The objective of this study was to develop photonic neoprene textiles with a temperature sensor and button signal used for emergencies. To prepare the photonic neoprene textiles system, a temperature sensor, button, LED strip, battery, and circuit were prepared. The textile materials used in this system included nylon knit and neoprene. Using Arduino software to program the system, four ranges of ambient temperature were established, each corresponding to a different colored LED. In addition, the LED signal was programmed to illuminate via the button signal to inform of an emergency. The resultant photonic neoprene textile system measured the visibility using a luminance test. In the case of the button signal-photonic neoprene textile system, the red-green-blue LED illuminated within a luminescence range of 0.1-14 lx. In the case of temperature sensor-photonic neoprene textile system, the emission performance was measured by controlling the temperature in the atmospheric and water environment. In the first temperature range (<$5.5^{\circ}C$), the red light illuminated within a range of 0.1-4 lx. In the second temperature range ($5.5-11^{\circ}C$), the yellow light illuminated within a range of 0.1-30 lx. In the third temperature range ($11-17^{\circ}C$), the green light illuminated within a range of 0.1-5 lx. Lastly, in the fourth temperature range (>$17^{\circ}C$), the blue light illuminated within a range of 0.1-1 lx.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the architectural planning for Korean railway station as a tourist destination. To begin with defining the concept of the station as a tourist destination, the study has developed the perspectives for establishing the framework for analyzing Jeonju station which was used as a typical station with a famous tourist spot. The concept of the station as a tourist destination could be defined that the station which has a strong spatial characteristics of ’Stay’ for tourists. Through analyzing the literature and case studies, the research could find the perspectives, which are architectural form, programme, inter modality and connection with the city, for the architectural planning for railway station as a tourist destination. With these studies, the research could make a conclusion that it is worthy of establishing the typology of railway station as a tourist destination. It could be the way of enhance the architectural characteristics of railway station and relationship between the station and the city.
