        정보 활용의 실천력을 향상시키는 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형

        현재의 ICT 활용 교육은 소양 교육에 초점을 두고 단순히 정보통신의 기능을 습득하는 기술적인 면에 치우치는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결한 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형을 제안한다. 제안된 모형은 기존의 교수-학습 유형별 ICT 활용 모형들에 대해 정보활용의 실천력을 조사하고 분석한 다음, 이를 평가할 수 있는 질적 기준이 교수-학습 모형에 균형있게 반영되도록 하였다. 적용 결과, 정보 활용의 실천력을 질적으로 평가해 주는 6개 항목 중 5개 항목에서 유의미한 향상이 있음을 보였다. The present instruction using ICT has a problem that it inclines toward instructing the simple technique of information or communication technology. In this paper, to cope with this problem, we propose a new Teaching-Learning model using ICT. The previous teaching-learning models using ICT are investigated and analyzed. Then, the criteria for evaluating the ability to put information literacy into practice are evenly reflected in the proposed model. is evenly reflected. The result of experiment reveals that the proposed model enhances the ability to put information literacy into practice on 5 items of 6 qualitative evaluation criteria.

      • Hierarchical Interconnection Network based on the ATM Switch for Multicomputer Systems

        메시지 기반 멀티컴퓨터시스템에서는 빠른 프로세서간 통신이 필요하다. 다양한 프로세서간 통신방법중에서 본 논문은 비동기 전송모드(ATM) 스위치를 사용하여 낮은 지연시간과 높은 처리율을 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 구조는 프로세서간 통신을 셀 크기로 전송하고, 셀들의 멀티플렉싱과 디멀티플렉싱을 담당하는 셀 인터페이스 모듈을 둔 계층적 구조를 가지고 있다. 라우팅 전략은 스위칭 라우팅 정보, VPI, VCI로 사용한다. In a message-based multiprocessor system that consists of message-communicating processors, the interconnection network is really a crucial part for fast processor communication. Among various interconnection methods, using the high-speed asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) switch is an attractive approach to constructing large-scale multiprocessor systems with low latency and high throughput. The interconnection network for fast processor communication is proposed in this paper. For the efficient use of the ATM switch, a group of the cell interface module(CIM) called a cell router which performs cell multiplexing and demultiplexing, is located between the processors groups and the ATM switch. In this proposed system, an expanded internal cell format in which three bytes are added for the switch routing information, is used. The interconnection network uses three routing strategies: the ATM switch routing using the switch routing information, the cell router routing using the virtual path identifier(VPI), and the cell reassembly routing using the virtual channel identifier(VCI). The interconnection network consists of an N×N folded switch and N cell routers.

        조작활동 중심의 탐구형 기하 프로그램 설계 및 활용

        초등학교 학생의 인지발달 단계의 특성을 고려하여 개발된 교수ㆍ학습용 소프트웨어는 별로 없다. 본 논문는 초등학교 도형 학습에 있어서 도형의 개념을 확실히 인지시키기 위해 시간적, 공간적 제약이 많은 구체물을 대신할 수 있는 조작활동 중심의 소프트웨어, 즉 컴퓨터 화면상에서 학생들이 다양하게 조작할 수 있고, 프로그램을 익히는데 부담을 느끼지 않아 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 개발된 교수ㆍ학습용 자료가 도형 학습에 효과가 있는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이것을 통하여 효율적인 도형 학습 지도 방안과 교수ㆍ학습용 소프트웨어의 개발 방안에 대한 시사점을 찾고자 한다. There have been a few mathematic education programs that based on operating activity considering cognitive development level of elementary student, although we can find a variety of computer-aided mathematic teaching methods for elementary school. The purpose of this paper was to examine the effect of mathematical program based on operating activity developed as teaching materials in plain figures. As results of the post-achievement test and attitude test, it was found that the math program has been improved the achievement positively. By a result that inspects mathematical learning attitude of the experiment group, it was found that variable factors such as interest, confidence, self-learning were changed significantly more important in statistics.

        The significance of hydro-power plant is increasing in its public roles such as flood control and water supply as well as electric power production. Even if high level of reliability in facility operation is required, no specific reliability research has been made. This specifically stems from the lack of technology and research investments. The eventual goal of this study is to secure a methodology for reliability analysis of hydro-power plant so that an appropriate decision for operation and investment can be made. Specific effort was put to develop a reliability model for water supply system within hydro-power plant. For this study, we briefly examined the overview of the hydroUpower plant including the electric power generation facility system. We then discussed the facility reliability analysis methodology for hydro-power plant. Based on rigorous examination of the water supply system and components roles, we drew major failure modes for each component and examined their effects.

        High level of reliability in facility operation is specifically required these days. The goal of this study is to secure a methodology for reliability analysis of hydro-power plant so that an appropriate decision for operation and investment can be made. Fault tree analysis of water supply system within hydro-power plant has been performed in this study. We briefly examined the electric power generation facility and water supply system. We then developed fault tree for the water supply system based on failure modes and effects analysis. We conclude this study and provided future research areas.

        HCFC-123의 급성 독성간질환 발생 사례에 따른 노출기준 및 법 관리 필요성 권고

        Objectives: This study was performed to propose a domestic occupational exposure limit (OEL) following a health hazard assessment, calculation of a non-carcinogenicity reference concentration worker (RfC<sub>worker</sub>) value, and examination of international agencies' exposure limits. It also recommends legal management within the Occupational Safety and Health Act for HCFC-123, which caused an acute hepatotoxicity incident. Methods: An acute hepatotoxicity incident due to the fire extinguishing agent HCFC-123 was investigated. Toxicological hazard and health hazard classifications were examined and a non-carcinogenicity RfC<sub>worker</sub> value was calculated for HCFC-123. An OEL and the necessity of legal management were recommended as well. Results and Conclusions: An OEL for HCFC-123 of 10 ppm(62.5 ㎎/㎥), which considered the RfC<sub>worker</sub> value, 5.56 ppm, produced in dose-response assessment and the exposure level of 19.1-20.9 ppm measured as an eight-hour TWA(time-weighted average) in the incident place, is recommended. HCFC-123 is urged to be included as a chemical requiring legal management in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. In addition, it is recommended that a peak exposure of ACGIH be adopted in the Notice of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

        Kjeldahl 증류법을 활용한 질산성-질소 및 암모니아성-질소 안정동위원소비 분석 및 질소오염원 추적사례 연구

        Nitrogen (N) loading from domestic, agricultural and industrial sources can lead to excessive growth of macrophytes or phytoplankton in aquatic environment. Many studies have used nitrogen stable isotope ratios to identify anthropogenic nitrogen in aquatic systems as a useful method for studying nitrogen cycle. In this study to evaluate the precision and accuracy of Kjeldahl processes, two reference materials (IAEA-NO-3, N-1) were analyzed repeatedly. Measured the δ15N-NO3 and δ15N-NH4 values of IAEA-NO-3 and IAEA-N-1 were 4.7±0.2‰ and 0.4±0.3‰, respectively, which are within recommended values of analytical uncertainties. Also, we investigated spatial patterns of δ15N-NO3 and δ15N-NH4 in effluent plumes from a waste water treatment plant in Han River, Korea. δ15N-NO3 and δ15N-NH4 values are enriched at downstream areas of water treatment plant suggesting that dissolved nitrogen in effluent plumes should be one of the main N sources in those areas. The current study clarifies the reliability of Kjeldahl analytical method and the usefulness of stable isotopic techniques to trace the contamination source of dissolved nitrogen such as nitrate and ammonia.
