신선편이 농식품의 소비형태를 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 과실 및 채소류의 구입 장소는 대형할인마트가 60.5%로 가장 많으며 연령이 감소할수록 대형할인마트에서의 구입 빈도가 높았다. 과실 및 채소류의 구입 빈도는 직장인보다는 전업주부의 구입 빈도가 높았다. 신선편이 농식품을 구입하게 된 동기는 조리시간 단축, 적정량 구입이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고, 구입하지 않은 이유로는 비싼 가격과 신선해 보이지 않기 때문으로 대답하였으나 향후 구입 의향에 대해서는 68.1%가 긍정적인 대답을 하였다. 신선편이 농식품의 구입경험은 62%로 식품소비층인 30~40대, 고학력일수록 더 많이 구입한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 구입경험이 있는 사람은 편리성, 신선함, 맛, 다양성 등의 긍정적인 반응을 보였으나 구입경험이 없는 사람은 익숙하지 않거나 비싸다고 대답하였다. 신선편이 농식품의 구매 형태는 필요한 양만큼 절단된 형태를 선호하였으며, 신선편이 농식품의 적정가격 수준은 110~140%를 가장 많이 선택했다. 신선편이 농식품의 고려요인으로는 신선함, 위생, 외관 등의 순이었고 이들을 개선한다면 지속적으로 구매하겠다고 대답한 사람이 87.7%였다. Consumer's perception and consumption pattern of fresh-cut agri-food products were surveyed to provide basic information for quality enhancement. The results are summarized as follows: The respondents had a preference for a discount store (60.5%) to purchase fruits and vegetables and the frequency of purchase was one time per week (46.1%). Fruits and vegetables were purchased frequently by full-time housewives compared with workers. The reasons for purchasing fresh-cut agri-food generally resulted from a consideration of the saving in cooking time, the ease of handling and the desire to serve appropriate portions. On the other hand, the reasons for not purchasing fresh-cut agri-food products were the comparatively high price, a perception of unsanitary handling. Freshness was considered to be the most important factor when purchasing these products. The preferred price for the fresh-cut agri-food products were approximately 110~140% of that for the unprocessed products. 87.7% of respondents answered that they will purchase fresh-cut agri-food products continuously if some problems that they considered, would be improved.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the architectural planning for Korean railway station as a tourist destination. To begin with defining the concept of the station as a tourist destination, the study has developed the perspectives for establishing the framework for analyzing Jeonju station which was used as a typical station with a famous tourist spot. The concept of the station as a tourist destination could be defined that the station which has a strong spatial characteristics of ’Stay’ for tourists. Through analyzing the literature and case studies, the research could find the perspectives, which are architectural form, programme, inter modality and connection with the city, for the architectural planning for railway station as a tourist destination. With these studies, the research could make a conclusion that it is worthy of establishing the typology of railway station as a tourist destination. It could be the way of enhance the architectural characteristics of railway station and relationship between the station and the city.
공동주택 사전성능평가를 위한 성능평가 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose an evaluation framework for Collective Housing and to develop the Design Evaluation System. The Performance Evaluation System of Collective Housing in the Design Development Stage evaluates its design results by running CAD program. The results are automatically reflected in the design process. The scope of this study will be limited to the contents within the Barrier Free Design. Running the design evaluation program requires the conversion of design forms and design checklist to computerized ones. To efficiently conduct this process, First, organize the existing guideline of the Barrier Free Design. Second, define attributes of each part in Building Data Model with the analysis of the checklist. Third, develop the Performance Analysis agent that compares Building Data Model with translated checklists. Finally, verify the efficiency of the Performance Evaluation System by seeking experts' advice on the result of the program.
