Purpose: We aimed to examine a change and relevant predictors in intermediate-risk prostate cancer which have a wide range of treatment options from active surveillance to radical prostatectomy (RP). Materials and Methods: Of 1,159 patients who underwent RP in multi-institution between January 2009 and December 2012, 390 patients who were classified as intermediate-risk prostate cancer group by preoperative evaluation according to NCCN guideline were enrolled in this retrospective study. The rates of Gleason score upgrading, upstaging and migrating to high-risk prostate cancer group at final pathology and there risk factors were assessed. Results: The mean age of enrolled patients were 67.33±6.17 years with mean PSA level of 9.34±4.34 ng/ml. The number of patients with worsening upgrading, worsening upstaging and worsening prognosis were 42 (10.77%), 83 (21.28%) and 108 (27.7%), respectively. In analysis compared between upgrading group and non-upgrading group, there was no difference in patient’s features. However, in analysis on upstaging and worsening prognosis, serum PSA (p=0.029, p=0.042) and %positive biopsy core (p=0.010, p=0.013) showed significant difference. In univariable analysis, serum PSA (p=0.030, p=0.042) and %positive biopsy core (p=0.004, p=0.014) were predictive of upstaging and worsening prognosis, also, in multivariable analysis, serum PSA (p=0.016) and %positive biopsy core (p=0.042) were statistically relevant factors of worsening upstaging. Conclusions: In this study, 27.7% of patients with preoperative intermediate-risk prostate cancer were re-stratified into high-risk prostate cancer group after RP. Serum PSA and %positive biopsy core were the predictive factors for migrating to high risk group.

Side channel analysis is a very efficient attack against small devices like smart card, RFID tag, and wireless sensor mote. But, in case of sensor mote with more complex architecture than smart card, the temporal misalignment of side channel signals makes the uncovering of secret key more difficult. In this paper, we propose the peak value selection method to reveal the secret key and analyze the test result. The experimental results show that the peak selection method can uncover the secret key with a small number of side channel signals.

WPAN은 데이터 속도 영역, 가입자 규모, 지원되는 이동성 레벨 등의 여러 가지 요구 사항에 따라 다양한 형태로 발전되어 왔다. 또한 여러 종류의 네트워크 인터페이스를 가진 휴대 장치가 일반화되고 있다. 이러한 다중 모드 장치가 여러 종류의 WPAN 장치들과 어느 곳 어느 때든지 통신하기 위해서는 이종 무선 네트워크를 위한 프레임워크가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이종 WPAN을 통합 할 수 있는 통합 프레임워크를 제안한다. 그리고 프레임워크의 요구사항 및 상세 설계에 대해 설명하고, 에뮬레이션 테스트 결과를 제시하였다. WPANs (Wireless personal area networks) have developed as various forms according to requirements such as data rate, coverage, subscriber volume, and supported mobile velocity. And mobile device with multiple network interfaces is very common. To make these multi-mode devices communicate with any WPAN device at anytime, anywhere, the framework for heterogeneous wireless networks is essential. Therefore, we propose the integration framework to converge heterogeneous WPANs. In this paper, we explain the requirements and detailed design of our framework, and then present the emulation test results.

Electrical equipment in factories, buildings, etc. with the development of the industry has become a large capacity. By the development, electric load also become diversified and there is also highly functional requirements being electrical equipment. Particularly in the small and medium-sized circuit breakers, tend to preferentially consider the economy stands out and improvements in safety, ease of mounting and connection through the modularity of the basic dimensions compact and cost to block expansion of the scope of the development of capacity, etc. The product having a competitive has been strongly required. In order to implement the circuit breakers of breaking capacity and compact at the same time taking into account the economic development of this technology applied to the current-limiting mechanism is essential budget or the current limiting mechanism is currently available mechanisms applicable to small and medium-sized frame (frame) can not do it. In this paper, at the same time satisfying the economic efficiency, by minimizing the load force of the moving contactor (moving contactor) to be applied to small and medium frame other hand to secure the economical efficiency without using high speed contact parting acceleration of the moving contactor conventional current-limiting mechanism, and to develop a current-limiting mechanism that can be satisfied with the same or higher performance to meet the needs of the market.

As the paradigm of communications changes from technology-centered service provision to human-centric services, the future wireless communication systems is expected to be able to provide user-centric customized and optimized services. In order to cope with such paradigm shift in communications, various research activities on next generation mobile communication systems are being carried by a number of international organization and research centers to take initiative in future ubiquitous wireless communication environment. In this paper we propose a generic research and development framework consisting of four different research and development phases, a vision and strategy establishment phase, a service development phase, a service reference model creation phase and future service foresight phase. In particular, we give prospect of future ubiquitous wireless communication services covering different service areas of future life style based on our research frameworks.
