<디자인과 마케팅>융합을 통한 출판사 협동조합 'POOM' 개발 -그래픽 디자인, 제품 디자인, 공간 디자인을 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국인의 독서 장려와 보다 효율적인 독서문화 전하를 위해 출판협동조합 브랜드 'POOM'을 개발하는 일련의 과정들을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2016년 3-6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <브랜드스페이스마케팅> 수업에서 진행도니 수업의 결과물로써 4개 팀 중 1개 팀의 작업물을 정리한 것이다. 연구 범위는 4개의 주제 중 물의 'product'로 한정하였다. 연구 결과, '늘 내 품에 지닐 수 있는 책' 이라는 상징 개념으로 '품(POOM)'이라고 브랜드 네이밍하였다. 그래픽 디자인은 심플함과 속도감을 나타내는 레드 컬러로 얇은 책을 형상화한 형태를 로고에 적용, 제품 디장니은 휴대하기 편한 패키지디자인 개발, 공간디자인은 지하철 2,3,9호선으로 선정하고 각 호선의 특성을 기반으로 브랜드 컬러로 하여, 각 호선에 맞는 공간과 경유하는 지역의 특성을 통합적으로 브랜딩 하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 출판협동조합의 아이덴티티를 개발함에 있어서 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 좀 더 체계화된 GI, PI, SI의 통합 브랜드 메뉴얼을 만드는 것에 의의가 있으며, 향후 협동조합의 통합 브랜드 디자인 개발에 있어서 그 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
Licorice Extract Does Not Impair the Male Reproductive Function of Rats

<P>The effect of water extract of licorice (<I>Glycyrrhiza uralensis</I>), one of the most widely used medicinal plants in Oriental nations and in Europe, on male reproductive function was investigated in rats. Licorice extract was prepared as in Oriental clinics and orally administered at doses of 500, 1,000 or 2,000 mg/kg, the upper-limit dose (2,000 mg/kg) recommended in the Toxicity Test guideline of the Korea Food and Drug Administration, to 6-week-old male rats for 9 weeks. Licorice extract neither induced clinical signs, nor affected the daily feed consumption and body weight gain. There were no significant changes in testicular weights, gross and microscopic findings, and daily sperm production between vehicle- and licorice-treated animals, in spite of slight decreases in prostate weight and daily sperm production at the high dose (2,000 mg/kg). In addition, licorice did not affect the motility and morphology of sperm, although the serum testosterone level tended to decrease without significant difference, showing a 28.6% reduction in the high-dose (2,000 mg/kg) group. The results suggest that the no observed adverse-effect level of licorice extract is higher than 2,000 mg/kg, the upper-limit dose, and that long-term exposure to licorice might not cause profound adverse effects.</P>

<P>Fluorescent Au nanocrystals (AuNCs)–silica hybrid nanocomposite (FLASH) was synthesized by co-condensation of surface-modified AuNCs. Present FLASH nanocomposite exhibited four times the enhanced photoluminescence and photocatalytic activity compared to single nanocrystals. On the basis of these enhanced optical features, we successfully demonstrated in vitro fluorescence bioimaging of introduced FLASH to human cervical cancer cell line (HeLa). Beyond the confirmation of photocatalytic activity from the photodegradation of methylene blue as a model compound, the regional selective photodynamic therapy of HeLa cells under UV irradiation was also presented. 신뢰성있는 시험데이타 선택을 위한 경로도메인 기반 신뢰도 제시

프로그램시험(program testing)의 신뢰성있는 수행을 위해 현재까지 데이타부분시험(data part testing) [1-11] 분야에서 다양한 시험데이타선택방법(test data selection strategy)들이 제안되었다. 하지만 이들에 의해 추출한 시험데이타가 오류를 검출하는데 있어서 얼마나 신뢰성 있는지는 의문일 뿐만 아니라 구체적인 시험수행방법을 제시하지 못한채 이론에만 그치고 있다. 이는 오류의 유형 및 그 오류가 프로그램에 미치는 특성을 제대로 분석하지 않았기 때문에 발생한다. 본 논문의 목적은 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 우선적으로 오류를 경로도메인 관점에서 재정의하고, 선택한 데이타의 오류검출확률 즉, 신뢰도를 수식적으로 제시함으로써, 신뢰성있는 시험데이타선택방법을 제시하기 위한 이론적 바탕을 제공하는 데에 있다. For the purpose of reliable program testing in the area of software engineering, there have been recently a variety of test data selection strategies in the field of data part testing. Not only, however, it is doubtful how reliably the test data derived from the above methods is able to detect program faults, but also in many cases they are only theoretical and the concrete testing methodology is not suggested. It is because they do not analyze the types of faults and the characteristics of their effects on program well. The object of this paper is to give the theoretical foundation for abtaing the more reliable domain-based test data selection strategy through redefining faults in the respect of path-domain, classifying them into three types and then deriving the fault detecting probability or reliability of a test data in mathematical manner.

Objective : Transsphenoidal approach(TSA) has been used as useful operative method for pituitary tumor but is still controversal in case of cavernous sinus invasion or severe suprasellar extension. This study was performed to evaluate the surgical result, recurrence, effect of adjuvant treatment, especially in cases of suprasellar extension or cavernous sinus invasion. Material and Methods : We studied 56 cases of surgically treated pituitary adenoma that we were able to follow up, treated by TSA from 1993 to 1998. There were 24 cases of suprasellar extension and 11 cases of cavernous sinus invasion. The medical records and radiological findings were reviewed. Surgical results including hormonal function and recurrence rates were analyzed according to extent of tumor invasion. Mean follow-up period was 19.1 months. Results : Tumors with suprasellar extension were removed totally in 54%, whereas total tumor removal was possible only in 38% with cavernous sinus invasion. Overall of recurrence rate was 14% and recurrence rate was 25% in suprasellar extension and 9% in cavernous sinus invasion. In cases of both suprasellar extension and cavernous sinus invasion, tumors that were treated by TSA and radiation showed recurrence rate of 7%, whereas those treated by surgery alone showed 28% of recurrence. Conclusion : Transsphenoidal approach is safe and useful operative method for pituitary adenoma and adjuvant therapy including radiation therapy is effective means to decrease the recurrence in cases of suprasellar extension or cavernous sinus invasion.

Objective : The purpose of the present study was to examine neurologic changes, fusion rate and degree of kyphosis from the surgical results of those patients who underwent multi-level anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation. Methods : Among 63 cases of the patients who received multi-level anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation in 5 years between 1995 to 1999 at the neurosurgery department, we performed a retrospective study in 52 cases that could be followed up with dynamic view imaging ; the results were compared and analyzed. The analysis was based on the results of history taking, physical findings and radiologic findings, and Odom criteria were used to classify those cases with neurologic changes. Results : Among those 52 cases in whom the follow-up was possible for at least a year and dynamic view imaging was possible, bone fusion was seen in 93% of the trauma cases and 95% in the non-trauma cases and overall bone fusion was observed in 94% of the cases. Bone fusion was seen in 93% of the autobone cases, 95% of the allobone cases, and 94% of the Mesh cases. Radiologic changes were observed by comparing the lateral view after surgery ; kyphosis was seen in 53% of the autobone cases, in 70% of the allobone cases, and in 35% of Mesh cases ; in 45% and 60% of the non-trauma cases and trauma cases, respectively ; and in 55% of the 2 level fusion cases and 46% of the 3 level fusion cases. Neurologic changes classified according to Odom criteria showed excellent result in 48% of all the cases, good in 23%, fair in 4%, and poor in 25%. Conclusion : Even those cases with multi-level fusion, a high fusion rate could be obtained by performing anterior interbody fusion and internal fixation ; those cases with kyphosis were related more with the presence or absence of posterior compartment injury rather than the fusion level ; and those trauma cases showed not much difference in the fusion rate compared with non-trauma cases but had a high possibility of kyphosis.

The purpose of this study is to show series of process to develop publisher cooperation brand `POOM` in order to encourage Korean people to read books and spread out reading culture. This study is one of the finals out of 4 projects. This project was held about 15 weeks during March to June on 2016 in < Brand Space Marketing > Study Course featured from Environmental design major in SookMyung Women`s University. The topic of study is limited to 物`, which means `Product` from four other topics (物, 事, 人, 場). As a result, the brand name `POOM` has been chosen with a symbolic meaning of `a book that can be cherished every day.` The main concept of graphic design is red color to create simple and fast pace mood. and this has been applied in logo, imagery of a thin book cover. product design is done with portable package design, and in space design, subway line 2,3,and 9has been selected and re-branded with different colors to show each line`s identity and also relationship between other lines. In conclusion, the study isa collaboration of design and marketing to develop more systematically combined manual of G·I, P·I, S·I , also expected to be a data for corporative combined brand design in the future.
