Corporate cultures between socialist economic system and market economic system proved to be very inharmonious, causing many problems in business cooperation in German companies. This paper examines an account of the adaptation problems from the business cooperation aspect, which South - North Korean companies in the future could be confronted with. This paper conclude by giving an indication of the magnitude of the problems to be solved in the cooperation process between South - North Korean companies.

Transforming a former socialist economic system to a social market economic system proved to be a tougher and more difficult task than could be foreseen, especially for management in East Germany. This paper examines an account of the problems from the marketing aspect, which the East-German companies are confronted with. It is necessary to change from a distribution mentality on a seller's market to a marketing mentality on a buyer's market and to learn market economy know-how and commercial skills. This paper concludes by giving an indication of the magnitude of the problems to be solved in the unification process to the comming cooperation between South - and North - Korean companies.
코드그룹화와 그룹단위 역상관을 이용한 W-CDMA 하향링크에서의 다중사용자 간섭억압기법

본 논문에서는 다중전송속도를 갖는 DS-CDMA (direct sequence code division multiple access) 하향링크에서 코드의 그룹화와 그룹단위의 역상관을 이용하는 새로운 다중사용자 간섭 억압기법을 제시한다. 다중전송속도를 지원하기 위해 사용되는 OVSF (orthogonal variable spreading factor) 코드에서 모코드와 자코드 간의 상관관계를 이용하여 코드그룹화가 수행된다. 그룹단위의 역상관을 이용하여 제안된 수신기는 기존에 제안된 다른 수신기들보다 비교적 적은 연산복잡도를 가지며, 간섭을 일으키는 다른 사용자에 대한 정보(코드, 데이터, 진폭 등)가 요구되지 않는다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 수신기는 다중경로 채널 환경에서 기존의 간섭제거방식의 수신기보다 월등한 성능향상을 제공함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we presented a new interference suppression method based on code grouping and groupwise decorrelation for multirate DS-CDMA downlink. The code grouping is accomplished according to the correlation property between the mother code and the child codes in OVSF code tree. Using groupwise decorrelation, the proposed receiver has relatively low computational complexity and does not require any information about interference users, such as code, data, and amplitude. From the simulation results in multipath channels, the proposed receiver is to provide significant performance enhancement.
