대학생의 향토음식에 대한 인식 및 중요도, 만족도에 관한 연구

This study was to investigate the undergraduates in Gyeongsan city, an area heavily populated with students, on their awareness of and their satisfaction with the local traditional food to suggest an effective marketing direction to town restaurants and to provide them with useful information to activate their business. The samples were taken by the convenience sampling method and the measurement was done by 5points-Likert. The result was as follows. The students recognized that cleanliness (4.69 points), food texture (4,57 points), the freshness of food materials(4,56 points) and food price(4.20 points) were important. However, they considered the legitimacy of local traditional foods (3.59 points), the supplementary explanation of food(3.58 points) and the quantity of food(3.34 points) as less important. On the level of satisfaction with the food, they were highly satisfied with food taste(3.55 points), food flavor(3.47 points) and quantity(3.39points), while showing relatively low satisfaction with food creativity(2.94 points), food originality(2.75points) and the explanation of food(2.61 points). The result of IPA indicated that the food texture, food cleanliness, the freshness of food materials, food flavor, food taste and food nutrients were thought to be important among customers, to be kept well by the restaurants and to be shown as the items to be maintained further. The customers took other items like menu price and the creativity of menu to be important, but their satisfaction with these items were low due to lack of practice. Therefore, those items should be managed intensively.

Circumscribed palmar or plantar hypokeratosis is a rare condition characterized by the occurrence of an erythematous, well-circumscribed, and depressed macule or patch on the palms or soles. Histopathologically, it is characterized by sharp, stair-like abrupt thinning of the horny layer between the affected and unaffected skin. The pathogenesis of this condition remains unclear. Recently, the human papilloma virus has been implicated as a possible etiological contributor. Circumscribed palmar or plantar hypokeratosis usually shows a benign course. Previous reports have not described malignant changes in these lesions. However, its association with actinic keratosis has been reported in a previous case. We report a case of circumscribed palmar hypokeratosis showing bowenoid epidermal change with expression of the human papilloma virus types 6 and 16 in a patient who was successfully treated with ingenol mebutate gel and cryotherapy. 유아교육기관 내 원장의 코칭리더십과 조직문화가 교사의 직무만족도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 일반적 배경에 따른 직무만족도와 이직의도의 차이와 함께 유아교사의 직무만족도와 이직의도에 영향을 주는 원장의 코칭리더십과 조직문화에 대해 분석하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 및 전남·전북지역의 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 유아교사 212명을 대상으로 유아교사의 일반적 배경에 따른 차이를 조사하고 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 코칭리더십과 조직문화가 직무만족도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 원장의 코칭리더십은 근무시설유형과 근무경력에 따라 차이가 있었고, 조직문화는 결혼여부, 근무시설유형, 근무경력, 직무만족도는 연령, 결혼여부, 근무시설유형, 최종학력, 근무경력, 이직의도는 근무시설유형, 최종학력, 근무경력에 따라 차이가 있었다. 또한 원장의 코칭리더십, 조직문화, 유아교사의 직무만족도, 이직의도 간 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있었으며, 원장의 코칭리더십과 조직문화가 높을수록 유아교사의 직무만족도가 높고 이직의도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교육현장에서 원장의 코칭리더십을 높이고 유아교육기관의 협력적인 조직문화가 형성될 수 있는 방안마련의 필요성이 요구됨을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to look at the difference of job satisfaction and turnover intention of early childhood teachers based on general background and to analyze organizational culture and director’s coaching leadership that affect the job satisfaction and turnover intention of those teachers. For this, this study selected 212 early childhood teachers from kindergartens and childcare centers located in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk provinces to examine the differences of the early childhood teachers based on the general backgrounds and investigated the effects of director’s coaching leadership and organizational culture perceived by the teachers upon their job satisfaction and turnover intention. As result, there was a difference in the director’s coaching leadership according to types of work facilities and work experiences, difference in the organizational culture according to marital status, types of work facilities, and work experiences, difference in the job satisfaction according to age, marital status, types of work facilities, final education, and work experiences, and difference in turnover intention according to types of work facilities, final education, and work experiences. There was also a statistically significant correlation between the coaching leadership of the director, organizational culture, job satisfaction of the early childhood teachers, and turnover, and the higher the director"s coaching leadership and organizational culture, the higher the job satisfaction of the early childhood teachers and the lower the degree of turnover. The results suggest that it is necessary to prepare strategies to enhance director"s coaching leadership in the field of child education and to create cooperative organizational culture within child education institutions.
호텔 주방조직의 멘토 역량이 종사자의 조직적 성과에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study is to empirically examine influence of mentor`s capabilities in a hotel kitchen organization on job satisfaction of the kitchen employees and professional commitment. It is also to suggest improvement points for effective management and training of the kitchen organization. The results of this study are as follows. Among capabilities of a mentor, sensibility and personality had a significant influence on the professional commitment. Work skills also had a significant influence on the job satisfaction. Moreover job satisfaction led to the professional commitment. Capabilities of a mentor had influence on employees with their accommodation in organization, job descriptions, and reinforcement of individual capability. Accordingly it is recommended that mentor enhance work skills to raise job satisfaction. Personality and sensibility of a mentor affect job satisfaction of the employees, thus a desirable relation enabling professional commitment should be established through an appropriate management and training.
