        효과적인 하중운반체계에 대한 생체역학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to get the quantitative data of effect of two different load carrying system on Kinematics and Kinetics. The subjects for the research were 2-adults. The mechanism of each load carrying pattern was measured by a motion analyzer a forceplatform and E.M.G system. The conclusion were as follow from Kinematics Variable's and Kinetics Variables. 1. It was not effected at the vertical reaction force(Fz) of left, right foot according to the big value of the 1st peack of 10kg, 15kg fore, back-pack carrying system, 20kg, 30kg back-pack carrying system in walking. But, it was effected at the vertical reaction force(Fz) on 30kg back-pack carrying system in walking. 2. It was not effected at the Anterior-Posterior reaction force(Fx) of left, right foot according to high value of the 1st peack on 10kg, 15kg fore, back-pack carrying in walking. But, it was effected on the 20kg, 30kg only back-pack carrying system in walking. 3. It was effected at the legt-right reaction force(Fy) of left-right foot according to the big value of the 2nd peak on 10kg, 15kg fore-backpack carrying system in walking. It was more effective than 20kg, 30kg back-pack carrying system in walking. There was not disorder force(Fx) on 10kg, 15kg fore-backpack carrying system in walking. 4. Analysis of computer graphic, on the pack carrying system in walking. It was efficient in 10kg, 15kg fore-backpack carrying system in walking. But, it was not efficient on 20kg, 30kg backpack carrying in walking. Castrocnemius, Tibialis anterior, Vastus lateralis, Vastus medialis, are stressed to bend their body foreward. So it should be occurred fatigue fastly, injured muscles and joints. 5. Extension analyses and flection angles of the Knee joint and the hip joint on 10kg, 15kg fore-backpack carrying system in walking showed less than on 20kg, 30kg backpack carrying system in walking. It was efficient on the 10kg, 15kg fore-backpack carrying system in walking.

      • 步速變化에 따른 미끄러짐의 생체역학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze walking steps to prevent unnecessary energy consuming and prevention of injury from sliding when someone was walking. The questionnaire, high speed video system, E.M.G. system, and force platform system were used to analyze sliding mechanism in biomechanical perspective. Several results were found as following: 1. According to questionnaire regarding sliding, 93.3% of participants have sliding experiences. People have sliding experiences by greasy floor(48.4%) and obstacle (22.5%). Sliding types were found from different kinds of shoes such as sneakers (48.8%) and boots (34.2%). The results were presented as following 44.6% of participants were fall down front direction and 40.3% of people fell down rear side. 2. According to the high speed video system analyzer, step sliding increased with increasing step speed from distance and acceleration speed experiment with 80 steps/min, 100 steps/min, 120 steps/min. Also, the most sliding were occurred with sneakers, boots, and bare feet as order. 3. According to E.M.G. test results, the vastus lateralis M., the vastus medialis m., and the tibialis anterior m. of electric action potential presented strongly when participants fell front, rear, and right side. The vastus lateralis m. and the tibialis anterior m. of electric action potential presented strongly when someone fell left side, but the vastus medialis m. and the gastrocnemius m. of electirc action potential presented as weaker. 4. According to the force platform test results, the most big change of floor antipower of x-axis presented when someone fell the left side. The most of big change of floor antipower of y-axis presented when someone fell down rear side. The most of big change of floor antipower of z-axis presented similarly when someone fell the front, rear, left, and right side.

      • 관상동맥 풍선성형술 후 발생한 관상동맥 박리의 초기 조영술적 고찰

        Background and Objectives: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is widely utilized in the treatment of symptomatic coronary artery disease (CAD). Althouth it has numerous benefits, intimal tear or dissection, serious and potentially life-threatening complications of plain old balloon angioplasty (POBA) can occur. The aim of this study was to assess the implications of coronary dissections after ballon angioplasty. Methods: 78 consecutive patients (age, 62 +/- 11 years; 46 men, 32 women) identified to two groups as having with or without dissection (dissection (D) group or non-dissection (ND) grouP) underwent balloon angioplsty for CAD were studied. All patients with dissection could be managed by successful stent implantation to rescue the artery. The morbidity of ischemic complication and mortality were evaluated for 30days after PCI. Results: Coronary dissection developed 44 lesions (38%) in 31 patients out of 117 lesions in 78 patients after POBA and a good final angiographic result was obtained in all patients with dissection, Significant correlates of a development of dissection were the lesion morphology of ACC/AHA type B and C (P<0.05). There were no significant correlations of clinical pictures, whether POBA in single vessel disease or in multivessel disease, diameter stenosis before POBA, and balloon/coronary artery diameter ratio. Morphologic feature of dissection was type A in 15 (34%), type B in 13(30%), type C in 12 (27%), and type D in 4 (9%). After PCI, there was no ischemic complication or death related coronary dissection during follow-up period for 30days. Conclusions: Coronary dissection after angioplasty occurred in 44 lesions (38%) out of 117 lesions of 78 consecutive patients underwent POBA. Coronary dissection after POBA significantly correlated with the severity of lesion morphology. Coronary stenting is effective in the management of acute coronary dissections after angioplasty.

      • 시뮬레이터 어닐링을 이용한 조합최적화의 floorplan 설계

        최근에 IC의 밀도는 매우 높게 증가되었고, 이러한 매우 높은 IC의 밀도는 레이아웃의 더욱 정확한 처리기법과 자동배선을 필요로 하게 된다. 이 논문에서는 다음을 기본으로 하는 floorplan 알고리즘을 나타낸다. (1) 정규화된 2-5진식에 의해 order-5의 계층적인 floorplan의 새로운 표현과 (2) 새로운 인접구조는 인접해에서 얻는 해를 4개 move 셀에 의해 정의하고 (3) 비용함수 계산이 가능한 계층적인 floorplan에 대하여 효과적인 floorplan 면적을 최소화하여 (4) SA[1]의 탐색을 수행한다. 이 알고리즘은 non-slicing floorplan을 생성하며 wong[2]의 알고리즘과 비교하여 테스트한 예에서 개선되었음을 보였다. 알고리즘의 non-trivial표현이 [2]과 알고리즘을 비교하여 테스트한 예에서 개선되었음을 보였다.

      • 인접 리스트를 이용한 병렬 알고리즘의 개선

        현재까지 많은 내부정렬 알고리즘이 제시되었지만 실제구현이 가능하고 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 병렬 알고리즘은 많지 않으므로 본 논문에서는 새로운 병렬 알고리즘을 제시하며 system의 성능향상을 위해 공유메모리 내에서 고려 되어야할 요소를 개선하였다. [1, 4, 9, 10] 완전이진트리의 병렬 알고리즘과 binary tree 및 matrix와 관계되는 여러 계산을 데이타의 검색 분류 등에 적용할 수 있으며 graph에서 발생되는 시간 복잡도(time complexity)와 공간복잡도(space complexity)문제를 인접 리스트로 나타내어 임의의 마디와 갯수를 double adjacency list로 표현하므로써 이와같은 문제점을 해결하였다.

        GBAS Cat-I 지상시스템 시범공항 구축을 위한 설치후보지 검토

        This paper presents site survey processes and the results for installing GBAS Category-I ground system into Gimpo international airport. For siting assessment, many things should be taken into account in advance, such as installation requirement of GBAS components,future airport development plan and possible interference effects to existing facilities. Because overall performance of GBAS system can be affected by GPS signal reception environment, on-site survey should be performed carefully to measure actual GPS environmental performance and determine if any adverse multipath or RFI problems exist or not. In addtion, VDB antenna should be located to ensure line of sight for transmitting VHF signal to deliver GBAS message to aircraft. Based on the survey results, final location for GBAS system installation is selected near runway 32 in the Gimpo airport.

      • GNSS 원격 무결성 감시시스템 개발

        위성항법시스템(GNSS)을 민간항공 분야에 활용하기 위해서는 국제민간항공기구가 정한 비행단계별 정확성(Accuracy), 무결성(integrity), 연속성(continuity), 가용성(availability) 요구조건을 만족시켜야 한다. 본 논문에서는 GBAS, GRAS 등 지상기반 위성항법보강시스템 개발에 활용될 수 있는 GNSS 원격 무결성 감시시스템을 제안하고 개발결과에 대해 기술 한다. GPS 수신기와 안테나로 구성된 위성신호 수신장치는 RS-232 to TCP/IP 프로토콜 변환장치를 통해 데이터 처리 및 분석을 수행하는 신호처리장치의 Host PC에 연결되도록 설계되었다. 이는 GPS 수신기의 설치 위치 제한을 극복하고 수신기와 안테나 간의 물리적 거리를 줄일 수 있어 CPS 수선 신호의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 방법이다. CPS 데이터를 수신하여 처리하는 신호처리장치는 실시간 운용 및 후처리 운용이 가능하며 GBAS CAT-I 급의 무결성 알고리즘과 차분보정 정보 생성을 지원하는 개발 환경을 제공한다. GNSS is a satellite-based radio navigation aid. For using it in civil air navigation area, any GNSS service should meet the requirements of accuracy, integrity, continuity and availability in each flight phase established by ICAO. In this study, a remote integrity monitoring system(RIM3) for GNSS are proposed and explained to utilize it in the design of GNSS augmentation system such as GBAS and GRAS. The RIM5 consists of signal-in-space receiving subsystem and signal processing subsystem Each as receiver is connected to Host PC by the serial to ethernet converting device which is able to convert serial port connection to LAN port connection in order to exchange information via the internet. We can overcome the siting limitation of as receiver and antenna, and reduce signal loses in the cable between as antenna and receiver. This system is providing the development environment for GBAS CAT-I system.
