        This study was designed to find out the relationship between isokinetic muscle functions and aerobic capacity in elite boxers. Twelve boxers participated for this study as subjects (mean height=173.2±7.15 cm, mean weight=73.8±12.22 ㎏). Isokinetic strength and endurance of knee extention and flexion muscles were measured for isokinetic muscle function variables, also VO_2max and anaerobic threshold were measured as variables related to aerobic capacity. Statistical method to analyze data was correlation analysis using Pearson's r. Results in this study could be summarized as followings : 1. VO_2max and anaerobic threshold were 4.7 1.min^4(64.9 ml.㎏^4.min^4) and 3.7 1.min^4(51.4 ml.㎏^4.min^4), respectively. 2. Isokinetic strength of left and right knee extention muscles were 246.7 Nm(3.4 Nm.㎏^4) and 245.1 Nm(3.4 Nm.㎏^4), also in case of knee flexion muscle 152 Nm(2.1 Nm.kg^4) and 149.9 Nm(2.1 Nm.㎏^4). 3. Isokinetic endurances of left and right knee extention muscles were 2970.1 J(40.9 J.㎏^4) and 2935.0 J(40.4 J.㎏^4), also in case of knee flexion muscle 1861.5 J(25.9 J.㎏^4) 및 1894.7 J(26.2 J.㎏^4). 4. Absolute isokinetic strength values of knee extention and flexion muscles had no significant relationships with absolute VO_2max and anaerobic threshold values. 5. Absolute isokinetic endurance values of knee extension and flexion muscles had significant relationships with absolute VO_2max and anaerobic threshold values. 6. Relative Isokinetic strength and endurance values of knee extension and flexion muscles had no significant relationship with relative VO_2max and anaerobic threshold values. In Conclusion it was possible to suggest from the findings that evaluation of musle functions and aerobic capacity be done on the basis of relative values to increase the validity.

        색시톡신에 의한 마비독성 패류 중독 2예

        Paralytic shellfish poisoning results from consumption of mollusks that have fed on dinoflagellates capable of producing neurotoxins such as saxitoxin. The saxitoxin is concentrated in the shellfish and acts by decreasing sodium-channel permeability, thereby blocking neuronal transmission in skeletal muscles. Symptoms including paresthesia, perioral numbness, perioral tingling, nausea, vomiting, extremity numbness, extremity tingling, dizziness, ataxia, dysphagia, and weakness have been reported. In serious cases, respiratory hold may occur up to 6∼24 hours after ingestion. Generally, the treatment for paralytic shellfish poisoning is supportive care, but mechanical ventilation is needed in serious cases acompanied by respiratory hold. We experienced two cases of paralytic shellfish poisoning. Respiratory hold was presented in one case and only mild paresthesia in the other case. After supportive management, including mechanical ventilation in former case, both patients were discharged without sequalae.

      • 활성탄에 의한 Polysilane의 분자량 조절

        SiC-fiber의 전구체로 쓰이는 polymethylsilane(PMS), polydimethylsilane(PDMS),polyemthylphenylsilane(PMPS)은 Na촉매 하에 dichloro-organosilanes의 탈 염소화 반응으로 합성된다. 유기용매에 잘 녹는 PMPS를 이용하여 온도, 시간, 첨가제의 농도에 따른 수율과 평균분자량을 조사하였으며,고온에서의 잔류량을 확인하였다. PMPS의 합성시간이 증가할수록 수율과 분산도가 증가하였고 평균분자량이 감소하였다. 활성탄을 첨가하여 합성 시 PMPS은 높은 평균 분자량을 가졌다. Na/C=0.05 첨가 시까지 평균 분자량이 높아졌고, 고분자 분산도는 균일했다. Na/C=0.1 첨가 시 분자량과 분산도가 크게 증가했다. PMPS의 고온 잔류량은 활성탄의 첨가량을 많이 하고, 첨가 후 반응 시간을 늘려줄수록 증가하였다. 반응 시 첨가되는 활성탄의 양과 합성시간을 조절함으로 PMPS의 평균 분자량을 조절할 수 있었다. Polymethylsilane(PMS), polydimethylsilane(PDMS),polyemthylphenylsilane(PMPS), which were used as a precursor of SiC-fiber, were synthesized by dehalocoupling were dichloro-organosilanes using Na as a reductant. By using the PMPS which is easily melted at organic solvent, investigated how yield, average molecular weight and remaining quantity in high temperature be influenced by temperature, time and concentration of additive. When reaction time of PMPS became longer, yield and polydispersity were increased and average molecular weight was decreased. synthesis of PMPS with active carborn as an additive showed high average molecular weight was high while polydispersity was regular. In case of Na/C=0.1, average molecular weight and polydispersity was remarkably increased. Residual quantity in high temperature of PMPS was increased in lots of active carborn and long reaction time. Average molecular weight of PMPS can be controlled by reaction time and amount of active carborn added in polymerization.

        公有林 經營合理化에 關한 硏究 : 太白市 公有林을 中心으로 A Model Analysis of Taebaek City Area

        본 연구는 江原道 道有林과 太白市 市有林의 經營實態와 문제점을 파악하고 그에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하는데 있으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 江原道 道有林은 25,896ha, 太白市 公有林은 550ha였으며, 太白市 公有林 중 道有林은 470ha, 太白市 私有林은 80ha로서 그의 관리는 太白市에서 담당하고 있다. 2. 太白市 公有林 550ha를 현지 조사한 결과 창죽동 산 1-2번지의 443ha를 제외하고 나머지 107ha는 32개 지역으로 小規模로 分散되어 있었다. 3. 창죽동 산 1-2번지에 소재하고 있는 산림의 경우 석탄공사에서 대부를 받아 석탄을 채취하고 있으며, 나머지 公有林은 小規模로 分散되어 있어 山林經營 生産基盤이 취약하고 經營管理 상태는 매우 열악한 것으로 나타났다. 이와같은 점을 고려해 볼 때 太白市 公有林의 合理的인 經營을 위해서는, 첫째, 小規模로 分散되어 있는 公有林을 團地化 할 필요가 있고, 둘째, 體系的인 經營 計劃을 수립하여 지속적인 木材生産이 가능하도록 유도하여야 하며, 세째, 自然休養林 造成을 고려한 合理的 山地利用 體系를 강구하여야 할 것이다. The situation and the problems of the management of public forest owend by Kangweon provincial and Taebaek municipal governments were investigated throughout literature and field survey. The results were as follows; 1. Kangweon provincial forest is 25,896ha and Taebaek municipal forest is 550ha, which consists of Kangweon provincial forest, 470ha and municipal forest, 80ha. Taebaek city is responsible for the management of the province-owned forest in its administrative district in addition to its own forest. 2. Except San 1-2Changjookdong(443ha) which is leased by Dai Han Coal. Cooperation for mining coal, the remaining forest(107ha) consists of 32 scattered, small-area forest lands. 3. Due to small area and dispersal of municipal forest, the management base for forest production is not sound and the management at present is nearly absent. Based on these actual conditions, the following suggestions are provided for the rationalization for the municipal forest management. First, scattered, small-scale forests should be gathered to prepare a management complex. Second, the sustaining production of timber should be attained through the estblishment of systematic management plan. Third, the reasonable system for forest land utilization shoule be established in consideration of the recreational use of public forest.

      • 農民所得增大를 위한 고구마의 栽培와 利用에 관한 硏究

        New varieties of sweet potato Sinmi and Hwangmi were cultivated in the reclaimed hilly area of four kinds of soil series in Jeonbug province and their growth conditions such as cutting time, row spacing, application of fertilizers and plant growth regulators and covering effect were investigated. Besides these studies on cultivation of sweet potatoes, experiments on the change of chemical components of sweet potato tubers, adaptibility for storage and drying of sliced sweet potato tubers were carried out. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The early cutting of May 20, alley of 90 X 20cm, application of potassium(28kg/10a)and covering produced the high yield of sweet potatoes. The apllication of OED green did not increase the yield of sweet potatoes, 2. The yield of Hwangmi was higher than that of Sinmi. These two varieties of sweet potatoes grew well in all the test soil series except Bansan. By early cutting of May 20, the highest yield of Hwangmi was obtained in Songjung series soil and the highest yield of Sinmi was in Yesan. 3. Starch content was higher in Sinmi than in Hwangmi while yield of starch per unit area was high in Hwangmi because of its high yield of sweet potato tubers. Both Hwangmi and Sinmi showed very high water content of more than 70 per cent. The highest yield of total solid matter from Sinmi was on September 15 and that from Hwangmi on September 30. Sinmi and Hwangmi harvested on September 30 showed the highest starch content. 4. Variation in water content, starch, soluble sugar, protein and fat content during storage was minimum in the sweet potatoes stored in the temperature controlled storage chamber and was maximum in those stored in the cave under ground. As a result, percent of grade A sweet potatoes remaining was highest in the temperature controlled storage chamber and lowest in the cave under ground. 5. Hwangmi was more susceptible to Rhizopus nigricans than Sinmmi, especially under the humid condition. 6. Shape and thickness of slice did not affect the yield of dried sweet potatoes but affected the time needed for drying. Depending on the thickness and the shape of slice, variations of 36 hours and 12 hours in drying time were observed respectively. Drying table was most effective in drying of sweet potatoes and drying rack was also effective and required 2 days less time than mat. Dipping in water did not show any effect on drying time but improved the color of dried sweet potatoes.

        金銀花 및 魚腥草가 人體 癌細胞柱에 미치는 影響

        국내 사망률 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있는 惡性腫瘍에 대하여 국내외적으로 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지도 腫瘍을 치료하기 위하여 手術治療·放射線治療·免疫治療·化學治療등의 많은 치료법을 개발하고, 또한 실험실 및 임상에서 많은 연구보고가 이루어지고 있지만 腫瘍의 치료원칙 및 치료약물에 대해서 미흡한 것이 국내의 현실이다. 일반적으로 抗癌劑를 이용한 化學治療등이 사용되고 있지만 이에 따른 副作用이 많아 본 연구자들은 抗癌劑와 韓藥材를 倂用投與하여 副作用을 최소화하고, 이에 따라 韓藥材가 正常細胞에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 , 癌腫細胞에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 관찰한 결과 有意性이 있어 보고하게 되었다. 淸熱作用이 金銀花와 魚腥草를 인체의 皮膚癌細胞인 A431 細胞, 子宮癌細胞인 HeLa 細胞, 急性白血病細胞인 MOLT-4 細胞, 慢性骨髓性白血病細胞인 K562 細胞에 대한 細胞毒性과 抗癌劑인 mitomycin C와 倂用처리결과를 MTT assay를 통하여 관찰하였다. 또한 正常細胞에 대한 細胞毒性을 검색하기 위하여 마우스 섬유아세포(Balb/c3T3), 마우스 胸線 및 腥臟細胞, human lymphocyte에 미치는 細胞毒性을 검토하였다. 魚腥草는 慢性骨髓性白血病細胞柱에 직접적인 細胞毒性을 나타냈고, mitomycin C와 倂用 處理時 細胞毒性을 증가시켰으며, 마우스 섬유아細胞인 Balb/c 3T3 細胞의 增殖을 억제시켰다. 또한 金銀花는 마우스 胸線細胞의 增殖을 촉진시켰고, human lymphocyte의 增殖을 촉진시켰으며, 金銀花 및 魚腥草 모두는 마우스 腥臟細胞의 增殖을 촉진시켰다. The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of water extract of Flos Lonicerae and Herba Houttuyniae on the proliferation of human cancer cell-lines. The effects of Flos Lonicerae and Herba Houttyniae on the proliferation of A431, HeLa, MOLT-4, K562 cells, Balb/c 3T3 cells, mouse thymocytes, splenocytes and human lymphocytes were estimated by MTT colorimetric assay. 1. Flos Lonicerae and Herba Houttuyniae inhibited the proliferation of K562 cells. 2. The cytotoxicity of mitomycin C on K562 cells was decreased by the combination of Herba Houttuyniae. 3. Herba Houttuyniae inhibited the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells. 4. Flos Lonicerae stimulated the proliferation of thymocytes. 5. Flos Lonicerae and Herba Houttuyniae stimulated the proliferation of splenocytes. 6. Flos Lonicerae stimulated the proliferation of human lymphocytes.

      • 채널 식각형 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터에서 배면에 수소 이온 도핑효과

        We have studied the effect of the hydrogen ion doping on the free surface of back channel etched a Si:H TFTs. The hydrogen ion doping on the back channel etched TFT reduces the off-state photo leakage current by one order of magnitude. The reduction of the photo-leakage current is due to the creation of defect states at the free surface by hydrogen ion doping. After hydrogen ion doping on the free surface, the field effect mobility change little, but the threshold voltage increases, which is due to the state creation in a-Si:H by ionized H ions. Furthermore, the off-state leakage current under frontlight illumination can be reduced by 2 orders magnitude by hydrogen ion doping on the back channel of a Si:H TFT.

      • 알킬 키틴 섬유질의 특성에 관한 연구

        고탈아세틸화 키토산의 제조에서 중간 생성물의 증류수 세척에 의해서 알칼리 처리시킴으로서 효과적인 탈아세틸화 키토산의 제조가 가능하였고, CM-Chitin은 수용액 상태에서 독특한 고분자 전해질 거동을 나타내며, 점도곡선은 높은 NaCl 농도에서 CM-Chitin 농도에 비례함을 보였다. 그리고, 반응시간에 따른 Chitin의 탈아세틸화는 반응시간에 비례함을 알 수 있었다. Chitin derivatives are difficult to prepare due to the limited alkali-swelling properties of chitin. This communication reports the preparation of a carboxymethylchitin whose properties are sufficiently defined and reproducible to allow the polymer to be used as a potential lysozyme substrate. The carboxymethylchitin whose properties by a new procedure which is more rapid than earlier methods. In the present study, CM-chitin was prepared successfully by simple procedures involving freezing and the addition of a detergent such as sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS). The solution properties of the water soluble chitin derivatives were studied first. Infrared absorption spectroscopy was employed to investigate the initial alkylation sites on the n-acetylglucosamine residue in chitin molecules.

      • 테니스 동호인의 경제적 애국심에 따른 라켓브랜드 이미지 분석

        The goals or this study are to examine tennis club members' preference or the domestic or foreign brand according to economic patriotism, to figure out attributes of brand image which is greatly considered on consumers' evaluation of tennis equipments, to offer the basic practical data to consumers on the basis of the attributes and to help the domestic tennis racket companies to have competitiveness and to perform marketing strategy. For these, population was male and female tennis club members in Suwon and Anyang and the convenience sampling of Non-Probability sampling was used, 261 copies of data were analyzed, In the study, questionnaires were used and reliability was .8197 - .9200. And to analyze the data, chi-square test and one-way ANOVA Analysis were used. Through these research procedure and methods, the following results were obtained Firstly, tennis club members' preference of domestic or foreign racket was analyzed according to demographic factors and in general, the foreign racket was preferred to any other domestic rackets. No significant difference was shown between genders but there was statistically a significant difference at .05 level in their age and also at .o1 in their academic achievement, occupation and career. Secondly, their economic patriotism and difference between brand images were analyzed, The result showed that there was statistically no significant difference at .05 level between brand image and economic patriotism. Thirdly, it was analyzed whether they had economic patriotism and brand image according to rackets which they used, There was not statistically significant difference at .05 level. in brand image while there was statistically significant difference at .01 level in theft economic patriotism.
