        In this paper, applications of adaptive fuzzy controller to position control of flexible beam are considered. When a flexible beam is rotated by a motor through the fixed end, transverse vibration may occur. The architecture and learning underlying adaptive networks based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is presented, which is a fuzzy inference system implemented in the framework of adaptive networks. By using a hybrid learning procedure, the proposed ANFIS can construct an input-output mapping based on both human knowledge and stipulated input-output data pairs. Therefor, a dynamic model for a flexible beam is derived, and then a comparative analysis was made with before learning and after learning adaptive fuzzy controller through an simulation. The results are presented to illustrate the advantages and improved performance of the proposed position control cver the after learning adaptive fuzzy controller.

      • 표면활성화법에 의한 이종재료의 저온접합에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 서로 다른 재료를 표면활성화법을 이용하여 저온에서 접합할 목적으로 이들 재료의 접합 가능성을 검토하고 이들 접합계면에서의 접합 메카니즘을 검토할 목적으로 연구하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 10-7 Torr대의 진공도에서도 알루미늄은 알루미나, 질화 알루미늄, 질화규소, 지르코늄 등의 세라믹스와 양호한 접합이 가능하였다. 2) 알루미늄, 동, 은은 같은 금속끼리의 접합이 가능하고, 또 알루미늄과 동의 이종재료의 접합도 가능하였다. 3) 실리콘은 알루미늄, 동, 은, 금 등의 실험결과 모든 금속과 접합이 가능하였다. In this paper considered it possible to bone different materials in low temperature using surface activated method. To do so, It was examined the possibility of bonding different materials and applied the bonding mechanism on the bonding surface. The followings are the result. 1) It was possible that Aluminum could be bonded well with ceramics such as alumina, nitrification aluminum, nitrification silicon, and zirconium at the vaccum level of 10-7 Torr. 2) It was possible that aluminum, copper, and copper could be bonded with each other and aluminum and copper could be bonded with other metals. 3) Silicon was bonded with aluminum copper silver, and gold which were tested before.

      • 순수티타늄 용접재의 피로크랙 진전거동에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 원자력 발전소의 터빈장치에 사용되는 순수티타늄 용접재의 피로수명과 크랙성장속도 등을 열영향부, 용접부 그리고 모재부를 각각 비교하기 위하여 시험편을 크게 용접된 4개의 시험편(Specimen1∼4 ; 초기노치에서 2∼3mm 떨어진 부분이 각각 H.A.Z, 본드부, 용접부, 모재부 등에 위치함)과 모재 시험편으로 나누어 피로시험을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1) 순수티타늄 용접재 중 Specimen-2가 모재 시험편에 비해 피로수명이 약 700%로 가장 크게 나타났다. 2) 초기 크랙이 1mm로 성장하는데 걸리는 평균 크랙진전속도를 조사한 결과 Specimen-2가 모재에 비하여 약 30배로 가장 낮은 크랙진전속도를 나타내고 있었으며, 초기 크랙진전속도가 최종 파단 수명에 매우 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 3) 시험편 중 피로수명이 가장 큰 Specimen-2 시험편은 노치 선단으로부터 H.A.Z까지 거리가 약 6.7mm로 전체 파단길이의 약 25%를 차지하고 있었다. 4) da/dN과 ΔK를 고찰한 결과 용접으로 인해 생긴 두 개의 기울기로 인하여 Paris 법칙에 적용하기에는 부적당함을 알 수 있었다. In this study, Specimens were classified four welded specimens and a base metal to investigate fatigue life and crack growth rate of pure titanium welding materials, and Ti was used in turbine equipment of nuclear power generation, etc. The summarized results are as follows ; 1) Specimen-2 was bigger 712% than base metal, when it was compared with other welding materials. 2) As the result of specimens data. Specimen-2 crack Behavior rate was lower 30 times than base metal, and so total fracture life was very influenced by it 3) Notch tip of Specimen-2 was offsetted 6.7mm from boundary H.A.Z, and it formed 25% in total fracture length. 4) As the considering of da/dN and ΔK, Paris' law is incongruous in this study, because two inclines were on one date.

      • SS41 용접재의 피로크랙 진전거동에 관한 연구

        SS41 is welded automatically and is investigated some effects of the welding residual stress in the growth and propagation of fatigue crack, so as to study the fatigue behaviour in the welding residual stress field. The summarized results are as follows; 1) In case of the load range is constant, as the stress ratio is changing to 0.1, 0.33 and 0.5 the propagation life is constant but the growth life decreases. And than, when maximum load or minimum load is constant, as the stress ratio increases the growth life and propagation life. 2) It was shown that the fatigue crack propagation ratio da/dN was almost constant regardless of the stress ratio change at constant load amplitude and that the larger stress ratio, the slower was the fatigue crack propagation ratio. 3) The opening ratio U is influenced by Kmax but it isn't only the function of Kmax because data range is very large. 4) The growing and propagation fatigue crack in the welding residual stress field is similar to original specimen after passing the original residual stress field.

        A New Leaf Vegetable Perilla Cultivar, "Bora" with Purple Backside Leaf Color

        “Bora” is a new perilla (Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton) cultivar developed from a cross between Ipdeulkkae1 and YCPL199 at National Yeongnam Agricultural Experiment Station, RDA, in 2001. Purple backside leaf color is one of the most important characteristics for the high quality perilla leaf. “Bora” has purple backside leaf color in all climate condition, while a check variety, Ipdeulkkae1 has too light color during summer season or in high temperature condition. “Bora” matures at October 18th and has 79 cm of the stem length, shorter than that of Ipdeulkkae1. Although leaf yield is 11% less than that of a check variety Ipdeulkkae1, the harvested leaf number of “Bora” is similar with that of Ipdeulkkae1. The cultivar is appropriable in all area of Korea for the leaf harvesting cultivation whereas it is restricted to southern part of Korea South Gyeongsang and South Jeola provinces, for the seed harvesting cultivation.

        애기장대 AtERF11 유전자에 의한 Pseudomonas syringae에 대한 병 저항성 유도

        AvrRpt2 protein triggers hypersensitive response (HR) and strong disease resistance when it is translocated from a bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas sp. to host plant cells containing a cognate RPS2 resistance protein through Type III Secretion System (TTSS). However, AvrRpt2 protein can function as the effector that suppresses a basal defense and enhances the disease symptom when functional RPS2 resistance protein is absent in the infected plant cells. Using Affymetrix Arabidopsis DNA chip, we found that many genes were specifically regulated by AvrRpt2 protein in the rps2 Arabidopsis mutant. Here, we showed that expression of AtERF11 that is known as a member of B1a subcluster of AP2/ERF transcription factor family was down regulated specifically by AvrRpt2. To determine its function in plant resistance, we also generated the Arabidopsis thaliana transgenic plants constitutively overexpressing AtERF11 under CaMV 355 promoter, which conferred an enhanced resistance against a bacterial pathogen, Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000. Thus, these results collectively suggest that AtERF11 plays a role as a positive regulator for disease resistance against biotrophic bacterial pathogen in plant. 본 연구는 Affymetrix Arabidopsis DNA chip을 이용하여 비 병원성 인자인 AvrRpt2 단백질에 의해서 특이적으로 전사 과정이 조절되는 애기장대 유전자들을 분리하고 병 저항성 방어체계와 관련한 이들 유전자들의 기능 분석을 시도하였다. 그 중에서 먼저 식물 호르몬인 ethylene의 신호 조절에 관여하는 ERFs (ethylene-responsive element binding factors) 전사조절 유전자 family 중에서 Bla subfamily 그룹으로 알려져 있는 AtERF11 유전자의 병 저항성 관련 기능을 규명하였다. 저항성 유전자 RPS2가 없는 경우에는 비 병원성 인자인 AvrRpt2 단백질은 기주 식물체내의 기초 병저항성을 감소시키고 병원성 세균의 증식을 향상시켜서 병증을 증대시키는 effector로 작용한다는 기존의 연구결과와 유사하게, 저항성 유전자 RPS2가 없는 조건에서 AtERF11 유전자의 발현이 AvrRpt2 단백질의 작용에 의해서 특이적으로 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 AtERF11 유전자는 식물체의 병 저항성 방어기작에 있어서 positive regulator로서 작용하기 때문에 effector로 작용하는 AvrRpt2 단백질에 의해서 조절되는 것으로 추측하였다. 본 가설을 증명하기 위해 AtERF11의 발현을 증폭시킨 애기장대 형질전화체를 제작하고 P. syringae pv. tomato DC 3000에 대한 병저항성을 실험하였다. AtERF11 유전자가 대량 발현하는 형질전화 된 애기장대에서는 야생종에 비해 대략 100배 이상 세균의 증식이 억제되는 강력한 병저항성을 가진다는 것을 검증하였다.

        흉추 경막외 차단후 전신마취병행시 혈역학 변화

        Background : It has been a standard practice in many institutions to combine light general anesthesia with epidural block for abdominal and pelvic surgery. We attempted to prove the effectiveness of prehydration and to find an suitable epidural local anesthetic dose in terms of hemodynamic stability for upper abdominal surgery. Methods : For preliminary studies, 11 patients scheduled for elective upper abdominal surgery had received general anesthesia immediately after epidural anesthesia. After epidural injection of 10∼16 mL of 2% plain lidocaine into the T9∼10 intervertebral space, the changes in blood pressure were observed. Thirty-two patients scheduled for elective upper abdominal surgery were divided into two groups. In group A(study group), after prehydration with Hartmann solution(10 mL/kg), 5∼7 mL of 2% plain lidocaine was injected into T8∼9 or T9∼10 intervertebral space and general anesthesia was then induced. Group B(control group) received general anesthesia only. Results : There were no signnt differences in hemodynamics between the epidural with general anesthesia and the control group except SVR(systemic vascular resistance). SVR in group A increased in contrast to the group B in which it remained unchanged. Conclusions : The combined epidural and general anesthesia, using prehydration and 0.5∼1 mL/segment of 2% plain lidocaine at the T8∼9 or T9∼10 intervertebral space was safe without significant hemodynamic changes.
