The autors immunohistochemically studied 63 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma to evaluate clinical significance of histologic pattern of tissue CEA. Immunohistochemical stain of cancerous tissues was performed by ABC method, and then light and electron microscopy were carried out. On light microscopic studies, CEA was mainly distributed on apical and lateral surface of normal and cancer cells and weakly positive in the cytoplasm of cancer cells. On electron microscopic studies, CEA was strongly positive along the apical and lateral borders of cancer cells and weakly positive in the cytoplasm as a pattern of fine granules. The statistical studies revealed such a data that high preoperative serum CEA level was shown in cases of tumor necrosis. Also in groups of surrounding invasion, well differentiation, and distant metastasis of the cancer, preoperative serum CEA levels were significantly increased. Thus, the evaluatin of CEA serologically and immunocytochemically in cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma may significantly inform in diagnosis or postoperative treatment and follow-up.
都市嫌惡施設의 立地패턴에 關한 硏究 : 하수종말처리장을 중심으로 With Wmphasis on the Sewage Treatment Plant

Public service facilities are essential elements to improve the quality of urban life. Among public service facilities, noxious facilities related to environmental problems have a lot of difficulties in finding their locations and being supplied properly. NIMBYS(Not In My Back Yard Syndrome) indicates these problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to find the problems involved in the lacations of sewage treatment plants, on of noxious facilities, and to suggest alternative plants. The results of the analysis are the followings : First, sewage treatment plants in sample regions are lacated in proper zones. That is, most of them are located in greenbelts and the cities with many industrial functions have the plants located in industry zones. Second, sewage treatment plants stand in outer regions of the city far from the commercial zone and public institutions-the city hall, medical institutions. Third, the Multiple Regression Analysis shows the explanatory variables influencing the decision on the locations of plants INDI, CIDI, RODI and AREA. The result of this analysis has a meaning. The model location of a sewage treatment plant is as follows. FACI = C + 15.40217 * INDI + 4.90597 * CIDI + 12.58442 * RODI - 0.79780 * AREA FACI : location coordinates of the sewage treatment plant

This paper considers identical parallel machine scheduling problem. Each job has a processing time, due date, weight and family type. If a different type of job is follow by prior job, a family setup is incurred. A two phased heuristic is presented for minimizing the sum of weighted tardiness. In the first phase, using rolling horizon technique, group each job into same family and schedule each family. In the second phase, assign each job to machines using schedule obtained in the first phase. Extensive computational experiments and comparisons among other algorithms are carried out to show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
CAN 시스템을 위한 트래픽 분석/생성 시스템 설계및 구현

CAN은 매우 높은 보안수준의 실시간 분산제어를 효과적으로 지원하는 직렬통신 프로토콜이다. 본 논문에서는 CAN 시스템의 트래픽 디코더 및 제너레이터가 제안되고 구현되었다. 이러한 작업은 네트워크 성능 분석에 사용되어 질수 있으며, 또한 네트워크의 관리와 감독에 사용되어질 수 있다. CAN is a serial communications protocol which efficiently supports distributed realtime control with a very high level of security. In this paper, a traffic decoder/generator for CAN systems is proposed and implemented. This can be used to analyze the performance of the network. It can also be used to manage and monitor the network.
都市 內在的 特性에 따른 都市計劃施設의 立地性向에 관한 硏究 : 主要 廣域施設을 中心으로 Focused on the major city-wide facilities

The purpose of this study is to investigates the location tendency of the urban facilities based on the positive approach method. The role of urban facility is not only the foundation of urban life, but also plays principal elements in the urban planning field by middle and long term period. But the cities in Korea have the tasks for the recent localization and the uinty of cities and counties, and have a lot of difficulties to satisfy the residents' desires in parts of an effective facility supply and to search for a suitable location place for each facility. Especially, searching for the location place of urban facilities should be classified differently according to the urban inner characteristic such as urban population, scale of area in urban planning and urban history as dates of set up city. Therefore, this study selects major city-wide facilities that the facility location has a great influence on the land use and urban growth axis, and it selects 29 small and medium sized cities in Korea as the case regions, and finds out location mechanism in the major city-wide facilities.
사회교육 무용 프로그램이 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

본 연구는 구청 문화원에서 주관하는 사회교육 프로그램 중 중년 여성들이 무용 프로그램에 참가후 신체적 정신적 건강 측면에서 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 서울특별시 소재 3개 구청의 문화원과 경기도 고양시 관내 3개의 문화원의 프로그램 참가자 138명이 본 연구에 참여 하였으며 이들이 정신건강차원에서 여러 발생 요인들을 공변량 분석을 통해 분석한 결과 프로그램 참여자가 비참여자에 비해 정신적 건강에 대한 치료효과가 있음을 입증하고 있다.
인터넷 트래픽 모니터링을 통한 네트워크 관리 시스템 모델링과 시뮬레이션

본 논문에서는 네트워크 관리 시스템(NMS)을 제안하고 구현하였다. NMS에서 네트워크 트래픽 장애를 MRTG을 사용해서 측정하였고 링크간 특성을 평가하였다. 또한 발생 가능한 네트워크 문제를 확인하였으며 네트워크 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이러한 작업은 네트워크의 분석과 성능을 향상시키는데 사용될 수 있다. In this paper, Network Management System(NMS) is proposed and implemented. In the NMS, network traffic load is measured using MRTG and link-to-link characteristics are evaluated. Also, the possible causes of occurring network problems are identified and the network simulations are performed. This can be used to analyze and/or enhance the performances of the network.
