        國內飼育 犬에 있어서 心臟絲狀蟲의 感染率에 관한 調査 硏究

        The purpose of this study was carried out an epidemiological survey on the prevalence rate of the canine heartworms in Seoul City and the districts of Pa-Ju, Seong-Nam and Po-Chon in Kyonggi province of Korea from September 1994 to the end of September 1995. The blood samples from 292 male and 193 female dogs (pet, 363 ; fighting dogs, 60 ; working dogs, 62) were examined for the adult heartworms cuticle antibodies using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELSA) kits. The test was designed to detect the antibodies of the host against the specific cuticle antigens produced with the adult heartworms.

        A Cytotoxic Component from Angelicae Koreanae Radix against L1210 and HL-60 Cells

        A cytotoxic sesquiterpene against L1210 and Hl-60 cells was isolated from Angelicae Koreanae Radix (bulk-kang-hwal). The component was identified as bisabolangelone by means of chemical and physical methods. The $ED_{50}$ values of it were $1.20{\;}\mu\textrm{g}/ml$ against L1210 cells and $2.30{\;}\mu\textrm{g}/ml$ against HL-60 cells. Bisabolangelone was found in bulk-kang-hwal but not in kang-hwal.

        We study knowledge-based systems for diagnosing faults in switching systems. We survey many knowledge-based systems for telecommunications. Especially, we analyz the ACE expert system developed by the Bell Laboratory of AT&T, which is the first expert system in the telecommunication area. Its motivation, development and configuration are examined thoroughly. From this survey, we propose an architecture for a knowledge-based system based on deductive database technologies for telecommunication areas.

        국내·외 관련 제도 및 실태분석을 통한 한국형 장애인 자립생활센터의 계획방향에 관한 연구

        The wealth of Korean disability people’s paradigm has developed by the meaning of whole rehabilitation of the small society for acception and protection. Today, that meaning has been changed to make and choose disability people’s future plans by themselves. The CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in Korea has been accepted through the American and Japanese’s activity systems with no objection. Following result of the real reserching, because the CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in Korea have no legal basement, so there are little support for these centers and no proper rules and check systems. Therefore, we have to make the legal basement of CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING and separate by each parts of system and to specialize about them. That means, each parts of system have to mark role mode for doing well, and each systems have to develop new programs and services, and to specialize for in Korea. To add, we should have more small CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING in each area, and the CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING which are already started should make network system to contact with other centers in society for giving support of proper information.

      • 오렌지 수입자유화와 日本감귤 산업의 변화

        ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on the citrus industry of orange import liberalization in Japan and to develop the strategies for orange market opening in a producing center and national level. In a producing center, in order to cope with orange market liberalization, countermeasures are as follows ; (1) making the structural adjustment and improving the infra- structure in Japanese citrus industry (2) producing high-quality products through the intensive management (3) producing low-cost products through the increase in yield per lOa. In a national level, in order to cope with orange market opening, policy programs are as follows; (1) estimating the optimal planted area of citrus which meets its nationwide demand through the production adjustment (2) improving the quality of citrus through variety replacement (3) stabilizing the price of citrus through juice processing.

        SummaryThe objective of this study is to analyze the economic feasibility of investment of greenhouse mandarine in Cheju Island.In order to analyze the effects of alternative policy scenarios on the greenhouse mandarine industry in Cheju Island, simulation runs were experimented with different scenarios for the profitability of greenhouse, interest rate, and endurance term, etc.In general, under current profitability condition, Scenario I except the case of interest rate 20% shows economically feasible. But, another scenarios, which assumed the profitability decreasing by 1%, 2%, 3% respectively, revealed that almost cases were economically infeasible.

      • 시설감귤의 수요분석과 적정생산규모에 관한 연구 : 하우스감귤을 중심으로

        The objective of this study is to analyze the demand of greenhouse Cheju mandarine and to estimate the optimal planted area of greenhouse Cheju Mandarine which meets its nationwide demand. In order to analyze the effects of alternative policy scenarios on the greenhouse Cheju mandarine industry, simulation runs were experimented for the period, 1996∼2004, with six different scenarios for the price of greenhouse Cheju mandarine and imported orange, and growth of per capita GNP; scenario I assumed the price of greenhouse Cheju mandarine and imported orange to decrease by 3%, 2%, respectively and the growth of per capita GNP to increase by 4%. Scenario Ⅱ assumed that of scenario I except the price of greenhouse Cheju mandarine decreasing by 3%. Scenario Ⅲ assumed that of scenario I except the growth of per capita GNP increasing by 3%. Scenario Ⅳ assumed that of scenario Ⅲ except the price of greenhouse Cheju mandarine decreasing by 3%. Scenario Ⅴ assumed that of scenario Ⅲ except the price of imported orange decreasing by 6%. Scenario Ⅵ assumed that of scenario Ⅳ except the price of imported orange decreasing by 6%. The major simulation results are as follows. The per capita consumption of greenhouse Cheju mandarine would be ranged from 0.71kg (scenario Ⅱ) to 0.93kg (scenario Ⅲ) in the year 2004. The price of greenhouse Cheju mandarine is estimated from 2,223Won to 2,463Won per kg in 2004. The size of greenhouse Cheju mandarine area is expected to reach from 955ha (scenario Ⅱ) to 1,252ha (scenario Ⅲ) in 2004. The amount of greenhouse Cheju mandarine production would be ranged from ?? to ??. The size of profit maximization is expected to range from 651ha in the year 1999 (scenario I) to 1,383ha in the year 2006 (scenario Ⅳ).

      • 차 영상을 이용한 실시간 무인 영상 감시시스템

        무인 영상 감시 시스템은 각종 보안과 범죄예방에 대한 관심이 커지면서 감시 카메라를 이용하여 움직이는 물체를 추적하는 영상처리 시스템에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCD 카메라로 입력되어진 초기 설정된 배경 영상과 움직이는 영상을 분리하여 움직이는 영상만을 추적하고 기록하는 시스템을 설계하고, 실시간 개체 추적 알고리즘을 통해 CCD 카메라에서의 움직임 추적 방법에 의하여 감시 영역내의 움직임을 자동적으로 추적하고 이러한 움직임을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있는 원리를 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 시간 주파수 저역 통과 필터(Temporal low-pass filtering)를 사용하여 움직이는 물체로부터 영상의 특징 변화를 획득한고 이를 추적한다. 이렇게 움직임이 발견되는 동안 이 비디오 정보를 저장한다. 이때 배경의 변화 및 밝기의 변화에 조금씩 오류가 발생되는 경우 이외 특이한 상황 변화는 거의 나타나지 않았고 움직임 물체의 밝기가 근처 배경 화소점의 밝기와 상당히 비슷하게 되는 영역에서는 물체의 추출이 순간적으로 어려워짐을 알 수 있었고, 반면에 상대적으로 높은 영상 잡음의 간섭이 있는 환경 아래서도 움직임 추출 및 분리 성능을 보였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 영상 시스템을 기반으로 한 감시 영상의 효율적 기록 및 검색 시스템은 앞으로 보다 대중적으로 쉽게 사용할 수 있을 것이다. There has been much increase of interest in image processing systems detecting moving objects using watching cameras, together with the increase of interest in security and crime prevention. This study was carried out to design a system which separates the background image input by CCD camera and the moving images, and which detects and records only the moving images, and to suggest a principle which can detect automatically and search effectively the moments in the watching area by the moving detection methods from CCD camera through real time object detection algorism. This system acquires and detects the feature changes of image from moving objects using temporal low-pass filtering while recording the video information. Apart from the little error in the changes of background and brightness, particular changes of situation did not occur. Searching objects was temporally difficult in the areas where the brightness of moving objects was similar to that of the nearby background. On the other hand, searching and separating movements was excellent even under the circumstances of relatively high intervention of image noise. It is expected that the image system based effective recording and searching system of watching image will be widely and popularly used in the near future.

      • Pseudomonas putida SM 25의 Catechol 1,2-Dioxygenase의 부분정제와 이에 의한 cis,cis-Muconic Acid의 생성

        Pseudomonas putida SM 25 로부터 catechol 1,2-dioxygenase를 ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-sepharose A-50 CL-6B ion exchange chromatography, phenyl-sepharose CL-4B hydro-phobic chromatography 및 preparative gel permeation chromatography를 통해 정제배율 806.2배, 정제수율 10.6%로 부분정제하였다. Phenol, benzoate, catechol 및 salicylate가 효소를 유도하였으며, 그 중 5mM phenol이 가장 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 이 효소는 catechol에 대해서는 우수한 효소 활성을 보였으나, 4-methylcatechol, pyrogallol 및 protocatechuate에 대해서는 거의 활성을 보이지 않았으며, catechol에 대한 Km 값은 7.8 M 이었다. 이 효소는 pH 7.5, 40℃에서 가장 높은 활성을 보였다. 이 효소는 pH 7.0∼11.0에서 안정하였으며, 열에 불안정하여 50℃에서 15분 내에 활성을 완전히 잃었고, thiol기 저해제에 의한 영향을 받지 않았다. 이 효소에 의한 catechol의 반응산물을 UV-visible spectroscopy, HPLC-diode array spectroscopy, GC-mass spectrometry로 분석한 결과 cis,cis-muconic acid로 확인되었다.
