        To examine the analysis of the propensity of consumer by sporting goods purchases, we investigated 2,612 people-students and their parents of middle schools, high schools and universities in Taejon and in Chungnam by sport consumer segmentation scale. And we drew conclusions like these. 1. People of big and middle cities thought of information gathering channel as more important than those of fishing and farming villages did. 2. Men though of information gathering channel, extent of purchasing concerns and purchasing effectiveness were more important than women did. 3. People from seventeen years old to nineteen years old thought of information gathering channel, factor of purchaing determination, extent of purchasing concerns and purchasing effectiveness as most important. But people over fifty years old thought of extent of purchasing concerns and purchasing effectiveness as least important. 4. People whose families earn more than 4 million won a month thought of extent of purchasing concerns and purchasing effectiveness as most important. 5. People who graduated from universities thought of factor of purchasing determination and extent of purchasig concerns as most important. Those who had got a post graduate who had got a middle school education or less education thought of extent of purchasing concerns as least important. 6. People who had exercised for many years thought of extent of purchasing concerns a most important.

      • 연령별 스포츠시설선택과 스포츠제품구매와의 상관

        The Purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between sports facilities selection and purchasing sports products. Questionaires were conducted by 2,612 students of middle schools, high schools and universities and their parents in Teajeon and Chungcheong Metropolitan Areas. The conclusions were as follows; 1) The answers from respondents at the age of 14-16 showed that there was a very high correlation between the sports facilities selection variables ratio of r=.5906∼.7190, and there was correlation ratio of between the sports products purchasing variables r=.2568∼.5175. Also, the sports facilities selection variables and the products purchasing variables were shown to be correlated by r=.3156∼.4034. 2) The answers from respondents at the age of 17-19 showed that there was a very high correlation between the sports facilities selection variables ratio of r=.5076∼.6985, and there was correlation ratio of between the sports products purchasing variables r=.2115∼.5765. Also, the sports facilities selection variables and the products purchasing variables were shown to be correlated by r=.3068∼.3744. 3) The answers from respondents at the age of 20-35 showed that there was a very high correlation between the sports facilities selection variables ratio of r=.5030∼.7432, and there was correlation ratio of between the sports products purchasing variables r=.2817∼.4962. Also, the sports facilities selection variables and the products purchasing variables were shown to be correlated by r=.2311∼.3376. 4) The answers from respondents at the age of 36-49 showed that there was a very high correlation between the sports facilities selection variables ratio of r=.5394∼.7585, and there was correlation ratio of between the sports products purchasing variables r=.2745∼.4879. Also, the sports facilities selection variables and the products purchasing variables were shown to be correlated by r=.2985∼.3424. 5) The answers of respondents at the age of more than 50 showed that there was a very high correlation ratio of between the sports facilities selection variables ratio of r=.5334∼.7253, and there was correlation among sports products purchasing variables r=2256∼.6296. Also, the sports facilities selection variables and the products purchasing variables were shown to be correlated by r=.3055∼.4502. Consequently, there was a very high correlation ratio between sports facilities selection variables and there was an average correlation between sports products purchasing variables. The sports products purchasing variables and the facilities selection variables were shown to be fairly correlated. The extent of correlation was different depending on the age. It was shown that the younger respondents are the higher the ratio of purchasing effect and interest.

      • Chinchilla 달팽이핵에서 Calbindin D-28ka 면역반응세포의 미세구조에 관한 연구

        Chinchilla 달팽이핵의 신경표지물질의 하나인 calbindin D-28ka은 칼슘결합단백질의 일종으로 여러 포유동물의 신경계통에 널리 분포하고 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. Chinchilla 달팽이핵에서 CB에 대한 고도의 특이성을 지닌 단세포군항체를 이용하여 광학 및 전자현미경적 면역화학염색방법을 이용하여 CB양성세포의 분포상과 세포의 형태 및 크기와 CB세포의 미세구조에 대하여 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Calbindin D-28ka 양성반응세포는 chinchilla 달팽이핵의 전 분야에서 관찰할 수 있었으나 특히 등쪽달팽이핵에서 더 많이 관찰할 수 있었으며 CB양성세포의 형태는 방추형, 타원형, 이극 및 뭇극형이었고 세포의 크기는 16-30?μm 였다. 2. 수많은 미토콘도리아와 축삭세포체 연접, 미세섬유등을 관찰할 수 있으며 축삭을 둘러싸고 있는 말이집과 calbindin D-28ka 양성반응세포의 침착물과 모세혈관을 관찰할 수 있었고 커다란 핵과 축삭의 주변에 작은 슈반핵과 말이집으로 둘러싸인 가로 단면의 수많은 축삭들을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 calbindin D-28ka 양성반응세포는 청각기능세포를 보호할 뿐만 아니라 청각기능을 수행하는데 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 판단된다. A unique class cells, strongly immunopositive for anti-calbindin D-28ka were observed in and near the cochlear nucleus of the chinchilla (chinchilla laniger). They were preferentially located in the dorsal cochlear nucleus, as well as in the adjacent superior olivary nucleus. The calbindin D-28ka positive neurons had relatively large cell bodies with thick, heavy spinal dendrites, and were typically situated in the immediate subpial position. The calbindin D-28ka immunoreactive neurons were very varied morphologically; bitufted, bipolar, multipolar and horizontal cells in shape, and the diameters of the neurons are 16-30 μm have been described in the cochlear nucleus of the chinchilla. Also, the calbindin D-28ka positive dendrites were considerably more densely arrayed than those of other cochlear nuclear cells, including the cartwheel cells of the dorsal cochlear nucleus. The fine structure of the cells in the cochlear nucleus in the chinchilla(chinchilla laniger) was studied by transmission electron microscopy. The neurons had a large, round, centrally located nucleus, and their cytoplasm contained numerous mitochondria, myelinated axon, dense granular endoplasmic reticulum, abundant Golgi apparatus, groups of free ribosomes, some heterogeneous particles and neurofilaments. Cell surfaces were studied irregularly with small spinous processes, and they contained a few fine irregularly arranged neurofilaments and some granular endoplasmic reticulum. Boutons contacting the soma and dendrites of the cochlear nucleus neurons were defined as the axosomatic synapses. Based on differences in the bouton and vesicle morphology, the four synaptic bouton types were identified; 1. Asymmetrical and symmetrical synapses with small rounded vesicles. 2. Asymmerical synapses with pleomorphic admixture contained predominantly spherical vesicles. 3. Symmerical synapses with pleomorphic vesicles of flattened, spherical and dense-core vesicles. 4. Asymmetrical as well as symmetrical synapses with heterogeneous and large dense-core vesicles. Synaptic boutons containing the rounded vesicles and the large densecore vesicles were most frequently observed.

        음악회 팜플렛을 통해본 90년대 대구·영남권 음악계의 현황

        This thesis is focused on the general state of classic musicians' society in Daegu-Yeongnam local region mainly through the reviewing of concert pamphlets which have been gathered from 1990 to 2000 by the author himself. The concert programs have provided the author with abundant data containing various informations about concert repertoire, concert hall, player, every kinds of players' group, every kinds of music festival, every kinds of music festival, every kinds of influence from extra-musical events, etc. For the convenience of investigation, the musicians' society has been divided into 10 areas involving piano solo, piano ensemble, solo singing, chamber music, etc. And music-critical or music-sociological assessments and interpretations are added to the statistical result from pamphlets. Consequently this thesis shows us that the main repertoire of this region's concerts is inclined to Classic and Romantic composers' works and that Beethoven and Chopin occupied more than half of piano repertoires and that German Lied is preferred to Italian Canzone or French Chanson by the local singers and that solo singers are relatively preferring local composers' newly-made art songs, etc. The Author hopes that more refined statistical method and more accurate sociological viewppoint could be introduced into these kinds of study in future times.

      • 두 개의 타이머를 사용한 PCS 사용자의 위치관리기법

        IS-41 specifies the location management scheme for the PCS (Personal Communication System). However, it has an importanr shortcoming such that it becomes inefficient as the number of users increases. Thus it is necessary to augment the IS-41 scheme to achieve more efficient location management. The operations of location management are "location update" and "terminal paging". If MN (Mobile Node) enters a new RA(Registration Area), then corresponding VLR (Visitor Location Register) requests to update MN's location information to the HLR (Home Location Register). And if a call to the MN is arrived at VLR, then VLR requests to Know MN' location information to the HLR for connection. There are many approaches to increase efficiency for location update and terminal paging. In this paper, we proposed location management scheme with two timers for location update to reduce HLR's processing load. The results from the Performance evaluation confirms the efficiencies of the proposed scheme.

      • Thiram劑 및 Dichlone劑에 의한 몇가지 作物의 種子消毒에 관한 試驗

        He experinents were undertaken to investigate the efficacy of seed disinfectants, Thiram (Arasam) and Dichlone (Phygon) through dust treatment of seeds for the control of seed and soil-born dieseases of some crops. Dust treatment of rice seed by the use of Thiram (Arasan) distinctly is effective for the control of seed and seedling rot as well as those of Bakanae-disease and Helminthosporium blight of rice plant. And so Thiram is more excellent seed disinfectant than Organomercury compounds or Formalin for contineous longevity after sowing in addition to its efficacy. And also Thiram (Arasan) Consideyably is effective for the control of Covered smut of barley incited by seed-born and soil-born smut fungus. Dust treatment of sorghum and soybean seeds by the use Thiram(Arasan)or Dichlone (Phygon) is effective for the control of Damping off of those crops and especially the efficacy of Dichlioe (phygon)for the control of Damping off of sorghum is remarkable.

        넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus의 수온 자극 스트레스에 대한 사료첨가제 투여 효과

        본 연구는 넙치의 수온 스트레스에 대한 사료첨가제 (미역 5%, 미역 10%, 어보산 0.5%, 고추냉이 잎 2%, 고추냉이 줄기 2%)의 영향을 혈액학적, 면역학적 측면과 Edwardsiella tanda를 사용하여 질병에 대한 저항성으로서 평가하였다. 혈장의 글루코즈와 콜티졸 농도는 1차 수온 변동 후 대조구에 비하여 미역 5%와 고추냉이잎 2% 첨가구에서 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(P〈0.05). 1차 수온 변동 후 혈장 라이소자임 활성과 E. tarda의 공격 시험 후 생존율은 미역 5%첨가구에서 대조구에 비하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P〈0.05). 본 실험 결과 미역 5% 첨가 사료 투여는 넙치의 스트레스 상태에서 질병 감염에 대한 저항성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The effect of each dietary supplements (Undaria 5%, Undaria l0%, Obosan 0.5%, Wasabi leaf 2%, Wasabi stem 2%) on the water temperature fluctuation in juvenile olive flounder (Puralichthys olivaceus) was investigated. The response to stress was assessed in terms of effects on haematological and immunological, and resistance against Edwurdsiella tarda infection. Plasma glucose and cortisol levels were significantly lower in 5% undaria and 2% wasabi leaf supplement groups than the controls after the first change of water temperature (P<0.05). The plasma lysozyme activities and the survival rates from E. tarda infection were significantly higher in the 5% undaria supplement groups than the control (P<0.05). These results suggest that the 5% undaria supplement seems to be contributable to the increased disease resistance on olive flounder.

      • 척수를 손상시킨 후 꼬리정맥에 주입한 사람탯줄혈액세포가 뇌줄기에 미치는 영향

        Background and Objectives: Stem cells are a valuable resource for treatment of many disease, but limited access to stem cells in some organs such as brain restricts their utility. Many approaches have been attempted to restore the function following brain stem injury (BSI) and spinal cord injury (SCI). The use of the human umbilical cord blood cells (hUCB) - a rich source of nonembryonic or adult stem cells - has recently been reported to ameliorate the behavioral consequences of stroke. Mateiials and Methods: Forty rats were divided into 8 groups: (1) SCI l+hUCB (infused 1 day post injury); (2) SCI 2+hUCB (infused 2 days post injury); (3) SCI 3+hUCB (infused 3 days post injury); (4) SCI 4+hUCB (infused 4 days post injury); (5) SCI 5+hUCB (mfusedt 5 days post injury); (6) SCI 6+hUCB (infused 6 days post injury); (7) LO+hUCB (laminectomy+hUCB); and (8) LO (laminectomy only). SCI was produced by compressing the spinal cord for one minute with an aneurysm clip calibrated to a closing pressure of 50 g. We report here that immunhistotochemical identification of fluorescent hUCB positive cells in the brain stem after compressed spinal cord injury using mouse anti-human mitochondria monoclonal antibody (MAB1273). Results: All SCI+hUCB (1-8) groups contained fluorescent hUCB positive cells in the all area of the brain stem. But especially a large number of fluorescent hUCB positive cells were observed in the whole area of the brain stem of the experimental 5 (SCI 5+hUCB) and 6 (SCI 6+hUCB)groups. No hUCB positive cells were found in the brain stem of group with non-injured spinal cord of these animals and group with laminectomy only. Conclusion: These results suggest that hUCB are potentially useful as a vector for treating a variety of the central nervous system disorders, and we are sure that continuous of stem cell study will give an best opportunity to treat the uncurable disorders in the future.

        친환경농업 시범마을에 대한 환경영향평가

        1999년부터 2001년까지 3년간 친환경농업 시범마을에 적용되고 있는 INM (Integrated Nutrient Management) and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) 실천에 따른 추진효과를 분석하기 위하여 시범마을로 지정된 옥천과 양평지역의 농가 포장에서 시비량, 양분유실 및 생태계 변화 등을 조사 분석하였다. 3요소 시비량은 토양검정시비로 인하여 농가관행시비와 비교하여 28.6~39.4% 절감할 수 있었으며, 쌀 수량도 시비량이 비교적 적은 토양검정 시비구에서 3~10% 증수하였다. 영농기간동안 토양 침투수중 NO₃-N 농도는 농가관행 시비구 2.9 ㎎/L에 비하여 토양검정 시비구는 1.5 ㎎/L로 감소하였으며, 시범마을 논으로 유입되는 관개수의 COD, NH₄-N, NO₃-N 농도는 각각 15.0, 0.67, 1.39 ㎎/L, 시범마을 논에서 배출된 용수는 각각 12.4, 0.29, 2.42 ㎎g/L로 감소되는 경향이었다. 처리별 수서곤충, 환형동물, 패류 및 감각류 등의 개체수는 농가관행구 100에 대하여 토양검정 시비구 293, 토양검정과 개량제 혼용구 276, 무비구 90으로 토양검정 시비구에서 많았으며 수서 무척추 동물은 관행농업을 수행하고 있는 지역을 100으로 볼 때 친환경농업마을은 242와 443으로 INM과 IPM을 실천하는 시범마을에서 생물종이 다양하고 그 개체수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 친환경농업 시범마을 조성 후 작물 추천시비량 준수와 적기 예찰을 통하여 필요이상 사용되는 비료와 농약을 절감하여 생태계의 개선과 토양이 건전화된 것으로 평가되었다. In order to preserve the soundness of ago-ecosystem and products safety in agriculture, this study was evaluated environmental impact in relation to the INM (Integrated Nutrient Management) and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) at paddy fields at Ok-Chun and Yang-Pyung region. By introduction of INM with the application of BB(bulk-blanded) fertilizer based on soil analysis and EM, the application rate of fertilizer was reduced to about 28.6-39.4% and the yield of brown rice was increased to about 3-10% compared to conventional practices. The concentrations of COD, NH4-N, and NO3-N in irrigation water flowed to the environmental-friendly agriculture practices were 15.0, 0.67, and 1.39 ㎎/L, respectively. The concentrations of COD, NH₄-N, and NO₃-N from paddy fields in drainage water were 12.4, 0.29, and 2.42 ㎎/L, respectively. The total number of the freshwater invertebrates was higher in field treated with fektilhtion by prescription with soil testing. Also, the population density of aquatic insects was higher than the other fields at both demonstration villages. In conclusion, it was possible to reduce the amount of fertilizer and agricultural chemicals application, and increase the yield of rice by application of the environmental-friendly agriculture practices.
