Do Quang Vinh 한국콘텐츠학회 2009 ICCC International Digital Design Invitation Exhib Vol.2009 No.12
Ranking is not happened offline and not to be noticed. Searching engine on the World Wide Web, documents or groups of document is displayed on a server and user can accept relevant documents and reject non-relevant documents. Searching engine could re-calculate ranking periodically, or may be after a decision of user, raise up ranking of accepted documents and decrease ranking of unaccepted documents. Herein, we survey a model of searching text documents probability in the digital library. Main content of article: 1. Question; 2. Model of probability retrieval information; 3. Relevant reflection; 4. Retrieval efficiency.
Energy-Efficient Data Encryption Scheme for Cognitive Radio Networks
Do-Vinh, Quang,Hoan, Tran-Nhut-Khai,Koo, Insoo IEEE 2018 IEEE SENSORS JOURNAL Vol.18 No.5
<P>In this paper, we investigate a security mode decision policy for a cognitive radio network (CRN) powered by a non-radio frequency energy harvester. In such a network, a cognitive user (CU), which has a finite battery capacity, senses the presence of the primary user and tries to access the time-slotted primary channel opportunistically to transmit data. However, communication can be vulnerable to sudden attacks that are carried out by hidden eavesdroppers. Therefore, we propose an energy-efficient data encryption scheme for CRNs to increase the effective security level under energy limitation constraints. The operation mode decision policy is formulated as a framework of a partially observable Markov decision process. In this approach, based on the sensing results and the remaining energy at the beginning of each time slot, CUs can decide to stay silent to save energy, or become active and encrypt data using opportune private-key encryption methods considering the effect of the current action on the future reward to maximize the effective security. Finally, we evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme by using numerical simulation results.</P>
FPGA Implementation of LSB-Based Steganography
Vinh, Quang Do,Koo, Insoo The Korea Institute of Information and Commucation 2017 Journal of information and communication convergen Vol.15 No.3
Steganography, which is popular as an image processing technology, is the art of using digital images to hide a secret message in such a way that its existence can only be discovered by the sender and the intended receiver. This technique has the advantage of concealing secret information in a cover medium without drawing attention to it, unlike cryptography, which tries to convert data into something messy or meaningless. In this paper, we propose two efficient least significant bit (LSB)-based steganography techniques for designing an image-based steganography system on chip using hardware description language (HDL). The proposed techniques manipulate the LSB plane of the cover image to embed text inside it. The output of these algorithms is a stego-image which has the same quality as that of the original image. We also implement the proposed techniques using the Altera field programmable gate array (FPGA) and Quartus II design software.

Background: Hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) are the central players interacting with multiple cell types in liver fibrosis. The crosstalkbetween HSCs and macrophages has recently become clearer. Irisin, an exercise-responsive myokine, was known to have a potentially protective role in liver and renal fibrosis, especially in connection with stellate cells. This study investigated the effects of irisinon the interaction between HSCs and macrophages. Methods: Tamm-Horsfall protein-1 (THP-1) human monocytes were differentiated into macrophages, polarized into the inflammatory M1 phenotype with lipopolysaccharide. Lieming Xu-2 (LX-2) cells, human HSCs, were treated with conditioned media (CM)from M1 macrophages, with or without recombinant irisin. HSCs responses to CM from M1 macrophages were evaluated regardingactivation, proliferation, wound healing, trans-well migration, contractility, and related signaling pathway. Results: CM from M1 macrophages significantly promoted HSC proliferation, wound healing, transwell migration, and contractility, but not activation of HSCs. Irisin co-treatment attenuated these responses of HSCs to CM. However, CM and irisin treatment didnot induce any changes in HSC activation. Further, irisin co-treatment alleviated CM-induced increase of phopho-protein kinase B(pAKT), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1). Conclusion: These findings suggested that irisin may play a protective role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis, especially whenworking in the crosstalk between HSCs and macrophages.

In this paper, a space vector pulse-width modulation (SVPWM) control scheme for the three-level quasi-switched boost T-type inverter (TL-qSBT2I) to reduce common mode is presented. The magnitude and slew rate of common-mode voltage (CMV) are reduced by using the proposed method. By properly selecting the shoot-through (ST) phase, the ST states are inserted within a small vector so that the active states and output voltage are unchanged. In this method, the ST duty cycle is kept constant to obtain the modulation index as high as possible while the duty cycles of the two additional switches are the control variables. The proposed method can mitigate the peak value of CMV up to 50% and the RMS value up to 35.3% as compared to the conventional SVPWM control method. To verify the operating principle of the TL-qSBT2I, the simulation and experimental results are shown.
Green Supply Chain Management in Vietnam Industrial Zone: Province-Level Evidence
Do, Anh Duc,NGUYEN, Quang Vinh,LE, Quoc Hoi,TA, Van Loi Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.7
The main purpose of this paper is to explore how green supply chain management (GSCM) and its evaluative factors have affected green supply chain management practice and performance in industrial zone. This study proposes a structural equation model of the relationships among four factors: internal awareness (IA); suppliers' pressure (SP); customers' awareness (CA); and regulations pressure (RP) and their effect on GSCM practice (PA) and GSCM performance (PE). We used a survey questionnaire to elicit perceptions/opinions about GSCM from three level of managers of 322 companies in Bac Ninh Province's industrial zones, Vietnam. PLS-SEM 3.0 software was applied to analyze and verify the gathered data, and the proposed hypothesis model. The results of path analysis show that internal awareness and customers' awareness are positively related to the GSCM practice and GSCM performance. However, suppliers' pressure and regulations pressure just impacted on GSCM practice. As a result, the testing of the relationship between GSCM practice and GSCM performance has been verified and supported. The findings of this study can help manager of companies in industrial zone understand the structure of GSCM, associate with the green supply chain management practice and green supply chain management performance, and be successful in green management organizations.
Electrical Conduction and Resistance Switching Mechanisms of Ag/ZnO/Ti Structure
Trung Do Nguyen,Kim Ngoc Pham,Vinh Cao Tran,Duy Anh TuanNguyen,Bach Thang Phan 한국전기전자학회 2013 전기전자학회논문지 Vol.17 No.3
We investigated electrical conduction and resistance switching behavior of the Ag/ZnO/Ti structures for random access memory devices. These films were prepared on glass substrate by dc sputtering technique at room temperature. The resistance switching follows unipolar switching mode with small switching voltages (0.4 V – 0.6 V). Two electrical conduction mechanisms dominating the LRS and HRS are Ohmic and trap-controlled space charge limited current, respectively. These both conductions are consistent with the filamentary model. Based on the filamentary model, the switching mechanism was also interpreted.

<P>Piezoelectric coupling phenomena in a graphene field-effect transistor (GFET) with a nano-hybrid channel of chemical-vapor-deposited Gr (CVD Gr) and vertically aligned ZnO nanorods (NRs) under mechanical pressurization were investigated. Transfer characteristics of the hybrid channel GFET clearly indicated that the piezoelectric effect of ZnO NRs under static or dynamic pressure modulated the channel conductivity (σ) and caused a positive shift of 0.25% per kPa in the Dirac point. However, the GFET without ZnO NRs showed no change in either σ or the Dirac point. Analysis of the Dirac point shifts indicated transfer of electrons from the CVD Gr to ZnO NRs due to modulation of their interfacial barrier height under pressure. High responsiveness of the hybrid channel device with fast response and recovery times was evident in the time-dependent behavior at a small gate bias. In addition, the hybrid channel FET could be gated by mechanical pressurization only. Therefore, a piezoelectric-coupled hybrid channel GFET can be used as a pressure-sensing device with low power consumption and a fast response time. Hybridization of piezoelectric 1D nanomaterials with a 2D semiconducting channel in FETs enables a new design for future nanodevices.</P>
