      • Identification of ARX Model with Multi-Gaussian Noises

        Wentao Bai,Fan Guo,Lei Chen,Kuangrong Hao,Biao Huang 제어로봇시스템학회 2019 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2019 No.10

In most industrial environments, the real process data points are usually subject to contamination from a variety of noises. Most of the traditional methods assume that the process noise is Gaussian white noise, which can lead to poor robustness of the model to abnormal data. In this paper, we consider an ARX model with multi-Gaussian white noises, assuming that the collected data is affected by different noise models and switching of noise model follows Markov chain probability. The parameters of the model are estimated by Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm. A numerical example and a continuous stirred tank reactor are employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Description of Corynebacterium poyangense sp. nov., isolated from the feces of the greater white-fronted geese (Anser albifrons)

        Liu Qian,Fan Guoying,Wu Kui,Bai Xiangning,Yang Xi,Song Wentao,Chen Shengen,Xiong Yanwen,Chen Haiying 한국미생물학회 2022 The journal of microbiology Vol.60 No.7

Two novel Gram-positive, non-spore-forming, facultatively anaerobic, non-motile, and short rods to coccoid strains were isolated from the feces of the greater white-fronted geese (Anser albifrons) at Poyang Lake. The 16S rRNA gene sequences of strains 4H37-19T and 3HC-13 shared highest identity to that of Corynebacterium uropygiale Iso10T (97.8%). Phylogenetic and phylogenomic analyses indicated that strains 4H37-19T and 3HC-13 formed an independent clade within genus Corynebacterium and clustered with Corynebacterium uropygiale Iso10T. The average nucleotide identity and digital DNA-DNA hybridization value between strains 4H37-19T and 3HC-13 and members within genus Corynebacterium were all below 95% and 70%, respectively. The genomic G + C content of strains 4H37-19T and 3HC-13 was 52.5%. Diphosphatidylglycerol (DPG), phosphatidylglycerol (PG), phosphatidylinositol (PI), phosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidyl inositol mannosides (PIM) were the major polar lipids, with C18:1ω9c, C16:0, and C18:0 as the major fatty acids, and MK-8 (H4), MK-8(H2), and MK-9(H2) as the predominant respiratory quinones. The major whole cell sugar was arabinose, and the cell wall included mycolic acids. The cell wall peptidoglycan contained meso-diaminopimelic acid (meso-DAP). The polyphasic taxonomic data shows that these two strains represent a novel species of the genus Corynebacterium, for which the name Corynebacterium poyangense sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of Corynebacterium poyangense is 4H37-19T (=GDMCC 1.1738T = KACC 21671T).

Influence of conical degree on the performance of radial and axial integrated auxiliary bearing for active magnetic bearing system

        Chengtao Yu,Yuemei Sun,Hongchang Wang,Fan Shi,Yu Chen,Wentao Shan 대한기계학회 2019 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.33 No.10

In this paper, a radial and axial integrated auxiliary bearing (RAIAB) device which can eliminate all radial and axial protective clearances after the rotor dropping is proposed to improve the reliability of the active magnetic bearing systems. In the proposed RAIAB, a strategy that the rotor end and the inner bushing are machined into conical surface is adopted so that the radial and axial clearances between the rotor and the inner bushing can be eliminated simultaneously when the inner bushing moves along the axial direction. In order to research the influence of the conical degree of the inner bushing on the performance of the RAIAB, the preliminary prototype experimental rig is developed and the cases of a 5 degree of freedom AMB rotor dropping on RAIABs at maximum speed of 30000 rpm are tested. The experimental results show that the RAIAB installed with a 30-conical degree inner bushing can successfully eliminate all protective clearances after the AMB rotor drops. However, the RAIAB installed with a 45-conical degree inner bushing is not able to eliminate clearance when the dropping speed of the rotor exceeds 18000 rpm.

Comprehensive analysis of TCR repertoire of COVID-19 patients in different infected stage

        Wang Guangyu,Wang Yongsi,Jiang Shaofeng,Fan Wentao,Mo Chune,Gong Weiwei,Chen Hui,He Dan,Huang Jinqing,Ou Minglin,Hou Xianliang 한국유전학회 2022 Genes & Genomics Vol.44 No.7

Background: The current pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), transmitted person-to-person by the severe acute respiratory syndrome of coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), poses a threat to global public health. Objective: In this study, we performed the comprehensive analysis of the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire may contribute to a more in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of COVID-19. Methods: A comprehensive immunological analysis was performed to explore the features of the TCR repertoire and identified TCR sequences correlated with SARS-CoV-2 viral antigens. Results: we analyzed the COVID-19 patients' TCR repertoires in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) which obtained before (baseline), during (acute), and after rehabilitation (convalescent) by ImmunoSEQ-technology, and found that repertoire features of TCRβ-chain (TCRβ) complementary-determining region 3 (CDR3) in COVID-19 patients were remarkable difference, including decreased TCR diversity, abnormal CDR3 length, difference of TRBV/J gene usage and higher TCR sequence overlap. Besides, we identified some COVID-19 disease-associated TCRβ clones, and the abundance of them changed with the progression of the disease. Importantly, these disease-associated TCRβ clones could be used to distinguish COVID-19 patients from healthy controls with high accuracy. Conclusions: We provide a clear understanding of the TCR repertoire of COVID-19 patients, which lays the foundation for better diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 patients.

2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pneumonia: Serial Computed Tomography Findings

        Jiangping Wei,Huaxiang Xu,Jingliang Xiong,Qinglin Shen,Bing Fan,Chenglong Ye,Wentao Dong,Fangfang Hu 대한영상의학회 2020 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.21 No.4

From December 2019, Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pneumonia (formerly known as the 2019 novel Coronavirus [2019nCoV]) broke out in Wuhan, China. In this study, we present serial CT findings in a 40-year-old female patient with COVID-19 pneumonia who presented with the symptoms of fever, chest tightness, and fatigue. She was diagnosed with COVID-19 infection confirmed by real-time reverse-transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. CT showed rapidly progressing peripheral consolidations and ground-glass opacities in both lungs. After treatment, the lesions were shown to be almost absorbed leaving the fibrous lesions.

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Band Gap-Tunable Oxygen-Doped g-C3N4 with Outstanding "Two-Channel" Photocatalytic H2O2 Production Ability Assisted by Dissolution–Precipitation Process

        Hui Wang,Yuanhao Guan,Shaozheng Hu,Yanbo Pei,Wentao Ma,Zhiping Fan 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2019 NANO Vol.14 No.2

Here, band gap-tunable oxygen-doped graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) with outstanding “two-channel” photocatalytic H2O2 production ability was prepared via hydrothermal treatment assisted by dissolution–precipitation process. XRD, N2 adsorption, UV–Vis, Fourier-transform infrared spectra, SEM, electrochemical impedance spectra, XPS and photoluminescence were used to characterize the obtained catalysts. The photocatalytic H2O2 production ability of as-prepared catalyst was investigated. The results show that oxygen doping not only changes the morphology of catalyst, decreases the band gap energy and promotes the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes, but also tunes the CB and VB potentials. As-prepared oxygen-doped g-C3N4 displays a H2O2 concentration of 3.8 mmol L -1, more than 7.6 times higher than that of neat g-C3N4. Because of the shift of CB and VB potentials, not only the CB electrons of oxygen-doped g-C3N4 reduce O2 to form H2O2, but also the VB holes can oxidize OH- to form OH, which subsequently react with each other to form H2O2. Such “two-channel pathway” causes the remarkably promoted H2O2 production ability.

Coupling conversion of methanol and 1-butylene to propylene on HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalysts prepared by different methods

        Xin Zhang,Ting Bai,Xiling Liu,Tengfei Chen,Wentao Fan 한국화학공학회 2016 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.33 No.7

A series of HZSM-5 catalysts were synthesized by different methods. The physicochemical properties of the HZSM-5 catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD, Py-IR and TGA, respectively. The results indicated that different preparation conditions lead to different morphologies, textures and the distribution of acid sites. The nanosized HZSM-5 catalysts exhibited better catalytic reactivity and coke capacity than the micro-sized HZSM-5 because nanosized HZSM-5 had larger specific surface area, higher pore volume, more exposed channels and more accessible acid sites. The large particles of NZ-3 in a reasonable range and the smooth surface were conducive to product diffusion; therefore, NZ-3 exhibited higher specific propylene yield and stability than the other nanosized catalysts. The moderate density and distribution of acid sites on NZ-3 also favored the formation of propylene.
