This study aimed to determine the optimal harvesting time for wheat to make grain silage, in Honam region of Korea. We harvested wheat grain every third day from 30 to 42 days after heading (DAH). The moisture content decreased from 61.6% at 30 DAH to 42.8% at 42 DAH. Yield of wheat grain significantly increased from 30 to 42 DAH (p< 0.05). Yield at 39 DAH (3.46T/ha) was not significantly different from that at 42 DAH (p< 0.05). With respect to the feed value of wheat grain silage, the amount of crude protein, crude fiber, and crude ash was different by harvesting time (p< 0.05). However, the amount of total digestible nutrients (TDN) from 30 and 42 DAH was not significantly different. The pH of wheat grain silage from 30 to 42 DAH was between 3.8 and 4.5 and it was stable until 39 DAH (p< 0.05). The lactic acid content of wheat grain silage from 30 to 42 DAH decreased from 3.08% to 1.10%. With respect to moisture content, yield, feed value, and fermentation, the optimal harvesting time for wheat grain silage was 39 DAH.

'다청'은 답리작 적응 추위 및 도복에 강한 다수성 청보리 품종육성을 목표로 2002년 추위 및 도복에 강한 '선우'를 모본으로, 키가 크고 숙기가 빠른 '큰알보리1호'를 부본으로 인공교배하여 육성 선발된 '익산479호'로 전국 6개소에서 2013년부터 2015년까지 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2015년에 육성되었다. '다청'은 직립 초형으로 파성은 IV정도이고, 잎은 녹색이며, 하부잎 엽초의 털이 있다. 초장은 99cm이고, $m^2$당 경수는 625개로 표준품종인 '영양'보다 적었으며, 엽신 비율이 18.7%, 이삭비율은 52.2%로 높다. 답리작에서 출수기는 4월 24일로 '영양'과 같았으며, 황숙기는 5월 26일로 영양과 같았다. 내한성은 '영양'보다 강하였으며, 흰가루병에는 감수성을 보였지만, 보리호위축병에 저항성을 나타냈다. 건물수량은 전작에서 12.8톤/ha '영양'보다 5% 증수하였으며, 답리작에서 11.9톤/ha으로 '영양'보다 10%로 증수하였다. 조사료 품질은 조단백질 함량이 9.0%로 '영양'에 비해 낮았으며, ADF는 31.3%, NDF는 54.4%로 '영양'보다 높았으며 TDN이 64.0%로 '영양'보다 다소 낮았으나, TDN수량은 영양보다 높고, 사일리지 등급도 I 등급으로 영양보다 높았다.
삼차망을 가진 담근먹이용 청보리(Hordeum vulgare L.) 신품종 '유진'

A barley(Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar 'Youjin' with hooded spike type having good silage quality was developed at National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2016. 'Youjin' showed both high yielding and cold resistance through the preliminary and advanced yield trials(PYT, AYT) from 2012 to 2013. We conducted regional yield trials(RYT) of 'Youjin' in six locations around Korea for three years from 2014 to 2016. It had erect plant type, growth habit of II, the green leaf and hooded awn type. In the paddy field its heading date was April 24 and the maturing date was May 25. Plant height was 99 cm and the number of spikes per ㎡ was 696. It has high rate of leaf blades, resistance to BaYMV(Barley Yellow Mosiac Virus) and good winter hardiness. The average dry matter of Youjin was about 17.2 MT ha<sup>-1</sup> in the field. And feed quality of 'Youjin' was 10.6% of crude protein content, 24.8% of ADF(Acid Detergent Fiber), 43.5 % of NDF(Neutral Detergent Fiber), 69.1% of TDN(Total Digestible Nutrients). And also 'Youjin' had grade I of silage quality.
가축 기호성이 좋은 반매끈망을 가진 청보리 신품종 '미한'

A new barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar 'Mihan' having ruminant-palatable semi-smooth awn and good silage quality was developed at National Institute of Crop Science(NICS), RDA in 2016. This cultivar was derived from a cross of the 'SB00T2064' and 'Suwon385' in 2001. And its promising line showed high yielding through the preliminary yield trials(PYT) and advanced yield trials (AYT) in Iksan from 2012 to 2013. It was designated as the 'Iksan487'. 'Iksan487' was conducted to regional yield trials (RYT) in one upland field and five paddy fields around Korea for three years from 2014 to 2016. And it was released as the name of 'Mihan'. It has growth habit of IV, erect plant type, green leaf and semi-smooth awn. Its heading date was April 23 in the paddy field and maturing date was May 24. Plant height of 'Mihan' was 96cm. Mihan's spikes per $m^2$ was 665. It has better winter hardiness and resistance to BaYMV (Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus) than that of barley cultivar 'Youngyang'. The average dry matter of 'Mihan' was about $10.9ton\;ha^{-1}$ in paddy field. And average feed quality of 'Mihan' was 10.3% of crude protein content, 26.1% of ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), 46.9 % of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber) and 68.2% of TDN (Total Digestible Nutrients). 'Mihan' had grade I of silage quality. This cultivar would be suitable for the area above the daily minimum average temperature of $-8^{\circ}C$ in January in Korean peninsula.
한국증권시장(韓國證券市場)에서 거래가격분포(去來價格分布)와 가격제한폭(價格制限幅)의 영향(影響)

본 연구에서는 우리나라 시장이 미국시장과 다른 점을 이용하여 시가와 종가를 비교하여 동시호가방식(同時呼價方式)과 접속매매방식(接續賣買方式)의 차이를 추정하는 것이 적절한 것인지와 거래가격에 대한 가격제한폭(價格制限幅)의 영향(影響)을 살펴보았다. 여기서는 가격제한폭의 영향을 고려하기 위해 수익률이 아니라 절대가격변동(絶對價格變動)을 대상으로 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 일별 그리고 하루중 가격변화의 분포는 정규분포라고 할 수 없다. 2) 종가가 아니라도 가격제한폭의 영향을 받으며 상한가가 하한가보다 2.5배 이상 주가 변동을 제약한다고 할 수 있다. 시간대로는 종가를 제외하고는 오전종가에서 그 영향이 가장 크다. 3) 동시호가와 접속매매 방식에서 분산과 자기상관계수의 일관성 있는 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 따라서 시가의 분산이 종가의 분산보다 크다는 결과는 거래방식의 차이뿐만아니라 하루중 첫번째 거래와 마지막 거래라는 특정 시간대의 가격이기 때문에 갖는 특성도 중요하다. 4) 각 시간대 별 가격 변화가 동일한 분포를 갖는가를 비모수 검증 방법에 의해 검증했을 때 접속매매인 오전종가와 오후 접속매매 종가의 분포는 다르다고 할 수 없었으며 시가와 종가는 다른 시간대의 분포와 유의하게 달랐다. 5) 하루중 어느 시간대에 가격변화의 분산이 가장 큰가를 검증한 결과 오전시가에서 오전종가까지 시간에서 분산이 가장 켰다. 그 다음으로는 오후 접속매매 종가에서 오후동시호가 종가까지로 이 시간대는 거의 시간차가 없다는 점에서 놀라운 현상이라 하겠다. 6) 종가를 제외하고는 모든 시간대에서 가격반전현상이 있었다. 이러한 현상은 거래시간 동안은 시장에 새로운 정보가 계속 도달하지만 비거래시간에는 정보가 도달하지 않아 이전 정보에 대해 조정하게 되며 이 조정에서 관성을 갖는다고 할 수 있다.
테레프탈산으로부터 합성한 알칼리 수용성 분산염료의 염색성과 견뢰도에 관한 연구

Dyeing and fastness properties of alkali-clearable disperse dyes of diester type, which were synthesized using diazo components derived from terephthalic acid, have been studied. They had good build-up properties and showed high exhaustion on regular polyester fiber. Washing and abrasion fastnesses of dyed polyester fabrics were excellent due to the solubility of the dyes in alkaline solution. Increase in molecular weight by introducing bulky sub-stituents to the dye improved sublimation fastness, while the addition of cyano group improved light fastness as expected. Fine denier polyester fabric dyed with the new disperse dye also exhibited excellent washing fastness. The newly synthesized dye barely stained cotton fiber, and gave good washing fastness of polyester/cotton blended fabric dyed by a one-bath dyeing method.
분산염료 분자구조에 따른 PU-함침 폴리에스터의 염색성

Disperse dyes having different molecular structures were prepared and their dyeing properties on PU, PET and PU-coated PET were studied. A disperse dye with common structure showed faster absorption rate into PU for its high affinity to PU at low temperature and this resulted in faster dyeing rate on PU-coated PET than on PET. On the other hand, a disperse dye having bulky structure was adsorbed into both PU-coated PET and PET at similar rate and it showed little affinity to PU in the whole dyeing temperature range. The amounts of disperse dyes eliminated from substrates by reduction clearing and washing fastness test were also measured. It was found that the disperse dye with bulky structure slipped out of PU in reduction clearing and washing fastness test in smaller quantity than the disperse dye with common structure. This phenomenon was corresponding well with the result of washing fastness test.

In this paper, we present an extremely rare case of a primary intrapulmonary neurogenic tumor, in which localization of S-100 protein was investigated using immunohistochemical staining. The patient, who was a 47 year old man, experienced no symptoms, however, a routine chest X-ray revealed a round tumor like shadow in the hilar area of left lung. To confirm and cure the mass, surgery was performed. Histopathological examination of the excised tumor revealed it to be a primary intrapulmonary neurilemmoma. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated the presen e of S-100 protein in the tumor cells.
