공업계 고등학교 기초전기이론 모의실험을 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

Currently we are facing a rapid developing age of information. Access to a wider than ever possible range of living information has been made possible to the swiftly expanding development of information communication technology. In accordance with this situation, the information-oriented education is gradually expanding in school. Also educational software has been lively developed to use directly in the class of technical high school. The purpose of this study is to complete and develop a Basic Electrical Virtual Lab System to practice basic electrical experiments. The students can easily understand the basic theories and rules by testing them using the system made by themselves. In this Basic Electrical Virtual Lab System it was able to complete the topics for the determination of the resistor value, resistor's connection, Kirchhoff's law, and to develop condensers connection, Ohm's law newly. The students get the same results just like in real experiments because the program is developed to simulate the real experiments. The virtual experiment site can be accessed easily by internet and an experiment is performed based on individual basis without restriction of location and time. This program can be used as fully the real experiment substitution or supplementary educational materials. In both case, it provides many benefits in education.

The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions related to learning contents of education model developing of verbally gifted students. The results of this study were as follow. First, Figurative language and thought are core of the verbal creativity, because it's basically strategy of our human cognitive systems and conceptualization. Second, verbally gifted students was used of figurative language who had a relative value of creativity. Therefor, figurative language and thought are very important factors to provide creative ideas for developing verbal talents. Figurative language is ability of thought process in order to understanding and construction about the concept of universe and we have never been met.
Bacillus subtilis DC - 2를 이용한 청국장 발효과정 중 맛성분 및 기호도의 변화

본 연구는 색소 생성균 Bacillus subtilis DC-2로 청국장을 제조하여 그 품질을 분석하고, 관능검사를 통하여 시판되는 청국장의 품질과 비교함으로서 이 균을 이용하여 고품질의 청국장을 생산하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 수행되었다. 휘발성 유기산은 acetic acid의 함량이 높았다. 비휘발성 유기산 함량은 lactic acid가 가장 많았고 그 다음으로 oxalic acid와 citric acid였으며 tartaric acid는 검출되지 않았다. 유리당은 raffinose의 함량이 가장 높았고 발효 72~96 시간사이에 급격히 감소하였으며, 나머지 유리당은발효초기에 급격히 소비되어 감소되었다. 유리아미노산은 증자대두에 비해 발효 48시간째에 약 20배 가량 증가하였다. 고미성분은 leucine이 가장 많이 함유되어 있었다. 관능검사를 통해 시판 청국장과의 기호도를 비교한 결과, Bacillus subtilis DC-2균주로 제조한 청국장의 실제 제품화가 가능하였다. This study was conducted to produce the high quality of chunggugjang. The taste compounds of chunggugjang produced with Bacillus subtilis DC-2, pigment producing bacterium, were analysed, and palatability of chunggugjang was compared to that of commercial chunggugjang. Among the volatile organic acids, the content of acetic acid was contained more than any other volatile organic acid. The major nonvolatile organic acid was lactic acid, followed by oxalic acid and citric acid. Tartaric acid was not detected. In case of free sugars, raffinose was sharply decreased between 72 and 96 hours after fermentation. Free amino acid was increased to 20 folds at 48 hours after fermentation compared to that of steamed soybean. As a result of sensory test, it was founded that the chunggugjang fermented by Bacillus subtilis DC-2 was suitable to produce for commercial purpose.
저용량 Clarithromycin 3 제요법과 Tinidazole 을 포함하는 3 제요법의 Helicobacter pylori 제균 효과

Background/Aims: Proton pump inhibitor-based triple therapies are recommended as the first-line treatment for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication. However, the effect of lowering clarithromycin dose and the efficacy of nitroimidazole-containing regimen in metronidazole-resistance prevalent area are uncertain. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of low-dose clarithromycin triple therapy and tinidazole-containing triple therapy. Methods: This was a randomized multicenter prospective study. A total of 352 patients with duodenal ulcer or non-ulcer dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the administered regimen: OAC250 group (omeprazole 20 mg, amoxicillin 1,000 mg, clarithromycin 250 mg), OAC500 group (omeprazole 20 mg, amoxicillin 1,000 mg, clarithromycin 500 mg), and OTC group (omeprazole 20 mg, tinidazole 500 mg, clarithromycin 500 mg). The 3 groups received each regimen twice daily for 7 days. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed before and 4 weeks after treatment. H. pylori status was determined by the rapid urease test and the 13C urea breath test. Results: The eradication rates in the OAC2SO, OAC500 and OTC group were 76.2%, 65.7% and 64.8% by intention-to-treat analysis (p=0.149) and 92.8%, 87.2% and 84.1% by per-protocol analysis, respectively (p=0.088). Ulcer-healing rates were not significantly different among the three groups and all regimens were well-tolerated. Conclusions: Low-dose clarithromycin triple therapy and tinidazole-containing triple therapy were both effective and safe regimens for H. pylori eradication. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2001;37:336- 344)
