        Development of a Chest‑Belt‑Type Biosignal‑Monitoring Wearable Platform System

        The purpose of this study was to develop a wearable platform system that can detect and acquire a soldier’s biosignals (i.e., heart activity signal, respiration rate, etc.) in a nonrestrained, unconscious manner. These detected biosignals are transmitted to a processing device to analyze and monitor the soldier’s physical status. To achieve this, textile-based heart activity electrodes and a strain gauge sensor for the respiration signal measurement were developed, and their performances in detecting each signal were verifed. These sensors were embedded in a chest belt to design a wearable platform that can simultaneously measure heart activity and respiration signals. The sensor part of the chest belt has a dual layer structure to detect high-quality signals. Stretch fabric was used on the outer layer and a respiration sensor was attached to the belt. On the inside layer, a non-stretch fabric was used as the base fabric and a heart activity-sensing electrode, that is capable of taking measurements using a modifed lead-II heart activity signal induction method, was embroidered onto the fabric. Subjects were asked to wear the chest belt, and a biosignal processor module was attached to verify the system’s performance while simultaneously acquiring the heart activity and respiration signals. More specifcally, it was confrmed that the two signals were detected in a stable. It is expected that the biosignal-monitoring wearable platform system developed in this study will be able to efectively analyze and monitor soldiers’ biosignals.

        2016년 8월 3일부터 5일까지 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 대정읍 마라도 일대를 한국거미연구회 하계 합동채집회에 김주필, 예용택, 최한석, 장지현, 예성훈, 김태우, 김대희, 지승환, 이형민, 이형진, 신정애, 허양미, 이영경, 최라미, 이윤정 등이 채집조사한 결과 15과, 39속, 45종의 거미류가 조사연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Mara Island in Jeju Island. In the present paper 45 species of 39 genera belong to 15 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Kyunggi-Do.

        2014년 8월 5일부터 7일까지 경상남도 창녕군 일대에 위치한 대한민국 최대의 내륙 습지인 우포늪 일대를 한국거미연구회 회원(김주필, 예용택, 장지현, 오종화, 예성훈, 유혜성, 채준호, 김태우, 김민섭, 변진관, 성민규, 김지후, 김대희, 김녕, 이정준, 이형민 등 16명)들이 채집 조사한 결과 16과 48속 69종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Upo wetland from 5th August to 7th August, 2014. In the present paper 69 species of 48 genera belong to 16 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Kyunggi-Do.

        단재 전집 간행과 문학편의 문제점 고찰

        이제까지 단재 작품들을 발간하기 위한 여러 시도가 있었다. 단재의 유고는 처음 북한에서 선집으로 빛을 보았다. 안함광 등은 단재의 유고를 정리하여 룡과 룡의 대격전 (1966)을 발간하였다. 남한에서는 단재신채호전집간행위원회가 발족되어 1972년 단재신채호전집 상 · 하를, 1975년에는 〈보유〉를 발간하였으며, 1977년에 상 · 중 · 하 · 별집 4권으로 개정판 전집을 완성하였다. 개정판은 그 이전의 전집에 실린 작품들의 소재를 분명히 하고, 또한 북한에서 나온 용과 용의 대격전 의 원고를 모두 싣는가 하면, 대한매일신보 논설 등을 광범위하게 채집하여 수록하였다. 그런데 자료에 대한 제대로된 검증과정 없이 묶이다 보니 이후 여러 작품이 저자 논란에 휩싸이게 된다. 이 글에서는 「천희당시화」를 비롯하여 대한매일신보소재 작품과 「단기고사중간서」, 「고락유수」 등의 저자 문제를 살펴보았다. 그리고 찾아야 할 단재의 글로 황성신문 등 6개 신문과 천고 등 2개 잡지를 살펴보았다. 또한 단재 문학의 규모를 점검하여 보았다. 북한에서 나온 선집과 김병민이 편한 신채호문학유고선집 을 중심으로 하여 여기에 빠진 작품들을 점검하였다. 그리고 북한에 있는 미발표 유고와 최근 새롭게 발굴된 소설, 시 등의 작품을 언급했다. 새로 발간되는 전집은 이전 전집의 문제점을 보완하는 것이 무엇보다 시급하다. 우선 확실한 작품들과 새로 발견된 작품들을 싣고, 논란이 되는 작품은 가능하면 배제하는 것이 마땅할 것이다. 그런 작품들에 대해서는 향후 저자 확정작업이 요구된다. 박정규의 언급처럼, 당시의 기록이나 사료를 바탕으로 보다 체계적이고 과학적인 분석이 이뤄져야 한다. 텍스트 연구가 충분히 이뤄지고 나서 학문적 판단이 내려져야 한다. 앞으로 북한의 유고가 유입되어 보다 많은 자료가 확보되고, 또한 저자 확정작업이 지속되어 보다 완전한 단재 전집이 꾸려지길 기대해 본다. It was tried many times to publish Danjae’s works so far. His posthumous works were published as a selection in North Korea for the first time. Ham-Gwang Ahn and others put his posthumous works in good order and published “The great fierce battle between dragons” in 1966. The committee for the publication of Danjae Shin Chae Ho’s complete collection was set up in South Korea and published “Danjae Shin Chae Ho’s complete collection” composed of 2 volumes in 1972 and published its supplement in 1975, and accomplished “Revised edition of Danjae Shin Chae Ho’s complete collection” composed of 4 volumes including a separate volume. The revised edition made the position of the works put in the former complete collection clear, and included the manuscript of “The great fierce battle between dragons” and the editorials in “Daehanmaeilsinbo - a newspaper” and others collected extensively. But as the revised edition included materials without proper verification, lots of works included in the collection were seized in dispute about the authorship. In this article, I studied the authorship of “Cheonheedangsihwa”, the works published in “Daehanmaeilsinbo”, “Preface to Republication of Danggigosa, a chronicle of ancient Korea” and “Gorakyoosoo”. And I examined 6 newspapers including “Hwangseongsinmoon” two magazines including “Tienku” in order to find out Danjae’s works. I examined Danjae’s literature scale, too. I checked his works which were not included in the selection published in North Korea and “Shin Chae Ho’s posthumous literary selection” compiled by Byeong-Min Kim. And I mentioned his unpublished posthumous manuscripts in North Korea and his novels and poems which were found out recently. Above all, it is urgent that his complete collection being newly published should make up for the weakness of the former complete collection. First of all, it will be proper to include his works that were confirmed and works newly discovered in his complete collection and exclude the controversial works if possible. It is required to confirm the authorship of such works hereafter. As Jeong-Gyu Park mentioned, systematic and scientific analysis is required on the basis of records and historical materials at that time. Academic decision should be passed after the thorough study of the text. I hope that his posthumous manuscripts in North Korea will inpour to South Korea and lots of his materials will be secured. And I hope that work to confirm the authorship will be maintained and perfect “Danjae’s complete collection” will be published.

        식품영양학 전공자를 위한 인턴십 교육 프로그램 개선방안

        This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of current dietetic internship program. The survey sample was dietetic practitioners who were charged with a training for dietetic students. The questionnaire requested information about demographic information, experience of guidance for the dietetic student, self evaluation as trainer, fortification items in university education, and difficulties of the internship program. Data was analyzed using SAS for windows(version 6.12), Descriptive statistics were used such as means. standard deviations. frequency distribution and percentages. Comparison of mean differences was analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Participants identified how effective the current internship program was. Result indicated that the effectiveness was not high(2.81), and under 29 years old age group, under 6 years work experience group. and contracted foodservice group had positive opinion of the program significantly. Under 29 years old age group, evaluated themselves as a good trainer. The results revealed that respondents wanted to be fortified the practical training courses in school curriculum.

        갈륨합금과 고동 아말감 합금의 물리적 성질 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the physical properties between high copper amalgam and gallium restorative material. In this study, the specimens for the 4 experimatal groups(Valiant, Valiant PhD, Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ, Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ triturated with some addition of alcohol) were prepared in the manner of which stated in ADA specification No. 1 for amalgam alloy. And then, measured and compared the value of compressive strength, creep, and dimensional change during hardening of each sample. The results were as follows: 1. In the compressive strength, the valiant-lathe cut type high copper amalgam-had the highest value of strength(p<0.05), and the Valiant PhD-admixed type high copper amalgam-showed the higher value of strength than the Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ(p<0.05) but had no significant difference with Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ triturated with some addition of alcohol(p>0.05). 2. In the creep, the Valiant PhD showed the highest value of creep(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ and Valiant(p>0.05). 3. In the dimensional change during hardening, no two groups were significantly different at the 0.050 level. 4. There was no significant difference between Gallium Alloy GF Ⅱ and the same material which was triturated with some addition of alcohol(p>0.05).

        만곡 근관에서 삼각 혹은 장방형 단면 구조의 니켈-티타늄 파일 응력 분포에 관한 3차원 유한요소 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 3차원 유한요소 모형 분석을 이용하여 삼각 대칭형과 S형태의 단면 및 변형된 사각 형태인 장방형 단면으로 분류되는 네 종류의 니켈티타늄 파일이 만곡 근관 적용 시의 응력 분포를 비교하는 것이다. 삼각 대칭형 단면 구조의 ProFile #30 / .06과 HeroShaper #30 / .06,장방형 단면구조의 Mtwo #30 / .05와 NRT #30 / .06 파일을 마이크로컴퓨터 단층촬영을 하고 reverse engineering을 통하여 파일의 구조를 얻고 삼차원 유한요소모형을 제작하였다. 모형 근관 내에서 파일이 근관장 끝까지 진입하여 회전할 때 발생하는 von Mises 응력 분포 및 파일의 제거후의 잔류 응력의 분포양상을 ABAQUS 프로그램을 이용하여 비교하였다. 근관 내 회전 시에 발생하는 응력을 관찰하였을 때 NRT 파일에서 가장 큰 응력을 나타냈으며 , 각 파일에서의 최고 응력과 최저 응력을 비교하였을 때 Mtwo파일에서 가장 큰 차이가 나타났다. 응력의 내부 분포 경향을 보았을때 장방형 구조의 단면을 가진 Mtwo 및 NRT 파일에서 불연속적인 응력의 집중 부위가 관찰되었으며 , 근관 외부로 파일을 제거하여 탄성 회복이 일어난 후의 잔류 응력도 NRT 파일에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 유추할 때, 삼각대칭 단면 구조를 가진 파일보다 S-형태의 단면과 변형된 사각 형태의 단면 등의 장방형 단면 구조의 파일이 파절의 위험성이 더 클 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to compare the stress distributions of NiTi rotary instruments bascd on their cross-sectional geometries of triangular shape-based cross-sectional design. S-shaped cross-sectional design and modified rectangular shape-based one using 3D FE models. NiTi rotary files of S-shaped and modified rectangular design of cross-section such as Mtwo or NRT showed larger stress change while file rotation during simulated shaping. The stress of files with rectangular cross-section design such as Mtwo, NRT was distributed as an intermittent pattern along the long axis of file. On the other hand, the stress of files with triangular cross-section design was distributed continuously. When the residual stresses which could increase the risk of file fatigue fracture were analyzed after their withdrawal, the NRT and Mtwo model also presented higher residual stresses. From this result, it can be inferred that S-shaped and modified rectangular shape-based files were more susceptible to file fracture than the files having triangular shape-based one.

        한국인 배자 및 태아에서 유치 발생의 조직학적 변화

        Tooth development is usually described in four stages such as bud stage, cap stage, bell stage and crown stage. Exact time of appearance of tooth primordia is different among reports, and up to now there is no timetable regarding initial tooth development. To understand the congenital malformations and other disorders of the orofacial region, there is need to establish a standard timetable of early tooth development. Till now, studies on the tooth development were mainly on later fetuses, and only few reports on early stage. Also, there were no reports on the time when bud stage turns to cap stage, and cap stage to bell stage. In this study, external morphology of face and the early development of the tooth, and transition of bud stage to cap stage, cap stage to bell stage were studied using 27 staged human embryos and 9 serially sectioned human fetuses. the results are as follows : 1. Mandibular region was formed by union of both mandibular arch at stage 15, and maxillary region by union of maxillary arch, medial nasal prominence, and intermaxillary segment at stage 19. 2. Ectodermal thickening which represents the primordia of tooth appeared in mandibular region at stage 13, and maxillary region at stage 15. 3. Bud stage began from mandibular primary central incisor at stage 17, and maxillary primary central incisor at stage 18. And the sequence of appearance was in the mandibular primary lateral incisor at stage 19, maxillary primary lateral incisor at stage 20, mandibular primary canine at stage 22, maxillary primary canine and primary first molar at stage 23, madibular primary first molar and maxillary primary second molar at 9th week, and mandibular primary second molar at 10th week of development. 4. cap stage began from the primary anterior teeth at 9th week, and primary second molar still had the characteristics of cap stage at 12th week of development. 5. Transition to bell stage started from the primary anterior teeth at 12th week, and primary second molar started at 16th week of development. 6. Trnasition to crown stage started from primary anterior teeth at 16th week, and primary second molar at 26th week of development.

      • 오원천의 식물플랑크톤 군집에 대한 연구

        We carried out a study on phytoplankton community at Owon stream, Jeollabukdo, Korea. The author have examined 83 taxa of the phytoplankton from researched area. These were composed of 5 classes, 11 orders, 21 families, 44 genera, 79 species, and 9 varieties. The composition of occurrence species were as follows: green algae are 48.2%, diatoms are 33.7%, blue green algae are 10.8% and etc(7.3%). Dominant species were Chlamydomonas angulosa, Pandorina morum, Coelastrum microporum, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Staurastrum gracile, Melosira varians, Me. italica, Synedra ulna, Sy. acus, Cocconeis placentula, and Cymbella tumida. The standing crops varied from 1,650cells/ℓ to 47,000cells/ℓ. Phytoplankton density of Owon stream were lower about 8.6 times to a 1,531 times than those of other lakes and rivers in Korea. So, to preserve the water quality in Owon stream we have to manage continuously on the nitrogen and phosphorus.

      • 抗 放射線作用이 있는 人蔘蛋白質에 관한 硏究

        부분정제된 인삼단백질을 SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis와 High performance liquid chromatography로 분석하여 방사선방어작용을 나타내는 단백질의 분자량을 측정하였다. 그결과 GⅠ분획은 SDS-PAGE에 의해서는 분자량 100,000 27,000 24,000 및 19,000의 4개의 polypeptide band를 나타내었고, HPLC에 의해서는 분자량 100,000, 57,000 및 24,000의 3개의 peak을 나타내었다. 또한 GⅢ분획은 SDS-PAGE에 의해서는 분자량 64,000, 28,000, 24,000 및 21,000의 4개의 polypeptide band를 나타내었고, HPLC에 의해서는 부자량 49,000, 28,000 및 21,000의 3개의 peak을 나타내었다. Partially purified ginseng proteins have been analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and high performance liquid chromatography to estimate subunit molecular weights of proteins which are known to exert antiradiation effect. Two active fractions (GI and GIII) each showed four polypeptide bands by SDS-PAGE and three peaks each by HPLC. Molecular weight of each band or peak was estimated by using standard proteins of known moleclar weights. Results show that molecular weights of polypeptides shown in GI fraction were 100,000, 27,000, 24,000 and 19,000 by SDS-PAGE and 100,000, 57,000 and 24,000 by HPLC. And those in GIII fraction were 64,000, 28,000, 24,000 and 21,000 by SDS-PAGE and 49,000, 28,000 and 21,000 by HPLC.
