        복어중독에 의한 가사 상태에서 소생한 1예

        Tetrodotoxin is a neurotoxin produced by about 90 species of puffer fish and causes paralysis of central nervous system and peripheral nerves by blocking the movement of all monovalent cation. Ingestion of tetrodotoxin produces clinical manifestations such as paresthesias(within 10-45 min), vomiting, lightheadedness, salivation, muscle twitching, dysphagia, difficulty in speaking, convulsion and death that expressed by cardiopulmonary arrest with loss of brain stem reflex sometimes. Tetrodotoxin prevents or delays ischemia induced neuronal death by way of following 3 mechanisms. Firstly, it reduces the energy demand of the brain tissues. Secondly, it delays or even prevents anoxic depolarization. Finally, it deminishes ischemia induced cell swelling and cerebral edema. We report a case of puffer fish poisoning which presented with cardiopulmonary arrest and loss of brain stem reflex, but completely recovered by aggressive cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

      • 器內培養에 의한 Denphalae의 大量增殖

        Denphalae(Dendrobium phalaenopsis)의 대량증식에 관한 실험을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 식물재료의 소독은 sodium Hypochlorite에 먼저 씻은 후 Ethylalcohol 70%에 l0초, Ca(CIO)_2 5%에 5분, 껍질 제거후 1% Ca(ClO)_2에 10분, 그후 미세조정후 치상하는 것이 가장 양호하였다. 2. MS기본배지에 Sucrose 3%, NAA O.5, BA O.5ppm, 사과즙액 10%, 감자즙액 10%, 참가한 pH 5.4의 액체진탕에서 가장 증식이 양호하였고 진탕속도는 30~40rpm/min이 좋았다. 3. 배양환경의 적용범위는 대체로 넓었으며 온도는 24~28℃, 일장은 8~l6시간, 조도는 1,000∼3,000Lux에서 별 차이를 보이지 않았으나 온도는 26℃土1℃, 일장은 l6시간, 조도는 l,500Lux로 조정하여 배양한 결과는 배우 양호 하였다. Effects of Sterilization on the Shoot-tip and medium, Temperature, Vibration and Photolength on the growth of Denphalae were studied using tissue cultural method 1. It is evident that the treatment of 1% calsium hypoclorne for 10 minutes after taking off the outer covers, 5% Ca(C10)_2 for 5 minuter and 70% ethyl alcohol for l0 seconds on the shoot-tip is an useful technique in sterilizaton. 2. The medium with the addition of 3% sucrose, 0.5ppm NAA, 0.5ppm BA, l0% apple juice, and 10% potato extract in pH 5.4 under the vibration speed of 30 to 40 rpm for 1 minuter showed a good effect on the growth of Denphalae. 3. The optimum range of the growth temperature, day lenth and photoperiod for Denphalae found to be 24 to 28℃, 8 to 16 hours and l,000 lux respectively. The enviromental condition of temperatue, day length and photoperiod for mass production of Denphalae showed 26^± 1℃ 16 hours and 1,500 lux respectivery.

      • 마이크로 모빌리티 네트워크에서의 안전한 멀티캐스트

        To reduce the control message overhead due to frequent handoffs in mobile IP, micro-mobility protocols have been proposed. In this paper we present an approach for providing secure multicasting services in micro-mobility environments. We first introduce a multicast routing protocol in a micro-mobility environment and then present protocols to add security services to the bare multicasting. The proposed multicast routing protocol builds a shared multicast tree and does not assume any unicast micro-mobility protocols. The added security services include authentication, authorization, confidentiality, and integrity and are based on both symmetric and asymmetric cryptosystems. The security protocols also use key hierarchy mechanism in a paging area to efficiently handle frequent group membership changes and handoffs.

      • 딸기 育苗方法에 관한 硏究 : (Fragaria grandiflora E.)

        "아끼히메"의 공중육묘에 관한 기초자료를 얻기 위해 7월 10일에 조사하여 정리한 실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 모주의 분지 발생율은 편아가 6.3%, 2아가 36.8%, 3아가 44.3%, 4아가 12.4% 그리고 5아가 0.2%로 나타났다. 2. 주당 런너발생수는 1아에서 7.33개, 2아에서 14.67개, 3아에서 20.00개, 4아에서 24개가 발생되었으며, 분지당 런너발생수는 6.0∼7.3개였다. 3. 런너당 자묘발생수는 1.4∼3.0주 였다. 4. 묘의 차수별 중량은 1차 자묘가 5.23g, 2차 자묘가 4.52g, 3차 자묘가 2.85g, 4차 자묘가 1.37g으로 나타났다. 5. 삽목시 발근에 소요되는 일수는 10∼14일이었다. This study aims at obtaining basic data on aerial raising of strawberry seedling, 'AKIHIME', The results of study are as follows: 1. The ratio of ramification from stock plant was 6.3% in the first shoot, 36.8% in the second, 44.3% in the third, 12.4% in the fourth and 0.2% in the fifth, respectively. 2. The number of runners per plant was 7.33 in the first shoot, 14.67 in the second, 20.00 in the third and 24.00 in the fourth, and the number of runners per branch was 6.0˚≠7.3. 3. The number of daughter seedlings per runner was 1.4˚≠3.0. 4. The fresh weight at each stage of seedling was 5.23 at the first daughter seedling stage, 4.52g at the second, 2.85g at the third, and 1.37g at the fourth. 5. 10-14 days were required for rooting after seedlings had been cut.

      • 혼합 상토가 딸기의 뿌리 발달 및 초기생육에 미치는 영향

        일반적으로 고설재배 농가에서 사용하고 있는 상토를 대상으로 저렴하고 구입용이한 생육에 큰 문제가 없는 몇 가지의 상토를 다른 조합으로하여 딸기의 초기 생육에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 본 시험을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 초장은 팽연왕겨 100%, 오스모코트5g+마가모3g인 시험구에서 17.5cm로 가장 크게 조사되었으며, 통왕겨 33%+재사용상토 66%, 오스모코트 5g+마가모 3g시용 구에서 12.6cm로 가장 작았고 그 외의 시험구에서는 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 크라운의 크기에서는 팽연왕겨를 단용으로 사용한 시험구와 삼록피트와 팽연혼합 시험구에서 다소 굵게 나타났으며 그 외의 시험구에서는 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 엽장과 엽폭은 큰차이가 없었으며 엽면적은 삼록피트와 팽연왕겨를 절반씩 혼합하여 사용한 시험구에서 가장 크게 조사되었고, 통왕겨 33%와 재사용상토 66%를 사용한 시험구와 삼록피트 50%와 통왕겨 50%를 사용한 시험구에서 작게 조사되었으며 그 외의 시험구에서는 거의 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 전체 뿌리중량은 삼록피트와 팽연왕겨(3:7)시험 구에서 가장 높게 나타났으며 통왕겨 33%와 재사용상토 66%를 사용한 시험구에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 그 외의 시험구에서는 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 본 시험의 종합결과는 크라운 크기와 엽면적에서 고설재배 상토로는 피트모스와 팽연왕겨 혼합함이 본 시험 결과 좋은 결과를 나타내었으나 추후 상토재료의 숙성에 따른 면밀한 연구가 필요하다. A pot experiment was performed to determine the effects on the root growth and early development of strawberry from different combinations of mixed bed soil that is used in general high bed culture farm. The bed soil was obtained from sources inexpensive, easy to obtain, and thought to have no major adverse influence on the growth and development. The length of stalk was longest, 17.5cm, in the test group of 100% paengyeon bran (bulked rice hulls) supplemented with 5g of osmocort and 3g of magamo and smallest in the test group of 33% a whole bran (coarse chaff) and 66% of recycled bed soil mixture supplemented with 5g of osmocort and 3g of magamo. Similar results were obtained in all other test groups. The size of crown was slightly thick in both the test group with paengyeon bran only and the group with mixed combination of samrokpeet and paengyeon bran. All other test groups showed similar results. There were no significant differences in the length and width of leaf among different groups. The leaf area was found to be the largest in the test group treated with mixture of samrokpeet and pangyeon bran in 50:50 ratio, but to be small in the group of 33% a whole bran (coarse chaff) and 66% of recycled bed soil mixture. All other test groups showed similar results Total root weight was highest in the test group of samrokpeet and paengyeon bran in 3:7 ratio mix, and lowest in the group of 33% a whole bran(coarse chaff) and 66% of recycled bed soil mixture. All other test groups had similar results. In all, it is considered that mixture of peetmos and paengyeon bran is desirable to be used as bed soil in high bed culture with regards to crown size and leaf area. However, further detailed experiments need to be performed to determine the advantage of using the preferred mixture and apply the data in the field.

      • 定植方法이 딸기의 發根및 生育에 미치는 影響

        In order to improve the method of raising seedling and planting in strawberry "jang hee", effect of pot shape and planting method upon the growth of the plants were investigated. The results were summarized as followings; 1. In general, root growth was better at round pot and I pot(conventional pot) than at other pots. Number of root was 26, the highest at round pot, and followed by 20 at I pot. Maximu root length was 29.4cm at round pot, longer than 26.5 at I pot. Root dry weight was 3.72g at I pot, and followed by 2.87g at round pot. 2. When the strawberry seedling adhering bed soil were planted uprightly, root number and root dry weigth were 17.7 and 1.63g respectively, a little higher than 17.0 and 1.45g at conventional method. However, maximum root length was 28cm at the conventional method, longer than 20cm at planting uprightly with bed soil. 3. Leaf area was 62.1㎠ at bed soil adhered and 46.2㎠ at bed soil removed. Petiol length was 1cm longer at bed soil adhered than at bed soil removed. Root dry weight was 4.7g at bed soil adhered and 1.6g at bed soil removed.

        가시오가피의 부위별 물 추출물이 흰쥐의 혈관이완반응에 미치는 영향

        In this study we have examined the actions of water extract of Eleutherococus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Maxim. (ESH), Stem, Root bark (RB) and Root xylem (RX) in isolated thoracic and abdominal aorta assay. To compare the vasodilation effect, put. ESH, Stem, RB and RX into them which vessels were precontracted by 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT). We found out the thoracic aorta segments were responded to ESH with a dose-dependent vasodilation. The 5-HT induced contraction at 10-4M were relaxed after addition of the 2.0 ㎎/㎖ ESH as 32.1% (Stem), 34.9% (RX) and 87.2% (RB). The 5-HT induced vasocontraction at 10^-4M were vasodilated such as 87.2% in thoracic aorta and 89.0% in abdominal aorta with 2.0㎎/㎖ ESH. Addition of 2.0㎎/㎖ ESH in thoracic aorta which was precontracted by the 5-HT at 10-4M were come out differently 0% (water fraction), 53.8% (butanol fraction) and 96.6% (ethyl acetate fraction). The 5-HT induced contraction at 10-4M with and without endothelium were inhibited by 87.2% and 87.8% after addition of the ESH (2.0 ㎎/㎖). In conclusion, ESH-induced relaxation in the isolated rat thoracic aorta and abdominal aorta were come out be dose-dependent relaxation, and ESH's ethyl acetate fraction was showed the potent vasodilation effect.

      • Mobile IPv6 환경에서 신뢰성 있는 TCP 프로토콜의 성능향상에 관한 연구

        There are three methods for improving performance of TCP Protocol in the Mobile IPv6 Environment. Those methods are link layer protocol method, end-to-end protocol method and split-connection method. It's a link layer protocol method among these to be applied without any changes of wired network environment. Snoop module is one of link layer protocol methods for improving performance of TCP Protocol. We apply snoop module to Mobile IPv6 and improve Mobile IPv6 with snoop module by changing some feature of Mobile IPv6 which reduces its performance. Based on these improvement of Mobile IPv6, We simulate it by ns2 and mobiwan comparing original Mobile IPv6 and our Mobile IPv6 with snoop module. Simulation of ours is better than original.
