        EPC시스템에서 UI기반의 소프트웨어에 대한 고찰

        Generally EPC management system was simply management concept through the normal S/W. Our LNG Plant R&D Center wanted to the excellent management system from the S/W. So We developed the R&D management S/W and EPC management S/W Built in the Microsoft Project Server. Our system made to the customer Requirements. It was just User Interface protocol. But User Interface has more Weak position, because it makes from the MS Project Servers. Ms Projector server make easy to treat the project on the WBS. EPC parts mixed WBS and normally Ms SQL Database. It has very complicated Structures. Now We planed to make the general Database and Ms Project Server, It' means to the S/W Developer and Schedule Manager ability. We will successfully integrate R&D management system and EPC system and other softwares.

        가스플랜트 사업단에서 연구관리스템 구축

        Traditionally gas plant R&D has had a world-wide weak position in terms of high technology. Especially System engineering did not exactly apply to gas plant construction. So, Gas Plant R&D Center is determined to make the establishment of the system engineering for the standard of gas plant. Gas Plant R&D Center has two projects. Firstly, the establishment of the R&D management system. Secondly, the system engineering which is included in the VE concept of EPC parts. But Gas Plant R&D Center exists in the particular conditions for successful development of the new process and core equipments. Now we will describe the establishment of R&D management system and particular conditions(Risk Conditions) for gas plant.

        한·일 공동육아 교육의 비교연구

        Korean cooperative childcare education, which has been actived since 1990s, has been largely influenced by Japanese cooperative childcare education. And it has been conducted by open communities(teachers, parents, and children). This study presents reference data for education in Korea and compares Korea with Japan to find solutions for problems of childcare education and fostering through cooperative childcare education. In Japan, childcare centers established by the government were created through education and campaign at cooperative chidcare centers after World War Ⅱ. As for Korea, cooperative childcare centers have been activated to fit social changes such as distribution of nuclear families. Cooperative childcare education programs is being developed. In both countries, teachers, parents, and children are participating in cooperative childcare education as main bodies of the education, and nature-frienclly education is under practice. Also, similarities in education subjectives and environment can be found, but there are differences in the contents that are emphasized. To find better programs of the education in Korea, comparitive education remains to be studied. 1990년대부터 활성화되고 있는 한국의 공동육아 교육은 교사, 부모, 아동의 열린 공동체에 의해 이루어지며 일본의 공동육아에서 많은 영향을 받았다. 본 연구에서는 공동육아 교육을 통해 자녀양육과 자녀교육의 문제에 대한 방안을 찾고 있는 한·일 양국의 교육을 비교하여, 우리나라 교육의 참고자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 일본에서는 제2차 세계대전 이후 공동육아 어린이집의 교육과 운동을 통해서 국공립어린이집이 만들어지는 계기가 되었다. 한국도 핵가족화 되는 사회적 상황에서 공동육아 어린이집이 활성화되고 있으며, 교육내용도 연구되고 있다. 한국과 일본의 공동육아 교육에서는 교육주체로서는 교사, 부모, 아동이 함께, 참가하고 있으며, 자연친화교육을 실시하고 있다. 또한 교육목표, 교육환경에서 유사한 점을 살펴볼 수 있었지만 강조되는 교육내용에는 상이한 점도 있었다. 우리나라의 더 나은 교육내용을 모색하기 위해서는 이러한 비교교육 연구가 계속되어야 할 것이다.

        부모의 자녀관과 양육태도가 자녀학대에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to indentify parental perspectives and child rearing effects on child abuse with the hope that the results will be helpful in treatment and prevention of child abuse. The subjects were 181 children, 74 elementary and 107 junior high school students in Pusan. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Pearson`s correlation, and regression. The high correlation of parental perspectives and child rearing attitudes with child abuse suggest a causal relationship. Implications of these results indicate the need for enactment and enforcement of laws for treatment and prevention. A recommendation was made that prevention, treatment, and education concerning child abuse should be carried out under the auspices of governmental and welfare agencies.

        韓国과 日本의 地域 児童福祉政策 比較硏究

        本研究の目的は、韓国と日本の地域の児童福祉政策の現状を考察し、比較分析することによって、韓国と日本の地域社会の児童に対する支援政策の方向を模索することである。 韓国と日本は、急速な地域社会の変化とともに少子化と多文化家庭の進行が進んでおり、このような地域の児童や家庭をとりまく問題の解決のために、家庭訪問支援政策の検討と改善策を研究している。地域社会の子供や家庭を対象とする韓国と日本の児童福祉政策の策定および現行の政策は、出産率の急激な低下、多文化家庭の問題などによる制度の必要性を認識して改革を成してきた。しかし、地域社会の児童福祉に対する政策と予算は、地域の子供と家庭の基礎的ニーズに対応をサポートする状況によって異なっている。 韓国と日本の子供と家庭に対する政策では、地域の児童福祉に対する政策の制度の内容と範囲などと多く類似している面がある。ここで日本の地域の児童福祉の政策として実施している「乳児家庭全戸訪問事業」と「養育支援訪問事業」などのような家庭訪問援訪業政策を研究し検討することは、これからの韓国の地域の児童福祉政策の問題を解決する政策の方向を探る重要な意味をもつ。 従って、本研究では、韓国と日本における地域の児童福祉の現状と政策および施行されている制度を検討し比較分析することによって、これからの韓国の地域を基盤とする児童福祉政策の改善を求めようとする。 The purpose of this study is to review community child welfare policies and the current trends of child welfare supporting services in Korea and Japan. The study reaches a conclusion that the following recommendations appeared to be essential in order to make the Korean government organization provide more effective and professional child welfare policies and community child care supporting services. In effectively promoting child and family measures, it is necessary to accurately grasp the present state of child and family and to locate where the problems lie. For the effective community child welfare policies and child care support services, the community child welfare need to establish a new system - home visit support services. Government should reevaluate community child welfare Act and legislated for child care supporting system and development, supporting the security of appropriate community finance and human resources. Moreover, community government should reform the child welfare service processing and child care supporting service system.

        직장 생활체육 참가자의 운동지속 요인 탐색

        The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that affect the continuity of leisure sports participation among employed workers. To collect data, 728 of the employed workers affiliated with a leisure sports club in D city were selected through stratified cluster random sampling and surveyed with an open-ended questionnaire. Collected data were processed through inductive categorical analysis. The results of the study are as follows:First, there is a social factor that affects the continuity of leisure sports participation among employed workers. Many respondents participated in sports to form social relations. So, in order to encourage employed workers to continuously participate in sports, it will be necessary to promote sports clubs activities in communities as well as in workplaces. Second, there is a physical factor that affects the continuity of leisure sports participation among employed workers. It was found that the continuity of leisure sports participation was closely related to physical development and enhancement. In addition, many people participated in sports activities for self-defense. Third, there is a psychological factor that affects the continuity of leisure sports participation among employed workers. Many respondents participated in sports activities to relieve stress from work and home. Thus, various sports programs should be developed in order to motivate employed workers to continuously participate in sports activities. Fourth, there is an environmental factor that affects the continuity of leisure sports participation among employed workers. It is not easy for employed workers to find time for leisure and cultural activities out of busy schedule. However, once people are committed to leisure and cultural activities, they tend to continue those activities rather than changing them. Because sports activities are part of leisure culture, this tendency will also apply to people``s participation in sports.

        스포츠교육모형을 적용한 축구수업이 신체활동의 즐거움 및 대인관계성향에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 체육수업이 신체활동의 즐거움 및 대인관계성향에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 심리·사회학적인 관점에서의 분석과 교육적인 가치를 모색해 보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 중학교 1학년 4개 학급 132명을 대상으로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 남·여 학급의 단위별로 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 실험집단 66명과 기능중심 수업모형을 적용한 통제집단 66명으로 분류하였다. 연구절차는 실험처지 전 사전검사를 실시하였으며, 실험집단에는 스포츠교육모형을 적용하였고, 통제집단에는 기능중심 수업모형을 적용하여 주3회 18차시의 수업을 실시한 후 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 사전·사후 검사를 통해 나타난 결과는 SPSS WIN-15.0을 이용하여 t검증 및 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 분석되었고, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 체육수업은 신체활동의 즐거움(자신감, 재미, 건강유지 및 미적체험, 협동심, 창의성)의 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 체육수업은 대인관계성향 중 타인지향성과 규범지향성의 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기능중심 수업모형은 개인지향성의 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to find out the educational value of the P.E. class with Sports Education Model and to analyze it in a socio-psychological viewpoint. Participants(132 first graders of D middle school) were divided into two groups: one with Sports Education Model embedded class as an experimental group and the other with function-oriented model. As the instruments of measurement, this study made use of (i) ``Checklists for Pleasure of Physical Activities`` and (ii) the modified checklists based on the ``The Development of the Directivity of Personal Relationship`` and ``An Experiential Approach - The Development of the Measurement of the Directivity of Personal Relationship``. After the execution of a pre-test, the experimental group was treated with Sports Education Model and the control group with Function-Oriented Model three times a week(18 periods in total), then both group took the post-tests to analyze and compare the results of the pre and post tests. Through the whole procedure, we reached the conclusion as following: First, it is found that the Sports Education Model embedded classes have meaningful influence on students` affective domain during the P. E. Classes. Second, Sports Education Model embedded class affects greatly on promoting an inclination of personal relationship especially on other-directedness and norm consciousness, while the classes based on function-oriented model have effect on self-directedness. Based on this study, Sports Education Model embedded P.E. class makes it possible for the teachers to manage more exciting P.E. classes. Furthermore, both direct and indirect experiences that students have got during the class seems to foster the consideration on others and observation of rules.
