      • 사회복지시설 평가지표와 슈퍼비전 고찰

        본 연구에서는 보건복지부, 서울시, 경기도의 사회복지시설평가제도와 평가지표를 검토하면서, 사회복지슈퍼비전이 사회복지시설평가지표에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 조사하는 것이다. 또한 사회복지시설평가 과정에서 슈퍼비전 체계가 작동되고 있는지를 검토하였다. 보건복지부 평가지표 중 슈퍼비전에 대한 내용을 분석하기 위해서 2021년 사회복지관 평가지표, 2020년 노숙인생활시설 평가지표 세부내용을 살펴보았고, 서울시 사회복지시설평가 지표에서는 2021년 사회복지관 평가지표를 분석하였으며, 2021년 경기도 장애인복지관 평가지표를 분석하였다. 사회복지시설 평가과정에서의 슈퍼비전을 검토하기 위해 보건복지부 서비스품질컨설팅 제도, 서울형 사회복지시설 평가 사후컨설팅, 경기도 사회복지시설평가 사후관리사업을 제시하였다. 결론에서는 사회복지시설평가에서 슈퍼비전이라는 용어를 혼용하지 말고, 개념 정의해야 하며, 사례관리에 집중된 슈퍼비전 평가지표의 세부내용을 정성평가 요소 전체에서 중요하고 구체적으로 다룰 것을 제안하였다. 사회복지시설평가제도 도입 이후 평가내용에 기반하여 실시하고 있는 서비스품질 컨설팅, 사후컨설팅 등의 사업에서도 컨설팅으로 한정하지 않고, 슈퍼비전을 포함하여 보다 확대된 환류 평가체계를 가질 것을 제안하였다. This research examined how social welfare supervision was being used in Social Welfare Facility Evaluation Index reviewing the social welfare facility evaluation system and evaluation index of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Seoul, and Gyeonggi-do. This study also assessed whether the social welfare supervision system was working during the social welfare facility evaluation process. In order to analyze the contents in terms of supervision in the index of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s evaluation, this research explored the details of the 2021 Social Welfare Facility Evaluation Index in Soul and the 2020 Homeless Living Facilities Assessment Index, and, 2021 Social Welfare Facility Assessment Index in Seoul, 2021 Evaluation Index of Welfare Centers for the disabled people in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the research, to assess the supervision in the process of Social Welfare Facility Evaluation, this research suggested to examine the service quality consulting system of Ministry of Health and Welfare, post-consulting of Seoul-type Social Welfare Facilities Evaluation, and post-management project for Social Welfare Facility Evaluation in Gyeonggi-do. In conclusion, it is proposed that the concept of supervision should be defined in the Social Welfare Facilities Evaluation Index, and the details of the supervision evaluation indicators focused on case management should be addressed significantly and explicitly throughout the qualitative evaluation. In addition, it is recommended to develop the expanded feedback evaluation system including supervision rather than only providing the service quality consulting and post-consulting which were performed on the basis of the evaluation results since the introduction of the Social welfare Facility Evaluation System.

      • Enhanced Electrochemical Stability of Quasi-Solid-State Electrolyte Containing SiO<sub>2</sub> Nanoparticles for Li-O<sub>2</sub> Battery Applications

        <P>A stable electrolyte is required for use in the open-packing environment of a Li-O-2 battery system. Herein, a gelled quasi-solid-state electrolyte containing SiO2 nanoparticles was designed, in order to obtain a solidified electrolyte with a high discharge capacity and long cyclability. We successfully fabricated an organic-inorganic hybrid matrix with a gelled structure, which exhibited high ionic conductivity, thereby enhancing the discharge capacity of the Li-O-2 battery. In particular, the improved electrochemical stability of the gelled cathode led to long-term cyclability. The organic-inorganic hybrid matrix with the gelled structure played a beneficial role in improving the ionic conductivity and long-term cyclability and diminished electrolyte evaporation. The experimental and theoretical findings both suggest that the preferential binding between amorphous SiO2 and polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether (PEGDME) solvent led to the formation of the solidified gelled electrolyte and improved electrochemical stability during cycling, while enhancing the stability of the quasi-solid state Li-O-2 battery.</P>

      • Flexible free-standing air electrode with bimodal pore architecture for long-cycling Li-O<sub>2</sub> batteries

        <P>Li-O-2 batteries have been proposed as next-generation energy-storage devices, but this technology is hindered by serious problems including parasitic reactions, degradation, and leakage of the electrolyte. Li-O-2 batteries are also currently designed to have a rigid bulky structure, which cannot satisfy the flexibility demands of modern electronics. Herein, we report the significant enhancement of the electrochemical performance and flexibility of a Li-O-2 battery by introducing a free-standing, binder-free carbon nanotube cathode with a bimodal pore architecture. This electrode structure imparted stability to active sites during the recovery of discharge products to the initial state, providing long-term cyclability of more than 100 cycles in a tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether electrolyte system. The O-2 transportation and conductivity were also improved, yielding an increased discharge capacity of 5500 mAh g(-1) (nearly twice that of a non-porous cathode) and minimizing parasitic reactions. This novel bimodal-pore cathode exhibited an increased tri-phase boundary for the Li-O-2 reactive zone in the interconnected CNT network. The small pore structures (similar to 50 nm) accommodated Li2O2, and the large pore structures (similar to 385 nm) enabled effective oxygen diffusion without clogging the pores.         아동의 심리 요인과 2차적 정보격차 유형 간의 구조적 관계 분석 : 인터넷 이용 동기, 인터넷 자기 효능감, 정보 추구 욕구를 중심으로

        연구의 목적은 아동의 심리 요인(인터넷 이용 동기, 인터넷 자기 효능감, 정보 추구 욕구)과 2차적 정보 격차(정보 역량, 정보 활용의 질적 유용성, 정보 활용의 양적 다양성) 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 400명의 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 연구모델에 따른 잠재변인 간의 구조 모형을 수립하고, 연구모형의 적합도를 검증하고, 직접효과와 간접효과, 총효과 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하자면, 첫째, 구조방정식 모형의 데이터 적합도 분석결과 모형 적합도는 통계적으로 유의미한 적합도 지수 값을 확인하였다. 둘째, 구조 모형을 분석한 결과 심리 요인은 정보 역량과 정보 활용의 질적 유용성에 각각 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 정보 역량은 정보 활용의 질적 유용성에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 모델의 최종 내생변인인 정보 활용의 양적 다양성에는 정보 활용의 질적 유용성만이 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모델 변인 간 직접·간접효과와 경로 관계를 분석한 결과 심리 요인이 해당 모델에서 핵심변인으로 분석되었다. The study purpose was to identify what factors affect elementary students’psychology(intention to use, self-efficacy, information desire) and typed second digital divide (ICT capacity, usefulness of usage, diversity of usage). A sample of 400 fifth- and sixth-grade students from four urban public schools in a metropolitan area of South Korea participated in the questionnaire conducted in the research. In order to explain casuality amongst the factors, the structural equation modeling technique was employed with the AMOS program. According to the goodness-of-fit test results the model turned out to be good enough to conduct the research. It was identified that psychological factors were significantly related to students’ICT capacity and students' usefulness of usage, and then students’ICT capacity was significantly related to students' usefulness of usage, and again students' usefulness of usage was significantly related to students' diversity of usage. Finally, relevance for major and subjective norm were identified as key variable through their direct and indirect effect on psychological factors.

      • A framework to analyze cerebral mean diffusivity using surface guided diffusion mapping in diffusion tensor imaging

        <P>The mean diffusivity (MD) value has been used to describe microstructural properties in Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) in cortical gray matter (GM). Recently, researchers have applied a cortical surface generated from the T1-weighted volume. When the DTI data are analyzed using the cortical surface, it is important to assign an accurate MD value from the volume space to the vertex of the cortical surface, considering the anatomical correspondence between the DTI and the T1-weighted image. Previous studies usually sampled the MD value using the nearest-neighbor (NN) method or Linear method, even though there are geometric distortions in diffusion-weighted volumes. Here we introduce a Surface Guided Diffusion Mapping (SGDM) method to compensate for such geometric distortions. We compared our SGDM method with results using NN and Linear methods by investigating differences in the sampled MD value. We also projected the tissue classification results of non-diffusion-weighted volumes to the cortical midsurface. The CSF probability values provided by the SGDM method were lower than those produced by the NN and Linear methods. The MD values provided by the NN and Linear methods were significantly greater than those of the SGDM method in regions suffering from geometric distortion. These results indicate that the NN and Linear methods assigned the MD value in the CSF region to the cortical midsurface (GM region). Our results suggest that the SGDM method is an effective way to correct such mapping errors.</P>

      • Catalytic pyrolysis of waste printed circuit boards

        Owing to the increased amount of electrical and electronic equipment, caused by the usage amount increase and further accelerated the exchange period of hardware, such as personal computer, smart phone, display equipment, and so on, the amount of electronic waste (e-waste) had been largely increased in recent decades. Printed circuit board (PCB) is a main component of electrical and electronic equipment and difficult to be recycled due to its harmful effect caused by the high halogen contents. In addition, the multilayer structure of PCB, consisted with additives, polymers, paper, and inorganics, makes it difficult to use the simple pyrolysis product as fuel or chemical feedstocks. Therefore, the catalytic pyrolysis was applied to increase the selectivity toward to the value-added products in this study. For the experiments, the tandem micro reactor-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was used for the simple pyrolysis in the 1<sup>st</sup> furnace and sequential catalytic upgrading of pyrolysis products in the 2<sup>nd</sup> furnace. The product distribution produced at different temperature and by the use of different catalysts was analyzed and discussed to optimize the process operation for the chemical recycling of PCB. The obtained results suggested that the product oil quality can be increased by applying catalytic pyrolysis process increasing the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons with the decrease oxygen contents.

      • 기술 교육에 있어서 학습 장소에 따른 교수 방법의 효율성에 관한 이론적 고찰

        This study is to find the effective ways of achieving learning goals by applying appropriate teaching methods in various learning conditions. The study areas are as follows: 1. surveying various characteristics in accordance to the learning places which affect teaching methods, 2. investigating teaching methods suitable to the industrial education and workplaces, 3. researching the teaching method of the school in detail. This study is adopted literature review and analytic research in order to obtain the object. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The learning place can be divided into the workplace and school because of the characteristic of technology education. We should try to use these places effectively. 2. In the workplace, several teaching methods like as work observation, general work experience program, work-study, cooperative education system, internship are applied to general education and vocational education 3. Teaching methods of school are classified with the specific property of learning contents, the learning purpose, the ability of student and so on.
