in patients with paraquat intoxication in emergency department. Subjects : 48 patients(male 31, female 17, mean age 37 years) who had exposure to paraquat and presented within 24 hours after exposure. Result : Thirty five patients were positive in paraquat urine test and thirteen patients were negative. Clinical manifestations were more severe in positive patients than in negatives. Complication was much more in positives than in negatives. 28 of 35 patients(80%) in positives and 2 of 13 patients(15%) in negatives died. Conclusion : Positive test for urinary paraquat is associated with high mortality and morbidity from paraquat intoxication, and qualitative test for urinary paraquat by sodium dithionite is an useful method to determine the severity of paraquat intoxication in emergency department.

      • Asphalt로 피복된 Portland Cement를 使用한 Concrete의 諸性質

        The construction works with concrete has the potential problems of water tightness. The conventional treatments for water-tight concrete are not satisfactory in terms of strength and water tightness. This study was to investigate the effects and application of the asphalt-coated portland cement on water-proof of the concrete and its influences on the physical properties of the concrete. The asphalt-coated portland cement, which is hereafter referred to as ACPC, was made by coating ordinary portland cement with asphalt in the rate of weight ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 percent. In this process, Calcium Chloride and Sodium Silicate were tried as the hardening time accelerator for producing ACPC, and carbon black, talc and other materials were tested for their effectiveness as pore filler. The specimens were prepared and tested with the various amounts of additives as a variable factor to find the optimum material. The analysis was mainly focused at water tightness, physical properties of the concrete and working conditions. The major findings of this experiment are as follows ; 1) Water-proof Test ① The specimens of ACPC and ordinary portland cement(OPC) were tested under the pressures of 3 and 9 kilograms per square centimeter per 24hours respectively and compared. The OPC specimens showed considerable amount of leakaged water while the ACPC specimens were rated lower permeabilities of 89%/28days, 40%/56days and21%/84days under the abovementioned pressure conditions. The most successful composition for water-proof was identified as ACPC added with Calcium Chloride and carbon black. ② The ACPC demonstrated its superiority in absorption test. The absorption amount of OPC for l hour was greater than that of ACPC for 24hours. 2) Compressive Strength Test Four kinds of specimens of ACPC aging 7, 28, 56 and 84days were tested and compared for their respective results of OPC. The ACPC added with carbon black was lower than OPC in compressive strength in the case of curing ages of 7 and 28days but ACPC was superior to the OPC in the specimens aging 56 and 84days. The ACPC added with others except carbon black exposed their lower compressive strength in all circumstances compared with the OPC specimens. 3) Slump Test The slump of ACPC with various additives such as carbon black, talc or clay was 21.6 centimeter which was higher than the OPC of 18.4centimeter slump. This result concluded that ACPC was much favorable in workability in comparison with that of the OPC. The conclusions are summarized as follows; 1) The optimum mixture for water tightness and compressive strength of concrete was found at 0.5% of SACPC, Calcium Chloride and carbon black respectively at the rate of the weight of cement.

      • 住宅의 保溫設計에 關한 硏究 : 열관류저항과 보온의 지역성을 中心으로 Especially is heat transmission resistance and the locality of heat conservation

        Under the current energy crisis over the world, energy conservation should be urgently sough in every related aspect and hence the heat conservation design of dwelling house is accordingly a prevailing task to architects and engineers. This study deals mainly with the design concept on the architectural point of view and prepares a guide for the design of the distribution of solar radiation in the peninsula. The major findings are as follows: 1) In measuring the heat transmission and in its calculation, the thermal conductivity should be applied taking into account to the regional variation and in general 5-8 Kcal/m²h ℃ and 20-30 Kcal/m²h ℃ are recommended as the heat transfer coefficient, for inner and outer surface respectively for the practical purpose. Details for design are shown in a figure and a table. 2) Taking into consideration the locality at 24 regions, D^16.5-10.5 Degree day shows variation ranging from 1,048 to 2,666. 3) Economic justification of heat conservation works should be analyze in relation with Degree day. 4) Calculation with field survery date demonstrates that outdoor temperature for heating design ranges from -4℃ to -15℃ below the freezing point over the nation except Cheju-Island. 5) The use of heat insulation materials is strongly recommended in material design for house energy saving and the standard of K-value applied to new house should be prepared.

        In order to use as a starter after drying, optimum growth conditions of Str. thermophilus and L. bulgaricus were investigated. The results were as follows. The growth of Str. thermophilus was reached at stationary phase after 12 hours incubation and L. bulgaricus was after 6 hours. Str. thermophilus was grown well, in the medium containing 10% of skim milk, 2%5 of sucrose, 0.1% of KCl and 0.015%(v./v.) of soy-sauce. In the case of L. bulgaricus, 10% of skim milk, 2% of glucose, 0.5% of bacto-peptone, 0.1% of K₂HPO₄ and 0.02% of pyridoxine was suitable for the maximum growth.

        Magnetoelectronic characteristics of magnetic tunnel transistors with AlOx tunnel barrier

        Magnetic tunnel transistors (MTTs) based on AlOx tunnel barrier were formed to obtain more ecient spin-dependent transport of hot electrons. The insulating AlOx barriers were grown by a remote rf plasma oxidation method to enhance electrical and structural properties of the MTTs. Further emphasis in this work was placed on the improvement of Schottky barrier properties of Si collector with plasma and chemical pretreatment of Si-substrate. The highest magnetocurrent ratio and output current of the MTTs were experimentally observed to be about 6 % and 42 A at VEB of 0.5 V, respectively. Especially, a transfer ratio of about 10က2 was obtained by varying barrier heights of emitter and collector electrodes in our experiment.

        삼위일체 하나님과 삼위일체적 예배자

        Until now there have been much research for worship revival. Churches, however, still continuously need worship revival. As with the proposition, "Reformed Church should always reform", worship should always be in constant revival. Unlike the previous studies on this subject, this is an attempt for worship revival through a trinitarian worshiper. Although our worship is to the Triune God in the works of the Trinity, it has not been trinitarian in practice. Firstly, worshipers' lack of recognition and understanding of the Trinity might have caused this. But a more fundamental cause might be that the Western theologians have not fully grasped it both biblically and practically. Traditionally, in the 2000 years of the Christian history therehave been three major ideas about the Trinity: 1) Father centered, 2) Nature centered and 3) Three Persons centered, each of which has not rightly recognized the Triune God because of their non biblical elements, though partly biblical. It would be obvious that you cannot worship God as you should without knowing Him as you should. This thesis tries to propose "a holistic understanding" of the Triune God, which is based on one of the co-writers' PhD thesis. And we want to show that the worship revival that is acceptable and pleasing to God will take place when we become true "trinitarian worshipers". We hope that through this writings you come to recognize the transcendency of the Father and the immanency of the Son and the presency of the Holy Spirit; and that many will become the trinitarian worshipers who have intellect, mind and spiritualty harmoniously from recovering the imago trinitatis, once lost because of sin.

        고령화 사회에서의 교회 노인교육 활성화 방안

        The Korean Church should help the elderly face their last stage of life with a positive attitude, to bear fruits of a meaningful life, and give glory to God. In order to achieve this goal, the church's education for the elderly, needs to be developed and revitalized to meet their needs. It is necessary to develop and vitalize the church education for seniors, so it will be suitable for their happiness both concretely and practically. This study examines the concept and present condition of the church's senior education program on the basis of existing researches by inquiring into literature, and designed plans for vitalizing the church's senior education through qualitative case studies. The plans for vitalizing church's education for the aged, suggested by this study are as follows. First, is the realization of a need for a mission and education for the elderly. Second, programs are needed to support communication between the elderly and their family. Third, support unofficial networks. Fourth, is the need for continuous self­developmental education to help prepare for death. Fifth, developing a volunteer program for seniors in the church, for good health management, and create a feeling of involvement. Sixth, the development of church educational programs regarding creating jobs for the senior citizens. Seventh, is the development of educational programs regarding spiritual information. Various elements such as the radical collapse of the traditional supporting system of the family, compared to the strengthening of the national welfare policy for the elderly, the lack of understanding of Korean society for the education of the elderly, and the rapid increase of the elderly are reviewed. It is predicted that the role and the function of the church's education for the elderly will be expanded more than before. Therefore, the Korean church must strive to vitalize the church's education for the elderly.
