RCP (Reactor Coolant Pump) is the coolant circulation pump in the nuclear power plant. In general, pump is selected with a sufficient operation margin because it is controlled by the control valve. But, in the nuclear system, primary cooling system is operated without a control vale to improve the safety of the reactor. So, exact fluid system analysis is required to estimate the flow rate, pressure drop, NPSHa, slope of the performance curve and other requirements. At here, slope of the performance curve is important to ensure the normal operation during the life-time of the plant because the system curve is shifted during from the beginning of the plant to the end of plant. In the present study, Slope of the RCP performance curve is calculated based on the numerical simulation results. Two kinds of inlet pipe are used to calculate the pump performance: Straight pipe, elbow pipe. The slope of the performance curve with the straight pipe is steeper than that with the elbow pipe inlet.

Waterjet 선박추진용 사류펌프의 설계 및 성능해석

The hydraulic design optimization and performance analysis of mixed-flow pumps for waterjet marine vehicle propulsion has been carried out using mean streamline analysis and three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code. In the present study the conceptual design optimization has been formulated with a non-linear objective function to minimize the fluid dynamic losses and then the commercial CFD code was incorporated to allow for detailed flow dynamic phenomena in the pump system. New designed mixed-flow model pump has been tested in the laboratory. Predicted performance curves by the CFD code agree very well with experimental data for a newly designed mixed-flow pump over the normal operating conditions. The design and prediction methods presented herein can be used efficiently as a unified hydraulic design process of mixed-flow pumps for waterjet marine vehicle propulsion.

치위생 전문가 상담 앱 개발에 관한 연구

치과는 가까이 있지만 심리적으로 접근하기 힘든 곳이기도 하다. 본 연구는 치과를 방문하려고 하는 대부분의 환자가 스마트폰을 가지고 손쉽게 방문 전에 자기 정보를 등록하고 등록된 정보를 바탕으로 치위생 전문가는 환자의 상태를 진단하여 간단한 조치 내용을 알려주거나 필요하면 치과를 방문하여 진료를 받을 수 있게 하는 앱 개발에 관한 것이다. 환자들은 이 앱을 통해 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있으며 치과와 IT 기술을 융합하는 차원에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 이냐시오 성인의 성찰과 식별방법에 기초하여 우리사회의 자살, 자살시도자, 자살유가족에 대해 살펴본 내용이다. [이웃의 죽음]으로 정리된 내용은 어린 시절의 학대경험과 연결된 성인기 자살위험성 발현과 취약한 사회적 안전망 속에서 조금만 문제가 생겨도 쉽게 사각지대에 놓이게 되고 사회적 무관심과 고립 속에서 극단적 선택으로 사라져가는 이웃의 모습을 본 것이다. [유가족과의 만남]에서는 자살에 부여된 낙인으로 인해 감당하기 힘든 슬픔을 표현할 수도 없고 애도할 수도 없는 자살유가족의 상황과 고인의 죽음선택 이유를 계속해서 자신에게 귀인 시키며 스스로를 괴롭히며 살아가는 유가족의 모습을 본 것이다. 상담현장에서 이루어진 내적 성찰과 식별은 가톨릭 평신도들과의 공동체적 성찰과 식별과정을 거쳐 ‘이웃 생명에 대한 우선적 관심“이라는 실천적 주제로 이어졌다. 이와 함께 제시한 대안은 어려움에 처한 사람에게 귀 기울이는 ‘생명의 소리를 듣는 영성’, 가정에서부터 어린생명이 보호받을 수 있는 ‘생명을 키우는 영성’, 가난한 이웃과 자살유가족을 적극적으로 지원하는 ‘생명을 돌보는 영성’ 등 세 가지로 정리되었다. 이러한 방향이 앞으로 가톨릭 공동체가 가야 할 길이라고 보았다. This study explores the suicide phenomenon and suicide attempters and family survivors in South Korea that based on the reflections and spiritual discernments of St. Ignatius (Ignatian Spirituality). The results of this study are as follows: first, “the death of neighbor”, a illumination of suicide phenomenon and suicide attempters is seen as neighbor who is easily placed in blind spots and disappearing into the extreme choices surrounded by interpersonal disinterest and isolation, even if a small problem arises, it can lead to the emergence of adult suicide risks linked to childhood abuse experience and vulnerable safety nets. Second, “the encounter with a family members bereaved by suicide”, a meaning of the families who are grieving after the suicide of a precious family is seen as the families living in complicated grief, constantly recurring back to the reasons for the suicide of a family member and the maladjusted situation of the families who were unable to express their grief and mourning over the stigma of suicide. Internal examen and discerning heart at the counseling field became the basis of the theme of “the preferential concern for neighboring life and death” after a process of community-dimensional discernment with lay people in Catholic Church. Three realms, as the practical alternatives, presented along with the role of laity included ‘the spirituality of listening of the sound of life’ that listening to the needy, ‘the spirituality of life growing’ that eradicating domestic violence and child maltreatment, and “spirit of caring for life” that practising substantive helping to the poor and suicidal survivors. This is the path of the Catholic Church Community that need to be achieved.

가변속 고속블로워의 성능특성에 관한 연구

A turbo blower, driven by a high-speed blushless DC motor, was designed as a efficient substitute of a ring blower or a roots blower. Computational analysis and performance tests have been performed to investigate performance characteristics of the blower. Experimental measurements showed that the blower has a good stability margin. This paper gives an outline of design, computational flow analysis and performance test for aerodynamic evaluation of the variable speed turboblower.

A circulating pump with installation space constraints was developed satisfying performance requirements such as flowrate, head and NPSHAv. The development procedures are composed of conceptual design, configuration design, performance analysis by CFD and performance test which were established in KIMM. The developed pump is OH4 type centrifugal pump which has a mixed-flow type impeller, a double volute and a rigid coupling. As a result of tests, the pump proved to meet all the requirements including space constraints and performance.

본 논문은 산업현장에서 발생하는 폐열원을 이용하여 200kW의 발전을 하기위한 터빈의 개발에 관한 전반적인 과정이 제시되었다. 유기 랭킨 사이클에 적용되는 터빈은 세계적으로도 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있는 단계이며, 시장 성장에 관한 잠재성이 크다. 따라서 국내의 연구기관에서도 많은 관심을 가지고 연구가 진행되고 있지만 상품 개발까지는 아직 도달하지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 유기 랭킨 사이클에서 작동하는 200kW급 터빈을 개발 하는데, 사이클 해석을 바탕으로 비속도 분석, mean line 해석, 3차원 해석 과정이 설명되었다. 그리고 해석 결과를 바탕으로 터빈 요소 부품을 제작하였고, 회전체 안정성 시험 및 성능시험을 수행하였다. 터빈 개발은 세계적으로도 활발히 이루어지지만 개발 과정과 단계에 대한 사항은 기업 비밀이란 이유로 공개 되지 않는 실정이다. 본 논문은 유기 랭킨 사이클용 터빈의 개발에 있어 어떠한 과정과 단계로 진행되는지 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다. This paper presents the process of turbine development for Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC) system. Development of turbine for ORC system is hot issue in the electric generation market due to the characteristic of organic refrigerant which the evaporate temperature is lower than general refrigerant. Recently, the industry have an interest about ORC turbine development in Korea, and they presented numerous research results. In developing the turbine, several processes can be considered. However, there was few document about ORC turbine development because of the trade secret. This paper can be used as a reference in developing ORC turbine.

정신건강문제가 있는 클라이언트를 위한 사회복지기관의 서비스 제공과정 연구 사회복지사의 현장체험을 바탕으로

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지관련 기관의 실무자가 정신건강문제 대상자를 발견하여 서비스를 제공하거나 정신보건서비스에 연계하는 개입과정을 살펴보고, 이러한 과정에서 경험하는 어려움 및 이를 통해 제안하는 개선의견을 조사함으로써, 저소득층을 위한 정신보건서비스 개선방안의 기초자료를 마련하는데 있다. 연구방법으로 사용한 초점집단 면접에는, 총 4개 그룹, 18명의 실무자(구청 민생안정TF 준사례관리자, 주민자치센터 사회복지전담공무원, 지역사회복지관 재가담당자, 지역자활센터 실무자)가 참여하였다. 모든 면접내용은 전사하였고 질적자료분석 프로그램인 Nvivo2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과로, 첫째, 사회복지관련 기관의 클라이언트에게서 다양한 정신건강문제의 발생 및 열악한 환경이 관찰되고 있고 실무자들은 이들의 식별과정에서 어려움을 경험하고 있으며, 둘째, 기관별 특성에 따라 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있으나 전문적인 서비스 제공에 어려움이 경험되고 있으며, 전문기관 의뢰과정에서도 전반적인 전달체계 상의 한계 등 기관내외로 적지 않은 개선이 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장경험을 바탕으로 제시되는 실무자 의견의 상당수는 보건과 복지의 통합적 서비스 체계를 바탕으로 하는 전달체계 개선을 요구하고 있었다. 연구자들은 저소득층 정신건강서비스 개선을 위해 1차 대면자인 사회복지기관 실무자의 역량강화, 현행 지역정신보건체계 내 정신보건 서비스 대상자 및 서비스 유형 확대, 사회복지기관의 정신보건전담인력배치 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of the study is to reveal the difficulties experienced by social work practitioners as they attempt to serve low income clients with mental health problems, and to brainstorm directions for service improvement. Focus group interviews were conducted with eighteen practitioners who had been recruited from four types of agencies serving economically vulnerable population (i.e., Gu case manager, Dong social welfare officer, community welfare agency home care staff, community workfare center staff). The interview sessions were transcribed and analyzed via Nvivo2, a computerized analysis program for qualitative date. Revealed were the following themes: (1) the prevalence of diverse mental health problems and unfavorable life situations of the clientele; (2) the burden laid upon social welfare agencies of meeting their mental health service needs; and (3) the need for a system of care to meet sufficiently the complex needs of the clientele. The authors recommended to improve the ability of practitioners as the first contact point to recognize mental health problems, include a wider spectrum of recipients and service modality into the current community mental health system, and locate mental health staffs in social welfare agencies.
