Three kinds of metallic sandwich panels with quasi-Kagome truss cores have been analyzed on their mechanical behaviors subjected to bending load. According to the results of previous work on the optimal design, they were designed to have similarly high strength per weight with the identical overall sizes, i.e., the total length, the width, the core height. Differences were in the face sheet thickness and/or the thickness of the metal sheet from which the core was fabricated through expanding and bending processes. Under the bending load, they performed well as designed, as far as the maximum load is concerned. However, after the maximum load, the load-displacement curves were different each other depending on the slenderness ratio of the truss elements composing the quasi-Kagome truss cores and the face sheet thickness. Namely, the slenderness ratio and the face sheet thickness governed stability of the elastic and plastic buckling. Therefore, if energy absorption characteristics or structural stability as well as the maximum load capacity are to be achieved, the sandwich panel with thick truss members and thick face sheet should be selected.

In this study, we report the microstructure and the high-temperature oxidation behavior of Fe-Ni alloys by spark plasma sintering. Structural characterization is performed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The oxidation behavior of Fe-Ni alloys is studied by means of a high-temperature oxidation test at $1000^{\circ}C$ in air. The effect of Ni content of Fe-Ni alloys on the microstructure and on the oxidation characteristics is investigated in detail. In the case of Fe-2Ni and Fe-5Ni alloys, the microstructure is a ferrite (${\alpha}$) phase with body centered cubic (BCC) structure, and the microstructure of Fe-10Ni and Fe-20Ni alloys is considered to be a massive martensite (${\alpha}^{\prime}$) phase with the same BCC structure as that of the ferrite phase. As the Ni content increases, the micro-Vickers hardness of the alloys also increases. It can also be seen that the oxidation resistance is improved by decreasing the thickness of the oxide film.
지방자치단체 유형별 지방의회 의정비의 적정 규모에 관한 비교 연구

0본 연구는 기존연구에서 제시된 지방의회 의정비 결정 시 고려되어질 수 있는 요인을 검토하여 타당한 모형을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 자치단체 유형별 지방의회 의정비의 적정 규모를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 2005년부터 2008년까지의 전국 246개의 지방자치단체의 패널자료를 활용하였으며, 지방자치단체 4개의 유형(특별・광역시도, 일반시, 군, 구)의 특성을 통제한 상태에서 전년도 의정비, 인구, 인구증가율, 지방의원수, 재정력지수, 재정자립도 등의 다양한요인과 현재 의정비 간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 전년도 의정비가 클수록, 인구가 많을수록, 인구증가율이 높을수록, 지방의원수가 많을수록, 재정력지수와 재정자립도가 높을수록, 광역시도에 해당되는 자치단체일수록 의정비의 절대규모는 평균적으로 크게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 각 변수가 동시에 의정비에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 다양한 가능성을 검토하여 의정비 적정규모를 비교하기 위한 보다 타당한 모형을 설정하였다. 이러한 모형의해 각 자치단체별 의정비 규모를 추정한 후, 실제 규모와의 차이를 반영한 지수(예측값/실제값)로 변환하여 지자체 유형별로 지방의회 의정비 적정규모에 대한 상대적인 비교를 시도하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 지방의회 의정비 적정 규모 산정을 위한 기초적인 정보를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This Study is verified appropriate size of political finances of local assembly in previous studies empirically and made rational model for estimation of political finances in local assembly on typology of local government. To achieve this, article is used panel data of all local governments and analyzed connections of type of local government, political finances of previous year, population, rate of increase in population, size of local assemblymen, index of financial power, self-reliance ratio of local finance and political finances empirically. Therefore, this article provided basic implications for computation of right-size of political finances in local assembly.
과학기술인프라와 산업별 특화수준이 지역경제성장에 미치는 효과 분석

The aim of this study is to analyze how the regional location quotient (industry-specific level) or diversity, and scientific technology infrastructure can affect regional economic growth with the data from 1995 to 2005 of metropolitan cities and provinces. First of all, the regional economic growth can depend on the degree of industrial specialization. R&D funding and the number of patents among scientific technology infrastructure have a positive effect on regional economic growth, while the universities located in each local have a negative effect. Lastly, the more the amount of human resources (economically active population) and material resources(income of local taxes) available, the greater average GRDP increases. Based on these outcomes, this study discusses the theoretical, methodological and policy implications about the field related to regional economy and development.
학교조직에서 의사결정권자의 감성리더십 영향 연구: 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 효과에 대한 탐색적 실증 분석

본 연구의 목적은 학교조직에서 의사결정권자인 학교장의 감성리더십(emotional leadership) 의 영향을 실증적으로 탐색하는데 있으며, 특히, 교사들의 직무만족에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학교장의 감성리더십은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 사회능력(사회인식능력, 관계관리능력) 관련 요소들이 핵심적인 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육정책차원에서 의사결정권자인 학교장의 감성리더십의 중요성과 향후 학교장의 충원과 육성에서 사회인식능력, 관계관리능력 등의 역량이 중요함을 시사한다. 특히 학교조직에서는 수직적인 관계와 일정한 전문성을 바탕으로 구성원의 수평적 관계가 중시되므로 관계형성에서 교장의 감성리더십 발휘가 중요함을 규명하고 있다. 더불어, 연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위한후속적 연구방향에 대해서 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of emotional leadership of the principal at the school empirically, In particular, analyze the effects of job satisfaction of teachers. The results of the sensitivity principal leadership exerts a positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers were identified as social skills(social awareness, relationship management skills) relevant factors are key influencing factors. This suggests the importance of these skills, social awareness, relationship management skills in recruitment and training of future principal importance and sensitivity of the principal`s leadership in education policy dimension. In particular, the organization school shows good vertical relationship and therefore the emphasis on horizontal relationships of the members on the basis of a certain expertise exhibited emotional leadership of principal importance in the relationship. In addition, we discussed the follow-up study direction to complement the limitation of the study.

This paper describes the development of software platform of embedded controller for Fuel Cell System. The fuel cell system is complex which needs an embedded controller to execute multiple tasks. The software organized by modualarization and layered architecture can perform complicated control algorithms. By development of the software platform with architectural software, the fuel cell system's embedded controller has a reusability and a scalability. And the developed software platform guarantees a execution of multiple tasks.
E-Actuator의 과열 방지를 위한 제어 로직 개발

An actuator is heated by the motor current which is built. If the motor is overheated above the guaranteed temperature, the motor is damaged and the actuator will perform the Fail-safe function. This paper proposes the control logic in order to prevent overheating to reduce temperature under the position deviation condition. The validity of the proposed method is verified by an experiment.
