      • 高層아파드 團地의 形狀要素에 관한 硏究(Ⅱ) : 公共開發과 民間開發의 形狀 比較를 中心으로 Centering on the Comparison of Public and Private Development Apartment Building

        The figure of apartment house estate is much depended on not only a natural factor, an artificial factor, and a legal constriction factor but also a developing subject. Among them the developing subject gives much influence to a figure decision of the apartment house estate. So because it makes a start point of a plan of the apartment house estate that the apartment house constructed by the public development is pursued a public interest and the apartment house by the private one a private interest respectively by the developing subject, there is a difference in the figure of the apartment housing estate. And under the premise that it influences in a construction factor of an estate formation, this study is started. The object of study is restricted to the hogher stories apartment house of over 10 stories, and I make 12 estates an object of this study such as a private apartment house of over 400 households and an apartment house that is offered for public subscription at the public authorities. Thus, in this study, I analyze a problem about the estate circumstances caused in a crowded space in establishing a direction of the plan of the desirable estate figure in the higher stories apartment house, and its result is as dollows. 1) The apartment house constructed by the public development is given priority to a plan of outside, and, on the other hand, the apartment house constructed by the private one a plan of inside space. 2) The figure of the apartment house constructed by the public development is quite diversified through a draft of public suscription for prize, but the almost apartment house constructed by the private fevelopment is emphasized on a simpie layout so the diversity is treated roughly. So, in the future, it is necessary to create a diversified figure of formation by harmonizing it to a topography positively. 3) The apartment house constructed by the public development prefers to an introduction of an encirclirg conception so the major buildings are laid to the point of view. On the other hand, the apartment house constructed by the private one prefers to a placement of southern exposure so the major buildings are laid to the point of view. 4) According to the figure of the apartment house estate, the apartment house constructed by the public devlopment is more advantageous than the apartment house constructed by the private one in a consideration about a privacy, a view, an individuality, and a domain, but in an approach, the apartment house constructed by the public one. 5) Because the uniform parallel placement becomes a factor that makes "I" conception emphasize in our conception, a charcteristics as an estate is to be maximized through the diversity of placement.

        According to the characters of tourist resources in the potentiality with that, the tourist development means to seek for the enlargement of tourist use. It is to be falling behind that the side of compared development with tourist development potentiality in this Gwanju area. Firstly, it must be an increased effects of economics by the strengthen of the potentiality functional and regional self-supporting and by both the analysis of potentiality in the tourist development and the assessment of politics of regional development. Secondly, the need for the tourist development as the national politice will be required in future. Therefore, it is imperative to develop the moodung, Jili, Chokae mountain, Chinnam, Youngsan river, Dooryum, Wando and Dadohae area, as tourist area. Thirdly, such regional development as spcial products, cultures, and landscopes should be encoureged in accordance with the interest of tourist. Fourthly, first of all, the comfortable traffic as well as hotel facilities should be easily available.

        鑛山平價는 主로 새로운 鑛山을 開發한다든가 旣存鑛山의 施設等을 擴張해서 增産을 圖謀할려고 할 때 將次의 投資事業에 對한 收支性을 檢討하여 投資如否를 決定하는데 도움을 주는 것임으로 將來의 收支性을 미리 豫測할려면 여러 가지 不確實한 豫測이나 假定을 前提로 해야 되기 때문에 評價自體에도 危險性이 따르게 마련이고 評價하는 課程에서도 主로 原價計算이나 收支豫測 特히 diseount rate 適用上 여러 가지 制限性을 면할 수 없다. 本 硏究에서는 이러한 새로운 鑛山開發事業을 試圖하고 이를 評價할 경우 general risk analysis model의 present-value approach에 依한 評價課程上 여러 가지 問題가 되는 制限性에 對해서 檢討해 보았고 鑛山事業評價時에는 이러한 制限性을 念頭에 두어야 함을 指摘하였다.

      • 콘크리트 충전 각형강관 기둥의 구조적 거동에 관한 연구

        Concrete filled steel square tubular columns have many excellent structural properties, such as high compressive, large ductility and large energy absorption capacity. Then, concrete filled columns are gradually used widely in the world. In this paper, hollow and concrete filled steel square tubular columns are tested under concentric and eccentric axial load. Experimental maximum strength and behavior of concrete filled columns are compared with the results of hollow section columns. Moreover, AIK(Architectural Institute of Korea)limit state design method for composite columns subjected to axial force and bending moment is discussed.

      • 國內 建設技術의 當面課題에 관한 考察

        This study is to reveal the ways how to solve the problems and the analysis of the present situation on the domestic construction industry technology. The results are as follows: 1) The construction industry is faced with a new challenge on reinforcing the competion against foreign countries by researching and developing the construction technology, engineering construction and new management system. 2) It should be preconsidered to perform the R & O of the software technology and the scientgication of management which are relatively inferior to the advanced countries. 3) Established and managing the institutes in the field of construction industry should be supported by government. The investigation in private technological institutes in this field must be also conducted intensively in the sense of cooperative works between industries and universities.

        The characteristics of Kwang ju City and renewal problems of C.B.D are analyzed and evaluated in this study. From these things, the reasonable driving direction of Renewal Kwang ju C.B.D is groped. So we obtained the following results by applying the method of district plan system and of Mixed Use Development to the renewal of C.B.D. 1. It is essential to set the firm basis of planning and designing criteria. 2. Citizen participation in the process of planning and designing criteria. 3. It is neccessary to operate the information center of urban renewal. 4. It is neccessary to establish a unified managing system of district unit for renewal. 5. A developmental method made in cooperation with a research institute the Korea Land Developing Corporation, a Building corporation is needed.

      • 濟州地方의 持續降雨量과 物部公式과의 適合度分析

        In the paper we suggested a newly revised formula by estimating the value of n in the Japanese Mononobe formula on the data of self-recording rain gauge which was observed up to recently form the main rainfall observation stations(Cheju city, Sogwipo, Songsanpo) in the Cheju districts. The result of analysis on goodness of fit in the revised formula and the established formula on the value of n(2/3) in the Mononobe formula was made sure that the Mononobe formula and the revised formula are nearly in accord with each other, but the established formula is low in degree, and goodness of fit in each formula to continuous time in a short time is also low in comparison with the formula to continuous time in a long time.

        This study is the second phase to consider the realities of the urban housing in the construction method. This study is that ; the realities of life space in various urban village is changed in the basic of consciousness and idea by realities of management operation before or after moving into the housing, the level and the defect problem in the quality of the institution and the manual troubles of the residents in the public life. This study is researched into the side of culture antropology.

      • Lade 구성모델을 사용한 점토의 변형예측

        This study has dealt with the determination of soil parameters for Lade's double work-hardening model using the raw data obtained from cubical and cylinderical triaxial. At present, it should be investigated which test can simulate satisfactorily the behavior of soft clayey foundation. In this regard, plate bearing test was performed on the 2-dimentional model foundation(218 cm long, 40 cm wide, 196 cm high), and finite element analysis carred out for the behavior of the foundation. Settlement, lateral displecement, displacement vector and mode of failure were measured and these values were compared with numerical values in order to validate the numerical program developed by authors. Besides, stresses including vertical, horizontal and shear stress as well as pore water pressure within the model foundation were simulated by numerical analysis. The FEM technique was based on Christain-Boehmer's method, in which the displacement is obtained at each nodal point while stress and pore water pressure at each element. In this research, Bilt's consolidation, which expressess elaborately the physical meaning of consolidation, was selected, as governing equation, coupled with Lade's double surface work-hardening constitutive model.

        The design ranges of human-environmental system can be divided into seven kinds, water, thermal, air, light, acoustic, color, psychology and environment. This study aims at clarifying the theoretical background of thermal environment is what point of view is historically. Thermal environment developed based on the thermal comfort index, standard and law establishment etc. To constitute the amenity of thermal environment and to control it, it needs to prediction and adaptability.
