濯纓 金馹孫의 同人文化와 그 의미

본 연구는 濯纓 金馹孫과 同人의 문화를 분석했다. 이를 위해 同人文化가 형성되어 작품으로 남겨진 모든 부분을 고찰했다. 그들의 同人文化는 다음과 같이 나타나고 있었다. 첫째, 김일손과 同人은 신분을 뛰어넘어 文으로써 交遊하는 문화가 드러나고 있었다. 김종직 학단과 그 문하·관료·친인척·생육신 등 다양한 신분과 자유롭게 문으로써 교유를 하고 있었다. 둘째, 김일손과 同人은 山水에 노니는 놀이문화가 나타나고 있었다. 특히 정여창, 김굉필과 함께한 산수유람은 의미가 있다. 그 외 누정과 강 등에서 뱃놀이를 하거나, 詩會를 열기도 했다. 셋째, 김일손과 同人은 지역 및 士林을 회합하는 문화를 형성하고 있었다. 이는 훗날 다른 학파에서 그 명맥이 이어지기도 했다. 김일손의 여러 기문과 서문에서 이러한 의식이 잘 나타나고 있었다. 김일손과 同人이 형성한 문화는 초기 사림파의 同人文化를 잘 확인할 수 있다. 이들은 文·山水·同人이 서로 결합해 그 즐거움을 만끽하며, 士林을 결집하는 역할을 하고, 지역사회에 그들의 이상을 실천하고자 했다. This study analyzed the culture of 金馹孫 and the same person. To this end, a sympathetic culture was formed and all the parts left as works were examined. Their cognate culture was manifested as follows. First, there was a culture in which Kim Il-son and the same person communicated with each other through writing, transcending their status. He was acquainted with the Kim Jong-jik Academy and his followers, bureaucrats, relatives, physical bodies, etc. and freely as a teacher. Second, a culture of play in which Kim Il-son and the same person played in the mountains and water was emerging. In particular, the landscape tour with Yeo-chang Jeong and Gong-pil Kim is meaningful. Other than that, they played boats in Nojeong and rivers, and held public demonstrations. Third, Kim Il-son and his contemporaries were forming a culture that brought together regions and communities. It was later carried on by other schools of thought. Kim Il-son's various keynotes and prefaces showed this consciousness well. The culture formed by Kim Il-son and the same person can clearly confirm the culture of the same person of the early Sarim school. They wanted to enjoy the joy of literacy, mountain water, and the same person united with each other, to play a role of uniting friendships, and to put their ideals into practice in the local community.

생활체육참여자의 사회인구학적 특성과 인지된 삶의 질의 관계

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the perceived life quality of participants in leisure sports by social demographic character. To achieve this goal, The people from twenties to fifties who reside in Jeon-ju were established as a population, and the sample for the investigation was collected by multi-class random sample research and the data of 362 people were used for the practical analysis. As the investigating paper for the leisure satisfaction scale, Beard and Ragheb`s Leisure Satisfaction Scale translated and standardized as a measuring method by Jong-gil Lee was used, and as the investigating paper for the life satisfaction scale, Dinner, Emmonson, Larsen and Griffin`s(1985) The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) translated and standardized as a measuring method by Won(1989) and Jong-gil Lee was used. An equation fluctuant analysis, public fluctuant analysis and multi-recurrent analysis, etc. were adopted as the statistic methods to analyze the collected material according to the purpose of this thesis. The conclusion for the connection on the perceived life quality of participants in leisure sports by social demographic character according to the above method of research and process is as below; First, among the changing factors which have an influence on the participation of the leisure sports. The degree of the participation is not difference by the age, but by the economical position. And the changing factors by social demographic character which have an influence on the leisure and life satisfaction scale, the changing factors of the life quality, also difference by the economical position and a little of difference by the age. Second, in the connection with the leisure satisfaction scale, the changing factors for the participation of leisure sports and the life quality, the group of participation is higher than group of non-participation and the group of participation is higher than the group of non-systematic participation. Third, in the connection with the life satisfaction scale, the group of participation is higher than the group of non-participation and the group of systematic participation is higher than the group of non-participation. Fourth, in the connection between the participation of the leisure sports and the perceived life quality, the participation of the leisure sports has a direct connection with the changing factors of consisting the life quality.

도둑놈의 갈고리로부터 생산된 항비만성 Lipase 저해제와 시판 Lipase 저해제의 활성 비교

Obesity is the cause of various diseases including high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and cerebrovascular accidents. Therefore, development of new anti-obesity nutraceuticals or drugs is necessary. In previous paper, we selected Desmodium oxyphyllum as a potent lipase inhibitor-containing herb. In this study lipase inhibitory activity of Desmodium oxyphyllum and commercial lipase inhibitor were determined and compared. Lipase inhibitory activity of extract from Desmodium oxyphyllum showed 67.4%, whereas commercial lipase inhibitor showed more high 85.3% rater than that of Desmodium oxyphyllum.

A 48-year-old male visited the emergency room of the authors’ hospital due to nausea, vomiting, and myalgia for four days. Acute hepatitis A was identified from the serologic marker of the hepatitis A virus. Mild elevation of the serum creatinine and creatinine phosphokinase(CPK) suggested rhabomyolysis, which was confirmed with the serum aldolase, myoglobin, and urine myoglobin. With supportive care, both the liver and renal func- tions were recovered gradually and fully. This case shows that rhabdomyolysis can be one of the mechanisms of renal complication in cases of acute symptomatic hepatitis A.

중부지역 옥수수 파종기에 따른 생육단계 및 수량성 변화

Maize hybrids were planted on April 1, April 25, May 20 and June 15 in 2012, 2013 at the experimental paddy and upland fields in Suwon city , respectively to know changes of growth stage and yield according to different planting time. Maize planting on April 1 was not recommended because total growing days at planting on April 1 was not different with that at planting on April 25 due to many days from planting to emergence over 20 days at planting on April 1. Total growing days were not much different among three planting time after April 25 because days from silking to maturity was lengthened though days from planting to silking was shortened at later planting time. Stalk weight was decreased as planting time was delayed, particularly at planting times after May 20 at paddy field by excess water injury during early growth stage. But, grain yield was not low as in May and June. It is needed to introduce early maturity maize variety as Yanganok at late planting for higher grain yield and enough time for soil preparation for next winter crops

연봉제 임금체계의 국제비교에 대한 탐색적 접근에 관한 연구

Salary system of the developed countries is based on the annual salary system. There are some slight differences among the systems in the countries, though, those countries have the foundation of long history and the prevalence so as to have settled annual salary system in common. This research is to compare and analyze the structure and characteristics of annual salary systems of the United States, Japan, Germany and the one of Korea. The research has been conducted as the exploratory study on the annual salary system of the US, Japan, Germany with domestic and foreign data. Meanwhile, the empirical analysis has been performed for 71 companies of Korea, which had adopted the annual salary system, to derive the types of the system. In this way, the research could perform the comparison and analysis between the system of the advanced countries and the one of Korea, which is still early on, in terms of the types, the application positions, valuation system, change range of annual pay and the purpose of the system adoption. After this, some suggestions for adopting original annual salary system in Korean companies could be deducted. The result of this research shows that the merit pay system has not accomplished the original goal in the America. As for Japan, the annual salary system had an obstacle of some difficulties to have objective valuation, and the companies maintained seniority-based pay system in general like in Korea. Therefore, Korean companies need to have a care not to adopt American-style merit pay system totally and abolish seniority-based pay system, which has been basis of the salary system, in process of expanding and adopting the annual salary system in Korea. In the beginning, it is considerable to build korean-style annual salary system, which has an influence of employee's performance, with the seniority-based system. The influence of the performance and the ability on the payment can be increased after managing better valuation system.

靑少年의 餘暇活動 意識에 關한 調査 硏究

The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of the youth on the leisure activities. The respondents consisted of 970 high school students(482 boys and 488 girls), who answered the questionnaire. The results of the analyses are as follows : ·The concern on the leisure activities was considerably high(64.84%). ·The attitute on the necessity of the leisure activities was positive(89.38%). Most of the respondents answered that the leisure activities were necessary for pleasure and relaxation. ·The time for the leisure activities was not enough. About three fourths of the respondents(77%) spent one or two hours for leisure activities and more than half of the respondents answered that they ·The contents of the leisure activities mostly(more than 60%) consisted of sports, music, and movie. About a third of the respondents(34.3%) enjoyed the leisure activities alone. ·On the basis of the results of the analyses, it can be concluded that the youth take a positive view of the leisure activities and that the more enough leisure time, the development of the programme, the more facilities and leaders for leisure acitvities are necessary.

재조합 아데노 바이러스 생산을 위한 효과적인 Shuttle 벡터의 개발과 검증

Recombinant adenovirus is an attractive vehicle to deliver a foreign gene for the virus can infect many cell types including non-dividing cells. Production of a recombinant adenovirus requires co-transfection of a shuttle vector which harbors a gene of interest and a rescue vector. Adenoviral shuttle vectors currently in use contain limited numbers of cloning sites for insertion of a foreign gene. They also lack a promoter and a signaling sequence for the poly(A) tail. Therefore, we set out to construct two adenoviral shuttle vectors, pAd-YC and pAd-YC2, in an effort to facilitate cloning and expression of foreign genes. pAd-YC contains the CMV promoter and multiple cloning sites but without a poly(A) signal sequence. pAd-YC2 contains the CMV promoter, the multiple cloning sites and the poly(A) signal sequence. The functionality of pAd-YC and pAd-YC2 was tested by cloning and expression of a chimeric Fcγreceptor cDNA and the β-galactosidase gene. Fcγreceptor expression was confirmed by binding of opsonized erythrocytes to COS-1 infectants, and β-galactosidase expression was assayed for X-gal staining. The results demonstrate the functional efficacy of the two shuttle vectors. We have since successfully constructed several recombinant adenoviruses by employing the two versatile shuttle vectors.
