Effect of Welding Time on Resistance Spot Weldability of Aluminum 5052 Alloy

In the study, the effect of welding time on resistance spot weldability of aluminum 5052-H32 alloy was analyzed throughsimulation and experiments. The resistance spot weldability was evaluated by measuring the tensile shear strength, nuggetsize, and hardness of welds with variations in the welding time. The simulated results of parameters such as tensile shearstrength and nugget size obtained using the SORPAS program were compared with the experimental results. Furthermore,a simulation was performed to calculate the temperature inside the weld nugget based on the distance from the center of thenugget. Hence, an optimum welding time to retain the required weld strength of the aluminum 5052-H32 alloy was obtained.

This essay shows how the concept of nation was imaginated in the literature of the liberation period with the representation of Japan and America. In that period, "nation" seems to be a conception that was imagined under the Japanese and American military administration. Thus, in this article the ways Koreans imagine the nation and nationalization are examined through the literature of the period. After 1945, a psychological frontier was established by Koreans unconsciously. This eventually overturned the relationship between Korea, the oppressed and Japan, the suppressed. Koreans perceived Japan as the worst nation. Later, Koreans hope to found their nation on their own land. However, they were controlled by American military administration. Consequently, the Korean people imaginated the concept of their nation, instead of realizing it in reality. Attitude and tendency that Koreans wish be approved by American military administration are also shown in literature of the liberation period.

도시근교 관광지에서의 쓰레기 배출특성에 관한 조사연구 : The Gu-Gok Falls in Summer Season 하절기 구곡폭포를 중심으로

This investigation was carried out ot study on the generation property, management and separate collection rate of solid waste in the Gu-Gok Falls. Generation rate of solid waste was 80.785kg/day and unit waste generation rates was 65.55g/dayㆍtourist one person. Physical component of solid waste were garbage 46%, papers 20%, empty bottles 10%, respectively. A plan is required to decrease generation rate of garbage waste, As result to investigate separated garbage can, papers and can were separated more than 60%. But empty bottles and scrap iron were separated less than 50%. P.E.T, steel can, aluminum can and empty bottles were 20% of total generation rate, and profit of reuse is ￦700,800/year.

This article deals with the era of post-proletarianism in the early to mid 1930’s and explores Walt Whitman‘s influences on Hwang Sunwon’s literary collection entitled Pangga (Singing Loudly). Hwang Sunwon’s Singing Loudly has been discussed by researchers and scholars who viewed Hwang’s poems as the representation of nationalism, proletarianism, or anarchism. This study intends to prove that Hwang Sunwon’s Singing Loudly is an example of literature revealing the ideas of post-proletarianism, and it also argues that more often than not the poems shows the influence of Walt Whitman, who insisted that all being has the real him/herself, and the real him/herself is anybody and all things. In my analysis, I discuss the post-proleterian culture as the main literary streams of the early to mid 1930s. And then I analyze how Hwang Sunwon’s Singing Loudly is associated with Walt Whitman’s poems where the author articulates the importance of pure wills and emphasizes that the real him/herself and the object has real being or the real him/herself. Conclusively, Hwang Sunwon’s Singing Loudly is one of the representative works embedded in post-proletarianism, and it was aimed tosearch for the natural being. The poems in the collection suggests some hints to the origin of Hwang Sunwon’s pursuit of pure literature (sunsu munhak).

Molecular Cloning, Expression and Genomic Structure of Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase from the Entomopathogenic fungus, Paecilomyces tenuipes Jocheon-1

Presently, We have constructed an olig-d(T) primed directional cDNA library from the silkworm Dongchunghacho, an entomopathogenic fungus, of which species is belonging to Paecilomyces tenuipes Jocheon-1. To isolate and screen genes in the fungus, 626 expressed sequence tags(ESTs) were generated by a partial sequencing from the cDNA library. Paecilomyces tenuipes Jocheon-1 cDNA encoding the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(Pt-GAPDH) of Paecilomyces tenuipes Jocheon-1 was cloned from the above cDNA library. The complete cDNA sequence of Pt-GAPDHis comprised of 1,014bp encoding 338 amino acid residues. The deduced protein sequence of Pt-GAPDH showed higher homology with Beauberia bassiana-GAPDH(93% amino acid identity). Hydropathy analysis revealed that Pt-GAPDH protein is hydrophilic. The major three amino acids in its composition of amino acid residues were alanine(11.54%), valine(9.47%) and glycine(8.88%). The cDNA encoding Pt-GAPDH was expressed as a 37 kDa polypeptide in baculovirus-infected insect Sf9 cells. The Pt-GAPDH gene of Paecilomyces tenuipes entomopathogenic fungus consisted of three exons and two introns coding for 338 amino acid residues, and the genomic DNA length of the gene spans 1302bp. The accession number of the gene in GenBank are GU997099 for Pt-GAPDH cDNA and GU997102 for Pt-GAPDH genomic DNA.

Fungi belonging to the Paecilomyces spp. have recently been used as food and herbal medicines in Korea and are greatly popular as commercially available powdered supplement or dried fruiting body. Despite this acceptance and its use, little is known of the genes related to its reactive agents. 篁谷 李稱의 生涯와 詩世界 硏究

16세기 조선의 위대한 두 知性인 퇴계와 남명은 여러 가지 측면에서 당대 사회와 국가에 커다란 기여를 하였다. 퇴계는 벼슬을 통하여 국가에 직접적으로 기여했고 아울러 수많은 제자를 길러내어 직접, 간접적으로 나라와 사회의 발전에 공헌하였다. 남명 또한 벼슬을 하여 직접적으로 국가에 기여한 바는 없으나 여전히 당대 현실 문제에 대한 자신의 견해를 적극적으로 개진하는 방법으로 일정하게 국가에 기여하였고 동시에 수많은 제자들을 길러내어 나라와 사회의 발전에 공헌하였다. 이 두 지성인의 제자였던 篁谷도 일정하게 나라와 사회의 발전에 기여한 인물이다. 본고는 황곡의 생애와 시세계를 중심으로 논의를 전개시켰다. 황곡의 시세계는 첫째, 宦路에 진출하지 않고 자연에 은거하면서 자신의 분수를 편안히 여기며 自足自樂하는 삶의 자세를 말하는 安分自樂의 詩世界와 血肉間의 情을 대단히 소중하게 여기는 인간적인 면모를 지녔다고 하겠다. 특히 안분자락의 시세계는 황곡이 생애의 대부분을 宦路進出에 대해 별다른 뜻을 두지 않고 오로지 經學의 연구에 전심전력하였으며 또한 篁谷幽居라는 草亭을 지어 원근에서 찾아오는 학자들과 어울려 학문을 토론하고 당대의 名賢들과 道義로 사귀기도 하는 등의 사실을 통해서 확인할 수 있다 또한 혈육에 대한 정은 전란의 와중에 자신의 형제가 戰死 또는 病死하는 비운을 겪는 과정에서 더욱 증폭되어 나타난다. 그리고 이러한 혈육의 정은 말년에 남아있는 한 동생과 儉溪 위에다 草亭을 지어놓고 날마다 어울려 吟詠自娛하는 생활을 통하여 더욱 독실하게 유지하였다. 둘째는 戰亂의 慘狀描寫와 愛民精神의 시세계를 들 수 있다. 황곡은 당시 몸소 체험한 임진왜란이란 비극적 전쟁에서 수많은 백성들이 전란의 참화로 고통받는 현실을 목도하고 그들이 겪는 참상을 생생하게 묘사하여 전란을 초래하게 한 당대 위정자들에 대한 비판을 내면화시켰다. 그리고 전란으로 고통을 당하고 있는 백성들의 삶에 대해 깊은 관심과 애정을 가지고 그들의 처지를 진심으로 이해하려는 따뜻한 시각과 자세를 소유하였다. 이러한 관심과 애정, 자세와 시각을 애민정신으로 승화시켜 그의 시세계를 형성하게 된다. 이상으로 황곡의 시세계를 모두 다 드러내었다고는 할 수 없다. 다만 하나의 시작에 불과하다. 시세계의 또 다른 중요한 부분에 대한 규명은 앞으로 계속 연구를 진행하여 보완해야할 것이다. 그리고 남명의 제자이기도 하였던 만큼 남명의 영향에 대한 연구도 동시에 추진되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구는 후일을 기대해본다. Toegye and NahmMyong, the great intellectuals of 16th century in JohSeon, made tremendous contributions to the contemporary society and nation in the many aspects. Toegye rendered great services to the nation by taking up a public office in the government and also played an important role in the progress of nation and society through the students he had taught. NahmMyong didn't enter into public service, but set forth his views on the contemporary social issues to the political arena and also educated his own great number of students to have them serve the society and nation. Hwang Gok, a student of both Toegye and NahmMyong, added much to the advancement of society and nation. This paper centers on his life and poetic world. One aspect of his poetic world can be characterized as assuming not only a self-complacent attitude to the life but also humane characteristics of highly esteeming fraternal feelings. His poetic world of self-complacency can be identified in the fact that he spent most of his life in studying Confucianism with no intention of going into politics and discussing the contemporary academic and moral issues at the pavilion called Hwang Gok-Yougeh with high-profiled scholars visiting him from many parts of the country. His fraternal feelings were strongly incorporated into his poems when he went through hard times of losing his brothers in war or to an illness. His fraternal feelings were strongly harbored through his daily life of composing and reciting poems with his only brother alive at the pavilion built near the stream. Another aspect of his poetic world can be summarized as representing his spirit of taking great care of the people as well as picturing the disastrous scene of war. By vividly describing the terrible sights of war and many people's miserable condition he had watched during the japanese invasion to JohSeon, he incorporated into his poems his criticism of contemporary politicians for resulting in the japanese invasion to the nation due to their negligence. He also had a warm heart to try to understand the people's pitiable situation with his deep concerns about their lives and affection for them suffering from war. Those spirits of his loving the people were incorporated into his poems and became his poetic world. It appears to me that the above argument is not enough to describe the whole picture of his poetic world. I believe that this study is nothing but a scratch. A close investigation into another important aspect of his poetic world should be continuously carried out in the future. In addition, the study of NahmMyong's influences on him should also be made with this at the same time because he was one of NahmMyong's students. I am looking forward to studying this in my future paper.

비외상성 두개내 출혈 환자에서 심근손상의 발생과 예후에 미치는 영향

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of myocardial injuries in patients with nontraumatic intracranial hemorrhage by identifying the occurrence of myocardial injury and defining its correlation with subsequent cardiovascular events. Subjects and methods: One hundred twenty-four patients with nontraumatic intracraninal hemorrhage presented to the emergency department within six hours from onset of symptoms were enrolled. Brain CT, serial electrocardiography, and echocardiography were done at the emergency center. Blood samples for troponin I and creatine kinase(CK)-MB were drawn immediately and eight hours after admission, Troponin I and CK-MB were measured using a chemiluminescent immunoassay, respectively. Results: Electrocardiographic and echocardiography abnormalities were found in 65 cases(52.4%) and 21 cases(17%), respectively. Serum troponin I and creative kinase-MB were increased in 35 cases (28.2%) and in 58 cases(46.8%), respectively. Abnormal findings of echocardiography and ECG, as well as elevated levels of serum troponin I and creative kinase-MB, were associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular event and survival. Logistic regression analysis revealed that an abnormal echcocardiographic finding and elevation of serum troponin I were factors associated with the occurrence an adverse cardiovascular event and that electrocardiographic abnormalities and initial mental status were factors associated with poor prognosis. Conclusion: This study reveals that actual myocardial injury develops in a significant proportion of patients with nontraumatic intracranial hemorrhage and that the development of the myocardial injury is associated with an adverse cardiovascular event that occurs during admission.
