        성견 치주 골결손부에서의 수종의 차단막에 의한 치주조직 재생 효과;조직계측학적 메타 분석

        Various periodontal barrier membranes used in many clinical and experimental fields, and many recent studies of membranes have reported good results. To improve clinical results, selection of barrier membranes is an important factor. So, we need not only to evaluate various barrier mem-branes, but also to understand the property of barrier membranes appropriate to defect characteristics. For this purpose, this study reviewed available literature, evaluated comparable experimental models, and compared various barrier membranes. From above mentioned methods, the following conclusions are deduced. 1. In i-wall periodontal defect models, new bone formation showed a consistent result, almost 30% of the defect size. New cementum formations measured mostly 40% of the defect size, but showed more variations than new bone formations. This seems to be resulted form difference in experimental methods, so standardization in experimental methods is needed for future studies. 2. Application PLGA barrier membrane to periodontal defect demonstrated improved healing in new bone and new cementum. 3. There was a minimal periodontal regeneration with calcium sulfate barrier membrane only. But, there was better healing pattern in combination of calcium sulfate membrane with bone graft material, such as DFDBA, 4. There was no significant difference between the experimental group that used chitosan mem-brane only and the control group. But, in combination with bone graft material for space maintanence, periodontal regeneration was improved. Overall, Space maintenance is a critical factor for Guided tissue regeneration using barrier membranes. Also, a barrier membrane itself that has difficulty in maintaining space, achieved better result when used with graft material.

        Minipig에서 외과적으로 형성한 일벽성 치주 결손부에 이식한 macroporous biphasic calcium phosphate ($MBCP^{(R)}$)와 fluorohydroxyapatite($Algipore^{(R)}$)의 조직학적 평가

        Periodontal regenerative therapy and tissue engineering on defects destructed by severe periodontitis need maintaining of space, which provides the environment for cell migration, proliferation and differentiation. Application of bone grafts may offer this environment in periodontal defects. This study evaluated bone graft materials, $MBCP^{(R)}$ and $Algipore^{(R)}$ , in surgically created i-wall periodontal intrabony defects of minipigs by histological analysis. Critical sized($4mm{\times}4mm$), one wall periodontal intrabony defects were surgically produced at the proximal aspect of mandibular premolars in either right and left jaw quadrants in four minipigs. The control group was treated with debridement alone, and experimental group was treated with debridement and $MBCP^{(R)}$ and $Algipore^{(R)}$ application. The healing processes were histologically observed after 8 weeks and the results were as follows. 1. In the control group, limited new bone formation was observed. 2. In MBCP group, more new bone formation was observed compared to other groups. 3. Histologically, dispersed mixture of new bone, biomaterial particles and connective tissue were shown and osteoblasts, osteoclasts and new vessels were present in this area. 4. Defects with Algipore showed limited new bone formation and biomaterial particles capsulated by connective tissue. 5. Histologically, lots of osteoclasts were observed around the biomaterial but relatively small numbers of osteblasts were shown. Within the limitation to this study protocol, $MBCP^{(R)}$ application in 1-wall intrabony defect enhanced new bone formation rather than $Algipore^{(R)}$ application.

        The mechanization of domestic agriculture production and cultivation technology is ongoing by the lead of rice cropping. Among this, the possession rate of tractor is 46% of the major agricultural machinery such as tractor, rice transplanter and combine. Furthermore, the tractor possession keeps increasing in overseas market and the market size is also rapidly expanded. In order to strengthen competitiveness in overseas market, domestic tractor companies must put their efforts to reduce material costs and improve quality. To improve quality and reduce costs, need to analyze load characteristic according to the soil condition and work condition and appropriate design for power transport system based on the basic data on tractor design is required. While number of Utility and Row-Crop tractor is increasing domestically, load analysis study on agriculture operation is very weak. Also most of the studies are conducted on small tractors. Therefore, to increase competitive power for quality of domestic tractor and secure international competitiveness by cost reduction, load analysis study according to the increase in frequency of use of Utility and Row-Crop tractor agriculture operation is required. In this study, the operation condition according to the plowing operation has decided based on the survey of user in the Jeollabuk do. Finally load spectrum is written to use as a basic data for design and durability test.

      • 즉신성불(卽身成佛)의 의미와 원리에 대한 고찰 - 『대일경』과 『대일경소』를 중심으로 -

        일반적으로 성불은 업장이 두터운 중생들로서는 지극히 어려운 일로서 삼겁이 지나야 성불할 수 있다고 한다. 이 말은 곧 평범한 중생이 도달하기에는 불가능한 것이 성불이라는 뜻이다. 그러나 밀교에서는 이러한 생각은 중생들의 잘못된 생각임을 지적하면서 깨달음이 무엇인지에 대한 원초적인 질문을 던지면서 즉신성불을 내세운다. 즉신성불은 진리의 상징이며 법계의 상징인 대일여래의 가지를 통하여 삼밀행을 완성할 때에 이루어진다. 말하자면 보리심을 발하고 삼밀행을 통하여 우리의 마음이 무엇인지를 제대로 들여다 볼 때에[여실지자심] 우주 법계의 본질을 통찰하게 되고 그 순간 즉신성불이 이루어진다고 설하고 있다. 중생의 자심의 실상이 보리이고 일체지지이며 아눗다라삼먁삼보리이기 때문이다. 왜냐하면 중생의 마음의 실상이 법계이고 그것은 본불생인 법신의 세계이기 때문이다. 그렇기 때문에 밀교에서는 수행의 궁극을 삼밀가지에 의한 대일여래와의 합일에 두고 있다. 즉 삼밀가지에 의하여 대일여래의 지혜를 획득할 때 그것이 곧 성불이며 보리를 완성하는 것이 된다. 대일여래, 즉 비로자나불의 법신과 합일하여 무상의 진리를 체득하고 성불에 이르기 위하여 밀교에서는 여러 가지 구체적인 수행체계를 마련하고 있다. 그것도 수겁에 걸치는 난행, 고행을 통한 성불이 아니라 진언문에 의한 삼밀행의 완성으로 비로자나불과 일체가 됨으로써 즉신성불이 이루어진다고 한다. 그리고 그러한 즉신성불에 이르는 구체적인 수행체계를 다양하고 구체적으로 제시하고 있는 것이 또한 밀교의 특색이며 수승한 점이라고 할 수 있다. 그러한 수행체계를 나타내는 것이 법신세계를 축약한 만다라의 관상법이며, 진언과 종자, 삼매야형의 상징성에 의지하여 법신의 세계를 파악하려는 삼밀행이다. 그 중에서도 밀교의 수행체계의 기본을 이루며, 또한 그 요체라고 할 수 있는 것으로 아자관과 오자엄신관, 그리고 오상성신관 등이 있다. 이러한 수행법은 곧 비로자나불의 법신세계를 즉각적으로, 그리고 전신적(全身的)으로 체득하여 즉신성불에 이르기 위한 밀교 독자의 수행법이다. 물론 밀교의 수행체계상에서는 이러한 관법을 행하기 위한 예비절차가 다양하게 설정되어 있다. 그러나 삼겁성불을 시간적 개념이 아니라 우리 마음의 무명의 두께로 파악하여 일시에 타파할 수 있는 대상으로 본 것은 밀교 만의 파격적인 통찰이며 그것을 타파하기 위한 방편이 대일여래의 가지에 의한 삼밀수행의 구체적인 수행법으로 설정되어 있다. 밀교의 삼밀수행을 통하여 100%의 즉신성불은 어렵더라도 몇 %의 즉신성불이라도 달성될 수 있다면 큰 성공이 아니겠는가? 밀교는 이론만이 아닌 실 수행을 통한 전신적인 체험을 중요시한다. 삼밀수행에 의하여 완벽한 성불은 아닐지라도 체험을 통하여 우주 법계의 비밀의 한 자락을 엿본 밀교가들은 즉신성불의 의미에 대해 더욱 공감할 수 있으리라 생각한다. 이 논문에서 강조하는 것도 우리가 이루고자 하는 성불은 삼겁성불이 아니라 즉신성불이어야 하며 그것은 자력과 타력을 아우르는 삼밀가지 수행에 의하여 마음의 비밀을 깨트림으로써 조속히 도달되어 질 수 있다. Becoming a buddha is a very difficult task for people with thick karma,and so it is said that they can only do attaining buddhahood after 3 kalpas. This means that becoming a buddha is impossible for ordinary people to achieve. However, Esoteric Buddhists points out that these ideas are people's wrong ideas, and advocate the possibility of attaining Buddhahood while one is alive while asking a primal question of what enlightenment is. They say that attaining Buddhahood while still alive or Immidate attaining Buddhahood with this body is achieved when Tri-guhyani practice are completed with adhiṣṭhāna of Mahā Vairocana, a symbol of truth as well as Dharma dhātu itself. In other words, when we have a perfect insight into what our mind is by Tri-guhyani practice after swearing to complete bodhi, we get an insight into the essence of the universe and dharma dhātu, and at that moment, immidate attaining Buddhahood takes place. The actual image of one's mind is bodhicitta, wisdom of wisdom, and also anuttarasamyak-saṁbodhi. The reality of the mind of the people is Dharmadhātu itself and at the same time it is dharmakaya's dhātu without creation and extinction. But the foolish beings don't know this. Therefore, Esoteric Buddhism sets the final goal of practice asceticism to homogenize with Mahā Vairocana by Tri-guhyani practice with adhiṣṭhāna. In other words, when the wisdom of Mahā Vairocana is acquired by Tri-guhyani practice with adhiṣṭhāna to a practitioner, bodhi can be completed and Buddhahood can be attained immidately to him. In order to complete the anuttarasamyaksaṁbodhi in homogenization with Dharma kaya of Mahā Vairocana and achieve buddhahood, the Esoteric Budhism has prepared several specific systems of practice. Attaining buddhahood is a difficult thing that can be achieved after a very long time, but an immidate attaining buddhahood with this body can be achieved by homogenizing with Mahā Vairocana through completing Tri-guhyani practice. This is an unique method of esoteric buddhism for attaining buddhahood. In addition, it is also a characteristic and excellent point of Esoteric Buddhism that various and specific practice systems for immidate attaining buddhahood are presented. Representing such a practice system is many kinds of esoteric meditation using Mandala, which abbreviates Dharmakaya's dhātu, and the Tri-guhyani practice to grasp Dharma kaya's dhātu by relying on the symbolism of mantra, secret seed characters, and samaya symbols. Among them, secret practices such as Ah-meditation, meditation of magnifying body with 5 characters and meditation of changing 5 jṅāna kayas form the basis of the practice system of Esoteric Buddhism, and are also key to it. These practices are the unrivaled practices of Esoteric Buddhism for immi-diate achieving buddhahood through immediate and whole-body experiencing the Dharmakaya dhātu of Mahā Vairocana. Of course, various preliminary procedures for performing such meditation are set in the practice system of Esoteric Buddhism. However, it is the perspective of Esoteric Buddhists to grasp attaining buddhood after 3 kalpas as the thickness of the stupidity in our minds and see it as an object that can be broken at once. It is an unconventional insight only by Esoteric Buddhism, and the method to break it down is set to the Tri-guhyani practice by adhiṣṭhāna of Mahā Vairocana. Wouldn't it be a great success if you could achieve a few % of immidate attaining buddhahood while one is still alive through Esoteric Buddhism's Tri-guhyani practice? Although 100% of immidate attaining buddhahood is difficult. Esoteric Buddhism values the experience of the body and mind through actual practice as well as theory. Although it is difficult to be a perfect buddha by the Tri-guhyani practice, the Esoteric Buddhists, who have peeked at the secret of Dharmadhātu through experience, will be able to sympathize more with the meaning of immidate attaining buddahood while one is still alive. What I emphasize in this paper is that the buddhood we want to achieve is not obtained after 3 kalpas, but immidate ataining Buddhood while one is still alive. It can be reached quickly by breaking the secret of the mind by performing the Triguhyani practice with adhiṣṭhāna of Mahā Vairocana.

      • 머신러닝을 활용한 ETF 수익 방향 예측

        본 논문은 머신러닝 기법을 활용하여 상장지수펀드(ETF: Exchange Traded Fund)의 미래 수익 방향을 예측하는 방안을 제시하고 모의실험을 통해 예측 정확도를 측정하였다. 랜덤 포레스트 기법으로 개별 종목의 향후 수익 방향을 예측한 후 ETF의 보유 종목과 투자 비중 정보를 활용하여 펀드의 수익 방향을 상승 또는 하락으로 예측하였다. 24개 ETF를 대상으로 모의실험을 수행한 결과 1개월 예측 모델이 2, 3개월 예측 모델보다 월등히 우수한 성능을 보였다.

        다발성 외골증을 가진 치주염 환자의 삭제형 골수술에 대한 증례 보고

        Bony exostosis, one of the osseous deformities, could act as a contributing factor of periodontal disease since it makes proper tooth brushing difficult and causes traumatic ulcer. The purpose of this case report is to show improvement of periodontal health by removal of bony exostoses and creation of physiologic osseous form. A 58 year old female patient with recurrent ulcer and pain on bony exostoses located on left maxillary palatal area and both mandibular buccal areas was treated. Exostoses were removed and physiologically positive osseous form was created following vertical grooving, radicular blending, flattening interproximal bone and gradualizing marginal bone. The patient showed no further recurring traumatic ulcer and bone exposure. Moreover, periodontal pocket was eliminated and food impaction was decreased. In conclusion, periodontal health could be achieved through removal of multiple bony exostoses and development of ideal osseous form.

        Topology optimization formulation for the optimal shape design of poroelastic acoustical foams is studied to maximize its absorption coefficient. The acoustical system in consideration consists of two different physical regions: an air region and a poroelastic foam region. To account for the changes between the two regions in an iterative optimization, we adopted the unified multiphase analysis method which is based on Biot's equations with a material property interpolation technique. The unified multiphase analysis method can express an air region as well as a poroelastic foam region with the same governing equation. With the method, we carried out an optimal shape design of a poroelastic acoustical foam in a topology optimization setting. The objective was the maximization of the absorption coefficient in low and middle ranges of frequencies. Compared with a well-known wedge shape, the optimized foam shape showed significant improvement in the absorption performance in the target range of frequencies.
