This study attempted to describe the essential structure of lived experience of a students trans ferring into the nursing program. A study on the experience of students who have a major in this of health or who have experience in a medical institution is aimed at identifying the nature of incorporating nursing into each individual. The experiences were analyzed and the meaning of the experiences was understood by applying the phenomenolgical Analysis method of Colaizzi. The total number of people who majored in health care and five experienced medical institutions was nine, which resulted four themes and 14 central beauty. Based on the results of this study, it will provide basic materials for fostering professional nursing personnel at various nursing sites by understanding the nursing departments and experiences of students with experience in the health care system. 본 연구는 보건계열의 경험이 있는 학생들이 간호학과 편입에 따른 경험의 본질을 이해하는 데 있다. 편입 전보건계열 전공 혹은 의료기관의 경험이 있는 간호학과 편입 학생들의 경험에 관한 연구로서, 개인 경험에 따른 간호학과 편입의 본질을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석방법을 적용하여 그 경험을 분석하고, 그 경험의 의미를 파악하고자 실시하였다. 보건계열 전공자 4명과 의료기관 경험자 5명으로 총 9명으로 진행하여 3가지 테마와 9개의 중심의미로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 하여 보건계열의 경험을 가진 학생들의 간호학과 경험을 이해하여 다양한 교육전략과 방향을 모색하여 다양한 간호현장에서의 전문 간호 인력의 양성을 위한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

손창섭의 멜랑콜리와 모성추구의 문학 : 「모자도」의 어머니 상실에서 『봉술랑』의 이자관계 회복으로

네 살에 모친이 재가했다는 전기적 사실과 작품의 전반적인 경향에 비추어 볼 때, 손창섭은 멜랑콜리적 우울증이라는 존재론적 조건 위에서, 세계를 향한 의식적 지향을 멈추지 않았던 작가로 평가할 수 있다. 「모자도」는 외상적 사건으로서 모친의 재가에 대한 내밀한 기록이다. 그의 소설에서 주인공은 쇼즈인 어머니를 추구하지만, 직접적 조우는 금지되어야 한다. 모친 상실로 인한 글쓰기의 0도에서 발생하는 환몽에서는 많은 정동(슬픔과 그리움)이 분출된다. 상상적인 환몽을 문학작품으로 형상화하여 상징계에 등록하는 그의 창작은 도착적 글쓰기이며, 작품은 패티시이다. 손창섭은 말하는 주체로서 끊임없이 작품을 제출함으로써 오이디푸스적 사회와 다른 자신의 상징질서를 확보하고자 하며, 이는 상징질서의 혼란 양상으로 나타난다. 『봉술랑』에서 상징질서의 담지자로 기능하는 구강적 어머니 산화는 「모자도」의 모친과 달리 재혼을 거부한다. 손창섭은 이를 통해 이자관계의 낙원을 상징적으로 회복하였으며, 작품 창작을 멈출 수 있었다. 창작의 후반기에 집중적으로 이루어졌던 여성적 삶에 관한 다양한 고찰을 통해 손창섭은 어머니를 용서하는 과정을 거쳤으리라 생각된다. 이상을 통해 볼 때, 손창섭의 창작 여정은 「모자도」의 어머니 상실을 기원으로 하여, 『봉술랑』의 상징적 이자관계 회복을 종착지로 하는 "모성추구의 문학"으로 규정지어질 수 있다. To use the term coined by Julia Kristeva, Changseop Sohn is "a writer of melancholy-depression." The general tendency of his novels and relevant biographical anecdotes testify to this assertion. Among Sohn’s works, Mojado(「모자도」) is a novel of an intimate record that tells the story of a mother’s remarriage as a traumatic event. In the course of its narrative, the protagonist desires to be with his mother, but the direct encounter with her is constantly prohibited. The phantasmagoria that originates from his writing’s zero degree, which is prompted by the loss of one’s mother, intensely expresses the affections of sorrow and longing. Sohn’s pervertive writing transforms his phantasm into a literature of fetish, and registers it onto the symbolic order. Sohn persists to establish a subjective symbolic order distinct from that of dominant oedipal society. This process provokes the total confusion of the symbolic order. At the end of Mojado, the protagonist’s mother accepts the offer of remarriage. While in Bongsullang (「봉술랑」), the mother, who is also the bearer of symbolic order, refuses to remarry. Thus, in this second novel, the lost paradise of the imaginary dual relationship between a mother and a son is regained. In his later novels, Sohn investigates the various aspects of feminine life and eventually manages to find a way to pardon the mother. The literary works of Sohn, which began with the loss of a mother in Mojado and culminates with the recovery of the imaginary dual relationship in Bongsullang, can be defined as "a literature in search of maternity."

간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 수업 중 경험한 의료오류에 대한 내러티브 탐구

이 연구는 간호대학생이 시뮬레이션 수업 중 경험한 의료오류 상황과 그들의 내면을 깊이 있게 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 시뮬레이션 수업 중 의료오류를 경험했던 간호학과 재학 중인 학생 10명을 대상으로, 2022년 6월부터 7월까지 내러티브 탐구절차를 수행하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생들은 의료오류 경험 전반에 계산된 학습 노력과 성취가 연결되어 있으며, 지난 학습에 대한 방관자 태도와 학습동기와 실행 간의 모순으로 드러났다. 의료오류를 경험한 학생들은 ‘나도 모르게 한 실수’, ‘학습부족을 느낌’, ‘교수님과의 관계에 대한 우려’, ‘의료오류에도 격려어린 학우들’, ‘경험이 곧 학습의 끝’, ‘좌절감을 느낌’, ‘간호사 자질에 대한 불안감’, ‘내러티브 과정에 대한 만족감’으로 세부 내용들이 도출되었다. 연구결과 의료오류를 경험한 학생들은 부정적 감정으로 자신감을 잃어 미래에 대한 우려감이 크지만 구체적인 학습이나 대안에 대한 자구책을 가지고 있지 않았다. 하지만 참여자들은 내러티브 과정을 통해 학습 성찰을 이루고, 긍정적 학습 지향점을 설계할 수 있는 기회를 맞이하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 추후 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 교육에 있어 학생의 특성에 맞게 팀을 구성하고, 단계별 프로그램 개발 및 디브리핑 피드백의 전략적 방안 수립에 관련된 연구가 후속되기를 제언하는 바이다.

외이도에 발생한 피지모낭종(Trichofolliculoma) 1예

Trichofolliculoma is an uncommon follicular hamartoma of hair follicle tissue, typically occurring on the face and skin of the head and neck and appearing as papules or nodules. Dents in the central portion and immature white hair may be observed. Asymptomatically, trichofolliculoma occurs at any age but rather frequently in adults in many cases. A 47-year-old man presented a right ear canal mass, which had not been treated for 12 years. The tumor began to increase its size 4 years ago. A little red bump blocked the entrance of the right external auditory canal and there was a little dinge at the center of bump with growing black hair. This case was first reported in our country.
